"Take her down."
"Yessah."
The shadowy control room lights up. Boliko Koregutsu gazes down at the emerald planet, his lips curling into a frown as he places his hand on his forehead, rubbing his temples. Would he really go ahead with this? If his strongest soldier, stronger than even himself, could not take out the Changeling Lord, then he would have to - and better to be prepared for the worst than hoping for the best, as the old mantra went.
The large ship begins its descent towards the 'New' Planet Namek, and the king strokes his beard. He would have to go to the leader, but wasn't sure where to start - the ship's navigation scanner, however, indicated a large settlement south from the position of entry.
The ship rapidly descends through the atmosphere, parting clouds with a mechanised roar as it moves through the green sky. Several natives look up curiously at the site; although the Namekians were fairly adept at space tech they had never seen one like this, although one similar had supposedly passed through recently...
Touketsuki.
The ship begins to slow down, fiery jets exploding underneath to counterbalance the oppositional gravitational force. The landing gears descend, and hit the ground with a dull thud, churning the dirt slightly.
Boliko rises from his seat at the helm and strides through the corridors, a red cape billowing out impressively behind him. Although he despised the formality of a cape, it was necessary for such an occasion... as never such a thing had been done in the recent history of Saiyankind.
He was going to propose an alliance to the Namekians (and later, to the Earthlings too.)
He reaches the exit and punches in a code. The door hisses with steam as the ship is de-pressurised, and then the stairway lowers for the king to walk to the ground with - which he blatantly ignored. Allowing ki energy to propel himself, he flies off in the direction of the large settlement, knowing full-well that was the most likely place to find the Namekian leader.

The sky of Namek separated cloud from beating sun, as new shade made its way over the heads of the Namekian people. The sight was a familiar one to them, not even a month before were they visited by the Tyrant Touketsuki Yakedo. So why after promising them a reprieve from his wrath would he be making his way here now? And why would he be heading to the most populated village in Namek rather than to the Elder's Fortress? The people of the village watched hesitantly as the ship approached the planet. Yet this ship wasn't the same as before. It had strange symbols on it, one seemed to be a logo, not the one used by the Federation either. No this wasn't Suki, but what was it? In either case, the Namekian people were weary of approaching without caution. Therefore only the most elite Namekian warriors approached, the Guru's personal guard. Intercepting the potential threat mid flight. In case it was a visitor for the Guru he ordered his palace to be prepared for the visitor. Hot tea, spices, and cuisine were instantly prepared. "That isn't Suki, sir." "Noted Jorel. Stay on your toes.""Sir, I think that's a Saiyan." "Saiyan? No... I think your right. But why would they come here?""I don't know sir, but whoever it is he looks important." "Hmm... be careful. We don't know whether he comes in peace."The green figures approached rapidly, stopping in front of the King and making a semi circle in front him. Their hands were in front of them, in a relaxed non-threatening posture. "S-stop. S-speak your intentions." The leader of the group spoke up first, obviously flustered and frightened. This was certainly a Saiyan, however Saiyans had a habit of being ruthless. Just as ruthless in fact as Suki. Though there were good ones spoken of in the history books. One in particular, a certain Kakarot was the reason behind a certain Icer's death a long time ago. This reason only, had released a great deal of tension from the situation. ~Else Where~ Param sat Indian style on his throne, adorn with comfortable cushions with both hands on his lap and his eyes closed in meditation. He awaited news from his guard and a peaceful visitor, whom his intuition told him was to be a powerful ally to the peaceful Namekian people. In front of him were two cups, one for him, one for the King Boliko. In the center of the table were cups filled with spices, crushed and whole leaves, blended mush, and hot water and milk. Everything was pleasing to the senses, both smell and taste. The table itself was a simple mahogany tea-table with a fine finish. The chair in front of it was more of a cushion than anything else and was extremely comfortable. So comfortable in fact that Boliko might prefer sitting to standing once his glorious buttocks laid rest on it. The walk way up to the throne had been laid out with a red carpet, inviting this new visitor in. In the distance from the throne, a delightful aroma emanated from the kitchen; Namekian Cuisine of all types, from pickled radish to spiced Namekian Salmon marinated in a sweet/spicy sauce that seeped into the fishes flesh. Everything was ready.

As soon as the king landed on a (relatively) crowded street, he was apprehended by the Namekian warriors. Most of them looked nervous, and for good reason - certainly Saiyans could be unpredictable. But something bugged Boliko... They looked as if they knew what he was - which was peculiar. Since when did any Saiyan visit New Namek?
Nonetheless, the royal Saiyan takes it in his stride. He sizes up his hosts and smiles brightly, his white teeth glistening in the sun - happily... but almost menacingly, too. Hell, let them be nervous - if they didn't come to at least a temporary agreement, then the king would have no qualms with at least attempting to destroy them all - it'd help further the expansion of his empire just the same.
But let it not come to that, eh? Boliko would take no pleasure in such actions, after all - he hadn't been raised in that brutal Vegetan environment that felt such bloodthirsty lust from such actions, after all; but still, he would achieve his end goals.
"I am Boliko Koregutsu... king of all Saiyans and head of the Solar Empire; and I desire to speak to your leader of matters involving the World Trade Organization, of which I presume you've already dealt with in the past."
And with that he crosses his arms across his massive, endowed bulk, looking on at his hosts expectantly, but with that same happy, manic twinkle in his hues.

"I am Boliko Koregutsu... king of all Saiyans and head of the Solar Empire; and I desire to speak to your leader of matters involving the World Trade Organization, of which I presume you've already dealt with in the past." The massive man said crossing his arms.
"Very well. Follow us." The leader of the group said, and they would escort the king to the Elder's Fortress a towering building atop of a great mountain. At it's base is a massive staircase of ten thousand steps, at the top was a red carpet leading into an open throne room.
During the journey the leader would lay down the ground rules for the Elder Fortress. Basically don't attack the Namekian people, and keep negotiations friendly and hospitable.
As the leader of the group, Liam, touched down on the fortresses door steps his men would stand to the sides of the door facing eachother and Liam would escort Boliko inside.
"Guru, I introduce Boliko Koregutsu. King of the Saiyans, and head of the Solar Empire. He wishes to speak to you regarding the World Trade Organization."
Param's eyes opened slowly and his hands came together as if praying "Please, come in *he bows his head*. Liam kindly wait outside *pointing his hand towards the door*, and close the doors if you will."
"Uh... yes sir." Liam said turning on his heels and walking swiftly out. Grabbing the doors on his way.
"Please... sit. *pointing his hand at the chair in front of him* Boliko Koregutsu... may I call you Boli, or Boliko?" Param said with a calm smile as he picked up a pitcher of warm water and poured himself a cup of plain green tea.

The ground rules. They go right over the Saiyan leader's head - after all, he had no reason to act violently towards the Namekian leader. As for the second point, Boliko needn't worry - unlike other Saiyans he was fairly charismatic, which was evident in how easily it had been to persuade the majority of the Saiyan populace to accept his radical upheaval of power.
He was civil, friendly - and his voice, and its ideas and beliefs; they held natural strength, and a clarity of emotion that the Saiyans had never witnessed before. Boliko was unsure where this sense of leadership had come from - not his parents, and not from the jungle world - for where would he be able to learn?
Perhaps he had gained his sense of philosophy from his earliest days of re-entry on Vegeta, during his travels through some of the small villages were the people were not much more than tribal, savage, almost. He remembered the pity he had felt - and yet, to them, he would have been the savage - an outsider, completely naked and unintelligible, speaking little language - yet with a sense of pride like the Saiyans of old.
Anyway...
He allows himself to be lead inside the large fortress. Boliko felt a twinge of surprise; the nature of the building suggested a defensive tinge to Namekian culture that he hadn't suspected before. Perhaps they would be a better ally than the king of all Saiyans had previously expected.
Boliko steps into the room with Param, and bows down. His back hunches so that he moves down to Param's level, and he moves his right arm to the front of his chest in respect of Param's status. He was this world's equivalent of a king, after all - so, politically, they were both of equal power.
"It is a pleasure to become acquainted with you, 'guru'. May I ask your name, if you are to use mine? - oh, and Boliko is preferable, thank you for asking."
He offers the Namekian guru that irrefutable grin, and this time his eyes don't twinkle with madness. His attitude is amiable, but business-like too. He sits in the chair, and begins to rub his chin, his smile fading.
"Perhaps you have guessed the reason I am here? You certainly seem wise enough."

"Please, bowing is uncustomary between us. Call me Param, Boliko." Param smiled slightly, pleased that there talk had started on a positive note. He could tell that Boliko would be a respectable guest.
"As for why you're here, the way I see it you have two reasons. One your an ally of Yakedo, or the other your an enemy of Yakedo." Param said calmly taking a short sip of his tea. His use of Suki's last name in addressing him would show his inner detest of that loathsome creature who wished to be called a man.
"Yakedo's not the kind of 'business man' who would send someone to take care of personal business. So I'm assuming that your an enemy of the World Trade Federation. Between you and I, Boliko. We have that in common. So... what would you ask of me?" Param spoke calmly, never once showing his internal emotions to the King.
Param was aware of his abilities, and his reputation throughout the Galaxy for his knack at releasing a person's truest potential. If this was Boliko's wish, than a mutual agreement would need to be struck. The safety of the Namekian people was Param's number one concern, and an allegiance with the Saiyan empire would be most beneficial to all involved.

"Param." The king nods, and smiles.
Boliko smiles as Param deduced his status as an enemy of the rival imperial organization, and that he was here with a proposition in mind. He only hoped that Param would respond well to his request.
"Well, my friend, it appears you have got the substance of my purpose being on this world today. You see, Yakedo also threatens my world, the planet Vegeta - and I cannot let his dominion destroy my own."
With this, the Saiyan king frowns, shifting his considerable girth in the chair slightly forwards and placing his hands upon his chin. His eyes look into Param's, calculating his response to a question not yet posed.
"Time is irreverible and so the Icer's sweep throughout our galaxy cannot be prevented, and no single planet has warriors strong enough to stop him at present... as is such, why I request a union between the Saiyan empire and the Namekian people."
His eyes twinkle with that radiant, philosophical glow - he was about to enter 'long speech' mode.
"I am not sure of the fighting capabilities of the Namekian people - I won't compare them to that of my people, who's entire culture is dedicated to fighting - and without my guiding hand, barbarism. However, even if your fighters are not capable of helping in the long-term battle against Yakedo, I request aid of other sorts, in that perhaps your people may have secrets that could lead to his eventual defeat."
He looks at Param with that cool, collected look in his eyes, a twinge of warmth at the corners of his mouth.
"If you accept my proposal... do you, perhaps, know of anything?"

The saiyan king shifted in his seat frowning, considering his next step as a man would when playing chess while in a very difficult position. Trying to read ahead, trying to make his opponent's move before he even makes it.
"Time is irreverible, and so the Icer's sweep throughout our galaxy cannot be prevented, and no single planet has warriors strong enough to stop him at present... as is such, why I request a union between the Saiyan empire and the Namekian people."
At this notion, Param's eyes opened up ever so slightly revealing a glimmer of hope for the future. A rare display of emotion from an other wise stoic man.
"I am not sure of the fighting capabilities of the Namekian people- I won't compare them to that of my people, who's entire culture is dedicated to fighting- and without my guiding hand, barbarism. However, even if your fighters are not capable of helping in the long-term battle against Yakedo, I request aid of other sorts, in that perhaps your people may have sevrets that could lead to his eventual defeat." the King said with a kindly look on his face.
"If you accept my proposal... do you perhaps know of anything?"
Param sat still, considering the offer. Honestly, it wasn't much to consider. It was a win-win situation all around. Those situations, often sought for but rarely found. Param took a sip from his tea and set it down.
"Forgive me for being long winded, but I feel I must in order to fully answer your question. On our planet, there are two head clans. Mine, and Liam's. Liam's clan, the Warrior clan, is tasked with protecting the people of Namek and guarding the Guru. They possess the potential for techniques capable of defeating opponents several times their power, but none possess these abilities at this time. So in that regard, we're like caterpillars. We have the potential for great beauty, great power, but we've yet to reach our metamorphosis."
"Than we have my clan, the Dragon Clan. Our purpose is to lead the people, and we're given two abilities when we reach a certain rank, my rank. The first and foremost, is our birthright, the purpose behind our name. We have the ability to create powerful magical spheres known as Dragon Balls."
Param paused, taking a sip from his tea.
"The second, which offers more immediate reward, is our ability to tap into and release a person's truest potential. Effectively tripling their power. However like all great magic there are conditions to both. In regards to the second, the condition is that the person who's potential I release must have a pure heart, pure mind, and pure intentions."
Param looked into the eyes of the King with unflinching nerves in the face of a man who was several times greater than him in terms of power, and spoke truthfully. He would allow Boliko to decide his next step, though Param was certain he would ask that his potential be unlocked, and that would be the deciding factor for their alliance. Because than Param would know Boliko was pure.
He would only ally himself with a pure leader, and an honorable man.

Boliko listens intently, his smile growing more bold as the information pours in. Either of those mystical shortcuts would potentially be game-changing in the fight against Suki; but would his intentions be pure in the eyes of the wise Guru for the usage of his power-unlocking gift?
When the Namekian stops talking, he weighs up his options for several moments. Even if he was illegible for selection of this power boost, they would still be allies in future battles against Touketsuki Yakedo and his forces - and perhaps some of his men would be more legible... perhaps.
Boliko, however, was a purer being than he realised - his intentions of defeating Suki weren't tarnished by selfish greed or pride. He didn't have any outside factors that would have had an emotional influence on his morality - he had no friends or family to sway him, and his mind was truly his own.
However intangible, Boliko was as pure as someone could get, at least at the current stage of his existence he was in. That didn't necessarily mean that wouldn't change in future.... but still, he was unlikely to become bogged down by selfishness.
So, then.
"If what you say is true, and you are willing... I would kindly ask for this unlocking of my inner strength," he says - his voice isn't timid, but nor is it boldly demanding. It is merely a neutral statement.
If his power was unlocked, perhaps he could single-handedly defeat Suki - a sure-fire shortcut to the end of this infernal war and, at least in the mean time, a freedom from strife between several different worlds.

"If what you say is true, and you are willing... I would kindly ask for this unlocking of my inner strength." the King asked plainly.
"Very well, please come closer." Param asked, as soon as Boli was close enough he'd place his hand on his head.
The power of his ancestors coursed through his veins, and showed him aspects of Boli all standing side by side. His mind, his heart, and his intention. Param saw each of them clearly, and all of them seemed to be pure. His mind was open, and free of greed. His heart free from pride. His intention, selfless. If he were any other saiyan, these things would show a lust for power which he did not possess.
The guru reached deep into the pits of Boliko's soul, tapping into a pool of energy which lied dormant beneath his powerful figure, and released the flood gates. His power rose, rapidly. Sixty thousand, ninety thousand, one and twenty thousand, finally it stopped. During the process Boliko would feel a rush of energy unlike anything he had felt before until finally it would come to a rest.
"It's done, and our alliance is sealed. How do you feel, Boliko?" Param asked taking his hand off Boliko's head.

Boliko nods and rises to his feet. His heart beats heavily in his chest, and he swears he can feel it in his throat, at the back of his mouth. His nerves were racked. What would happen if he wasn't found to be 'pure' enough in the sense that Param meant? He closes his eyes, and in that moment he is more innocent than he ever would be again - despite the slight pleasure he gained from battle, he had not succeeded to a barbaric state; his mind is determined on besting Touketsuki Yakedo, but not for any personal reasons, not now - for the good of his people. And his mind, his persona - was open to philosophies, to ideas and concepts, as any young child, as his time in the civilised world has been brief and his heart is still, in reality, young.
He kneels down in front of the Namekian, and allows the Guru to place his hand upon his head. For a moment he feels nothing, and then a slight electrical sensation begins to take hold of his body, running through his veins. His forehead creases slightly as it begins to grow in intensity; and for a moment he loses himself, taken away by the sensations, a charged pulse thumping through his body with each heartbeat as this mystical power reacts with his own ki power supply. The flood gate that held back a lot of Boliko's inherent potential was destroyed in an instant, ripped down by the power of the Guru. And the 'water', that physical concept that rose beyond just beyond a state of being, that is within each and every individual to a certain extent; that rushes out in torrents.
His mind feels fluid during this process, and his thoughts slip back to Vegeta, where the fight between Rensou and Suki, and the soldiers of both armies, would surely now be finished. Yakedo would have left the planet by now, either by being satisfied with his fight, or blasted to pieces and sent into space - probably the former, unfortunately, meaning Rensou Hiruen, one of the greatest men Boliko had known, would probably be dead.
And that sacrifice couldn't be in vain.
The powerful surge makes a last push ahead, and Boliko compares the feeling of expansion to an engine roaring into life and reaching the maximum it could hold; the same metaphor had previously been used as a comparison to childbirth, and indeed that was perhaps a closer relative to this process - a feeling of struggle with oneself to unlock his true potential could be compared to a woman's struggle to squeezing new life out of her fragile womb.
All of these comparisons, of course, were beyond Boliko Koregutsu, knowing not of engines or childbirth. His eyes flicker open as the electrical surge fades away from his body and takes a deep, whooping breath. His eyes slowly lift up to greet the Namekian leader's, and his lips twist into a happy grin.
"I feel as if Yakedo would bend before the joint power of Saiyan and Namekian, with such a power behind us," he murmurs to the leader, and utters a short laugh - a happy thing, a thing of hope - a beautiful exclamation.
He reaches up towards the scouter on his eye, and clicks the small activation button - the data registers his own power at above eighty thousand. If he was able to access his transformation, well... he would probably be equal to the lord of the World Trade Organisation.
And that was a good thing.

"I feel as if Yakedo would bend before the joint power of Saiyan and Namekian, with such a power behind us," Boliko murmured, and the sensitive Namekian ears picked it up with a grin.
"I believe he will do more than bend." Param said with a grin.
He was pleased that they were now allies, and with such a powerful force behind the Namekian people, it would surely be easier for Param to protect his people. However Param was aware that there would be times when the Saiyans wouldn't be able to come to the Namekian's aid. They needed to become self sufficient.
"Now if I may ask something of you, Boliko." Param said.
"My people are weak and poor, and if we're to be able to protect ourselves this needs to change. So I ask that if at any time you are willing and able, you gift my people with a Saiyan training center. Perhaps one which has one of those... what are they called? Gravity Rooms. This way my people can work on becoming better trained warriors, and we could better aid you and protect ourselves." Param asked this as a request, and denying it would have no effect on their political relationship or alliance.
He picked up his cup of tea and took a sip while Boliko considered the request.

"Hmm, I believe this could be arranged fairly swiftly. I have a spare gravitational device on my ship, and I could pay to have an engineer set it up within the Namekian facilities," the king replies, a small smile on his face. It was the least he could do in response to Param's own kind gift.
After this encounter was complete, the gravitron would swiftly be installed at a facility of Param's choosing (probably either the current location or the great village, as both were accessible to the Namekian populace).
"I do not think I shall leave this planet immediately - I intend to send a message to the people of Earth, Vegeta and to Yakedo himself. I intend to call him out.
"Perhaps, end his tyranny on this planet should it come to that - and then that will add to the bank of legends that should surely follow such an encounter, no matter what the result... eh?"
He says with a cheeky wink towards the elder Namekian, but his voice is still slightly questioning - the undertone is this; am I allowed to end the final fight on this planet? It would certainly be wisest - there was little point to returning to Vegeta as Suki would soon be leaving it, one way or another, and if he went to Earth he would leave Namek defence-less.

"Hmm, I believe this could be arranged fairly swiftly. I have a spare gravitational device on my ship, and I could pay to have an engineer set it up within the Namekian facilities," Boliko replied to Param's request.
Param clapped his hands together with a smile, "Thank you! I am eternally grateful." Param said.
Boliko had provided the means for the Namekian people to strengthen themselves, to protect themselves. No longer would they be a whelping dog begging and doing tricks to avoid abuse.
"I do not think I shall leave this planet immediately- I intend to send a message to the people of Earth, Vegeta, and to Yakedo himself. I intend to call him out... Perhaps, end his tyranny on this planet should it come to that- and then that will add to the bank of legends that should surely follow such an encounter, no matter what the result... eh?"
Param caught the undertone in Boliko's voice. He intended to destroy Yakedo on this planet, it was good that he mentioned this now truthfully. Param placed a hand on his chin in consideration.
'Hmm... Yakedo is powerful, but with Boliko's potential unlocked they should be nearly even with Boliko having the slight advantage in power. However, if Boliko were to leave that would essentially leave us defenseless. Suki's not here yet, which means that the Saiyans are putting up more of a fight than he thought they would. More than likely he'll be coming here anyways. The best defense for us against him, is Boliko.'
Param placed his hands on his lap and nodded.
"Ok. Allow me to evacuate my people from their villages, no use suffering meaningless casualties because of this." Param said standing up he would walk with or without Boliko out of the fortress where the leaders of the villages had already gathered.
"People of Namek, we have come to a new age. An age of peace, but we must grasp it at the tip of the sword. We are now allies of the great Saiyan race, and we are to support them in all their endeavors."
"Our new friends have agreed to gift us with a new training center, which will be placed here at the Elder's Fortress. This will be a public training center, and I want you all to take advantage of it."
"In return for this gift, I have agreed to allow the final battle of this war to be fought on our soil. I request that all villages be evacuated, those brave enough to stay in your homes will risk death, if you are willing to face this risk than I will not stop you. I will remain in my Fortress with the doors wide open, and I will send a message to the universe that we are not afraid. We will not bend to the will of tyrants, we will not bow to those who would rule us, and our will is unbreakable."
The message was recieved loud and clear, the people of Namek roared in applause and joy. Not once, but twice had Param's diplomatic abilities aided the people of Namek, and now it seemed that he had won them the means to free themselves of this terrifying menace. Hopefully they would soon be free.

Boliko nods and rises to his feet, following the Guru out of the fortress and stood slightly behind him, but in view; his girth would've been hard to have hidden, in any case. He nods at the other Namekians, feeling uncharacteristically apprehensive; he felt the end to this conflict would come within the next month, one way or another.
He slips away from the monologue like a shadow in the night, and within minutes is back at his ship. His technicians, having listened in on his conversation with Param, had already set up the transmission device - a fairly high-tech piece of kit. The device utilised the mass and shape of the ship to work as a transmitter, that would within a matter of days have transmitted to all of the planets required.
He motions for the engineers to leave with civility; they move swiftly, preparing to set up the gravity machine for Param. Boliko steps in front of the transmitter, and claps once. It begins recording, and he starts.
"Greetings, people of the universe. I am Boliko Koregutsu; you may know me, or you may not. I am the king of Planet Vegeta and leader of the Saiyan Solar Empire; and I come to you with a plea.
"More than likely, however, is that you have heard of Touketsuki Yakedo and the villainous World Trade Organization. They roam from planet to planet like a band of pirates, killing and pillaging. So far they have gone fairly unchallenged - but this ends now.
"So far, fighters of the white have always been bested by Touketsuki - and this ends now!
"I plead, whatever race you are, whatever cause you follow, whatever you wish to be - put prejudice beside, and be my brother. Fight Touketsuki by my side, on the planet Namek!
"And... Yakedo. I know you will hear this. I call you out. Come to Namek and we shall see who is the best warrior, and I promise not to bore you..." (Boliko has left the thread)
