The contestants had truly ruffled their feathers over the prize, Suki had honestly been aware that this was not exactly the greatest award to those whom were not interested in conquest, however what he had to say next would prove to be the true motive of his tournament, the revelations that would throw the course of history.
The king's response was expected, Suki knew he was not going to uproot and join his organization, this did not bother suki however, he had a strange need to kill the king, perhaps it could be the long standing prejudiced between the saiyans and the Icers, regardless of the reason, it didnt bother Suki in the least. It even helped to segway into his next topic.
Blatantly ignoring the other comments, including Zachs interest, Ryota's long winded reason as to why he would not be joining, and Samuel's surprise towards seeing the Demon prince.
His response was swift, and covered most of the concerns heard from the audience
"What is the 世界貿易機関 you ask? We are the combined forces looking to unite planets under one banner, in order to cultivate and restore them to their best, followed by excursion"
For those whom could read between the lines it was clear what he was saying. They bought planets, wiped out the inhabitants, and sold them to the highest bidder.
"Perhaps now I have your attention"
He said this in a slightly deeper tone, Suki was serious, and this was his opportunity to let each of the worlds best fighters know what was about to happen.
"Starting after this Tournament, I will be going from planet to planet, I will visit each planet once a month, Or more if I feel so inclined to do so. When I arrive I will expect one thing, Either a fighter prepared to join my organization, or 4000 zenni. If either of those are met, I will leave the planet unharmed for another month (IRL) If not, I will commence to eradicate the species living there, and the WTO will take over."
There was no telling how the audience would respond to hearing such a dark ultimatum. But suki would hear out the reactions, both for entertainment, but also to see if perhaps anyone had changed their mind about joining his cause.

After delivering his response, Zach remained standing silently, the polite way of ensuring he held the other speaker’s attention and thus warranted a reply. Instead the alien ignored him, further fueling the blonde’s already intense distaste with this whole affair and by extension the one who had organized it. He refused to simply sit and be ignored though and so the boy shoved his seat back while the alien continued to reply and made his way towards the one familiar face in the room, the Captain.
As the alien continued to prattle on about his origination and plans though, Zach listened passively, his attention more on making a show of his ignoring the alien right back; it may have been slightly immature but Zach was only eighteen. However by the time the blonde reached Ryota the boy was incensed; this pintsized pipsqueak with a flare for the dramatic actually intended to extort money and workers from it’s member worlds and thought it could just publicly announce this? Did it have a death wish? The monkeys alone could probably wipe the floor with him. Zach could barely contain his anger any more as he closed on the Captain and brushed passed Carmine without knowing who he was.
“I hope you have transportation off of this tin can because I’m going to blow this place to pieces.” Zach stated quietly, leaning in close enough so that likely only Ryota could hear him. “Of course if you care to lend a hand I’d be grateful, would be nice to know I’ve got someone dependable to back me up.” Zach continued at a near whisper. What would really be useful is if the Captain’s ship was about, or at the very least if he could open a portal to safety. That way they could strike the station somewhere critical and destroy it quickly without much chance of the damage being contained before the facility’s destruction and still manage to get out safely.

Carmine barely noticed that he was being ignored by Zach, or even by Samael - sure, some part of his OS took note of their movements, but every ounce of his focus was directed at the creepy alien that was threatening his planet, and all planets beyond it. Yet again, power was being used to step on the weak rather than protect them. Carmine didn't know if he stood a chance against this bastard. He didn't know if he'd be standing alone. He did know one thing, however.
This would NOT stand.
"Nice knowing you, Captain."
With that, Carmine stepped forward and upward, onto a nearby table. With a whirr and a the sound of shifting metal plates, his left hand was replaced with the Galleon Buster, which he immediately trained directly onto the Icer.
"Earth will do just fine without your 'cultivation', you monster. I'm sure the rest of the universe will too."
The Galleon Buster glowed purple, a shot charging in the barrel. Carmine was ready to open fire - it took all of his willpower to not shoot at Touketsuki to begin with.

Samael stood behind the demon pirate and watched as events unfolded. The alien presented his ultimatum, the brash blond kid made some potentially empty threats, and the android...apparently threw himself upon the mercy of the fates. He briefly considered keeping a bit of the soon-to-be-scrap Carmine as a keepsake of this evening, but he had other matters on his mind.
This powerful ultimatum could be a blessing in disguise, at least for Samael. Fighters of a certain caliber could be created much faster with his help, or barring that, money could be raised much more quickly as well. If nobody could really stand against this apparent extraterrestrial menace, then Samael would have the opportunity of an eternity - the chance to privatize deals with the devil. Some of the most influential people on Earth - hell, possibly the Universe - might one day be in his debt one day if he played his cards right.
All he had to do was make sure that this banquet didn't go to absolute shit, and from what he could see, that started with Ryota. He mused over the fact that the young prince had garnered an apparent few followers, likely without trying. His father had been charismatic and influential as well. It likely ran in the family. Samael stepped up, out of the periphery, to stand just behind and to the left of Ryota, and spoke quietly - he wanted Ryota and ONLY Ryota to hear what he said.
"Ryota, this is not the time to fight this creature. It's power is nothing to scoff at, and while yours has grown quite impressively, who knows what tricks this thing is hiding. We ourselves keep a few powerful aces up our sleeves, and it's best to assume that the devil we don't know is the one that will kill us. Better to bide our time, appease the beast with words, call off our attack robots, and go home."
He paused for a second to light a cigarette.
"I mean HOME home. An army awaits you...my prince."

Suki's reaction to both of the creatures was swift and equally powerful, holding up only one finger, both Zach and Carmine would be pushed with a telekinetic force, to sit upright facing him in his chair. While this would likely not be a lasting effect, it would at the very least keep them from making what would ultimately be the greatest mistake they had ever made. If this was not the case, Suki would still continue with the following action, the two were more than welcome to attempt an attack on him, he was more than confident that he could take care of the situation.
"Friends let me make something perfectly clear"
He said this as he rose from the small podium, levitating onto his feet below, making himself much shorter than all others in the room He began to walk over the left side of the table, the one that had lined up Zach, The Captain, and Boliko. However he was speaking to the entire room, and could still be heard perfectly.
"I held this tournament specifically to meet the strongest in the universe and so far I am not impressed. Starting the first of the next coming month I will begin my conquest with, or without new members, and please do me one favor if nothing else" (Actually January 25th)
Suki stops about mid way through the table, and turns to face the contestants, leaning in slightly, his tail now lightly tapping the ground possibly out of his anger towards the negative outbursts or his anxious nature to get ready for his plans
"Do not waste your lives here and now, Trust your friend there as well Captain. Do yourself, and your planets a favor and train, train much...much harder....Because if you do not, then on my arrival...somebody will die."
Suki had referenced Samuels quiet talk with Ryota, something that without a doubt would likely confuse or even anger the individual, however there were things about suki he had yet to understand, however the disappointing truth was that no matter how the Captain responded, Suki would be unable to read his reaction
Suki's Tone changed after that statement, from a darker more Draconian feel, to a now again light hearted and comedic like, as though what he had just said did not bother him in the least.
"Remember the rules, When I arrive someone must either be there to join me, Or hell even there to fight me in a 1v1 battle to the death, OR you must have 4000 Zenni hand delivered to me by a fighter of reasonable strength. If these are met, your planet will survive, Break these rules even once....And I will not hesitate to kill each and every one of you."
perhaps they did not believe him, perhaps they could not understand his power, but surely they would grow to. As suki spoke one final time before allowing others to follow up.
"I will accept a final Q&A before I leave, and ask each of you to leave this ship, you only get one question, use it wisely"

OOC: Sorry for the delay. >_<
Ikezu snuck into the banquet just as the offer from the WTO was being offered. It sounded interesting, however Ikezu felt that he would be betraying his adopted race if he joined anything not run by a Saiyan. Especially when said organization was a corrupt, dishonorable, mishmash of hired thugs scrambling for an ill-gotten pay.
No, Ikezu had no intentions of accepting this offer, and remained silently seated tapping his index and middle finger's claw on the table in annoyance. If anything was asked of him regarding this he'd simply lift his hand in dismissal. Opting to not say anything, as the mere mention of this proposal didn't deserve a verbal response from him.

Kris' attitude changed from suspicious to serious. He stopped his eating and prepared for any battle that may take place. Suki explained that if Kris and his planet didn't come up with 4000 Zeni or a worthy fighter once a month, all of Earth's inhabitants would be exterminated. Kris knew he couldn't defeat Suki right now... True, Kris would have a superior advantage if he were to unlock his inner Ki, but Suki would likely be able to sustain himself long enough to outlive the duration of Ki Release. Plus, it was likely that Suki knew some sort of transformation or power-up technique, otherwise he wouldn't be acting so high and mighty in front of this many able fighters. Kris knew the best option was to simply retreat and think of a proper course of action with Kami.
When Suki offered his final Q&A, Kris calmly stood up and proceeded out of the banquet hall the way he came, walking at a moderately fast pace. He didn't want to attract attention, but he knew he needed to get out of that ship.

Ryota let out a frustrated sigh as Zach mentioned that he was planing to scrap the station, he didn't particularly care that Zach intended to do so however it was the fact that Suki was more than likely to be well aware of the young warriors plan which may have put Zach in a dangerous position against Touketsuki. He then let out an even more frustrated groan at Carmine's comment and then his sudden and very hostile actions against Suki.
Once Suki mentioned what his organization was Ryota had sort-of expected Carmine to take it poorly, he was completely devoted to the protection of Earth and seemingly to a point the protection of innocent's in general and Touketsuki's style was most definetly something that would clash with Carmine's ethics. Heck Ryota wasn't particularly fond of Touketsuki's 'business model'. He could agree with the whole taking over planets thing as well it was something HE planned to do but the destruction of the planet's inhabitants was a rather poor choice in his opinion. It would be better overall to rather have the new races become one with the growing empire, sure perhaps there was the novelty of selling the empty planet but the universe was already filled with plenty of empty planets for that purpose and well why would he need to sell when you could just hold everything under one banner.
Standing from his seat Ryota placed an hand on Carmine's shoulder in an attempt to get his friends attention. "Carmine it's not worth it. All you'll do is get yourself killed when it would be better to just pull back and wait until the next opportunity. He's powerful, probably on par if not stronger than myself. I don't know if we could win right now but we've got time before he begins time we can use to heal and train. The Galleon is completely up and running again so I'm certain that practically within the blink of an eye we will be far beyond are current power." Ryota said in a tone hopefully low enough for only those closest to him to hear before turning to face Zach his hand still griping Carmine's shoulder just in case he needed to drag the android off the table and through a rift if he did something dumb like attack Suki.. "Zach I'm not sure exactly why you're hostile towards this place but regardless if you want the revenge you seek I think ti would be better for you not do so. Touketsuki is powerful the little bit of power he keeps on display is likely not everything he's got considering most everyone I've met has some way to make them-self stronger. So when I make my rift how about you just follow me through it, we'll finally have a chance to have that fight." Ryota said with a grin before turning to face Touketsuki. "Unless my friends here object I think we'll be heading out." Ryota said.
With a sharp movement Ryota drew his sword and sliced open a rift specifically cutting in such a way to make it seem like he was taking a swipe at Samael. It was mostly just to see if he could cause the other Makaioshin to jump slightly but also because he did want to show him that he wasn't particularly fond of him. With Ryota would attempt to pull Carmine and Zach through the rift though he would not at least for the moment be very forceful in doing so. If either warrior took hostile action however Ryota's response would be a quick activation of his Aura and a subsequent strike to the gut to the idiot followed by Ryota tossing them through the rift.

Straitening up after informing Ryota of his intentions, Zach turned his gaze back to the effeminate alien. Had he in fact been sitting the pintsized pipsqueak’s telekinetic push might have shoved him back in his seat, However he wasn’t sitting and all the shove accomplished was to press against one side of the teen’s chest and momentarily turn him. Zach came right back with a growl and probably would have lost control had some other guy not climbed up on the table and started spouting the kind of clichéd, heroic dialogue that could get you killed. He couldn’t believe the guy on the table would be so stupid as to announce his intent and even give the alien a chance to respond.
While this was distraction enough to keep Zach from completely losing his temper and perhaps diving over the table at the alien, the blonde was still hot enough to melt steel. Thankfully Ryota was keeping his cool and knew the boy well enough to say just the right thing. Revenge, yes his personal revenge was more important then teaching this self absorbed, pseudo dictator a lesson. If he dared come to Earth, then he would die, but not right now. Who knows, maybe the monkeys might take him out first and save Zach the trouble. Since no one was killed by the bombing back on Earth, Zach’s ego to take the hit and let the crime go unpunished, for now.
“Rrrrrrrrrr… Fine… You’re right…” Zach rasped and backed off a step when Ryota grabbed his shoulder. “The pipsqueak isn’t worth my time, this whole thing has been a huge waste of it.” the boy continued as he stepped into the Captain’s portal, transiting back to the man’s ship. He wasn’t sure who the other guy was but it was apparent Ryota knew him as well and judging by the weapon on his arm, the young man was at least in part, bio-mechanoid. Hopefully the Captain had something in mind to take Zach’s mind of this abhorrent and utterly infuriating waste of his time as it was likely the boy would end up putting his fist through the first person or object that got in his way.
{Departing topic. Power level increase requested.}

Carmine listened to the Captain's words and knew he was right. Earth and the other worlds of the universe at large needed protecting, but a broken, slagged android would do nothing to help. Better that he leave before being destroyed and make himself as strong as possible to hold back the coming tides.
He made no effort to resist Ryota as he was dragged through the rift.

Samael watched as Ryota took hold of his dogs and gave their chains a good yank. He definitely had it in him for leadership, something Samael was more than happy to see. Captains and Kings were so easy to deal with - it was businessmen like Touketsuki that gave Sam trouble - too much similarity in tactics, and a mutual lack of trust.
When Ryota drew his sword, Samael instinctually went for his razor, but quickly noticed that he hadn't been cut. Instead, Ryota dragged his companions through an apparent hole in space itself. He waited, until Ryota was through with his passenger(s) before grabbing his own boys and hopping through as well.

OOC: Lol I only saw the first page when i made my last post.
IC:
Soon the intentions of this twisted soul was made incredibly clear, and Ikezu saw int he eyes of this individual the same person who destroyed his planet. Rage took over, and before Ikezu could do anything drastic, he stood up and looked at the man's face and put it to memory.
"What planet are you visiting first?" Ikezu asked nonchalantly, as if asking how the weather was.
He had one question, and would use it wisely. After it was answered he would quietly leave, adding yet another name to his growing hit list.

Kris walked through the halls and passages of the large space station, speeding up his pace once he was away from the banquet hall. Thoughts raced through his head of the new threat... Kris needed to come up with a way to earn money quickly and steadily. If only the lookout had some sort of income... He pondered these thoughts as he jogged down different corridors back the way he came.
Soon, Kris was back in the chamber that housed the arch-like gateway back to Earth. He took one last look at the stars through one of the windows positioned on the wall before stepping through the gate, emerging back in the ruins of Central City. Kris didn't hesitate to blast off at full speed towards the lookout, where he would soon confer with his mentor.

Boliko frowns. So, the Icer wasn't impressed by the fights? Boo-fucking-hoo. If the saiyan had used more than a fraction of his true power the space station probably wouldn't have been able to hold the force of his transformation - for that was what had occurred in his fight against Mollus, he was sure - but he hadn't let it reach its conclusion. The fact that the Icer might have his own transformations didn't completely skip his mind - indeed, most races seemed to have some form of booster, making their initial battle powers seem like a ploy - but surely none of them could hold the power his own cold?
"All I ask is a simple question; how do you intend to do this alone?"
It was true - none of the selected fighters had wished to join this empire, perhaps leading to the Icer's annoyance. Even if he could somehow beat the king in single combat, he surely couldn't defeat the Saiyan army, right?

Suki ignored the rude exit of the Captain and his comrades, he would not force fighters to join, there was no reason for that. And now seeing that he had only two fighters left (and perhaps weaker individuals whom were staying around to learn of there fate) he decided to answer their questions in order.
"Well my friend, given how rude those three were in there exit, I believe it only fair to visit them first, Then I shall make a stop in Vegeta, and finally into Namek, You see They have the least of everyone, so it will be difficult for them to meet my demands. I figure I will give them the most time....See I can be merciful"
He said this as the King asked his question, one that caused suki to smile, he wasnt sure how he would answer the question, until it finally came to him.
"Dear King, if you feel that I am not capable in my conquest, then by all means challenge me yourself, I am certain you will be satisfied with my power after that"
King Boliko had no idea what he was getting himself into, but frankly neither did the other contestants here, if they could even slightly fathom the intensity of Suki's wrath, perhaps they would have watched their step and been a little more careful with their choice of action.
"With that I bid thee all farewell. But this is not really a good bye but more of a.... See you later."
