Gravity: x25 Weights: None
ON THE LAST EPISODE OF DRAGON BALL Z!
Carmine called Ryota down to the Galleon's training room for a discussion, upon arriving Ryota and Carmine began a sparing session while discussion Ryota's dealings with the Makaioshin Samael, throughout the battle Carmine's movement and general fighting prowess seemed to be hindered, the reason for which was revealed when Carmine removed his new armor revealing it to have been weighted training clothing. Now the battle proceeds into it's 'Second Round'.
"Weighted armor? Well that certainly explains a lot." Ryota said with a grin before sheathing his sword and casting off his coat tossing it off near the doorway, the result of which being far less 'epic' than Carmine's removal of his armor but done more because he knew that business was about to pick up. "Alright well then since you should be ready for a 'real' fight now how about we up the gravity a bit." Ryota said with a smirk as he sliced a small rift and flipped another of the gravity switches with a smirk as the new gravity settled upon them
Rolling his shoulder Ryota took up a fighting stance again adjusting himself because of the new gravity "Alright then lets see what you've REALLY got." RYota said with a smirk as he shifted his passive fighting stance to a more defensive stance in order to block what he assumed would likely be a far more powerful attack or onslaught of attacks. The fact that Carmine had been doing fairly well so far meant that more than likely he had improved rather significantly as while he had not used them Ryota was aware that weighted clothing caused a major dip in power and ability due to the restricted movement.

Carmine smiled at Ryota, whipping his sword around as it was intended in a flourish, and crouching into a new stance just as Ryota turned the gravity up. It had come to the point that the increased gravity felt almost natural, like something normal. Even with the added gravity, it was a relief to have his armor off.
He wasted no time. He knew that Ryota was still far stronger than him, and so he couldn't let up. He rolled forward and delivered a triple slash, two high and one low, before turning to the side and quickly changing his left arm to deliver a Galleon Scattergun blast at point blank range.

Ryota smirked as Carmine initiated what was effectively the 'round two' of there battle, even in the brief moment it took Carmine to close the distance Ryota could already see a marked increase in the man's speed, the swipes of his blade were even faster and Ryota found it difficult to defend himself against the attack but thanks to having been prepared to defend himself he managed to do so. Ryota smirked as he could already feel that this fight would be far more enjoyable than the first. As Carmine turned Ryota noted that his arm was quickly shifting into something else and knowing what he knew of the android techniques Ryota instantly raised his arms in defense expecting one of Carmines powerful charged blasts.
What Ryota got however was a mass of smaller blasts that crashed into him sending him skidding back, he'd managed to defend his face and chest with his arms but the scattered blasts had managed to tag his arms and legs causing a number of small burns. Mere moments after Carmine launched his attack Ryota chose to use the bit of room he'd gained from being knocked back to make a wide slash with his blade, as he made the slash Ryota infused his blade with as much energy as he could muster in such a short period of time and in doing so released a wave of energy from his blade, a wave that Carmine would recognize as an Arc Slice however the slice was in its far more tame 'blunted' form as Ryota hadn't gotten the chance to really 'aim' the technique any better than just at Carmine and he had no intention of just randomly ending the fight because he'd severed his friends top from his bottom.

Carmine had seen the Arc Slice before, and knew exactly what it was capable of. He also knew Ryota could make it blunt, and most of the time he did exactly that. However, Carmine wasn't about to just let such a thing hit him - absolutely fucking not.
The Arc Slice was quick though, and he didn't have the space or time to dodge it effectively, so it came to deflection. He raised his sword in a diagonal position and blocked. As the energy wave struck his sword, the metal rang, and then it screeched. Sparks flew off of the blade, effectively ruining the edge on that side (and probably doing a number on the structural integrity of the thing), all while pushing Carmine back towards the wall. Finally, he mustered his strength and forced the Arc Slice up and over his head, where it hit the wall and shook the room a bit.
He held the Galleon Buster towards Ryota and unleashed three Galleon Scattergun shots in fairly rapid succession. The attack was meant to spread, and so it wasn't likely to do a lot of damage, but from this range it would be nearly impossible for Ryota to get completely out of the way, since they were inside a room with a cieling and walls. Outdoors, this tactic would be silly against any opponent that could fly.

Ryota grinned as Carmine managed to deflect the Arc Slice the act of which was rather impressive, the power that even the blunted Slice put out when it hit was usually enough to send a person off balance but Carmine was of course not a 'usual' person. Once Carmine managed to properly send it flying causing the slice to slam into a wall doing surprisingly minimal damage likely because it had already lost most of it's power while Carmine was deflecting it.
Once Carmine had the slice deflected he took aim with his buster and let loose three more of the scattered blasts that he'd used Earlier. Ryota scowled at this and knew he needed to think fast, the blasts had way for far of a range for him to even think about dodging and the very advantages he'd had on Carmine while using his arc Slice i.e. the limited space between them were now being used against him.
That left Ryota with very few options and his choice was simply to change what space there was around him. Tightening his grip on his blade Ryota prepared to do something a little fancy as the blasts drew closer. There would be likely JUST enough space between each wave to accomplish what he wanted. As the first wave of blasts drew near Ryota made a quick downward slash opening a rift that would lead a bit above Carmine, he would then as the first wave went into the rift immediately bring his blade back up ending his first rift and creating a second one that would appear to Carmine's right. And then finally when the second wave had gone through he would bring his blade back down ending the second rift and creating a third one that would appear at Carmine's left.

Carmine was kicking himself. He hadn't expected Ryota to use his rifts, and that was foolish of him. He took two of the three Scattergun shots full-on, only barely escaping the brunt of the third by sheer luck of being knocked aside. Down on one knee, smoke rose from his artificial skin. Some of it had burned away, revealing the mechanical workings beneath.
He planted his sword to the ground and raised his head to stare at Ryota. The demon was slick, tricky, and unrelenting. Carmine knew he was outclassed in power, but he refused to believe that he was outclassed in mind or technique. Ryota was smart and well-trained, but Carmine was a scientist, an engineer, and a Master.
He also had a few nasty tricks up his own sleeve.
"Ryota..."
Carmine loaded up his vocal chords, and with his next words he delivered a Lullaby.
"Take a nap."
