Attacks:
Telekinesis - The ability to manipulate objects, usually limited by the users physical strength.
Flight - Also known as Bukujutsu, the user uses ki to fly.
Hell Spike - A Ki attack, similar in destructive power to a Death Beam. A concentrated, tapered needle of ki is launched at the enemy. Caius can launch a barrage of these just as easily as he can generate and fire a single one
Solar Flare - Usage of ki specifically to blind, not to damage.
Zanzoken - The user utilizes his energy to speed up to an incredible velocity, leaving behind afterimages.
Weapon Transformation - Caius's sword, summoned from the Demon Realm and his birthright, has the ability to change its form.
Protective Barrier - Appears as a translucent bubble surrounding Caius, it is impermeable to both energy and people. Protective ability scales to power level, although it is capable of mitigating the damage from very powerful attacks. It can also totally reflect weaker attacks.
Zantetsuken - Caius charges up ki, either in his hand or in his blade, and when he lands a strike, unleashes it. If he uses it in hand-to-hand combat, the energy will explode on impact, unleashing crushing force. If channeled through his blade, it multiplies the cutting power of his katana, and unleashes a blast of energy at the terminus of the swing. Similar to Broly's Eraser Blow.
Devil Hammer - Caius draws his energy into his body, and uses it to propel himself at his opponent, tackling them and carrying them. He will usually take a parabolic path, to slam them into the ground, or he will carry them into a wall. When he collides in such a manner, the energy erupts in a large explosion.
Vice Shout - Caius channels his ki into his throat, and unleashes a mighty shout capable of rending flesh, and tearing the dimensions. It can stun enemies, and if they're close to Caius when he yells, it could even inflict some minor injuries. Caius can use this technique to travel to Other World.
Chaos Bomber - Similar to the Super Explosive Wave, Caius unleashes his ki in a massive area-of-effect explosion around him. This can even be used to deflect energy attacks, although it cannot be used quite as defensively as his protective barrier.
Hell's Rain - Caius draws a line of brilliant, glowing ki in the air with his fingers, before shattering it with his sword. The stress of compressing such a large amount of ki into a single strand with the shock of the strike causes it to shatter into many, highly concentrated, very explosive shards of ki that hurtle at the enemy.
Negatron Cannon - A large pulsing ball of ki, with rings rapidly orbiting it. Similar to the Eraser Cannon, but a deep red hue, outlined in Caius's signature aqua aura. Has great destructive power, parallel to a Big Bang Attack, or if charged up, possibly greater. Also known as the Big Red Dick, when Boliko's not around.
Special Demon ability - The Fist of Fisting: He can punch through the fabric of space-time and conjure up an idea or object from another dimension or reality. This ability has notoriously misfired...one does not easily defeat an enemy with a turnip, or a grilled chicken breast. As Caius has grown more powerful, he has gained greater subconscious control over what he can grab with his powers.

Apparently, the birth of a demon is far less taxing a task. While the trigger to this process is unknown, the ingredients aren't quite sugar, spice, and everything nice.
No, the requisite materials are ideas. Our world is but one of many, overlapping, intersecting in places we can't see. Ideas are but flickers, glimmers upon the unseen surface of our world, born out of our souls. These figments sometimes congregate, and something is produced. Sometimes, you never know what you'll get in this ugly, Russian-Roulette charade of creation. You might get someone as unusual as Caius. Born at the perfect conjunction of two parallel worlds, he came into being.
By came into being, I mean he hurtled through the void that is the endless aether between worlds until he came into this specific one. His desires are 3-fold. Power, Knowledge, and Entertainment.
Based on his nature, and his method of creation, he primarily enjoys the last of the 3. If something is mildly funny, he'll be roaring about it for minutes.
The extent of his potential is unknown even to him, and he considers it his duty to realize it. At any cost.
