A meeting between Pure-hearted Allies[Tenshu]

Tenshu was familiar with the attack that Toshio was performing, it was a classic hermit style attack. The concentrated Ki that would be within Toshio's blast would be intense, especially if given time to charge, and call him crazy, or maybe even a little fight cocky, but Kami want Toshio to have the time he needed to charge.

So young and yet so advanced in his knowledge and understanding of inner Ki, any barbarian can utilize Ki energy, but this man understands the art and beauty behind it.

With his hands cupped the energy would begin to form, and Kami would take this moment to put his arm up infront of him, and charge his Bikkuri ever so slightly. But alas a cringe, as Kami curled his nose, closing one eye due to the pain. The Bikkuri Sho took its toll on the user, and so Kami would need to be sure to use his attack now or forever lose the opportunity.

Both having been given adequate time to perfect their attack, Kami turned to Toshio, who was now several meters away on the tiled floor of the lookout. He ran towards him, not at his fastest, but it wasnt really about speed at this point. The two master's were using what could only be described as their greatest Ki attacks, and one would not need to be quick, only strong.

Both arms fell leisurely back behind Kami as he ran, his right arm burning with the Bikkuri Sho, Toshio would have to fire directly at Kami or lose his opportunity, and Kami knew he would, it was clear that it would be between the two attacks.

”Kaaaaa…..

The charge had begun; Toshio’s eyes were honed in on the Kami as he too started to charge his attack once more.

Meeeee…..

The blue sphere of energy that had appeared started to grow in size, Toshio’s eyes continued to remain rested upon that of the Kami. The Kami seemed to wince at the pain of using his technique, proving something Toshio’s attack didn’t have, which was strain. Of course there would be strain if it were used in a long and enticing battle. However, now, there was no strain.

HaaaMeeee…..

Toshio watched, as the Kami seemed to have gathered all of the energy he needed for his attack and started to scamper across the tiled floor of the lookout, letting his arms hand behind him. This was it the time was here, the time had come for them both to show the prowess of both of their most highly respected energy attacks.

HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!"

Toshio thrust his cupped hands forward letting loose a blue and white stream of massive energy hurdling toward the Namekian at lightning speeds, If would be hard for the Kami to dodge it outright and thus would most likely be forced into a battle of will and energy from his special technique. The ensuing attacks colliding together would surely rock the lookout’s many palm trees and other materials as the sheer wind force of their attacks colliding would be colossal

The tree's began to blow heavily at the sheer force that Toshio had released. The Kamehameha wave was most certainly the best concentrated attack that the victory school had to offer, and the master of such a technique would not go down easily.
Secretly Kami had hoped the Master would use such a powerful attack, he would need the attack to make certain that his Bikkuri Sho was still up to snuff with the common powers of today.

The Bikkuri Sho had been created hundreds of years ago, it was first known as the Bankoku Bikkuri Sho, a technique that took the chi within someone's body and blended it with the electricity within the air. Somehow, in a manner unknown to those on Namek, the Bankoku Bikkuri made its way to the Guru, whom perfected its deadliness into the Bikkuri, using only the chi within ones body in order to concentrate power.

Tenshu however being a master in his own right developed the attack himself, or rather when he was truly himself. When Tenshu was known as the Geurin he once again blended the Bikkuri with the electric currents in the air, only this time using the concentrated Bikkuri, as opposed to the clouded Bankoku.

Now it was there, the famed Kamehameha wave, versus the long since forgotten Bikkuri Sho, Tenshu felt his arm tense, now was the time to use it, holding the Bikkuri any longer would have far more permanent consequences.

Not even taking a moment to stop, Kami held out his right arm, the one that circled two Bikkuri waves around his arm, and with a foul slash of his arm, let loose his second circlet.

"Bikkuri!"

The Bikkuri struck the wave, and at first it appeared as though the two were evenly matched, but Kami was certain his Bikkuri could win, it always did, and it had never failed him before.

"Sho!"

Sure enough the Bikkuri cracked against the Kamehameha wave and in an astounding turn of event, the wave was split in two, taking the deeply concentrated energy, and splitting it down the middle.

But there was one ring left. The final Bikkuri ring that was eating away at the Kami's flesh now, he couldnt hold it any longer without losing his arm in the process, Kami shot the final Bikkuri at Toshio.

He had not intended a direct attack on the young man, he would never wish the Bikkuri on an ally, but it was now out of his control, the electric ki following its predecessor down the path that the wave had torn and to the martial artist.

Now would be the real test of Toshio's endurance. How would he stop such a devastating attack, here was his chance to really shine, and show the resolve of the victory school.

Toshio watched as both of their attacks collided with immense force, their attacks showing an almost art form of energy attacks. At first it seemed that the powers were even however, the energy attack from the Kami managed to break through his Kamahamaha, splitting it right down the middle and heading straight for the master. Toshio cringed, he literally had just seconds to formulate a way to dodge the incoming attack. The energy beam was too quick and too powerful to take the attack on brute force without suffering sever damage. Toshio continued to cringe, as the beam got closer, an idea then popped into his head. Without having much time to think upon it more, he executed that plan. Any eyes watching would see the beam reach Toshio and explode upon contact with him, creating that bright light one would see from such an explosion.

When that light disappeared, Toshio was not where he once stood. It seemed that he had seemingly evaporated from the massive powered beam. However, Toshio stood, back-to-back with the Kami His tunic he wore ripped to shreds but his skin underneath seemingly untouched. Toshio held his head down smiling. The move he just pulled was quite the move.

He had created a small ball of ki energy, enough to make contact with the beam without it touching his skin but giving him the distance and miniscule amount of time to perform another one of his famed techniques, the Instant Transmission. The energy ball he created had pushed back upon his tunic a tad creating the shreds you saw now. If the Kami was skilled enough to follow, certainly the Kami would have been impressed. If their little battle had ended, they both provided flashy moves to end it and to anyone who had been watching would have been in awe of both of their fighting prowess. This however, was but a fragment of both of their true power. Surely there would be more to come from the two in the future. This exciting tale would not end here, that was for certain.

The instant transmission. An attack that needed no introduction to the Kami of Earth. He was familiar with it although had never mastered the art himself. The attack was certainly one that took great focus and energy from the target in question. and so now, both Kami and Toshio having used their greatest technique stood back to back, the wind blowing Kami's tunic rhythmically across the lookout.

"I knew when they chose you as the master of the Victory school that we could expect great things. You Toshio-Senpai live up to your reputation."

Kami cracked a smile, he knew the master would survive the attack, but at such close range, he had no idea Toshio had mastered the IT so thoroughly. This only validated his theory that when Suki did arrive, that the victory school would have much to offer.

Turning around to face Toshio Kami would begin to speak, but not before Toshio would notice the blackening of the Kami's arm. The Bikkuri had rendered his right arm completely useless, at least for the time being, that was the negative to holding such a powerful technique, it did not simply overpower the Kamehameha wave on merit, but rather on the force that was packed behind it, and even Kami couldnt ignore the intense ramifications.

"Toshio-Senpai, I would like to do a little trade, I would like to teach you something that only the truly pure of heart can master, and in return I would like to be taught your Instant Transmission"

Kami made his way over to the top of the stairs of his lookout home, and sat cross legged on the stairway.

"Through meditation all things may be known"

If Toshio meditated with the Kami, they would exchange information and meet on a higher level of intellect. Kami would teach Toshio the ancient art of healing, and although it would only heal minor wounds, after much training, he could harness it like the Kami had, and the same could be said for the Kami and instant transmission.

His back to Kami, he listened to the intelligent Namekian as he spoke. Toshio cracked a smile as Kami complimented on his skills and reputation. He didn’t see himself living up to anyone’s reputation; he was just doing what he could to the best of his abilities to help Earth and his school. If that came with a reputation then so be it. As they both turned around to meet eye-to-eye he couldn’t help but cast a glance at the namekian’s blackened arm. Does using his attack have such harsh consequences? If it rendered once arms useless and blackened like that to such a degree is it worth using? Hmmm...Most likely he uses that technique as a last ditch effort…at least I hope he does.

Toshio continued to listen to the Kami speak about trading techniques of sorts Toshio’s Instant Transmission being part of the trade. When it came to the Instant Transmission, Toshio was hesitant to tell or even teach anybody about it. He would fear that it would eventually fall into the wrong hands...but this was Kami of Earth. One of the most pure hearted beings in the universe; surely it would be ok if he taught it to him. After pondering a few more minutes and seeing Kami go over and sit crossed legged on the steps, he had come to a decision.

Toshio smiled and then casually walked over and sat down next to the Kami, crossing his legs just the same. He smiled and the spoke.

“Meditation it is then. It would be my honor to teach you Instant Transmission.”

And so the meditation and learning began, the two pure hearted allies would leave these steps better warriors and more importantly, better friends. Today had been a gathering of two of the most pure hearted beings in the universe, to share knowledge and battle between two such minds would astonish most beings, but not these two. They were just two friends who just so happened to care for the people around them and their planet.
