Zach had been out and bout for the past few days blowing off steam after his battle with Nam in the gravity chamber. He was still plenty pissed that such favoritism was so blatantly shown and that Nam had attained so much power without having to work for every bit of it as Zach had. It sickened him that some people seemed to get all of the breaks while others were tossed aside in spite of their superior ability and drive. In spite of all of this, Zach wasn’t ready to give up on Kami just yet, there was a slim chance that the man simply didn’t know how to train someone as strong as he is and that what Nam had achieved was the most Kami ever expected. It would then stand to reason that Zach was being ignored because the green man was still trying to figure out ways of challenging him physically.
Touching down after his return flight from the tropics, Zach landed on the large, open terrace that ringed the lookout and started to walk towards the central building. From there he would descend to the living quarters in the bulk of the structure, and shower. The teen didn’t take long grooming himself and soon returned to the terrace in search of the Namekian. He considered another round in the gravity chamber first, but that would likely leave him too exhausted to do what ever it is the other man would wish of him, provided of course he could even get the other to train him.
With the option of the gravity chamber shelved until after their training, Zach proceeded around the central building and to the gardens that flanked either side of it. This was usually where he could find Kami as one of the few traits they seemed to share was a love for this garden, although Zach’s was based on his desire to cultivate and build while he suspected Kami’s was based more on appreciating the beauty and serenity of the setting. In either case this is where the teen reasoned he’d find his master and ventured from one of the two rows of planters, around the building to the other in search of the green man.

The garden,
All to often Kami found himself deep inside of it, his hands in the dirt, pulling roots of harmful weeds, and watering the hungry flowers to help them grow and blossom. It was as such kami's duty to help those around him grow and blossom in ways that only he could truly understand. He had done so with Nam by bringing out his inner potential, he had done so with Kris by bringing out the warrior within him. There was but one warrior that Kami had failed, one who he simply could not help.
Zach's temper was getting in the way of his true greatness, such a loose cannon couldnt be given such a power boost without the potential of betrayal following it. While Zach was pure of heart, his temper was dark and difficult to predict. The moment he chose to leave, Kami would have to deal with the consequences, and the ever powerful zach would be to much for Kami to handle.
If he could only convince the young man that he was someone who could be trusted. And it was only last week that he realized what would be the best course of action for zach.
As zach arrived Kami spoke immediately.
"Ah zach, excellent, I was just thinking about you"
He said turning with a smile, immediately shoving a watering can into his arms and then turning back with a pair of small sheers to trim the bushes.
"By any chance would you be in the mood for a little quality time, and perhaps danger?"

Rounding the corner of the building and entering the second garden, Zach spotted the green man and continued forward. He approached and was about to greet the other when Kami beat him to it and then shoved a watering can into his grasp. While Zach enjoyed gardening he didn’t want to be forced into it like a pack mule or a slave and so furrowed his brow in frustration and mirror irritation. He was going to reply, questioning exactly what Kami expected him to go with the half empty can, was he to go fill it up, use the rest, what? But the other interrupted him once again before the teen had a chance to speak.
The man’s proposal was as vague as it was interesting, although Zach wasn’t sure exactly what the other meant by ‘quality time.’ That phrase could have many meanings and to Zach the two most prevalent were having a lust filled evening with another guy or a satisfying training session. Zach was hoping it was the latter that Kami had in mind as since he wasn’t human and given his recent ‘ageification’, he most defiantly wasn’t Zach’s type.
“Depends on what you mean by quality time. I was rather hoping to train today.” Zach started and since he was already talking, called Kami out a bit. “With all the time you’ve been spending with everyone else, I was starting to feel a little forgotten.”

Kami would feed into zach's childish cry for attention, I mean why not, it wasnt as though zach were getting any less angry with Kami. So he chose the only response that could possibly fit the situation.
"I suppose you just dont need as much help as the rest of them"
This was said with a smile and a wink to signify friendly sarcasm with a hint of flattery. Kami had been training equally with all of his students, Nam's sudden growth was clearly alienating Zach, so Kami figured he needed to get him on the right path.
"But regardless, Quality time in my book is getting to know one another, and the best way to do that is to take a trip, Your backpack is already packed in your room."
He was less giving zach a choice and more forcing the matter on him. Of course zach could always say no and fly off, but he had to know that Kami didnt have just any training in mind. If Kami was leaving the lookout it had to be something huge.

‘Well that’s a back handed dismissal if ever I’ve seen one.’ Zach though to himself as Kami tried to justify his inaction with Zach as him not needing any help. Well that was exactly what Zach was going to show him, if he was going to get left behind, then he’d get ahead of everyone without their help. Then the other continued and the blonde wasn’t exactly enjoying what he was hearing. Yes he started out liking the man but his time here was souring his opinion and now Kami was again shying away from physically training him, instead proposing some touchy feeling powwow. Zach tried unsuccessfully to hide his disappointment, thankfully the other wasn’t looking at him. What was worse was the fact that it didn’t even sound like he was being given a choice.
‘My bag is already packed? What the hell is that all about?’ Zach grumbled in his head and knelt down to place the watering can on the edge of the planter. ‘Ah what the hell, it’s not like he could or would even try to hurt me.’ the teen reasoned and stood back up.
“Will we be leaving now?” he asked while giving the garden a cursory glance and then added. “If so I’ll go get the bag.”

Kami nodded, and put down the trimmers he had been cutting the flowers with. He could sense the Teen's growing discontent, and although Kami wished he thought differently, he was not prepared to argue the negative energy, it wouldnt do any good. Zach was to hard headed to listen, and at any point had Kami been an influence on him that time had passed, zach was going to do whatever he wanted, and however he wanted. So Kami's future action was not very important.
But Kami would not wait long before walking over to the edge of the lookout, dropping his staff down by his side, and with a swift movement removing his cloak, to show a Namekian battle tunic
"Well then, race you to Mount Paozu"
Kami said with a wink before diving off the edge of the lookout. He knew zach was a little faster, so this head start that Kami would have wouldnt last long, and before he knew it zach would have caught up to him.

Zach watched as Kami put down his sheers and stood up strait before walking out of the garden to the edge of the platform. The boy wasn’t sure exactly what the other was intending and was needless to say, surprised when the green man dropped his staff and cloak before challenging him to a race and then hurling himself off of the lookout.
“What the?!” Zach exclaimed and ran to the edge to see the other taking off at high speed in the direction of the mountains. It was then he realized Kami was playing with him and intended to get an early lead while he was tied up retrieving the backpack and the playing catch-up. Not wanting to be out done by the newly old man, Zach bolted back for the main building, bounded down the stairs to the residential quarts, tore through the corridor to his room and almost unhinged the door on his way in. The bag was as the Namekian had said, sitting at the foot of his bed. It didn’t look particularly special, just an ordinary knapsack. The blonde didn’t bother checking the contents and simply hefted the bag onto his back, secured the waist strap and then bounded back out of the room, up the stairs, out of the building and into the sky in hot pursuit of the green man. Zach considered pushing himself into his transformed state in order to catch him faster, but wasn’t sure what the man had in store for him so chose against it, keeping his energy reserves contained for the time being.

It didnt take long for Zach to catch up to Kami, honestly he hadnt been racing the teen, it was a rather specific use of expression. And as Zach caught up he would see Kami slow down enough to speak with him. The two were still flying to the mountain, however Kami wanted to take a moment to brief zach on the situation at hand.
"Zach, think back to the dragon, if you could have one wish, what would it be?"
Zach had asked for the earth to grow stronger to fight Suki as his last wish, one that had benefited the GSF greatly, but now it appeared as though he was regretting his choice. Understandably everyone has their own selfish wishes in mind, money, power. But Kami suspected zach had a different Idea, and if he didnt, then Kami was going to help plant the seed, because a selfish wish is not always a bad one.

Zach was surprised at how quickly he caught up to Kami, he’d only been rocketing along for about a minute, maybe a minute and a half before the other was in sight and shortly thereafter he pulled along side the green man. Kami slowed some more so they could speak over the rushing sound of the air as he cruised along. What Kami chose to talk about though made Zach slightly uncomfortable. He remembered what had happened to Kami the first time the dragon appeared and had no desire for it to happen again, there probably wouldn’t be anything left of the man but a desiccated husk.
He did also find himself thinking about the answer to the other’s question as well. What did he want? Well that was obvious, he wanted the one thing he couldn’t have, his family back. He also wanted very much to make sure nothing like that would ever happen again and that truly seemed like the more realistic wish, still one could hope.
“I think you know what I want. But we both no there’s nothing in this universe that could grant that wish… and I wouldn’t make it if that meant the dragon would suck the rest of the life out of you.” Zach replied and continued to cruise along.

Kami and Zach made their way deeper into the mountains, gliding past the icy caps, and finally making their way to a small cave, one that Kami quickly landed on. As he did so he responded to Zach in a manner he may not have been expecting.
"Zach, the dragon is of its own energy now, summoning it from here on out will put no task on my body. I expect others to summon the dragon as often as they can in order to help us against those who would seek to harm us. And it is my understanding that what the Saiyans have done to you is unforgivable, but I am here to tell you that not only can you forgive them, but you can have your home back"
Kami took a few steps into the cave, and assumed that zach would follow him, the walls were dripping as the innards of the cave were hotter than the freezing outside air, and as they moved further into the mountain, Zach would slowly begin to realize that this was no mountain, but rather a large inactive volcano. The temperature had spiked from a cold -3 Celsius to a piping 47 degrees Celsius in a matter of minutes.
During this walk and change in climate he would give Zach a chance to respond, a chance to comprehend what the Kami had said.

Cruising along with Kami after having responded to the green man’s question, Zach wasn’t expecting much more out of him, a subject change at best. They flew on for a short while longer, into the progressively colder climates before setting down at the mouth of a cave. Zach could already feel the warm air wafting out of the opening and even though he wasn’t uncomfortably cold, he was aware of just how frigid it was around them. Any normal man dressed a Zach was would likely be shivering if not already suffering the effects of hypothermia, Zach on the other hand produced more then enough energy to keep himself warm and although his skin wasn’t as sensitive to the cold, he could feel it.
As they started into the cave, the welcomed heat that was at first comforting after the arctic temperatures outside soon become oppressive. Although Zach could stay warm, relying on his energy for the task, the same energy could not cool him and the teen started to sweat. Kami had finally responded and in his typical fashion tried to work another plea to forgive the monkeys into the reply. Zach just scowled at their mentioning and continued along beside the green man. He was relieved though that the dragon could be utilized without further danger to Kami though, even with his recent neglect Zach still didn’t want to see any harm come to the man, he’d saved his life after all.
Then Kami mentioned something about having his home back and it didn’t make much sense. The entire town had been reduced to a crater and all of the surrounding farms were either blown to pieces or burned to the ground by the resulting heat wave from the explosion. Townsville had quite literally been nuked, only without any radioactive fallout. Zach farm had been on the farther outreaches of the town and although the boy had survived, the farm was obliterated along with everyone he knew. All that was left of the town now was the crater and a few buildings constructed in and around it as the remaining villagers attempted to rebuild. Zach couldn’t see that place ever being his home again, true with his parents dead he technically owned the property his farm had once occupied, but there were no buildings and no ties to hold him there.
Whatever powers the dragon had, he very much doubted that it could restore so much. Hundreds of people were dead, had been for over two years now and the entirety of the town was destroyed. The dragon by comparison barely managed to fill a bag with money and nearly killed Kami in the process. At that rate it would take years just to rebuild the buildings and even then, the people would still be dead.
“You’ll forgive me if I don’t believe you.” Zach started as they continued to walk. It was getting almost unbearably hot and although Zach wasn’t angry at the moment, the redness in his cheeks and furrowed brow from the growing heat made him appear very much that way.
“Your dragon can make money and maybe some other things, but I doubt it can restore my entire town.” he continued. “And even if it, could, what of the people that live there now? They’ve been rebuilding the town in the crater for two years now. Won’t all of that end up buried?… Ugh… Where are we going? It’s getting hot…”
Zach didn’t miss the distinctive smell of sulfur. The walls were yellow with incrustations of the mineral. It was obvious that they were in a volcano, the boy recalled at least that much from school. He also knew they had to be careful, the Earth was a dangerous and unpredictable thing when one ventured below the surface, especially in volcanic areas. A sudden jet of steam, carbon dioxide or even sulfur could fry and suffocate them simultaneously within seconds.

Kami listened to zach's cynicism, it was well placed. Certainly it was difficult to wrap his mind around. The concept that his town could be completely rebuilt. But it was true, and Kami intended to prove it the only way he knew how. By summoning the dragon and wishing for that very thing.
Kami knew zach had felt neglected over the past several days, however Kami only had so many ways to train and teach, and zach would need to learn patience. Until that day, Kami would need a solid distraction to keep zach's mind off of training...He also needed the dragon balls collected before they fell into the wrong hands. That is where Zach came in. He would be the key to collecting all of them.
The two made it into a large open space, they could see heat rising from a large open pit in the floor, clearly there was something hot below them, likely lava. Meanwhile a single pillar stood in the middle of the intense heat, directly in the center of the pit. And sitting on top was none other than the 1 star dragon ball.
"This is why we are here"
He said pointing to the ball perched atop the column. Kami took a single step forward and the ground began to shake.
"And here is your sparring partner for today"
Suddenly a large claw made its way over the side of the ledge, easily as large as an Oozaru's hand. this was followed by another claw, and finally a large, elongated scaly face, similar to that of a crocodile
"Our friend here found this shiny treasure and has been coveting it here in her lair. I do not wish harm to her, but if we must, than we must. Try not to kill her zach, she is only protecting herself after all"
Kami said leaping backwards just in time to miss a large tale slamming down on the ground where he once stood, and like that the dragon took off, flying in circles around the pillar, latching onto the walls, and blowing out fire, as if the room wasnt hot enough.
This would be an interesting challenge for zach.
Dragon: 50,000 PL Good luck (Go ahead and solo fight it, make it a good one)

Venturing further into the volcanic cavern alongside Kami, Zach looked about wearily for any signs that the place was going to erupt or otherwise make their visit unpleasant. Thankfully all that the volcano seemed to be doing was giving off stifling amounts of heat and the occasional whiff of sulfur. They eventually reached a large, open chamber which must have been situated deep in the core of the mountain otherwise it’s great size couldn’t otherwise be accommodated. The structure was likely a magma chamber that hadn’t filled in millennia, adding a slightly calming note to Zach’s mind. If the volcano wasn’t active enough to keep the chamber full of liquid rock, it likely wouldn’t erupt any time soon. He also didn’t know why he hadn’t thought of it earlier but the Victory school was built on one of the neighboring mountains and it was very unlikely that the builders would have placed the structure so close to an active volcano.
Active or not, the heat was getting to Zach, his skin was dripping by now ad his face was beet red. The boy would press on as far as he could go though, further if asked to do so, he was after all here to push himself. After a moment, Kami pointed up to a pillar that rose up from a pit in the floor, atop which was a glinting, orange ball. The teen recognized it as once and was about to lift off to go retrieve it for Kami when a vibration shook the cavern. Zach’s eyes went wide as the claw of some great beast reached over the lip of the pit before them. A creature the like of which Zach had never seen before hauled it’s self up from the fiery depths of the volcano. The boy didn’t have much time to think however as the beast immediately attacked them, Kami specifically. The Namekian jumped back and left Zach to deal with the monster, urging him not to kill it.
‘Don’t kill it? What the hell am I supposed to do, sing it to sleep?’ the teen though to himself and immediately started to channel his energy into his protective armor. The beast’s monstrous size made physically attacking it a tricky proposition. On top of that, Zach had no idea exactly how strong it was, for all he knew he might not be able to hurt it at all. Still he wasn’t going to let the beast turn them into a pair of pancakes or charcoal briquettes. With his armor now active, Zach launched himself off the floor, taking flight in a circle around the pillar in the middle of the room, making sure to keep it between himself and the monster. Below, the teen could plainly see the massive pool of liquid death waiting for something, anything to fall into it’s clutches. Then it occurred to the blonde, this thing lives in a volcano, how deadly can the lava really be to it? While there was the good possibility that the monster might not be armed by the liquid rock beneath them, it would mire the creature long enough to snatch the ball and run, but first he’d have to make sure Kami was safely away.
“Kami, get back into the passage, I don’t want anything falling on you!” Zach yelled to the green man and continued to circle the pillar, opposite the beast.

Kami watched zach make his spectacle for the beast. It never ceased to amaze him the diligence of the human. His power was only exceeded by his wit. While he had indeed misjudged the lava, which was hot enough that even being a few feet above it produced skin burning heat, he was still making a great effort to get the ball.Kami simply nodded and waved, he didnt need to worry about his surroundings. Zach still saw the Kami as a feeble old man, but Kami knew better than that. He knew his limitations, and a little bit of falling rock was nothing to be worried about.
(Go ahead and roleplay the dragon as well, make it a good tussle for the best gain )

The dragon was immediately alerted by Zach's distraction, it however did not need much movement to divert the young man from distraction, into counter as his left wing swung heavily in his direction, creating a wind current stronger than those found naturally. The wind was abrasive, and picked up large stones, and even light wipes of lava from below, and all in Zach's direction.
Kami dug his staff into the ground next to him and held on tight as the backlash from the wind funneled out of the back end of the tunnel. This dragon had a history with the old geezer that would soon come to light, but it certainly wasnt a friendly one.
The dragon was perched near the top of the pillar, its tail wrapped around the top, and around the dragon ball that was tightly knit at the top. Zach would have to be clever if he intended to get the ball without harming the dragon, as the dragon was already making things difficult.
