Wandering into the open planes of Namek, a few mountains dotting the landscape, the young Ethar looked back to Orenji, his new training partner for the time being. "Thanks alot of training me up a bit. With the trouble starting on Namek, We need to be at our best." He said as he look ahead of him and just narrowly missed tripping on a small rock.

He stopped as he fully turned around and asked "By the way, names Ethar. Whats your name?" He asked, feeling a bit embarrassed that he had asked the other to help him train when he never even learned of his name yet.

Orenji followed the half Saiyan to the plains on Namek. The man wanted to train with Orenji, before things started to get worse on Namek. It was surprising for Orenji to be asked by a stranger to train with, but he knew that he had to toughen this person up. In his current state he would be of little help to others on Namek, maybe he would distract whatever the problem is. He could easily die, Orenji was going to make sure that didn't happen.

"Thanks alot of training me up a bit. With the trouble starting on Namek, We need to be at our best."

"Yes we all need to be mentally prepared for what ever is on Namek. Now lets see what you can do, and don't hold back after this is done i will heal your injuries." Orenji said following his soon to be sparring partner.

Orenji was wondering when this person, who he still didn't know the name of was going to stop walking. Soon enough Orenji would get his wish, his sparring partner turned around looking right at Orenji.

"By the way, names Ethar. Whats your name?"

"My name is Orenji, now lets see what you have got." Orenji said dropping into a defensive stance waiting to see what Ethar was going to do.

Orenji knew taking his weights off wouldn't make the fight fair. So Orenji decided to keep them on to truly see how much of a beating Ethar can take. Orenji was going to make sure he could handle himself if ever the time came. Everyone on Namek knew of a threat, but still no one knows what or who is coming or already here.

Ethar smiled, as he kept to his base for for now. He knew Orenji was powerful, but he wanted to know just how powerful he really was. There was no point in training if you dont push yourself to your absolute limits. For the thread on Namek, He wanted to be as best as he could be, maybe even expand his arsenal of attacks. Granted, they were well balanced, but with only 3 known good attacks, Ethar would have to be rather crafty to get a stratagey that would work against powerful opponents.

"Nice to meet ya." He said, as small balls of energy formed at his finger tips as he smirked. "Dont you dare hold back either. I like it rough!" He added, as his eyes started to turn a blood red colour. A Noran trait when he felt his lust for battle tacking hold of him. Then, without warning, Ethar threw the small balls of Ki towards him, as a volley of rapid ki blasts was hurled at his training opponent.

Orenji looked at Ethar as he began to create balls of energy at his finger tips. Orenji was proud to see that he wasn't intimidated by the power difference. This was a good trait, just because someone is stronger doesn't mean you cant get the upper hand.

"Dont you dare hold back either. I like it rough!"

Orenji was sure that Ethar could probably take a hit, but there was no way he was going to take off the weights just yet. He needed to first see how much Ethar could actually take now before going to his full strength. Then without warning blasts of ki were flying straight for Orenji, he was caught off guard by the surprise attack with teh first couple of blasts slamming right into Orenji sending him back a few steps. Orenji quickly rolled out of the way, and quickly summoned a barrier around him coating his body is ki.

"Nice job, you actually caught me by surprise well lets get this going then." Orenji said charging at Ethar

Orenji was charging straight for Ethar and inches before striking Orenji would activate Zenzoken disappearing from Ethar's view and appearing right behind him whipping his left foot hoping to land a solid hit into the head of his opponent. If the kick would be successful Orenji would follow it up with some ki blasts at his opponent. If somehow it was blocked Orenji would push off Ethar's back creating seperation once again between the two.

"Huh?!" He said, as he held his arms up to block an attack that never came. "Where did --" He started to say, but a sharp blunt attack hit him in the back of the head, sending him falling forward, but he caught himself, and immediately spun around with his butt on the ground as he erected some short of shielding that his Ki blasts impacted with. It seemed to hold, yet it seemed like that another ki blast would of shattered the shield.

"Ok, that hurt. Now its my turn!" He said, as his foot started to glow with Ki, as he suddenly dispersed the shield, and used his hands to push himself off, as he attempted to kick Orenji anywhere he could. If it was successful, Ethar's kick would send Orenji sky high. He didnt know wether his half-moon kick would work or not, seeing that his opponent had put a little bit of distance between them. If Orenji stayed in the skies, He had only one attack for now that could only hit a flying opponent.

"Ok, that hurt. Now its my turn!"

Orenji saw as Ethar launched himself at him, Orenji braced himself for the attack and was caught. Ethar's kick hit Orenji square in the chest sending Orenji launching several feet in the air. Eventually Orenji was able to stop him self from rising higher and higher. Orenji was surprised the power that came from that kick, he was launched very far in the air. Trying to ignore the pain coming from his chest, Orenji slowly went back towards the surface. Once he came back in contact with the ground, he looked back at Ethar.

"Alright since it seems that i am no match for you in my current state. Lets see how you can handle this." Orenji said

Orenji quickly began concentrating his ki, Orenji was entering his Great Namek state. Orenji quickly began to double in size and mass, he know stood at about 12ft tall and several hundred pounds. Orenji hadn't done this since his last fight with Drexx, but it mattered not. Orenji looked back at Ethar and smiled, more then likely at the reaction of his opponent.

"Now Ethar things are going to get interesting." Orenji said shooting stronger blasts at Ethar not hoping to hit, but just to show him the power difference Orenji had just gone through. Ethar was now going to have a hard time dodging Orenji's attacks. This was going to all be part of the lesson he was going to teach Ethar.

Ethar saw his attack was successful, as Orenji was sent into the air, but he had quickly gone back to the ground. While he was glad he made contact with him, it seemed that Orenji wasnt gonna go easy on him at all, as he saw Orenji grow in size. He could even feel his power grow tremendously. "Wow, what the heck...." He said, as he saw the great Namekian toss some ki blasts at him, but instead of throwing up a shield, he leapt to the side and smirked.

Several ki blasts had gathered at his finger tips as he tossed them at Orenji again, but this time, aiming for his face. He wanted to see how quick this larger form was before he transformed himself. Orenji might of had size as an advantage, but it would be much harder to hit Ethar physically if the Noran/Saiyan man kept his wits about him.

"Come on ya big lug, you arent even trying!" He said, trying to egg Orenji on, taunting him.

Orenji wasn't surprised that his blasts were dodged, Ethar was faster then Orenji had thought. This fight was about to get interesting and it appears that Ethar didn't fully yet understand who he was up against. Orenji just smiled at Ethar watching him dodge hit attacks, but Orenji was far from done with this lesson.

"Come on ya big lug, you arent even trying!"

"Trust me Ethar you don't want me to try at 100%, and if you are trying to bother me with your words you are going to have to try harder then that. It is going to take a lot more then that to bother me. Now enough talk we need to get back to training." Orenji said looking straight at Ethar.

Orenji would wait and see what Ethar was going to go next. He clearly knew that he was stronger then Ethar, but was hoping that it wasn't going to make his be hesitant. Orenji had many techniques that he could use to try and seriously hurt Ethar, but that wasn't the point of this. Since Ethar obviously wanted this fight to get more challenging Orenji would oblige.

"Alright Ethar lets see how you handle this." Orenji said

Orenji charged up a ki blast in his hand, the blast started to get larger and larger. Once it was a decent size Orenji launched the orange ki blast right at Ethar. Hoping that this first blast would hit him in the chest. Orenji quickly brought his hands up to his head, it looked like he was taking a picture of the scene. Once again Orenji dissapeared using View Master, and reappearing several feet behind Ethar. Quickly he shot out his left hand and pointed his index finger at Ethar.

"Catch Ethar! Dodonpa!" Orenji said launching a Dodonpa at Ethar's back, Ethar was now about to be trapped by two powerful ki blasts. Orenji was curious to see how he would react in this situation.

Ethar watched as Orenji charged up a large ki blast and then vanished from sight. He had seen that trick before, and knew how to work this one out . He had known what to do, as he quickly lept to the side, allowing the two attacks to hit eachother, causing an explosion that would pick up plenty of dust, temporarily clouding their vision.

Taking this time to help close the gap in their powerlevels as much as he could Ethar suddenly made his PL jump up. His eyes turned red, as his canines extended into long sharp fangs, as his nails grew longer, harder and sharper. "Thats much better!" He said turning around, as he leapt out of the smoke, right at Orenji with his fingers glowing with energy, as he threw the multiple Ki blasts at his face again, trying to land in a lucky shot that would turn the tide of the battle.

If he was successful, Ethar would try to use his claws afterwards to latch onto the Giant Namekian. HIs sharp nails would, hopefully, dig into Orenji's flesh, causing a decent amount of pain like a sliver in the skin would.

Orenji watched as his two attacks exploded against each other, dust and debris filled the air. His vision was blocked, but he could still sense Ethar's power signature. Orenji dropped back into a defensive stance preparing for Ethar's attack. Orenji was both surprised and impressed with Ethar's performance. Suddenly Orenji noticed Ethar's power rise, he smiled.

"Well then, so you do still have some tricks left. Come one Ethar show me what you got." Orenji said waiting for the attack.

Like Orenji predicted Ethar jumped through the smoke launching some ki blasts at Orenji's head. Orenji quickly smacked teh blasts out of the way, them exploding on the ground several feet away. Ethar was still coming at him, sharp claws coming right for Orenji. Probably hoping to pierce his skin causing great pain. Orenji sidestepped, stopping Ethars clawa ttack pushing it to the side.

"Almost Ethar. almost." Orenji said smirking at Ethar

Orenji extended his hand out, once again extending his index finger out. Once again he was going to try to hit Ethar with a Dodonpa. This was just strong enough to cause a decent amount of damage to him, not kill or seriously harm him. It was going to be hard to get out of the way this time because of how close Orenji was to Ethar.

Ethar had no time to dodge the attack, as he noticed his melee attack being brushed aside. He didnt have any time to react to Orenji's attack either, as it nailed him head on, burning a hole in his clothing as the young man felt a sharp pain at the point in impact.

Tumbling to the ground, he growled to himself, as he was so naive to leave himself open to attack, as he immediatly got back up to his feet and glared at Orenji. The Great Namekian could see that he had given Ethar quite a wound on his side"Thank goodness to my Noran heritage." He thought, as he felt the painful wound start to itch from healing.

"Gonna have to do better then a lil attack like that to bring me down!" He said, as he charged up more Ki balls in his fingers, as he lept up at him, and tossed them outwards. Several balls flying to Orenji's left, and several to his right. And just when it seemed that his attacks were a complete miss, the balls would seem to alter course, and head right at Orenji from both sides.

Orenji watched as his Dodonpa smashed right into the side of Ethar. Orenji looked on as his opponent got back to his feet, clothes burned. He knew that attack wasn't going to seriously injure Ethar, but hope to make him take this seriously. Orenji was ready to continue the match slowly building ki into his hands.

"Gonna have to do better then a lil attack like that to bring me down!"

Orenji just shook his head at Ethar's arrogance, he still isn't taking this match in a serious manner. Orenji knew he could end this at anytime, all he had to do was take off the weights and it would be over. He refused to take them off, Orenji wanted to test Ethar which so far it was going alright.

"Trust me Ethar I know what i have to do to finish this." Orenji said smirking at Ethar

Orenji was still slowly gathering ki into his hands, when suddenly Ethar began launching ki balls to Orenji's left and to his right. These attacks seemed like they were just going to miss, until all of the ki balls changed direction and barreled at Orenji. With seconds to react Orenji shot his hands into the air and released all the built up ki activating Seraph's Shield. The balls of ki slammed into the shield and were absorbed. Orenji had to use a decent amount of concentration and energy to make sure the shield didn't break. When the last ki ball was absorbed Orenji let down the shield.

"Nice try Ethar." Orenji said

Orenji then launched several blasts at Ethar, hoping to distract him. He would then lift of the ground using Bukujutsu and charge at Ethar. Hoping that the blasts would distract Ethar long enough Orenji would clentch his left hand into a fist and swing it at Ethar's head. Hoping to connect and send Ethar tumbling across the ground.

Ethar growled to himself as he saw that Orenji had his own shield technique. "Figures." He said, as he saw the Great Namekian fire off some Ki Blasts at him. Not falling for the ruse, He brought up his own shield blocking a few, but unfortunatly the blasts shattered the shield, and blew right through, crashing into him, as Orenji's fist followed up, and smacked him hard.

The force of the impact caused Ethar to fly back into a large boulder. His body crashed into it as he felt a couple of his rib bones crack, as pain wrecked his body. But his lust for Battle kept him going as some blood dripped from his mouth. "Haha, Good one. Now things are getting good." He said, as he pulled himself from the boulder, and shook himself a bit, getting some debri off of what was left of his clothes.

He had an idea, as he suddenly took off running towards Orenji and leapt into the air, with another frontal attack of Ki Blasts aimed right at his face, seeing that normal attacks wouldnt effect his opponents body. "Take a swing at me! I dare ya!" He said, taunting him, as every step he took caused his chest a bit of pain, but it was bare-able for the time being. He could only hope that Orenji would fall for his taunt, though Ethar did present himself as a tempting target.

Orenji watched as Ethar was flow into a large boulder, crashing into it most likely breaking some bones. Orenji would hope that this would send the message loud and clear to Ethar, that he was no one to mess with. Orenji was waiting for Ethar to retaliate, but that isn't what happened. Orenji watched as Ethar pulled himself off of the boulder, blood dripping form his mouth.

"Haha, Good one. Now things are getting good."

"Ethar, once again you have no idea." Orenji said starring right at Ethar

Orenji looked right at Ethar waiting for him to do something, and he did. Ethar once again charged at Orenji shooting ki blasts. Orenji just shook his head and side-stepped the blasts and waited for Ethar to get closer.

"Take a swing at me! I dare ya!"

"You are still as arrogant as ever, when are you ever going to learn. Charging head on at your opponent isn't a very tactical move."

Orenji shot his hands up to his face "You are going to have to learn Ethar. Solar Flare!."

The bright flash would in fact blind Ethar long enough for Orenji to make his attack. While Ethar was blinded Orenji would run at him clenching his hands into fists. He would thrown the left one first followed up by the right one and repeat. Hoping to do enough damage to Ethar to make him understand the error of his attack.

Ethar was about to set his plan into motion, but Orenji used a technique that blinded him. He was about to do an about face to retreat until the blindness wore off. However, his attempt to retreat was invain, as giant fists smacked right into him, causing more heavy damage to him.

He fell onto his back from the punches, as more blood was forced to be coughed up from his lungs as he felt the sharp pain in his body now with much more intensity. Was he dying now? Most likely Broken ribs, added with the force of the brutal physical assault that Orenji was now using against him would probably do the trick to bring him on the brink of death itself. "E-Enough...I.. ack...Surrender..." He said, as he coughed on his own blood. The Battle was over, Orenji had won with Ethar very badly injured, if not damn near fatally injured as well.

He weakly leaned his head up when the attacks had stopped and his sight returned as he painfully put his arm up, and gave Orenji a thumbs up. "G-Good s-spar..."
