The Hunt (Part 1)

This was quite familliar. Blades on the hands were far from new to Carnel. He put both hands on his staff, twisting it to deflect the green blade. Then the Ice blace came at him. But where one end of the staff had went up, the other was coming down. It knocked the blade off course and would likely put Brandon in an arms crossed position with the staff Between them.

"My son... he is a ki blade user. And I trained with him quite often, you see. This is nothing new to me. But if it had been someone elce, this would have been quite effective." He would say.

Carnel smiled. "Sometimes... you must play dirty." He said this moments before he tried bringing his knee up into Brandon's gut. This would prove difficult to block in his position, but possibly Brandon may have the speed to dodge it, or move enough for the strike to land elsewere.

Brandon growled a bit to himself, as his arms got crossed as both of his melee attacks were blocked. "Playing dirty eh?" He asked as he smiled. He noticed the Elders leg starting to move, but having no time to dodge, he blocked it by forming a plate of ice on his gu, which cracked under the attack. Anything any harder would of gone right through, but this time, it saved Brandon.

"I can play dirty to." He said, as he opened up his mouth wide, and let loose a frigid cold blast of air out of his mouth, which seemed directed right at the Elders face. Which it wasnt cold enough to instantly freeze anything, if the breath attack hit its marker, it would leave a bit of a stinging sensation on the elders face, and possibly make his eyes water.

Carnel hit an ice barrier of some sort. This person really had an interesting energy. Then after a taunt, the boy breathed in his face. The cold breath burned his eyes, causing him to growl. "Grrrr... What did you eat, lad? A package of stale mints?

With that, his eyes begain to glow. He fired his eye beams to keep his eyes from freezing over, pushing back at the same time. He had fired above Brandon, however.

He stumbled around a little, and wiped off the remaining frost. "I... suppose that counts as a hit. I did say any kind of attack, after all." He sat back down and looked at the boy. "Maybe you can handle this individual. There are many roumors about him... Some say he was seen on earth. Others sudgest he is still here. I would advise searching here first."

Carnel remembered the crash from earlyr. "Maybe claim another bounty or something to make some money. You're going to need a pod to get off of here sooner or later."

Brandon smiled, as he had claimed his first victory, however a small one. He listened to the Elders words, as they had some truth to them. "Well Since I am here, I do plan to do just that. Via process of Elimination, Ill find him eventually." He said, as the elder somewhat brought back up the fact that Brandon was stuck on Namek until he had another pod.

"Oh I plan to make cash some how. Im sure I will find a way." He said as he still smiled as something crossed his mind. "Oh yes, Since I did land a 'hit' on you, Did you say I would be considered qualified for this... Potential Unlock?" He asked, as he grew more and more curious as to what this unlock actually was.

Carnel chuckled. "Qualified to hunt the Black Hood, yes. I want him brought here before you gain the unlock. I'd say make some money first, untill more information turns up."

Carnel thought about what could be done. "Namek is full of bountys these days. Many flee gere to hide from the big three factions. The WTO has a bounty out on an android that was programmed to steal info. He was seen in the anciant city. Bring him to me, and you may claim the bounty.

((OOC- Waiting on people to join into the black hood thing. You can make the bounty a solo thread, fighting this android. Post in training aria, just note that your on namek. Pretty mutch any training thread that is somthing that would actually get your character momey will get you money. Robbing a bank, claiming a bounty, etc.))

"An Android eh? I see. Should be interesting to find and capture him." He said. Bounty Missions were the very thing that he knew that were doing to define his own character. He had to start small, so capturing an Android, alive, shouldnt be too much of a problem.

"Very well, I will accept it. Ill be back with the Android." He said, as he turned his back to the elder, frustrated, as he then made his way out of the fortress, leaving the elder to his thoughts, as he made his way to the city where he was told that the android was lurking.

"Time, to make some cash..."

Carnel watched the boy leave. He was sad to see the boy stranded on a strange planet. He would do whatever he could to help him in the future. And maybe this boy really could capture the black hood... Carnel could only hope.

He sat back in his throne and stayed silent. Nahlin walked into the room. "Elder Guru, there are others who wish to see you..." Carnel cut him off, yelling "Neeeext!"
