Meishi decided it was a good idea to climb. Getting any kind of training in at all was a fairly good life-style to the beyond physically fit Majin. So, he put his mind to what he wanted to do and climbed the side of the mountain...with his hand. Just his right hand. His left was curled onto his back and his legs hung limp below him. Well, what he was doing was not technically climbing, but there was no other way to describe it. He grabbed a rock-extension, pushed off, and in mid-air, grabbed another. He repeated this for about ten minutes before reach the top of the mountain, which was really just an elevated rolling bluff. Storm clouds where coming in from the west, and Meishi could hear the thunder from where he was standing. But the wind was the most annoying of all-it just kept pelting Meishi. Yunzabit heights was known for rough winds, but this was different. It swirled around Meishi and forced his pants and head-tentacle to flap violently. If he was flying, he was sure he would've been forced off course. Turning to his right, he noticed that the bluff has a large tear through it, as if a god had cut it with his scabbard. Or a Kai, in this case. Anyway, it was like a slightly-smaller version of the grand canyon with grass on the top and a sheltering cover of rock below. Meishi cracked his neck and grumbled when he felt the presence of an approaching warrior.
Turning, Meishi crossed his arms and tucked his leg inside the knee-pocket of his other, and floated. He was held in place by his boot, which was firmly stabbed into the ground. He looked like a balloon, one that was tied to the side of a fence or railing. The being slowly became larger as it approached Meishi, who hoped it was a skilled fighter. Increase his power-level? Why the hell not? But in reality Meishi was going to force this unsuspecting traveler into a battle whether he fought back or not. If the latter happened, then too bad for him, Meishi supposed.

Nam was flying with no direction. The winds suddenly got stronger as the sky became clouded and the sound of thunder echoed through the valleys. This must be Yunzabit Heights… he thought, struggling to fly as the wind would push and pull on demand. He decided to walk instead, thinking it might be a good way to initiate his journey for self-improvement. Nam began by stretching out and then ran against the winds. It was pretty tough, but the thought of defeating that saiyan someday kept him going. Nam was aware that just as he can improve, so can the saiyan; meaning that next time they cross paths, he would most likely be stronger than before. So, with that in mind, Nam decided to work extra hard and try to improve faster. He didn’t think that a saiyan with such high power level would still put so much effort into his training, which was an advantage for Nam to catch up quickly.
As Nam continued running against the strong winds of Yunzabit, he felt as if someone were grabbing his collar; as if they didn’t want him to leave. Nam then began climbing a few cliffs and using the gravel like personal punching bags. After what seemed hours, he detected a huge power level; maybe even larger than the saiyan he had fought. He then remembered…
The injured half-saiyan screamed in agony as the full saiyan monkey pounded on his wounds. “Maybe a bit of suffering will get you some more power, but just maybe! HAHAHAHA!” the saiyan laughed, and grinned, and pressed onto the wounds, increasing pressure with every step. After a while, Nam stopped screaming and closed his eyes.
Nam wrenched the thought away. He couldn't believe he was actually considering it. Am I so desperate? he thought. Still considering hurt himself on purpose, Nam decided to avoid the fighter and keep training where he was. With that established, he began practicing his best move: Nam cupped both of his hands behind his body and focused his energy.
“Kame-hame…” he spelled. Starting with a spark of light, a blue ball of energy with a white center grew into his hands, he held it there, charging for about a minute. His body was engulfed by his red aura and his cloths flapped violently with the combination of wind and chi circulating him. Nam then extended his hands forward towards a cliff, opening his palms apart as the blue energy ball shot out into a beam. “HAAAAAAAAAAAA!” his voice reverberating through Yunzabit Heights.
The energy wave successfully hit the designated cliff and it tumbled down. Satisfied, Nam took this as an opportunity and used the falling rocks as target practice. He arched his left foot, boosting the strength of his charge.

When the figure became the size of a large speck-large enough to notice it's human-like body structire, but not large enough to determine it's hair color or clothing-it started to walk. No, was it running? Damn, it was too far away! Get your ass over HERE. NOW! Meishi relayed in his head. The Majin did not have the best of all judgment skills, but his worst skill was his impatience. A common trait amongst Majin as far as one could remember, but seriously, it was bad. And all of the sudden, it STOPPED?! Yes, it did. It turned and climbed one of the cliffs, much like Meishi himself had done. This was time for him to force this being into Meishi's existence! Scream out that he was HERE! He giggled to himself at this thought and surrounded himself with his purple-glowing aura, blasting off in a curved direction to get to the top of the cliff. The wind had an effect on him of course, but since he was purposely turning, it aided him more than hindered him. On his way there, he heard the agonizing screams of whatever had landed here. BAH! Was he dying already?! Meishi cackled maniacally as he flew towards his goal.
He landed on the opposite side of said cliff just as the Saiyan Was finished charging his Kamehame-ha attack. He had some power! It knocked an entire cliff side down, and just as quickly as it had, the being was already taking off to go smash the rocks. Meishi knew this because he himself had done the same thing on an icy mountain possibly an hour or so ago, although even with a watch he would have a horrible sense of time. He snickered, and the without hesitation he fired an energy sphere at one of the descending rocks to get the man's attention. When he thougth he had, he began laughing.
"Me, fight you!"
He pulled back another orb and chucked it at Nam! Whether he got his attention or not, Meishi was determined to fight him, even if it needed to be done in a cowardly way.

Nam was startled when an energy sphere suddenly blasted the rocks he was using as target practice. As he turned to see who it was, there was a pink human-like figure with what seemed to be a rather long antenna on his head. He was laughing, smiling, as if he were playing a game. That must be a majin… Nam thought. The being demanded a fight and launched another ki blast towards him. Nam then realized this persona was the power level he was sensing a while ago; he had to focus his energy just to deflect a basic chi blast from this being, which then knocked down a whole cliff side. He wants to fight, me!? Nam stepped back, shifting his weight to his left leg, so he could move quickly in case he was attacked again.
The power of the majin was so superior; Nam’s legs couldn’t help but shake. He was paralyzed. The strength emitting from this individual was so vast that Nam felt as if it were crushing his very existence. Nam even had to use his spiritual energy to maintain himself standing before the challenger. Even his red aura was quavering and unbalanced because it was drowning under this superior power. He couldn’t look at him without closing an eye, as if staring at the sun. There was no doubt about it; this challenger was far more powerful than the saiyan from a few days ago. Nam didn’t even notice when the guy had arrived.
“Y-you mean you want to… spar?” he managed, stammering in his words. The first impression on this majin was rather assertive and demanding. Nam had hoped he was just looking for a sparring partner, because if this guy was out for blood, Nam probably wouldn’t be as lucky as before. Nam smiled sheepishly, trying to hide the fear.

((I'm sorry for the short reply. I'm currently trying to multitask))
Meishi crossed his arms and tilted his head to the left, his antenna hanging down the same direction. He was wearing a broad toothy grin that took up a good two-thirds of his face. His extremely baggy pants where flapping violently through the wind, and the storm was slowly advancing. Actually, it was pretty quickly advancing-you could clearly see the clouds moving inward from the west. He slowly advanced towards Nam in lumbering, inordinate steps with his head down. His black eyes where not visible, but his smile. Was that damned smile. It could kill puppies, most likely. Anyway, it was getting closer to Nam. From the angle, it seemed as though the storm was following the Majin-like a curse destined to accompany him to death. Was it Nam's death, or Meishi's death? We'll need to see.
"Yes, Meishi fight you. NOW!"
Bursting from his position, Meishi took off flipping toward Nam and ejected a leg, attempting to axe-kick him back down to the cliff hard enough to leave a large crater-dent!

The majin smiled and began walking towards Nam in a somewhat awkward way. Is he… mocking me? he thought. Nam wasn’t sure whether he should run, or fight back; no, if he tried to run, the majin would most surely catch him. The only option was to fight and pray to the kais that Nam would survive this battle.
"Yes, Meishi fight you. NOW!" said the strange challenger, clouds gathering behind him like the plague. If death had an image, this would most surely be it.
Meishi? Is that his name? Nam thought it strange that he’d speak in third person. But he never really fought a majin before. This was probably how they all spoke the human language.
Suddenly, with the roar of thunder striking and flashing, the majin was face to face with Nam. He was so fast, it took Nam about a minute to realize and another to react; except, and he didn’t have a minute. The majin, Meishi, had released a kick from above; he was upside down, and all Nam could see was his horrid face engulfed by a deep violet aura. Within seconds Nam was face down through a cliff. Meishi was so fast that even the pain came minutes after. The sound of the crash echoed through Yunzabit Heights and dust rose from the ground, which was quickly blown away by the winds.
Nam reached out a hand from the crater his body had made through the impact of Meishi’s kick. He was already struggling to simply stand back up, his clothes were ripped and blood oozed from his cuts. He stood there holding his left arm, he would’ve never thought that one of his most fierce opponents would be pink. No… I can’t die here… I haven’t had my revenge yet! Nam raised his right arm and charged a basic ki blast at the majin. He didn’t expect it to do anything, but he needed to buy some time so he could think and rationalize.

The kick connected with Nam better than even the Majin himself could have imagined. The Saiyan was smashed through the ground with tremendous force, and Meishi got a second surprise-he was still alive. Meishi scowled slightly and crossed his arms. He was still upside down, and his antenna dangled below him like an extra piece of skin. Actually, it seemed like that was all the antenna was sometimes, but in other situations, it proved to serve Meishi well. Anyways, the man was standing back up. Actually, his hand was glowing...oh, Meishi knew what he was doing. The ball of Ki spiraled at Meishi at a speed that would've been impressive if he was not, well, Meishi. His inner aura excreted out, becoming purple and flaring with pink sparks where the energy was collected so densely that it jolted out of control momentarily before rejoining the group. In this position, upside down and cross-armed with his energy dangerously raging out of his body in an intense aura, Meishi took off downward. He didn't even blink.
This torpedo of solid purple and pink energy sliced through the Ki blast like a knife slices through butter. No, like a chain saw slices through completely-melted butter. The energies sparked and then the lesser dissipated, but it did not slow Meishi in the slightest and he sped straight towards Nam! But, about a few inches from his face, Meishi stopped and his aura settled back into his body. He flipped over his forced-combatant and landed with a CLOMP on his brown boots. His stance was slouched and very, very lax. It had many openings that where completely visible-he could get leg swept, attacked from the back, to the head, or even from the groin. But even in such a sloppy stance, Meishi looked very, very solid as a fighter. Even if a master could find his openings, getting a hit on said open positions would be quite a challenge.
"UBBBWAAAHHH!!"
Meishi smiled again, and back-flipped once away. Upon landing, he bolted from his new perch(cracked the ground beneath him that was already broken from the impact with Nam) by kicking off with his right foot. He had his right fist curled tightly and pulled back, waiting until he got close enough to deliver a punch to Nam's jaw that would most likely send him flying...again. His left arm was curved around his front, as a make-shift shield that would be used to absorb the impact of retaliating blows to try and still unleash his punch. It was quite scary-it seemed as though he became a better fighter the deeper into battles he got, although he wasn't very far into this one. Yet.

Damnit! he cursed. The majin was coming down on Nam like a rocket. The energy ball had absolutely no effect on Nam’s adversary; it would’ve actually been better to do nothing and save the energy. In that very moment, the image of Nam cutting off his tail in front of a mirror flashed in his head. He never thought his tail could’ve been so useful in his life. Sure, he’d go out of control and lose his sanity as a human; his saiyan nature would unleash and destroy everything in its path. But they were in Yunzabit Heights, far from civilization. This was the perfect time and place to go on a midnight rampage. Nam then focused on the back ground of the purple torpedo. It was cloudy. Nam couldn’t remember whether it was day or night, either way; whether he had his tail or not, he was screwed, because the clouds would still cover the moon, meaning it doesn’t matter what time it is; either way, he was going to die.
Focusing back on the match, Nam seemed to be focused on anything but the losing battle. All he could do was but watch and stare, as Meishi propelled himself head first towards Nam. But suddenly, he stopped, inches away from Nam’s face. Nam could only look into his eyes, he wouldn’t dare take another breath. The majin lowered himself to the ground and let out a cry, was it a battle cry? After, he let out another of those haunting smiles that would make a kai pee in his trousers. The devil in bubble gum skin back flipped away and then launched himself again. He’s playing with me! Nam thought.
Suddenly, as Meishi arrived at incredible speed. Nam had an idea that might just save him. It was a long shot, but it’s better than nothing. Nam closed his eyes and dropped to the ground on his back. He began to whisper something, but nobody could possibly hear him. He was hoping that this would confuse the majin and catch him off guard, thinking that the half-saiyan had finally given in to the pressure and feinted to the ground.

Meishi halted mid-stride, in an awkward position where he was about to unleash his punch, smiling. The smile dissipated and turned into a confused glare. Nam had just...fainted? Did he die? Was he playing with the Majin or was he really down for the count. Meishi lowered himself to the ground and crouched beside Nam, leaning in very close to his face. He grumbled something in illegible Majin-speak and stood up again, snarling. Then he turned, and walked away. He bounded up the side of a steep cliff that the two had stood on when they had their glorious meeting, and then when he got to the top, he walked away. Was he really gone...?
Well, that would've been too easy. As soon as the clouds started to precipitate in what most people would say "buckets", the Majin's laughter echoed through the Yunzabit valley. Then, he blasted into the air with his infamous purple energy, and then rocketed down again! But this time it was different. He had a single leg sticking down straight, and his aim was to jab Nam in the gut with his strength plus the force of the fall to crash him into the earth and see if he really was dead.

((You should have left him staring at Nam’s face, that was exactly what I wanted *cries* ;-; )
Nam heard the majin walking towards him. He tried not to move an inch as he felt the majin breath on his face, Nam had Meishi exactly where he wanted him, but as he was about to perform his technique; he opened his eyes, revealing the energy wave he had been charging, his mouth also glowed blue. But he was caught by surprise to see the majin had already walked away. Meishi was near a cliff, standing there. Is he… leaving? Nam thought, as his energy wave disipitated and his eyes cleared out. Suddeny, the majin dashed into the sky, convincing Nam more that he was leaving.
A drop of water fell on Nam’s cheek. Surprised, he looked up to see the rain falling, but what surprised him the most was seeing his opponent flying down. Nam’s eyes widened, So that’s what he was doing… In response, Nam stood straight under Meishi and began charging his Kamehameha once more. I don’t care how strong this guy is, it’s not like he can slice down my energy wave..
“Kame…” he vocalized, “hame…” Nam was rushing his attack; his chi began to circulate his body and engulf him in red aura, the ground around him would be blown away and the sound of his rising energy echoed in Yunzabit Heights. Finally, Nam thrust his cupped hands forward and unleashed his energy wave in one motion. “HA!” Nam wanted to get him before Meishi realized he was back on his feet, and in fact, alive.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Meishi was speeding down to Nam as fast as he wanted! The attack would surely land! But then, Nam got up? Wait, whoa whoa whoa, wasn't he...BLAST! DAMN HIM, he was playing with Meishi! He skid to a halt in mid-air, face twisted into an angry jumble and steam blasting from his open pores. He was pissed. But just then, as the rain was beckoning on Meishi's shoulders, a glowing orb reflected on Nam's waist. What was he saying? "Kame....Hame..." It seemed like the entire valley was shaking around Meishi, perhaps this man had potential he was hiding from Meishi! This caused him to change his attitude and the steam stopped, his face returning to that evil laugh. He tensed, and stood in a poised position-Nam was about to fire.
"HA!" The beam of energy sliced through the darkened rain and headed straight for Meishi, who laughed just as loud-possibly even louder-than the attack itself. He extended his hands forward and...caught the beam? No, not caught. Trying to catch, as Meishi's face tensed and his vein's bulged. His laughter slowly turned into an agonizing pain as his hands smoked from he energy and his arms was becoming tired under the pressure. And soon, the Kamehameha breached his defense. In that sense, it blasted through his arm and continued flying into the air, piercing the clouds and letting a thin ray of sunshine lay its warmth upon the land. But only temporarily. Meishi was flabbergasted and struck with pain and...fear? Was he afraid? Well, who wouldn't-Meishi's arm was gone. His entire left arm and his right hand had been disintegrated by the beam, and looked as if someone had chopped them clean off with a butcher's knife.
Meishi's expression quickly changed to an enraged state. He screamed loud enough to puncture a hole in the heavens. his aura returned, all of it's purple-y evilness and it's pink-sparks, and Meishi's body was illuminated in an amazing display of power. His arm and hand reformed from his pink body, and then he took in the energy, compressing it continuously into a sphere in his chest, and then released it all at once! The sparking purple sphere exploded and collided with everything, it vaporized rocks, changed the pattern of the wind, and even dispersed the storm above them. All the while, he was screaming. Screaming because Meishi does not want to lose. This was the destructive power of the Majin when he is angry.
((Surging Kaiser Storm is one of Meishi's techniques. It's his own purple variation of the "explosive demon wave", or more commonly called in video games, "explosive wave". It, however, does more energy-induced damage rather than explode or burn, like being surrounded in a sphere of a Kamehameha.))

The hit connected better than Nam had expected, he wasn’t sure whether to feel bad for the majin or happy for his victory. He couldn’t help but smile to himself, gasping and gagging, and breathing heavily. But his smile was soon washed away when Meishi began screaming. The clouds above opened into a spiral and the sun’s rays shined on the pink figure in the sky. His screams made Nam cring with shivers down his spine.
This wasn’t all; the angered majin regenerated his arm and hands, Nam’s eyes widened as he saw this. He’s… a MONSTER! he thought. How can he defeat someone who’s not only stronger, but he can regenerate and moves faster. The truth is, Nam only survived as long as he did, he only managed to inflict this much “damage” because he swallowed his pride and ‘played dead’ like a mutt in the streets. That majin was a hawk, and Nam, was the pray.
Nam could only watch in horror as the majin’s screams spanned the lands of Yunzabit Heights and his power level sky rocketed through the imaginary chart we all have. Then, the majin released what seemed to be an attack, and a big one at that. As Meishi exerted his body outward from the previous curled up ball, he revealed the purple sphere which exploded and quickly expanded towards Nam; in other words, death. Nam watched as the giant explosion disintegrated everything it touched. Nam focused the little energy he had left and attempted to escape the blast radius, but he was too slow. Finally, he decided to make the last struggle to survive. The mortified half-saiyan put one of his senzu beans in his mouth, keeping it under his tongue; he then curled into a ball with arms crossed over his face and legs covering his abdomen and using the last of his chi, his red aura expanded into a barrier.
Immediately after impact, the explosion cracked his barrier and within seconds broke through. Nam screamed in agony as he felt his flesh burning from the raging blast. He could still hear Meishi screaming, it was like this attack was the scream itself. Nam’s clothes began to burn off and all that was left was his skin. Nam tried to resist as long as possible, he waited until the fatal second, until he finally decided to bite the senzu bean under his tongue and immediately killed off his spiritual energy. Another act of ‘play dead’, he was hoping the majin would truly believe Nam had died; so he can live to fight another day. This was it, the decisive moment; will Nam survive, or will he be sent to Other World, without avenging his mother.

Meishi felt the blast absorb most of the surrounding area, not even allowing it to turn to rubble, as he vaporized the landscape. He noticed the red sphere under the pressure of his power, and when it broke, he realized it was Nam. His screams turned into laughs of joy, and his mouth formed into a big open-wide smile. Then the power dispersed, and Meishi floated down the the decimated rock below him. It really was decimated to-it was like one gigantic crater. No valley. No steep hills. Just one large indent in the ground with the rest of the valley on either side-it was a sad sight. But to Meishi, it was the best thing he'd ever witnessed! He trotted over to burnt, destroyed body of Nam.
"Nihihihihihihihi....Hey, you! Bwuhohohohohoho!
But Nam did not move. Meishi began to believe he was playing hooky again, but then realized that if the man had survived the incident, he would be groaning or something. So, laughing, Meishi put his fists to his hips and rose into the air, taking flight into the horizon to cause some other unlucky person harm.
((Meishi has hereby left this thread.))

After a long while, when Meishi’s energy was too far to be felt, Nam opened his eyes with a big inhale and began gagging. He had been holding his breath all this time, while masking his life force. He struggled to get back on his feet and observed his surroundings. Nam was in a giant crater. Everything within the blast radius was destroyed. That majin… I hope I don’t have to go through that ever again… he thought. Nam inspected himself, realizing all his clothes had been burnt off; he was butt naked. But that was the least of his worries. Everytime Nam fought, he lost.
He needed to find some way to get stronger. Maybe it was his saiyan blood talking, but Nam couldn’t bear the thought of being so weak. Every fight he’s had took him a step further into reality and he began to realize that life was in fact, not a fairytale. You’re not always going to win because you’re the good guy. The kais aren’t going to think you’re something special and give you preference over others, no. Nam had to get his nude buttocks out there and work it.
In the distance, Nam saw his sword. The scabbard had been burnt out, but thanks to it, his long sword was still intact. He grabbed down, but immediately dropped it as his hands made contact with the boiling hot sword. So he waited. The rain was still pouring down, so it shouldn’t be long for it to cool down, he thought. As he waited, he began to think. I need to learn a new move… expand my horizons…, the question was, what type of move; should he improve defense, or attack? After sitting in the rain for a few minutes, Nam grabbed his sword and limped away.
So what was next you ask? Training. First, Nam had to go get some fresh clothes back at his house in Central City. He had to run fast enough so normal people couldn’t see his naked body. But the inevitable butler saw it all, him taking care of everything and all. With that, Nam sucked up his injuries and blasted off in a surge of chi towards Mount Paoza.
(I want PL.. xP Also, this being my first fight with another player. Comments? Criticism?)
