It seemed, to Virion, that the entropy of the galaxy was accelerating once again. Not long after the small excitement on Earth, Virion found his attention drawn to Kold. Sensing the mighty powers of not one, but two super saiyans, he knew that conflict had begun, a clash between Solar Empire and World Trade situated on none other than the Arcosian home world.
Honing in on the distant tugging of these sources, his searches were rewarded. He had located a familiar signature, a small group of infected who existed on the planet, and used it as an anchor point of his interplanetary instant transmission. In a drawn out moment, his body had flickered, his tasks on earth complete, and a new location forming around him, leaving behind the oppressive presence of Geurin, and the vested interests of the KGSF.
With a slight satisfaction Virion took note of the somewhat familiar life signal he was jumping to. It was the Hellbringer, once more.
Xero had proven a useful asset yet again, the alien's efforts on Kold creating the small community in question, and perhaps even being directly responsible for Virion's awareness of this area. His senses had grown sharper, but they were not as finely attuned as he would have liked. The infected could act as a relay, to sharpen focus in their area, to render clarity to events which would otherwise be obscured in the sensory haze of such great distances. The Hellbringer situation on the planet Kold was quite useful, and virion noted that more of these small groups would be useful, on Vegeta perhaps.
“How convenient to find you here Hellbringer.” Came the familiar croak as the bio-android materialised. Finally on location, he sensed that the life signs of the planet had been migrated away, into many space ships, some close, others having already retreated far into the outreaches of space. The infected with Xero were some of the last on the planet, and they too appeared to be readying their space ships apprehensively.
Virion awaited the potential response, but whether Xero said anything or not was ultimately of small consequence. Virion remembered Xero’s animosity towards the saiyans, but he was not sure how he would react to their presence here, or if he would even recognise the subtle markers of a saiyan energy signature.
“Tell me… how would you diagnose the situation?”
The words were spoken in a gauging manner. Considering his recurring usefulness, Virion was not altogether as detached as he might otherwise be with the possibility that Xero might foolishly throw his life away in a vain attempt at vengeance. (He also briefly wondered about the hellbringers situational awareness, and his perceptions and estimation abilities, how much would he grasp the current situation on Kold. He had not paid a great deal of attention to Xero in past beyond a passing acknowledgement... but that was beginning to change)
It was his hope to instead task Xero and his small group with leaving this world for the time being, allowing their ships to blend in among the retreating vessels and potentially follow to the evacuation centres the Kold empire had designated (likely the most nearby conquered worlds). Xero had a long way to grow before he could indulge in his desires to seek vengeance against the saiyans, and hopefully the alien would be wise enough to realise this.
