"There is no glory in battle worth the blood it costs" Dwight Eisenhower
Suki's ship had orbited planet Vegeta for several days, Suki had a strange feeling about this planet. Its aura was different from earths. Where as on earth he had felt confident that he would receive tithe and be on his way, he knew this would not be the case on vegeta.
Suki had briefed his team before landing, it was important that they stick with the plan.
Aice and Jorlaxl would be team 1, their job was to stick near Suki in case the monkeys decided to play dirty. He had them as backup, although frankly Suki doubted he would need it.
Caius and Gurin would be the second group, they would remain with the ship, they would be in-charge of making sure another Xanden incident did not occur.
Meanwhile Suki knew his job. His target was King Boliko, there could be no diplomacy here. Saiyans were just as aggressive in nature as suki was, the difference was their uncivilized attitudes would bring them a world of pain from the most humbling creature in the universe.
The ship landed right in the center of Saru city, Suki had located this to be the capital, and wanted to be as close to the action as possible, not to mention if those apes began to cheat, he could always blow up the city in the process.
The door slowly began to open, and as it did those outside looking in could see Suki standing in his royal Icer armor, to his right was Aice, and his left Gurin. Next to Gurin was Caius, and beside Aice was Jorlaxl. Their first combat experience would be what was certain to be one of the most difficult fights.
Little did suki know that King Boliko was not his challenge. But rather someone else...

The Vegetan high command had been watching the approach of the vessel for hours, the second one to land in a matter of days – the first ship to dare test Saiyan patience had been that of Captain Ryota of the Demon Galleon, plainly identifying the second newcomer as the vessel of the intergalactic threat known only as Touketsuki Yakedo. The burst cannons had been trained on the ship, but with such a close proximity to the city itself to exchange fire would have been disastrous – primarily for the ship, but Saiyan civilians resided here. Commanding officers had refused to endanger the lives of so many, whether they be taken by return fire or plummeting debris. This was yet another confrontation the Saiyans had chosen to hand in a more direct manner. If the Icer lord thought himself cunning enough to slip past the radar and general detection of the military, he would be a fool, but a cunning mind knew that was certainly not the case. This was a devious one, with an intricate mind not so far away from his own. Touketsuki Yakedo had approached and landed so blatantly because he was entire confident in his ability to defend himself. Such was the extent of his gargantuan powers, which scouter readings had identified to be absolutely monstrous. Little did the Icer know that a power with the same similarities as his own goals existed here upon this planet, a power that did not fear him and would now bow and kneel to his wishes and whims. At the end of this, it would be Touketsuki Yakedo whom would pay for this terrible transgression against the entire Saiyan race. The contact team had been established weeks earlier, for the Saiyan race and their comrades among them had known of this coming event for months. For that period of time, they had been preparing. Immediately a full-scale evacuation was set into motion, and civilians and lower ranking soldiers alike began to file out of the city with order and efficiency. Any attempts upon their lives would be met with similar measures, for an entire force of battle-ready warriors was prepared to set themselves on the attack rather than the retreat at the slightest provocation. This evacuation had been set in place to serve two purposes; one, to show the Icer that the Saiyan race meant not to invoke the light of an artificial moon to attempt to strike him down. . .and it was entirely possible they would, but this one was completely capable of destroying their planet and them with it. Two, by evacuating, lives would be entirely spared. It was an effort to prevent loss of life. It was also a decision made by General Rensou Hiruen, a warrior confident in the face of this mighty lord. Defiant he stood before that prone craft, a cape befitting his rank whipping behind him in the blistering wind terribly heated by the twin red dwarfs Vegeta orbited, onyx locks pointing out to and fro, his customized battle armor newly polished and his boots and gloves unmarred by the typical terrible extent he went to, all in an effort to prepare him for a moment he had hoped for since his King, Boliko Koregutsu, had announced the terrible dilemma they were faced with. A hope that had come to fruition when Boliko had granted him permission to stand before Touketsuki, a thing he granted with regret in his voice – Boliko himself had wished to be the one to face the Icer, but the duties that were necessary for the livelihood of his people were more pressing concerns. General Rensou Hiruen was the man set to the task. A grin spread across his scarred face as the hydraulics hissed and the electronics of the doors opened to reveal a foe that had been an enemy of his race for many eons, and he their own. While neither fighter was entirely sure as to why such animosity existed between them, besides the occasional tale of grand battles between each other, it was certainly there. Almost suddenly, Touketsuki Yakedo would feel the tenseness of the situation he had gotten himself into, and Rensou Hiruen felt it as well. This was not a fight between Touketsuki and Rensou, this was a battle in the long war between Saiyan and Icer. Those dark eyes of his bore into the white and purple creature whom had come for his life, and Rensou was here to meet him to take his own. No one else existed save that Icer to the former Gladiator turned General, not even the brave men and women at his sides. “ Welcome, Touketsuki Yakedo,” Rensou offered with excitement thrumming in his vocals, an audible expression of the willingness to war with this one. The rush of blood was already increasing the pace within his veins, and his breaths had automatically become deeper as more oxygen was sent thundering towards muscles that would soon see their most glorious use in all their years. “ I'm so glad you've come!” It was no lie. Rensou Hiruen was ecstatic with the battle lust only a Saiyan could truly feel. He wished to be done with formalities, but it seemed the situation called for it.

The door opened to reveal several battle ready saiyans. Suki did need to be told this by his eyes, as he could feel their power, and it was nothing significant....one thousand....five hundred....wait...
There it was, the power that he had been ready to face, the same massive power he had sensed at the tournament. Suki couldnt help but grin as he considered the fight to come, his toes began to curl on the metal below his feet, he was excited more so than usual for the bought that was about to transpire. Such an amazing warrior, King Boliko would be his greatest foe yet. He had been disappointed when Earth had not produced Captain Ryota for a fight, but now he knew his wait was over, he would finally get to fight one of his tournament favorites.
However opening his eyes his hopes were destroy as the powerlevel that had impressed him so, did not belong to the King of Vegeta, but yet to another toothpick soldier, one who greeted him to the planet with an obvious touch of sarcasm attached.
Suki didnt care, pleasantries were not necessary with him. He raised one hand, and all four men ran off of the ship, two on each side of the ramp, so that suki could walk down the ramp, while being surrounded by his own men. Suki was confident that any of the fighters in the crowd would be no match for his well trained cronies, well the entire crowd sans this new toothpick warrior.
Suki sized up the monkey before him, there were several scars on his face, marking to suki that he was either highly experienced, or incredibly clumsy. Looking down again he noticed tattoos, likely battle markings or perhaps a family emblem. Regardless Suki couldnt care, whoever this was, he would die regardless of his family or rank, Suki didnt even want to learn this ones name, he was convinced that this was just another soldier. His real target was king Boliko, and that is who he would fight.
"Yes well"
Suki said as he finished sizing up the only reasonable power in the crowd. It was clear that this saiyan didnt have much to offer, he seemed to be as capable as Zach, so even if the pest caused trouble, it wouldnt take more than his second form to win the day, and then move on to his true target.
"I am here for my payment, it may be delivered in 3 ways, In the form of 4000 Zenni, A new recruit, or a life of considerable worth"
His smile widened with that last one, he didnt want the zenni, and he had a big enough squad, no he wanted King Boliko's head on a platter, for to long he had lusted for this, and ultimately it is what he would get. All they had to do was lead him there.
Suki continued before any saiyans had the opportunity to respond.
"And since you clearly dont have any good warriors to give me, or the money to afford even the basic necessities, it looks like I will need to mount one of those pretty monkey tails on my wall"
Having dealt with saiyans before he knew that he had hit a few key nerves. Icer's seemed to know exactly what buttons to push in order to not only piss off their opponent, but cause them to do things they would later regret.
"So how about we cut the chat, and you just bring out the mighty King Boliko, he talked a good game when last we met, and I look forward to making good on my end of things"
He remembered clearly the Kings exit from his banquet, there was but one way to handle such disrespect, and that was with death.

The arrogant leader of the Vegetan forces displayed a changing expression as the tiny creature before him began to communicate his demands with a tone of one entirely used to receiving what he asked. Still, his physical posturing belied someone utterly wanting to engage in combat, and now the Icer was increasing that urge with obvious insults that were apparently aimed to emotionally disturb the Saiyans and the Inaurian ready to receive him with the only hospitality they had within their ability.
“I am here for my payment. . .it may be delivered in three ways,” Rensou's former grin shifted to smirk at the cocksure tone resonating from this one, the way he delivered his orders to a people whom were not his to command. “In the form of 4,000 zeni, a new recruit, or a life of considerable worth~” Those slanted lips parted, revealing a set of primal canines as a growl nearly rose up in the throat of the Saiyan, so, not only was this Icer demanding things of his race, but he wanted grand favors all because he favored himself superior to them all. None of this sat well with Rensou, and he unclenched those pearl teeth in an effort to speak.
“Since you don't have any good warriors to give me, or the money to afford even the basic necessities, it looks like I will need to mount of of those pretty monkey tails on my wall. . .” Rensou glared with hatred towards this one, a creature hellbent on taking what was not his own from a people unwilling to the point of being unable to surrender. No longer was Rensou bent on fighting him for his own personal amusement, now the fire was rising up within him again to protect the brothers and sisters he prided himself to stand beside. This Icer knew nothing of Vegetan honor, or perhaps he did, and was intentionally riling the General. Doing so would turn the situation dangerous for Touketsuki Yakedo.
The last of the Hiruen clan was speechless at the meaningless demands of the moronic creature making his useless demands. The only thing this Icer would receive this day was death at Saiyan hands, of that Rensou was certain. His own hands. The thought was interrupted by more meaningless, infuriating prattle from the tongue of the pale alien. “So, how about we just cut the chat and you bring out the mighty King Boliko, he talked a good game when last we met, and I look forward to making good on my end of things.”
This was the breaking point. Rage culminated so highly within the inner confines of Rensou's emotions so heavily that they broke way, sundered aside by laughter. Defiant, genuine laughter in the face of this creature that at his current stage, would hardly present Rensou a challenge. The Makaioshin and Android of Earth had told him of the creature's transformation, but Rensou had the Kousho up his own sleeve. He was entirely confident that while the Icer was a comparable warrior, he was completely capable of overpowering him.
“You mean to tell me you expect everything you demand? Well, you've apparently never met a Saiyan before,” and Rensou's thought process was momentarily broken by another set of deep rolling laughs, but he quickly regained his composure as his psyche turned entirely cold and serious.
“I am General Rensou Hiruen, and I am going to offer you the only thing you'll receive,” and calloused fingertips reached upward and undid the fastenings of that cape of his and tossed it to the side. It slowly began to flutter to the ground. “Death.” With that, the cape settled upon the Vegetan sands that would drink the blood of Touketsuki Yakedo.

Nobody could say suki didnt try. He had offered to spare everyone present, including the loud mouth Orangutang that was spouting off about Suki's ultimate demise. Suki could do nothing more than roll his eyes. Yet another planet had disappointing him with their selection of warrior. Why was it so hard for these people to understand that he wasnt interested in fighting them, Only their leader. But alas this one seemed to fired up to simply allow to live, so Suki would kill him if only to draw out Boliko. And hey who knows, perhaps he would even be able to stretch his legs, and get out of his first form.
Suki looked back at Gurin and nodded, this was the signal they had waited for, and now was the time to take care of things. Gurin stepped off to the side, Jorlaxl stayed by the small ramp up to the ships entrance. Caius and Aice would need to jump up on top of the ship, and Suki would begin to levitate.
"Well if that is your choice...er...Benson was it?"
Being the telepathic genius that suki was, he knew damn well that this man's name was rensou, hell he had said it only a moment ago. However continuing to taunt the poor chimp was to irresistable, if he couldnt have Boliko right away, at least he would have fun ripping apart his army
"Well no matter, Would you like to die here....or perhaps....over there-"
He said gesturing to his right, making it clear he was being sarcastic.
"Really it doesnt matter to me, we fight in a shithole, and you die in a shithole"
Suki said looking at the cape that had made its way to the ground, he couldnt help but admire how this cape was made. Its fabric appeared the best of quality, the stitching was immaculate, and even more impressive was that it appeared to have the deepest red of any suki had seen. But even greater was its juxtaposition. Such a thing of beauty was lying on the ground like common trash. Suki couldnt help but see the foreshadowing this was for the proud general before him. The fight would be quick, or so suki imagined. And Rensou would end up just as his cape had, abandoned in the dirt.

This puny creature continued to prattle on in his high voice with meaningless words to the keen, attuned Saiyan ears of Rensou Hiruen as his eyes took in the small stature of the tiny alien, whom was hardly half his height. Perhaps the transformation the Android and Makioshin had conveyed to Rensou would bring him closer to physically comparing with the Saiyan, whom stood with a powerful and explosive seventy two inches. The very air was thick with the scent of this trespasser of otherworldly decent, and in the nostrils of Rensou, the smell was one of the uttermost disgust.
The Saiyan had hoped for an opponent worthy of himself, but as it stood all he was presented to battle against was a tiny, insignificant insect with an aptitude for spitting meaningless words out of his foul orifice. Finally, he had hoped, a warrior would come whom could match his own racial bloodline with tenacity and vigor and the will to conquer not just because he could, but because he must. There was no heart in the actions of Touketsuki Yakedo, only a greed for power. . .Rensou's own lustings were more akin to immortality in the manner of his name resounding forever upon every tongue to ever lash the syllables of a great name.
What had come to him this day was this stinking, undesirable mutation of whatever evolution had given him such a grotesque appearance and horrendous thought process. The mannerisms of this miniscule beast lent him an air of self assured physical and intellectual superiority, and Rensou would abuse the underestimation the creature had decided was the last son of the Hiruen clan. Agitated, his long, brunette tail whipping the arid air behind him, Rensou Hiruen assessed the displayed power of Touketsuki Yakedo one final time. The scouter readings had not lied. This was a fight to be fought on nearly even ground at this point, with a slight edge to the Saiyan. If an edge was in his favor now, Rensou could only believe that his Kousho would be an appropriate elevation to lend him the final measurements of power, speed, and fortuity to win the day.
“You talk far too much, Yakedo,” the Vegetan General stated, whipping his neck sideways and audibly cracking each and every vertebrae within the thick cords of muscle beneath his tanned hide. With the slightest exertion of his immense ki, his boots left the sands and he levitated, unveiling a far better alternative to fighting within the confines of the city. “I say we decide whom squares off with whom, for my men fight for the love of war. . .” and he glanced about at the weaklings put into position by their master whom Rensou thought incapable of leading any men whatsoever. What exactly had been this fool's plan? If Rensou wished it, he could level that ship to an irreparable state save for the intervention of Suki, and he chose to put the task in the hands of such beings lacking in the strength necessary to complete such a task? The Inaurian beside him, Ikezu, could just as easily destroy that ship in an instant.
“. . .not to gnaw at the scraps of a pauper tyrant,” he finished, insulting each and every one of Touketsuki's men and the Icer himself. Two could play at the trivial game of insults. “Then, we move this little assembly to the Scorched Plains, for I would not wish the surviving members of your organization unable to tell the rest of the galaxy of the day Vegeta refused to bow, and you were cut down,” this suggestion was two-fold, Rensou, unlike Touketsuki, realized he was capable of being defeated. Two instances of such a thing had occurred, a battle with a woman named Endive and a session with the King himself. The last thing the General wished would be the destruction of the capitol, and undoubtedly, the last thing Touketsuki wished was the destruction of his vessel. . .for did he not wish to leave this “shithole” as quickly as possible to continue his conquests?
The suggestion was lined with harmful assaults of the spoken sort, but it was sound. If Touketsuki could barrage these proud Saiyans with such words, he should be able to see the pure logic in the suggestion by withstanding the insults just as Rensou did; they were infuriating, but they served not to sway his steadfast nature.

Ikezu remained by the General's side as the ship landed heavily on Saiyan soil, the hiss of the hangar door led way for the grinding of gears revealing the king of the race known as Icers.
His golden eyes rested on the petite, yet powerful visage of the King. Slowly moving to his entourage, a human-like creature with red and white hair that didn't seem to be 100% real, a green slug-like alien, a big eyed pale creature, and a blonde makaioshin. Other than Touketsuki, the only ones who even looked worthy enough to lay eyes on Ikezu's mane was Caius and Aice. However even they would fall if it came time for Ikezu to bare his claws.
The General and the Tyrant exchanged words, bitter and hateful words. It was time, the battle was about to start, Ikezu could feel it in his bones! But the field had not yet been set. No, this was the time, but not the place. The place would be the sands of Vegeta's deserts which would welcome the trespassers with blood red sands, painted by the crimson rivers within which would spill forth from their bodies in great quantities. Ikezu would see to that, even if it meant the death of himself, he would protect his home!

Suki surveyed the crowd once more, although he was callous in his dealings, he didnt need all of his men murdered in his absence. It appeared that they could handle anything in the crowd...That is...except for the Inaurian.
It was quite the beast, one that at first glance seemed prepared for blood. To Suki's advantage, he seemed to be eying his two strongest warriors, Aice and Caius. Although this would be a one sided fight, it was still exciting to suki that they would have the opportunity to fight someone so much stronger than themselves.
"That is fine, but if we get to fight so well, I would like for my men to do the same...It appears your dog has already found his choice, but what of my Namek, and what of my Android"
Suki looked forward to seeing the picks for his men before leaving to trash the saiyan.
It was then the Rensou suggest the new location. His vein attempts at insulting suki failed to impact the icer, he was already on a cloud so far above Rensou, that his words meant nothing. It would be as if an ant insulted a bear. The bear would not hear it or react to it, and the ant would be squashed in the end.

Endive had watched with great interest from amongst the crowd as Rensou exchanged words with the Iceran invader, it had dumbfounded her not too long ago when she'd learned that the man she had fought had gone on to become the general of the saiyan army and not only that but he was practically the new King's right hand man. At first she'd just assumed that the "General" simply may have been a relation of Rensou's that simply looked quite similar to him, it wasn't an entirely uncommon possibility amongst certain family's as sometimes it just worked out that way but the more she heard about the General the more his general style and personalty matched up with the man she had fought.
Endive had intentionally avoided any contact with the man partially because she assumed things might get a bit... awkward... considering just how much she'd talked down to the man during there fight and the more she heard of how far General Rensou pushed himself in hit battles and in his training the more she decided to distance herself from a chance at meeting with him again, at the very least she wished to postpone such a thing until such a time where she felt she could survive another fight with him on the off chance he'd held a grudge and wished to settle the score.
Now however Rensou was facing down one of the planets first true threats in ages, few were foolish enough to try and attack the saiyan race on there own home world but evidently Touketsuki was one such fool. The monster was easily one of the strongest beings that her eye had ever scanned and all of the new data that it was managing to pick up from the creatures appearance seemed to indicate that he would be a powerful warrior even despite being rather tiny and incredibly odd looking. However even with all of the creatures power Rensou was beyond the monster's power by a fairly significant margin. The fight would likely be iincrdible but Endive was certain that it would go to Rensou.
That however still left several of the monsters lacky's, they were each powerful in there own right and by the monsters own words one of them was an android, it was almost like fate was demanding that she show herself. And it was with a heavy sigh that Endive brushed her hood down and stepped out from the crowd walking up to sand with Rensou and the Inaurian. "I believe It would be rather fitting for me to reduce your android to scrap, it will be interesting to see how well your android can stand against the only Android Saiyan." Endive said crossing her arms over her chest and doing her best to focus her attention on Touketsuki and his men and not Rensou or the general reaction to the other saiyans present.

Alright, after being guilty myself of starting a thread that I'd hoped I could get to apply for a single person in an effort to make an potential fight more comparable, I'm locking all power levels of participants and potential participants at these levels in relation to all "Clash of Titans" based threads.

Aice followed his leader out from the hull of the ship, standing next to him, straight and erect. He waited for the commands that he knew where sure to follow soon. Already the inhabitants of the planet had fled the scene, expect a few that remained to watch or precipitate in the coming battle. Aice could feel the energy in the air being to flare, and swirl with excitement. Anyone left, was ready to strike at a seconds notice, but they held there powers back until they were really needed.
Looking over at Suki, he had a calm and cool look on his face, after so many times of him doing this same routine, he had grown used to the buildup, Aice on the other hand, not so much. The massive power levels throughout the area could be felt adding together. Aice felt nervous, he had never done this sort of thing before. Never had he fought an opponent whose mean was to kill him, and that was strong enough to do so. He wasn’t the strongest one here not by a long shot, but he wasn’t the weakest.
On top of all the stresses that Aice was under, the list didn't end there. The second in command of the planet Vegeta, Rensou was standing before them, and he didn't appear to be very pleased with the presence of Suki on his planet. A lot of people wouldn’t be happy to see him, after all a visit from Suki was never good news.
More people begin to show up, as the brief waiting period before the clash began, none of which Aice had heard of before, but could tell from power level’s that the fight was getting bigger by the second. Aice already knew that Suki power greatly exceeded the energy of everyone here, and if anyone could even measure up to his, then there might not be a planet left after all of this
Meanwhile, Suki and Rensou had been talking, getting there pleasantries over with. Suki was just taunting Rensou, through most of the conversation, he knew exactly where to strike him, and when to do it. This easily angered Rensou, and being that he was a saiyan, wasn’t going to help out. Aice could tell that before long one of them would strike, the only problem was that he didn't know who was going to strike first.
A bead of sweat rolled down Aice's cheek falling down on the ground, leaving a small damp spot on the soil below him. He had hoped that Suki hadn't seen that, he didn't want him to know that he was nervous, but Aice knew that he already did. Looking back up, he saw Rensou standing there before them; the burning anger could be seen in his eyes. Whether or not Aice lived through the remainder of the day, he would still get to witness the amazing fight that was soon to begin.

Caius watched light stream into the ship as the doors opened, and the Saiyan army was revealed to him. Lines of humanoid figures, in distinctive armor, all beneath his power by far. He swept his eyes across them until they alighted upon Rensou, the general. He was powerful indeed. The alien next to him was also quite strong, if Caius's senses were anything to be trusted. He had faith in his leader, though...he'd made short work of Caius and Jorlaxl having come, if he were telling the truth, nowhere near his true power level.
Suki engaged in his usual demands of a planet, and the Saiyan General seemes entirely at ease, as if he were in control of the situation. Maybe the Saiyans had ways to amplify their powerlevels, much as Suki claimed he could? That would make this even more fun, very fun indeed. He looked forward to more fights of a similar intensity to his spar with Suki. This was his chance to really prove his worth to his new boss.
He assumed Suki would be fighting the Saiyan general...that would be a battle remembered on this planet for years. Caius made eye contact with the strange alien, who returned his stare with one of fury and determination. That would be the one Caius would fight, and Aice too. Jorlaxl appeared to have commitments of his own.
Caius summoned his sword, which took the form of a one-handed longsword, hefty but light enough to swing with great strength. He waited for the pin to drop, every nerve in his body ringing with anticipation.

Jorlaxl was standing next to the other WTO fighters, cross armed. The suspense was palpable. He was just waiting for the spark to set off the bloodbath. He could tell that the carnage that Suki would leave the planet it would be a story for ages to come... Or at least until Suki visits again.
Jorlaxl turned his head and looked at the being who stood before them, a rather impressive general of the Saiyan. Jorlaxl could also sense that his master's PL is slightly... weaker? That can't be so. There's no way.
Before the thought could be any further developed, he saw someone else, who didn't look completely saiyan.
"I believe It would be rather fitting for me to reduce your android to scrap, it will be interesting to see how well your android can stand against the only Android Saiyan."
The nerve! Jorlaxl chuckled to himself, and replied, "I am no mere creation, android. I have been created biologically by my creator Pharaun. I'd be more than happy to reduce you to nothing more than a pile of slag."

If it's natural to kill, how come men have to go into training to learn how? >>/She was settled in her own skin, those deep oceanic blue eyes slowly turning, from left, then right. She was still settled neatly in the ship, eyes staring at monitors and taking in their numerical values, listening to the automated voice overhead, and taking a series of mental notes for later. If, at least, there was a later. She had been training her whole life up to this point, spending years of her life hardening those dainty muscles, and turning them into things that could be used as a weapon. As if checking her self over, the female began to flex each muscle, checking all of them. Why? Perhaps just caution. Still, the woman was easily on her feet, and taking that straight forward gait alongside Rensou her hands lightly curled at her sides. Of course, as there was a quick and witty banter, and exchange of words, Ani didn't give it a second thought. She wasn't here to talk, or to even make herself sound like a fool. She was here to fight. Deft hands reached up, combing through those dark locks, to quickly tie them away from her face, tucking the locks neatly into a ponytail, tying back those bangs, and preventing them from falling into her line of sight. Of course, while doing this, those dark eyes were scanning the group that had come to be beaten. Only when those eyes fell onto the dark green flesh of a Namek. A quick once over was given by the male. Nothing worth having a second glance at, but perhaps it was simply the thirst and edge of battle she was simply looking for something to trigger that anger inside her. It was little more than a glance her way, but, to the Saiyan, who had come ready for a fight, it was far more than that. Here, in the field, surrounded by her 'brothers' and 'sisters' ready to fight, that simple glance had become the stink eye, and when her hands fell back to her side, she offered a soft snort, followed by a quick chuckle. Just beneath her breath, she muttered something, no doubt, loud enough for them all to hear, but it wasn't like she was trying to hide her words. " Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to stare when I'm kicking you ass." she breathed. A shake of her head was given, and then, those eyes again shifted, scanning those around her. It was about to get messy, and she was only glad that she was as prepared as she could be. Still, she was nervous. Not for her, nor her own safety, but simply the fear of letting the General down, and failing him as his Lieutenant. But, it was going to happen, ready or not. And, with her choice picked, the Namek, Gurin, she was going to go down swinging. One last look to her comrades, and then, she stood, eyes forward, arms lightly crossed below her bust, and tail tightly wrapped at her waist, waiting for the name calling to be finished.

Battle lines had been figuratively etched into the sands between the two groups, standing with such tension between them. Each and every warrior assembled here could die this day, and there would certainly be death, and many feared the idea. Those whom did not fear the end certainly did not invite it, and both sides of the cloudy spectrum would fight to the utmost of their ability and to the ends of their will before they would surrender to defeat and, perhaps, ultimately: death. Rensou Hiruen, one of the many assembled, fit into the latter area. . .death was simply the reward for failure, as it had been for the whole of his life. Since the day of his naming to this one, Rensou Hiruen had fought valiantly against defeat. To not succeed was not an ability within his repertoire.
Twenty one years ago, the second son of Tsuyei Hiruen had come into this world. . .if he did not survive birth, he would not have been mourned, for that was the reward of failure to the Vegetan people. Rensou rose to become a typical member of his clan, borne and bred for combat, the finest any Saiyan family could hope to offer. From the time he could stand upon his two feet, he could fight upon those very two – such a thing was instinctual to his race. Once he had won a fight during his years learning the Vegetan curriculum of martial combat, arithmetic, and literacy, he had earned the right to be mourned. A Saiyan funeral was a time both enjoyed and lamented, these people burned upon pyres to surrender their soul to whatever or what did not await them.
Thus, whence victory was earned by any Saiyan child he became worthy of recognition and respect. Rensou Hiruen had enough triumph notched into his proverbial belt that once he did expire, whether by natural or combative means, he would be remembered and honored for as long as those whom knew him remained. The last Hiruen son strove for so much more than that. . .this one must rise to an immortality in that he be remembered forever, for until that was accomplished, he still had something to prove to himself. The Saiyan would fight this powerful foe until he could fight no more, and if death came, so be it, he was not worthy of life~
The time to stride onward to victory had finally arrived. Each of his comrades had chosen a foe that would taste their own thrumming blood this day, and he and Touketsuki had been drawn to this point in time and this place in existence to settle for good and all whom deserved to lead his chosen to galactic dominance. This battle would mean so much for the winner, for it decided not just the face of Vegeta. . .but of every planet within the system. This Saiyan who stood so ready to face this tyrant was the obvious end of his life. Rensou meant to fulfill that. That General smiled earnestly at the small, ugly being before him and continued the motions that would decide the fate of the universe. Saiyan rule, or Iceran rule?
“Finally. Let us begin, Touketsuki~” and with that the dust at his boots plumed upward as toned and tested muscle prepared him upward and a thrust of ki sent him skyborne. Above the city Rensou Hiruen would rise, the warriors he called allies with him. Perhaps the Icer would choose to stop him. But, perhaps he might realize Rensou wished a more fitting place for their encounter. . .not a city filled with countless empty buildings, for his people had been evacuated completely by this point. Some stragglers had chosen to remain, but for the most part the only ones involved in this debacle were Suki, Rensou, and their respective forces.
The idea of causing harm to a city and a ship was a distracting thing, Rensou wished to war with this Icer. . .not his means of travel. He wished to fight him honorably, with not a distraction between them and only the charred sands of the Scorched Plains beneath their feet. No where to run, no where to hide. No games. Only combat. With that in mind, the general, his Lieutenant, Ikezu, and Endive would head for the plains. Touketsuki had come for his payment, and it would be delivered upon – just not in Saru city.
