Watching his obsidian opposition tumble end over end amused Sohko for a few moments, until the overwhelming grief of millions of lost lives once again pressed his mind which, as grief often does, then turned to anger. As the charcoal marauder regained his composure the bladesmith found himself drawn to his enemy’s vertically challenged companion.
“Three little monkeys sitting in a tree, all singing ‘Can you see me?’ Then came the green man with a big smile. And the monkeys thought it would be fun to throw a dung pile. The first one exploded from a quick blast, the green man had clearly done this in his past. The second one tried to be a hero swinging down from way up high, the green man broke his neck right there in the sky. The third little monkey cowered as the green man flew, if he didn’t know better he had thought the monkey had soaked her clothes through. With a smile the green man sang ‘Don’t worry little monkey you are going to be fine’, the green man paused and then said ‘Your skin will make a good coat of mine.’ The little monkey thought she would be strong and attacked the green man, but oh was she wrong. A laugh echoed out of the green man, with a cackle in his voice he spoke ‘Into the fire from the frying pan.’ With some final words the green man did speak…”
It took a moment for the saiyan to be sure his ears hadn’t bled. The emerald munchkin’s horrid storytelling was effective at one task though; it made for a decent distraction. If the tailed warrior hadn’t noticed the determined disc out of the corner of his eye, it may very well have decapitated him. Thankfully he spotted it at the last second and leaned straight back at the knees until he was parallel to the parched plains, displaying his impeccable flexibility and athleticism; both yet another result of Kasai’s limit breaking training regime.
“Suck it Neo.”
He mumbled through gritted teeth as the silver kienzan soared overhead. However he would not escape unscathed as he felt the move’s intense heat brush up against his forehead. Standing erect he felt the warm viscous fluid trickle down the sides of his nose. The taste of his own blood as it reached his lips made his black aura intensify as he clenched his left hand; pooling the last of the energy he requires. Just as he goes to launch the long overdue attack though he feels a sudden fluctuation in the breathtaking beauty’s ki signature. Casting his eyes to her once more he found Noko on her knees clutching her side; her hands sticky with the familiar red liquid.
“NO!”
The two coals which floated amongst the white of his eyes ignited as his nostrils flared.
“Come on Saiyan, attack! I have no time to play games with you. Let’s get this over with so I can leave this forsaken planet.” The taunt abruptly ripped his attention back to his own enemy who had surrounded him with sterling balls of ki; each hovered forebodingly only a short distance away from him. It was apparent that the midnight monstrosity was desperate to extinguish the golden light which encompassed Sohko’s left hand as an instant later the menacing spheres erupted into an explosion which engulfed the swordsman entirely.
Surely the daunting cloud of debris would give the creature cause for hope. Maybe he’d think the saiyan dead; or at the very least his mighty attack disrupted. Yet as the cloud dissipated, Sohko came to view, down on one knee with his right hand still gripping his sword, which stuck into the cracked earth before him. His left hand was out of sight, clenched between his abdomen and bent knee. The amassing power seemed to be gone, undoubtedly a comforting thought for its intended target. A comfort almost immediately ripped away as golden wisps of ki curled upwards from the guarded source.
“Cute trick.”
Pulling his sword free from the dirt, he stood; his gnarled hand itching to unleash its gathered strength. Raising the empowered limb ominously the saiyan turned so that his body was perpendicular to that of his opponent. Extending his arm and opening his palm flat, Sohko stared daggers from beneath his sunglasses.
“My turn.”
The simple words dripped with a venomous malice though they paled in comparison to the nerve rattling golden energy wave which followed in its wake. The God Breaker (CHARGE 3) closed the gap between grounded user and airborne target in seconds, aiming to overwhelm the black menace. Sohko doubted the beast would be able to dodge the attack completely though he hoped it did not kill the creature but rather incapacitate him. The saiyan did not wish to face the curse’s wrath once more and the last thing he desired were this animal’s memories floating around in his already convoluted skull.
No sooner than the attack had left his hand did a powerful pain strike his heart, a pain which bore a message; Vegeta is dying. He could feel it to his very core as could the planet which shook hard in the wake of its death sentence. Whether it was magical roots of otherwise, Sohko always had a connection to his home planet; a connection he felt sever in the most awful of ways. Casting his eyes to the remnants of the fallen city he felt that power and new it instantly. While the blonde human known as Zach had been the one to decimate the city, and the majority of the saiyan race along with it, it was Geurin who was delivering the coup de grâce. For one of the few times in his life the vocal fighter found himself speechless at the agonizing realization that soon his home would be no more.

The pillar of light lit up in the Saiyan woman’s eyes as she stared behind Izanagi as the winds began to shift. Something had happened and it was going to cut his fun with her short. Not because of lack of desire on Izanagi’s part to play with the girl but rather that his father had done something very drastic, a mistake only a fool would make in the long run. His head turned and he glanced over his shoulder as the ground began to shake. His father’s energy signature was so ripe in the air he could physically taste it. Geurin had decided to blow up the planet.
With a heavy sigh Izanagi turned back towards the Saiyan girl who was on her knees clutching her side from where Izanagi’s attack had found its mark. It was painfully clear to the young sadistic Namekian that she was not cut out to be a fighter. She lacked any instinctual moves or the will to actively harm anyone. Sure she could summon her little whip and knives but she lacked any true bloodlust that drove any warrior into battle. She was weak and she would make a perfect present to his father.
“Looks like our time grows short meaning I can’t have my fun with you. Though it appears you would not have lasted very long anyways.” Izanagi stated in disappointment. “Let’s make this quick I don’t feel like having to fly through a dying planet. By the way what is your name? Mine is Izanagi.” Izanagi cracked his neck with a twist of his head and then his body began to grow along with it his power to its utmost peak at that current moment. No longer was he impeded by the weighted clothing and no longer was he impeded by a male Saiyan who happened to be fighting his younger brother Yami. Now was the time to end this. “Let’s begin.”
The words were cut out of the air by Izanagi’s massive fist coming straight down. The Saiyan girl did not move as she was mesmerized by the new found speed of Izanagi. She threw her hands up to brace for the impact of the fist. And to a degree she was successful but not doubt it would have sent more force through her body than she had ever felt. Quickly his fist opened and grabbed her. With a toss into the air Izanagi punted the young female into the air. Using his speed he got in front of the Saiyan who was quickly turning into a rag doll. The giant Namekian slammed downwards with a massive double hammer fist that launched her into the ground. Izanagi hung in the air for a moment as he assessed the damage that he had done. He knew it was not enough to kill the female Saiyan but at the most knock her out. If she was still conscious then that would be incredibly surprising to him. It was time he took his new play thing home.

Yami watched as the silver balls of ki imploded all around the saiyan fighter. Soon there was a cloud of dust and debris that surrounded the saiyan. Yami knew that he wasn't dead, the assault was only meant to make him release the stored ki. Once the dust cleared, Yami saw the man down on one knee. Yami didn't know what was going to happen next, but he knew he had to keep moving.
"Cute trick."
Yami just smirked at the saiyans remark, clearly this one was different from the others that Yami had fought. This one was actually strong for his race. He watched as the monkey pulled his sword from the dirt and once again began to talk. Yami just ignored his voice, it was beginning to annoy him.
"Come on now, I don't have all day."
Yami smirked at his opponent, but the smirk quickly dissapeared as Yami saw the golden energy wave barreling towards him. The power was immense, there wasn't enough time for Yami to get of of the way. As Yami began to move the energy wave ripped through his left arm and wing. Immense pain began to course through Yami's body as he began to plummet to the ground.
"What was that!."
Yami slammed into the ground, hid blood pouring out of his wound and wing. Yami slowly looked over to see his entire left arm gone as well as a good portion of his wing. The pain was great, he knew he had to get up. Once he tried he could only get to a sitting position. looking at the saiyan he noticed pain in the male Saiyan fighter.
Yami's attention was quickly turned away from teh Saiyan to a bright light off in the distance. The power coming from it was greater then anything Yami has felt before. His fathers, that's whose power he was sensing. Yami smiled, it didn't matter know, their planet was going to die.
"Well Saiyan what are you going to do now? I know you can feel it, that power coming from teh distance. How are you going to stop it? Or better yet can you even stop it?"
Yami laughed at the Saiyan, as he slowly got back to his feet. He knew that fighting the sayian now was going to be an even greater challenge. With one arm and little more than half a wing left Yami had to think of something.

Once again, she was done. Noko lay there, wavering in and out of consciousness. She was cold again. It seemed like this was happening a lot. But now, now she was warming up. With a sigh, her body relaxed, numb for the most part. She watched with half-lidded eyes, the two monsters and Saiyan before her. Something much bigger was happening, she knew this. What it was though, she was unsure. Her hazy thoughts clouded her mind, jarring her in different directions. Dimly, Noko realized that she was dying. That warmth she felt was her own red blood pooling around her broken, bloody body. Her eyes flickered the the handsome Savior. His name had been Sohko...her savior. She only wished she had been worth the save. Had been able to last through this. Noko's lids were heavy and slowly they closed. She only hoped that he would live. And with that last thought, blackness took her.
Short and sweet so we can keep this moving. Noko is unconscious and barely alive. Feel free to skip me until we're done.

The potent beam of ki steamrolled the airborne murderer, eating away a quarter of his body in the process. Upon contact Sohko allowed himself a small grin; he could not repay in kind all the pain the villain had caused his people but he found solace that he could at least cause him such agony. Watching the victim of his fury plunge from the sky, destined to fail yet still desperately trying to cling to some semblance of equilibrium, the saiyan’s pleasure continued for another moment. The sound of the creature’s inevitable slam into the ground was music to his ears.
But the approaching obliteration of his home world did not give him more than a few seconds of relief before burdening his mind once again. Every step along the way, Sohko felt his planet’s pain. He couldn’t explain it but it had always been with him. An unknown tug and pull when he was a soldier of the WTO, which turned to a haunting afterthought when he was a drunk, and was impossible to ignore since sobering up. It had always been subtle however, a stark contrast to the throbbing pain it brought him now.
"Well Saiyan what are you going to do now? I know you can feel it, that power coming from the distance. How are you going to stop it? Or better yet can you even stop it?"
The black beast’s taunts pulled the bladesmith from his haze. It was all too much; too many stimuli. Dealing with the combination of the munchkin giant, the darling Noko, his own opponent, the genocide of his race, and now the destruction of his planet proved an overwhelming task. His mind pounded and the slowly recovering marauder words turned his clouded thoughts sour. Anger overcame him and he threw his arms at his side with a ferocious battle cry. His weights disappearing in a magic blur as he pooled all his might, nearly three hundred thousand.
“Pewter, you read me?”
A few seconds slipped by before a reply came over the scouter shades, which were directly connected to the aforementioned ship AI.
“Loud and clear oh captain my captain, need me to save your sorry ass again?”
“How’d you guess? Lower yourself from orbit to just above my position. Be ready to take off at full power.”
“Aye, aye cap.”
Focusing on the injured brute his eyes and words became steel; unyielding and defiant.
“I am going to kill you someday. This is not a threat or a promise, but rather a premonition. Know my words to be true; I will make you feel every ounce of pain that you inflicted upon my people.”
With dazzlingly speed he rushed forward as the monster stood, a futile act given he was immediately knocked off his feet by a kick to the side of his knees which would bring him parallel with the dirt. Another kick, this one to the ribs sent him up in the air where the Saiyan would appear a moment later, his sword sheathed and both hands gripping a leg.
Spinning around and around, building up momentum, Sohko released him, sending him on a collision course with his teammate. Throwing an arm out he cast a God Breaker, not capable of killing but rather a distraction. It would rocket the creature into his brother before taking them both on a ride. A second later he was at Noko’s side, not even looking to see the result of his attack unfold.
“No, no, no… Noko can you hear me? Stay with me! It will all be okay… I promised to protect you, I won’t let you die. Do you hear me!?”
It was of no use, she was unconscious and slipping towards the light.
“Pewter, have the rejuvenation chambers primed and ready!”
A blink in the corner of his shades’ heads up display confirmed the AI’s compliance. Pulling his belt free and wrapping it around her torso, he pulled tight to try and put as much pressure on the wound as he could. He would not allow her to exsanguinate in his hands. Carefully placing her in his arms he shot up into the sky, utilizing everything that remained of his strength. As his heads cleared the clouds, Aegis came into clear view, its dock opening just as he came into view.
Seconds later he was on ship, racing through its corridors as he fought time itself to save the beauty. Barreling into the med bay he all but threw her, albeit as careful as he could, into the rejuvenation chamber before slamming it shut. Stumbling back he hit the button which began the process of filling the device with the healing liquid. Looking to the scenes the vitals were dire but she was alive. With a sigh of relief he went to step away before losing his balance and collapsing.
“Taking a nap on the job? Tsk tsk.”
Said Sohko’s oldest companion, Pewter, over the intercom. The bladesmith didn’t care though; he could finally rest knowing she was safe. The fight in the city, the teleporting, the battle in the plains, the charged attack, it had all taken far too much of his energy. Blood began to pool around his head, slowly but surely, as it seeped from the cut inflicted upon him by the charcoal beast’s kienzan. Everything he had left he had put into momentarily taking out the two oppressors and the subsequent escape. Everything became darker and darker but he still had just enough energy to respond to his computerized friend with candor.
“… Fuck… You…”
Several robots approached the downed Sohko, following Pewter’s electronic commands to place him in the adjacent chamber. Meanwhile the ship had already exited the atmosphere and made its way into the void of space, the crumbling planet a horrifying backdrop to their escape. Opening his eyes just long enough to peer through a viewing window, the sight of his planet riddled with fire as the final seconds of its life ticked away were the last thing Sohko saw as the blackness beckoned him.

Izanagi took too long admiring his own work. The Saiyan male moved with authority and batted around his brother, Yami, with surprising speed. Then to Izanagi’s chagrin Yami battered into the giant Namekian munchkin sending him through the air. Izanagi could sense the Saiyan move in, grabbed the Saiyan female and took off. Izanagi watched him fly into a ship that took off at high speed away from the planet. Izanagi bit down on his bottom lip as he got out from behind his younger brother. Quickly shrinking Izanagi took stock of what was going on.
The planet was only minutes away from blowing up. The ground was buckling and shook violently, the winds blew in numerous directions. It was time to go. Izanagi bit down so hard on his bottom lip that it began to bleed. With him back down to his normal size he exhaled in a heavy sigh.
“I do not know what you are planning on doing Yami but I am leaving. Our father has made a severe miscalculation and risks not only his own life but ours as well. I will meet you back at the ship surely if our father is as strong and intelligent as he has claimed he is he will find his own way off of this Kai forsaken planet. Now let’s go or would you prefer to die here alone?” Izanagi asked in a low tone, he was trying to keep his mind clear. He would have time later for finding the girl and the Saiyan however in the meantime he had to make sure that he made it off the planet.
Izanagi drifted over to his weighted clothing, quickly slid it back on and turned towards where he could feel Zach’s power signature. Where the human was the ship was sure to be as well. Izanagi took off silently using his telekinesis and then zipped toward the ship. Another time, he made a promise as he flew across the planet.
“I will find that girl again…then we will finish playing around…until then get stronger…” Izanagi mumbled under his breath. Soon he would be at the ship and then back home on Earth. The only question was, who would be taking the flight with him?

Yami stood starring at the Saiyan, waiting for something to happen. The planet way dying, everyone here knew that, but what would they do. Yami smirked at his opponent, fully knowing there was nothing he could do to stop it.
“I am going to kill you someday. This is not a threat or a promise, but rather a premonition. Know my words to be true; I will make you feel every ounce of pain that you inflicted upon my people.”
"I will wait for that day, you waste of life. You have failed today and you will fail again."
Yami closed his eyes and laughed, but was cut short by the male Saiyan. The Saiyan had closed the gap between them with in seconds. Yami was kicked towards the ground, then kicked again in the ribs traveling upwards. Finally the Saiyan would grab a hold of one of Yami's legs and spun around. He was tossed through the air, and seconds later colliding with Izanagi.
"That piece of shit! I will kill him, He isn't going to get off of this planet alive."
Yami slowly got back to his feet, but he was to late. Both Saiyans had left, there was nothing they could do now but go back to the ship. Yami looked back to his brother.
Now let’s go or would you prefer to die here alone?”
"It appears our father has miscalculated the situation. He is going to get himself killed, along with the rest of us here. He can throw his life away to destroy this planet, but i don't feel like dying here."
Yami's wing was still gone, but he was able to slightly fly. He watched as his brother took off towards the ship. He focused all of his energy into flying, he was going to have to push himself in order to get back to the ship. Eventually Yami began to rise off of the ground and he was making his way back to the ship to return home. To finally be rid of this forsaken planet.

Sohko: 7425 Noko: 2850 Izanagi: 3900 Yami: 3500
Weights played a huge roll in this. Loved the love connection between Sohko and Noko, it was very believable and I look forward to reading about it in the future. Izanagi your posts are fun to read just because of how absurdly evil you are. You turned a childrens rhyme into a strange sadistic murder sonnet. Yami, your posts kept up with everyone, keep working on your style. Its gotten a ton better from our first spar.
Sohko, for real best performance ever. You have always seemed very average to me, but you outdid yourself here. Bravo truly, you earned every bit of that PL. Only wish it could have been longer, and I know you guys agree.
