"I would be honored to train under you once more master." Drexx said grabbing Jorlaxl's hand and lifting himself to his feet.

Drexx didn't believe in chance. His programming taught him to believe that everything happened for a reason. Jorlaxl had found him meditating by the quite pond reflecting on how he didn't think he could measure up to other fighters in the galaxy. Suddenly then Jorlaxl appears. He appears with an offer to make Drexx better. To make Drexx a better protector. It was everything Drexx had been asking for, and whether it was a higher power, or even just Jorlaxl knowing to be in the right place in the right time, Drexx couldn't say. Still he was grateful.

"It's been a long time since I've seen my other Protectorate members. I have no idea where most of them went, and have been waiting and training by myself for far to long. Jorlaxl, master, it is my pleasure to once again train under you."

Drexx bowed slightly at the waist.

Drexx's rejoining of the school was fabulous news, the first he's heard in a long time. He remembered him as being promising, and now that he was submitting himself to training again, Jorlaxl hoped to hone the android's abilities further, helping them both grow as much as they can as protectors, and to help solve the Earth's problems, one tyrant at a time. It was a good goal, one that he was hoping they can achieve together, through hard work and determination.

Bowing back towards his new student, Jorlaxl grinned. "Well, let's get started! Come back to the school whenever you have a chance, I'm sure that you'll find some new faces that would be more than happy to make your acquaintance." Putting his arm around Drexx's shoulder, he walked back to the New Crane school with a new opportunity to help the world, putting him in an infinitely better mood than before.

Today wasn't so bad after all.

Drexx couldn't keep the smile from his face. Rejoining the Crane school and Jorlaxl wasn't what he had expected the day to bring. He was very happy it had happened however. Drexx was excited to meet all of the new students of The Crane School, and begin training again. When he had started meditating, he had asked for help from the universe in becoming a better protector and there was Jorlaxl. It was fate after all.

Drexx smiled even further when Jorlaxl put his arm around his shoulders. It was the first fatherly gesture Drexx had recieved since his creator had died and even if Jorlaxl hadn't meant it that way, Drexx was reassured his decision was the right one. His quest to become the Perfect Protector was that much closer.

Today wasn't such a bad day after all.
