((Not exactly best buds, but Blaze acts like that on purpose. He's testing Suki to see how well he can manage his rage. I't won't always happen. Blaze don't mind getting blasted once in a while xD))

Ignoring the blatant disrespect Blaze had for Suki's position, the conversation was diverted yet again to C.haos who explained his intentions. They wanted a permanent spot on the World Trade Organization team, and wanted to start with these planets. This was understandable, warriors of their power level were now seeking refuge in the inter planetary war that was set to begin any day now. Suki was also not opposed to having two fresh bodies to place on the battle field, but one thing needed to be addressed before a partnership would work between the three of them.

"I am not interested in trading your planets"

He said abrubtly as C.haos finished speaking. This was likely not what C.haos had anticipated, especially given the name of Suki's organization. But it was the truth, and Suki would continue.

"Your conquering of them does go to prove your worth, but its time for you to release them into the WTO space protection. Unlike our previous purpose, we no longer sell and trade planets, but rather populate them. They will be transferred into WTO citizenship, and you, as well as your android partner can if you choose be the ambassadors to them, that will mean they will be solely under your protection... And as for your service..."

This was the tricky part. Suki had the Tore squad for planetary conquest and defense, and he had his own set of guards for his protection, and so C.haos and Souka would have a very specific job, one that Suki needed done by someone of their talents.

"I would like for you to be at my call should I need an extra set of hands. So long as you can agree to your complete loyalty, and availability should I need you, then you will be a soldier of the WTO and will get all of the benefits, and protection that entails..."

While payment was only offered to those who conquered planets worth a profit, and those that defeated powerful opponents, Suki could offer the protection C.haos sought, and that would be worth a considerable sum considering the desperation of times now.

[Blaze]

Blaze didn't take a blast to the back of the head. But He also completely ignored Blaze disrespecting him. Hmm... He seem's to be reacting well, though I expected him to at least put me in my place without using violence. I don't think its a good idea for him to be this lenient. I'll apologise and explain myself later. Blaze was thinking, walking out of the room into the cold.

"Alright Souka, lets go." He said, pulling the hood up on his coat. His attitude changed to a much more mature attitude. He still gave a cocky smirk. "Think you can take me? I'm only rocking 40k... for now..." Blaze chuckled and walked casually into the cold.

[C.haos]

C.haos's tail stroked the tip of his chin as he pondered. The offer was simple enough, and C.haos could agree more than fair. A light smile covered his face as his tail fell to the floor, "Seems the rumors of you are untrue, Suki. We accept your gracious offer." But C.haos was hungry for more than just being on call. He wanted a mission, "I would like to do something for you; to prove my worth, and make sure you know you've made the right decision."

Raising a nonexistent brow, his smile faded, "What do you need done?" he was hoping to prove himself worthy and gain control of Mekka after it was populated. This would create an environment of unlimited supplies and possibilities for C.haos in the future; as well as come in handy if he needed protection from the Norians.

Suki nodded as C.haos spoke, it was true he had changed his pace over the last few years, and it was annoying to him that these rumors of his totalitarianism had not faded out of existence. Regardless what C.haos had said did ring a bell for Suki.

As it was he needed something done, but could not ask the Tore squad to complete it for him, they were to well known for a job this low key, but C.haos and Souka would be perfect for the job.

"I believe you can be useful in a more immediate capacity. I need to know what the situation is on the Planet Earth. Vegeta does not worry me as much as the prime minister on Earth. This will be very dangerous, and will require stealth. If you get into an all out fire fight on Earth I cannot help you"

Protection was one thing, but as per the treaty the WTO was not allowed on the planet earth, just as Earth was not allowed on Kold. It had boggled the emperors mind for some time, if the warriors Geurin had were like Nam, Suki would be in trouble, other than himself, the lord did not have another warrior that could challenge Nam's strength.

That said, C.haos and Souka could learn what the Government had, what they were planning, and how Suki could best defend from them.

[C.haos]

At the mention of Earth, C.haos smirked and let out a dry chuckle. It had been five years since he was last on that dreadful planet, so perhaps he could revisit it. As Suki spoke of a prime minister, C.haos's face filled with confusion. He hadn't known about a leader of the planet. However, during at the beginning of the tournament he'd left before leaving Earth with Souka, there were rumors of some one scouting for talent.

"You could not have picked a more perfect team for the job. Souka and I have been on Earth before, as a matter of fact we were living there just five years ago. Tell me who it is we are to seek out, and were he was last, and I promise to return within the month with the information." If there were on thing C.haos was good at while on Earth, it was trailing, without being caught. Because of his android background, his power level could nearly become zero; and Souka gave off only the slightest signature that only C.haos could pick up.

Suki looked over to Boki and nodded, this was the signal he had been waiting for all night. Making a 180 Boki left the room leaving Suki and C.haos alone. Now the conversation got serious.

"The Prime ministers name is Geurin, it is my understanding that he has been raising an army to defeat us. That said it is not an army of numbers, but of super soldiers. Fighters including many you may have heard of, and a few you may not have. Your job is to figure out exactly who we are to expect in the coming battles...But more importantly..."

Boki returned, now holding a suitcase in one hand, and setting it down in front of C.haos.

"There ya go friend that sum ought rightly cover ye expenses"

He said taking a few steps back and returning to Suki's side as the lord spoke again.

"Within that case is the sum of 6,000 zenni, one thousand for you, and five thousand for a small boy..."

Suki made certain that Blaze was no longer in sight or earshot before continuing the conversation, it was important that nobody with the exception of Suki, C.haos, and Blaze hear what he said next.

"A young boy, Ritoru, his name may have changed by now and so it may be difficult to find him. He was last seen at an earthly orphanage in Satan city. By now the boy should be four years of age, just make sure that the money makes its way to him. He neednt know where it came from, or who it was from. Just give him the money, and disappear. Return once you have accomplished this...oh...and one last thing."

Boki again stepped forward towards C.haos, this time holding out a hand to shake his.

"Me name is Boki, and I will be escorting ya to Earth"

Suki followed Boki's words by saying.

"Boki is a member of my Tore squad, and so he cannot set foot on earth, but he can provide transportation, and will be there to make sure that you accomplish your goal, that means that the boy recieves the money, and you return with the information. If you do not, he will return to me, and you will be made an outlaw of the organization, do you understand."

He said sternly, his eyes meeting C.haos. This was clearly an important task that he was trusting the mercenary with.

[C.haos]

C.haos nodded as the suit case was set in front of him. He opened it to peep inside, and ran a finger down the money, counting it within seconds. After removing his share, and placing it in his pocket, he clasped the case closed and set it beside him. As Boki walked up to him and introduced himself, a look of disgust washed over C.haos's face. He didn't shake the mans hand, or acknowledge his existence. Instead, his eyes returned to Suki and he rose a brow.

"He may follow, but I will be taking my own ship. I trust you, Suki; but I am not so keen on people I do not know." C.haos was not trying to be disrespectful, but it may have come of that way. "The boy will get his money. And you, your information. You have my word." He turned to exit, and then stopped at the door, looking over his shoulder to Suki, "Thank your for your kindness."

C.haos had never thanked anyone before, and he would become a laughing stalk if anyone found out. But he was sure Suki would not tell. And he had to show his appreciation somehow.

Suki couldnt have cared less whose ship was taken, or if Boki was treated with respect. So long as the job was finished, Suki would be satisfied.
Boki pulled his hand back as C.haos began to walk out, he rolled his eyes with a smile, yet another lone wolf type prepared to serve suki to the death, of course this would be arbitrarily worthless if he died before getting the money out to Ritoru, or before returning with the information, and So Boki would follow along just to ensure the man's safety, as well as his obedience.

"Righty then, Supposin I should follow suit. G'night Lard Yakedo."

He said with a bow, followed by a prompt exit of the room. Suki let out a sigh, he had just entrusted a very large sum of money, as well as an important espionage mission to a man who could not even power up to his base form. And yet he felt secure, C.haos and Souka would get the job done, and even if they couldnt Boki was there to ensure everything went according to plan. Perhaps it was instead the fact that all of this was necessary, war was on the horizon, and soon enough everything would fall into place.
