(This training is for Zeni, i must highly recommend you use it for Zeni)
A couple of days after his first training exercise Kris was ready in Kami's eyes to continue working. The spar he had commenced with Ba's was enticing and also served to show his willingness to fight, even if the person is stronger than he is. It also provided insight into Ba's mind, showing Kami that although he was a demon, he had learned compassion, something that Kami would require if you were to work under him.
Kami met with the young half-ling outside on the tiles of the lookout, the sun as always engulfed the field with light, although it was considerably early in the morning, Kami had told Kris to wake up at 4am in order to battle today. This was a common practice for Kami, however no doubt his subordinates would have trouble with the early wake up call.
Kami was not wearing his robes, but rather a Namekian combat armor (As seen many times by piccolo) It was light weight and allowed for flexible maneuvering, it was clear that Kami planned on getting his hands dirty.

Kris dragged himself out of his quarters and met outside with Kami. Kris was still tying his black sash around his waist, securing his Gi. After he got himself situated, he stood in front of Kami and let out a loud yawn, scratching his drowsy eyes.
Kris looked at Kami curiously, his eyes still drooping. What kind of garb is this? Kami was wearing some kind of armor, it looked like. Kris stretched his arms high and grumbled, then sighed as he relaxed his muscles. He wasn't quite awake enough for any work, but he could at least pay attention to Kami now.

Kami was wide awake, the juxtaposition of the two warriors may have been comical to any outside viewing parties, but to Kami it was just business, the warrior would get used to waking up at odd times, and this would get him ready to fight at any time, day or night.
Kami spoke loudly to catch the boys attention, he knew that him being tired would make his next instructions seem strange, but he walked forward as he spoke.
"Kris, take off your shirt"
Kami then pulled out a small amount of binding rope, anyone could tell that this would be apart of the training, but how was yet to be determined to the young man. And so as Kami approached he waited for Kris to accomplish the task.

Kris flinched as Kami spoke to him with a loud tone. Kris opened his eyes wide, trying to wake himself up fully. "Y-yes, master!" Kris said in a reaction.
Kris then hesitated for a second. "... Take off my... Shirt?" Kris thought as he began to untie the black sash that he tied there only seconds ago. He slid the strip of cloth off his waist and dropped it on the ground beside him. Then he proceeded to open his Gi, removing his arms from the sleeves, and dropping it to the ground on top of his sash when he was done.
His body underneath wasn't terribly muscular-looking, but his small, toned body was highly trained to the point where his strength wasn't apparent in muscle size, but instead, muscle density. He had a few minor scars from previous accidents and battles, but nothing to brag about.
He then looked at the rope that Kami had taken out. What kind of bizarre training did Kami have in mind...? Kris didn't doubt Kami's training, however, as it helped him greatly a few days ago.

Kami made his way to the boy and smiled at his confusion, it was clearly a bizarre request, and one that if Kami were asked he would have serious questions, but the obedience of his student was a proud concept.
Kami then grabbed Kris's right arm, and did tie the rope around his hand, he then wrapped the rope around his chest and abdomen, locking his Right arm completely locked to his side, this left his left hand -Which to Kami's understanding was not his dominant hand- open and available. He then picked up Kris' belt and Gi, carrying them back with him across the tile, he folded them, and then set them next to him. He then entered the village fighting stance that he had been taught so many years ago. His legs were spread 2 feet apart, the right facing forward and in-front, the left, facing right and in the back. The gave him leverage for an attack or defense. He right arm was completely extended with his palm out, his other hand was bent at an L shape, with his fist clenched tightly at his waist.
He then yelled out "Come, let us fight with the bodies we have been given, well minus your right arm of course"
His aura then powered around him, a white light as pure as snow erupted Kami's power, they would fight in hand to hand combat at 4 in the morning.

Kris waited patiently as Kami bound his right arm to his side. Kris began understanding the purpose of this training. A fighter's dominant arm is usually stronger, and easier to fight with. By tying down his dominant arm, Kris would be forced to exercise his weak arm.
As Kami left Kris momentarily to fold his clothes, Kris moved his upper body around, hopping up and down a bit to get a feeling of having his arm tied up. He then entered his fighting stance. He put his left foot forward, facing diagonally forward and to the right. He slid his right foot back about 3 feet, bending his knees slightly. His right foot faced the same direction as his torso, which was turned so that Kami would be lined up with Kris' side. Kris raised his left hand, bending his elbow 90 degrees and holding his fist close to his face. His right arm remained locked where Kami couldn't see it, on the other side of Kris.
"I won't hold back, master." Kris said with a slight smirk as he prepared to fight. Kris would try and remain defensive, as was his preferred method of battle.

"I should hope not, where would that get us"
Kami remained absolutely still, it even appeared as though he was not breathing, the stare off lasted for several seconds before suddenly and without warning Kami began a fast paced sprint forward towards his student, his arm still outstretched, with his left arm at his waist in a fist.
His speed was not unbelievable, in fact it was likely equal to something Kris would do, and so the attack would make a normal impact if any, the question was if Kris would intercept him before Kami made it to him, or would he stand still and wait for Kami to officially attack.

Kris took a deep breath and awaited Kami to make his move. Kris shifted forward slowly, a few inches at a time, until Kami began his charge towards Kris. Kris would wait for Kami to get close to him, before suddenly dropping and delivering a sweeping kick to Kami's legs. He hoped to trip Kami and make him fall face first to the ground. Kris would end up with his left foot and hand planted on the ground, and his right foot flying towards Kami's feet.
If the trip was successful, Kris would place his right foot on the ground and shift his weight onto it. He would then attempt to catch Kami in the air with a rising kick to the chest with his left leg. Kris hoped that the attacks were successful, as they would leave him in an awkward position, his right foot and left hand on the ground and his left foot (Hopefully) impacting Kami's chest.

Although the attack was very well thought out, there was one thing that Kris was not expecting....Kami to jump.
As he dropped Kami lept into the air in a surprising feat keeping his arm extended and his fist at his waist. He jump turned into a forward flip so that he could turn himself upside down, and as his palm became level with Kris's head, he did something that Kris had no doubt never seen, he extended his arm quickly, like Namekians can do, and would attempt to grab the back of his head, forcing his face hard into the tile he was now so close to.
If this failed Kami was still prepared to land on his feet and immediately get back into fighting position, retracting his hand, and all the while keeping his fist planted at his side.

Kami jumped. WHY didn't Kris see this coming? Perhaps Kris' bound arm was distracting him. Kris decided he would have to pull himself together... The sweep missed, and judging by Kami's trajectory, he wouldn't be in range to perform any kind of physical attack. Kris quickly recovered and turned to face Kami, who was no doubt too far to... What??
As soon as Kris turned around, still staying low to the ground, Kami's hand came from nowhere and grabbed his face, pushing back and into the ground. How in the world did Kami reach him from there?? Kris looked through Kami's fingers and saw his arm stretched out much longer than it should have been. So, Namekians can stretch their limbs? So be it.
Kris grabbed Kami's wrist with his free left hand and squeezed tight. Kris then rolled and attempted to get up. If Kami attempted to pull Kris or approach him in any way, Kris would pull himself in and deliver a straight kick to Kami's head.

Watching as Kris turned around, he hit his face rather than the back of his head, still a direct hit, but more than likely less painful than if his pace had hit the marble ground. This didn't bother Kami however as he was still highly successful in surprising his student, this would not happen twice, so he was satisfied with his one surprise hit, now he would have to play a different way.
Kami did indeed begin to retract his arm, however this was all still a-part of his ancient fighting technique as Kris held tightly to Kami's arm, his other arm which was still at his waist was extended at a much faster pace than his other arm had been, and was aimed at the one armed warrior, if he wanted to avoid the hit he would need to let go of the retracting arm, and would not be able to perform his head kick. It was a matter of choice for the young man.
Meanwhile the Kami planned out his next several attacks, his eyes seemed to jet around the battle field, as if he already knew what would happen next and how to avoid it. Almost as if he could tell what Kris was thinking, what he would do next, and how Kami would easily avoid it.

Kris found himself in another bad situation. He had a choice: Go through with the kick and risk taking damage, or let go of Kami's arm and hope to recover elsewhere... He then had an idea.
Kris let go of Kami's arm and used his Bukujutsu to propel himself backwards. As he flew, he would launch a barrage of small Ki blasts from his hand. He hoped they would provide a distraction as he landed. He would skid back a few feet, now standing in his stance again. As Kami would be occupied with the small Ki bursts, Kris would extend his arm, palm out, and begin charging a Crasher Ball, a more condensed and more destructive version of the basic Ki blast. He would most likely have enough time to charge the blast. If Kami attempted any kind of attack, arm stretch or Ki blast, Kris would fire the Crasher ball directly at Kami.

Kami Watched as the boy let go of his arm, allowing it to fully extend, and as he began to pull his other arm back he noticed the young man shooting out several Ki blasts, he found it impressive that the young man still had control even with his less dominant arm, but this would not stop the Kami of Earth.
His one free hand began to glow with a white power, It seemed to be another ki attack, but Kris would be unknown to its true power, or what it could do. As the blasts came at Kami he began to bat them away, using the ki on his hand to block the blast, and his arm to send the ki flying in different directions.
This worked very well however Kami was starting to feel the tension in his arms, he had not practiced that technique in some time, and knew that using it much more would be a terrible decision, one that would ultimately cost him the battle, and so once his left hand fully retracted, and he had both arms back to normal length he decided not to use that attack for a little while. He made this decision just in time to see Kris' crasher ball being fired.
Kami held out both hands, still glowing with the Ki power from before, and set both hands on the ball of energy that was before him. He then yelled out for Kris to hear
"This is why i am training your left arm because this....is...WEAK"
Kami practically picks up the crasher ball, which truthfully would have overwhelmed him in another setting, but Kris' predicament left his Ki less controlled, Kami had known this would happen, and as he lifted the ball with all of his energy he forced it back at Kris with all of his force, knocking his Ki engulfed hands off and dropping to one knee, he had exhausted his Ki with that counter, on any other day Kami would have been able to counter and continue fighting with no problem, but his old age and lack of regular combat left him weaker. In all honesty Kami was using himself in the spar because he had a fear. He feared that if the Majin was not defeated by Nam and the others that Kami and his GSF would have to intercept the creature and fight him, and that was something Kami wasnt prepared for, nor were his subordinates, he needed to be prepared, he needed to be able to fight alongside them if the danger grew to great, and this was something he would only accomplish through recognizing his old potential.
Kami began to breath heavily as sweat began to drip from his brow, his training suit was drenched in the Kami's sweat, and his skin had become slightly smoother, as though his wrinkles were gone. The more Kami fought, the younger he felt, it was combat that he needed to reawaken his youthful side, however his new look was not enough to restore power, he was still weakened and wondered how Kris would respond to both the crasher ball, and his now kitten like demeanor.

Kris saw the opportunity and fired the Crasher Ball. He grinned to himself as he watched Kami get hit by the intense ball of Ki. He was quite surprised, however, when Kami seemed to catch the orb in his hands. Kris heard Kami taunt him, and lowered his stance aggressively. He glared at Kami and raised his power level, a blue aura streaming out of his body.
Kris then watched as Kami shot the Crasher Ball back at him. Kris glared with determination as the ball approached him, waiting for the right moment... Kris' left hand hand blazed with a dark blue aura as he focused his Ki into it. "I'll show you weak..." Kris thought to himself. He then raised his arm behind his head and wound up an attack.
As the Crasher Ball reached him, he slammed his fist downwards, using his own Ki to reflect the ball of energy. He clenched his teeth as he strained his Ki to force the ball down and into the concrete below. The result was a violent cloud of dust erupting from the tiles that made up the floor. Kris lowered his power level and relaxed for about 4 seconds, making it seem as if he was incapacitated by the shockwave.
As soon as he felt Kami's power level drop, Kris sprung into action. He charged out of the dust cloud as fast as he possibly could, creating a blur as he closed the gap between him and Kami in less than a second. He used the momentum from his charge to deliver an earth-shattering roundhouse kick to the side of Kami's head. If Kami blocked or caught his foot, Kris would then use the brief opportunity to place his left hand on Kami's chest and unleash the Kiaiho Sutoraiki.
Kami probably couldn't duck under the initial kick, since he was already crouching, but if Kami managed to somehow dodge the kick, Kris would leap backwards and recover, ready to defend himself or charge again, depending on the circumstances. After using up that much stamina in a short period of time, Kris would start to feel fatigued.

Kami watched as the young man's energy exploded into the crasher ball, he has countered the attack and even had the energy to continue fighting, this made obvious to Kami his older status, back in his prime he could continue fighting for hours, but now, after only 20 minutes he was already weakened, he was already frail and by all means of the definition...Defeated.
What saddened him was the boy thought that he had been taunted, when the reality was that a crasher ball with his right hand would have destroyed Kami. While the one on his left, was deflected. It was less a taunt, and more a jewel hidden within the training of the day.
But for both the earths sake, and Kris' sake, he needed to continue fighting. As Kris ran at him, Kami knew what he was planning, he knew that Kris was going to try for a roundhouse kick, he even knew how he could prevent it, He even knew that Kris was planning on using the Kiaiho Sutoraiki should the Kami catch his leg. All of these things the Kami knew well, and as the round hose kick came to his face he realized that although he knew how to stop the kick, he lacked the endurance to even stand to face his opponent.
He was nailed in the face, not even strong enough to raise his arm for a block, the kick sent Kami flying across the marble tilestone floor, skidding and rolling several feet until finally he landed nearly 15 feet away from Kris.
Kami raised both hands up to his chest, and slowly began his only viable option, he began to heal himself. Kris would more than likely try to stop him, but for a few moments he would regain his energy, he would slowly bring himself back up to strength, and then would hopefully continue the battle.
Because this was the only hit that Kris had actually made the entire fight, the healing process itself did not take very much, the pain in his jaw would subside with ease, it was the lack of energy that worried Kami, however slowly as the green aura covered his body he felt slightly more alive, and aware of his surroundings.
