Melancholia A deep, pensive, and long-lasting sadness. As the sky ignites with the death of a thousand innocent beings, two powerful super-warriors blast through a dismal haze of snow and ash, icy fragments whipping around two powerful auras. The frame of Touketsuki had righted itself as the Icer continued his flight, with the Super Saiyan following in pursuit. Due to the current power difference, Boliko could catch up in a second flat; however, he wanted to defeat the tyrant on equal terms. Fight his opponent at his best, and then crush him.
At least, that had been Boliko's plan. This Touketsuki seemed different, less 'into it' than he had expected. Boliko's jaw raised into a snarl. Too right. Touketsuki was now fighting on a more equal ground than he had ever before against the Saiyan Solar Empire, and it was too right that he found this equalising uncomfortable. If he could only remember the sorrow, the pain, and the anger that arose from his own selfish tirade all of those years ago! Morality would be equalised on this day, angry Saiya-jin against regretful Icer.
Still, the saiyan king himself was uncomfortable. The more he thought about it, the angrier he got at Rensou. The people on those ships had no direct part to play in this war, and their deaths served no purpose but to act as an eye-for-an-eye. They were no threat to the Solar Empire. Boliko did not want that to be on his hands, not even a splash. But there wasn't a way that could be reverted. There was no way that those lives could be restored, though... right?
Whatever. The saiyan truly doubted the genocide of those Kold-dwellers truly matched the death toll on Vegeta. His city had basically been razed. He shakes his head, golden fiery locks waving in the icy wind. Now was not the time to let these thoughts consume him.
The super saiyan descends, armoured boots crushing and displacing snow in one fell swoop. The raging aura surrounding the being causes the snow around his body to melt, forming a crater of water that steadily continues to grow. His golden tail wraps around his waist, a useless extension to his body that served only to indicate that he was, in fact, a saiyan. Still, it was senseless, and did not get in the way of Boliko's combat if grabbed. Boliko himself would more than likely use that to his surpirse, wrenching it off himself to get the upper hand. Still, the fur itself was useful as a warmer for his flesh.
The gold of his aura reflects in the dark panels of his armour, making the saiyan king look utterly majestic. Assuming the Icer lord would descend in this peak among mountainous glaciers, he draws himself into a stance silently, a concentrated determination replacing the horrendous fury he had earlier possessed.
The Icer would have to transform, if just to negate the damage the Super Saiyan had dealt him with a single blow; but the two wouldn't go truly toe-to-toe unless the Icer assumed his True form, or his Royal form. Unless Touketsuki had prepared some hideous new techniques, Boliko was well-prepared for the fight, having conversed with Rensou about both of his encounters, analysing every detail. Simulations had been fought.
His mind wanders to the general. Would Rensou be locked in combat himself at this point in time? Soon, perhaps, but would any of Touketsuki's men stand a chance? Would Rensou even think to spare them? It was not Boliko's orders, but if the enemy was defeated, without having committed any serious war-crimes against the saiyan people, then they should stand for fair trial. But, for Rensou, would a serious war crime constitute simply existing under a World Trade Organisation banner?
It was a predicament. But none of Boliko's concern, at this point. He had thought Hiruen might have changed, following his death and with the birth of a son, but that was obviously not the case. He would have to bring that up later.
If he survived.
It was now or never. If not now, when?

The golden aurora lit the area as boliko went super saiyian and prepared to fight. Perhaps if things had been different Glaecer would be standing beside him as an allie but fate had chosen otherwise and now he was on the very tyrant who Glaecer had hated for so longs side. Fate, destiny whatever it was called it had decided that it would be on the invaded team. Glaecer even if he tried could not even graze the golden warrior with any normal attack and in fact attacking at all would be completely fruitless but he felt he had to do something, that he had to fight even if it meant his own demise and so Glaecer had trailed boliko and when he had landed Glaecer had dug under the ice and was now in a frozen cocoon directly below the saiyian king. He would most likely be to pre occupied with Suki to ever notice that Glaecer was below, and all Glaecer needed was one hit that was all and his plan would be complete. The ice below boliko began to crack and shattering. Glaecer erupted out of the ice beneath sending fragments everywhere, he launched himself up so that he could aim a direct punch at boliko face but the energy he expelled breaking out of the ice had slowed Glaecer down and it was all too late he realised that he had left himself open for a counter hit. Glaecer was too far gone now, even if he wanted to back out the saiyian would hit him. So it was now or never he hoped he could get his hit in before the saiyian.

"Gahph"
The air had been thrown out of the Icer's lungs as his body began showing symptoms of ragdoll physics. Boliko wasted no time in extracting the Icer from his own city, and after a few yards of absolute shock, the situation became rather clear. He could give Boliko the fight he wanted, but not in this form. His small fragile body would be unable to withstand any more punishment than it already had. He couldn't tell if any bones were broken, or shattered, and it was more than possible that this was the case. Rather than simply stopping, and continuing to match skills with Boliko over the city, Suki continued at the tragectory Boliko had originally intended, and used his Bukujutsu to push him the rest of the way.
The flight would take only minutes, and in that time Suki would push his power level past the forms breaking point, causing his horns to ben and his body to grow. The chest plates he had grew thick and durable, and his overall Ki output began to increase as well. He would be a more formidable opponent in this form, although he was still lacking the intensity that Boliko's Super Saiyan form provided, it would at least be enough to give him a satisfying victory. A simple death was not what the King sought, he was not so callous. If Suki did not fight back, the saiyans could easily let their rage out on someone else, and with Serori still out there, as well as thousands of refugees still heading for safety, Suki could not allow them that opportunity.
Finally stopping, only a few feet away from the saiyan, and now standing a good few inches above him in height the Icer made his plan, only to have it immediately thrust out the window as a stealthy Icer came out of the Ice. His speed was slow, not only slow but painfully so. Boliko had the power to crush many without even trying, and this man, noble as it was, would only get in the way of their collosaul fight.
With lightning like reflexes Suki's tail met with Glaecer's wrist, and with a forceful tug would hopefully bring him towards the emperor, and further from the King.
Once the attack had been thwarted, or Boliko had somehow incapacitated the senseless fighter, Suki would speak, his voice much lower than it had been before.
"Glaecer, this is not your fight. See that the refugees have all been safely extracted"
Already he knew that was impossible. Unless Rensou had been blowing space debris out of the sky, it was already too late to save all of them. But casualties were expected, and there were still thousands, if not millions left who needed assistance evacuating, and so it was not only to prevent Glaecer from being sent to the afterlife, but also to save the better half of Kold.
"We knew this was coming, and I am ready for it"
His eyes left the Icer and met the Saiyan king, the man whom Suki had in fact wronged. Perhaps not as directly as he may of thought, but certainly in a manner strong enough to deserve such resounding hatred. It was in his eyes, and face. Even in the way he spoke, Boliko was centered around his pure hatred for the Icer. He had harmed his people, and humiliated him in front of millions. He had injured his generals, and shaved his pet cat...er...whatever tha Ikezu thing was. Suki recognized his evils, and wished every day that he had the opportunity to know now what he did then. The wisdom to understand that his actions were far too selfish and cold. But like most adults peering back at their teenage years, it was for loss. Boliko was right to have such hatred, and Suki was prepared to end both their suffering.
But not without a fight.
"King Koregutsu, you have come here for justice, and I will give it to you."
Suki's Aura kicked in, the purple Ki flaring around him, preparing all that this tank like form had to offer. His muscles bulked with anticipation, his tail violently shook behind him, and even the mountains now quaked as the two super powers began to exert their energy.
"But you do not simply want my head, and so I will not simply give it to you!....Hrraaaa"
He owed Boliko a fight, and suki needed a good one. One worth dying for. Besides, if the king could not provide such a fight, perhaps Suki would do just as he had so many years before. Pushed them back, he seemed particularly good at that in years prior.

The pieces were finally falling into place, the trap had been set and now boliko was about to set it off. Only a few more inches contact was inevitable it would work. It seemed to happen in slow motion the tail wrapped around his arm. He had a look of pure shock and more than anything fear, the tail began to slowly whip around. The area of the arm under the emperor tail began glowing a bright purple and it spread rapidly consuming his entire body until one his head was left
“No!” Glaecer yelled in desperation as the purple energy finally consumed his face and he detonated surrounding the nearby area with explosive ki. The blast would hit both the saiyian kind and the acrosian king and would knock both of them back. The energy dissipated and the clone Glaecer was finally dead.
Meanwhile In the outskirts of ica Glaecer had teleported behind the Blue saiyian he was fighting and sent out a small spark to destroy Yuumaru’s scouter. He felt the explosion from the clone as its conscious merged with his. Within an instant Glaecer jumped back and created a clone where he was just standing behind Yuumaru before then quickly teleporting into the nearby crevice and rapidly made his way through the tunnels until he was a few metres from being directly under Yuumaru. It seemed luck had been on his side.

And I've got this great ability To ruin everything that's good for me And I swear I won't be satisfied 'till everything goes wrong Boliko raises an eyebrow as a the other Icer bursts up from the ice, shards of ice splintering and spraying into the air. Glaecer was moving at speed... but he certainly was not fast enough to compare to the two main combatants, and indeed his attempt at an attack could be easily counterable. A a flicker of annoyance crosses the golden warrior's face, a crumple of the forehead, before he raises his hand, a blast charging... before the being is wrenched away from Boliko's aim by his own master's tail, a powerful appendage.
The legendary saiyan briefly considers the words of Touketsuki. Yes, it was not the underling Icer's fight; he would not stand a chance against Boliko, nor weaken him in any manner; merely to serve as an annoyance, an irritation. He must have known! And yet the saiyan appreciated the Icer's bravery... or stupidity, perhaps. It least he did show a loyalty to his master, nevertheless misplaced.
Still. As the Icer Lord talks to Glaecer, the super saiyan notices something rather amusing. The weaker Icer's appendages begin to glow a vibrant purple, as a plum. It took Boliko a second to realise what was about to occur.
The explosion rips forth, a perfect, blinding orb of light expanding from the Icer's fragile construct, the clone of Glaecer dying in an instant. Ice turns to slush, evaporates, steam whipping up into the air and causing a fog around the area. Rock and stone crumbles from surrounding mountains, rock-slides causing gunshot-like echoes through the quiet. The white energy consumes both Touketsuki and Boliko, warlords captured in a potentially deadly embrace.
The blast fades away almost as quickly as it erupted, leaving only a bluster of fog and smoke. The black billowing mass quickly vanishes as icy wind rushes into the vacuum Glaecer created. And soon it was apparent... both figures were standing in the exact spot they had previously encompassed. Not a hair nor muscle was even singed on Boliko's body; he relaxed the golden aura that had repelled even the slightest heat from Glaecer's explosion.
The maximum potential of the explosion, a whole fifteen-thousand, had literally no effect on the Super Saiyan - nor did it probably on his foe. The two were too powered up. If Boliko or Touketsuki had been at their weakest state... relaxed... then perhaps they would have felt a slight warming of their nose hairs. All Glaecer served to do was clear some environmental debris.
The saiyan cracks a smile, a rare thing on the site of a serious battle. "Do your lackeys usually explode when you greet them, Yakedo?" He growls coyly, extending a rare, sarcastic humour to his opponent. Whether Touketsuki would return the gesture was something else entirely, but that would be the only kindness Boliko intended to show this battle.
"You will not give me justice. Only the saiyan government can decide what your punishment is, and for all intents and purposes... I AM the government."
A stronger gust of wind sends a billow of snow past the two fighters, staring at each other coldly, Boliko's humour vanished as quickly as it appeared. He was on edge, but any anxieties were repressed. The one thought on his mind was victory, and gods, would he have it.
He raises his right hand, pushing it to the left side of his body at face height. A golden glow begins to emanante from the crook of that elbow, travelling up his arm and into his hand. Three ki constructs slide out between his fingers... the Daggers technique.
The super saiyan stares down his Icer foe. Your move, Eternal Worm.

If ever you have seen a train wreck, there are a few specific moments that you never forget. First, is the moment when the train first sounds off to let you know it is there. The next, is the frantic people within the car that has been stopped on the tracks, and the third, is the inevitable destruction that follows. Not to the train, but to the people who thought they could start their stalling car, and refused to get out of the way.
This train wreck had those three elements. The moment when the two super powers flared up, the moment when Glaecer launched his frivolous attack, and the moment that the impact occurred, and like a stalled car, the train was left undamaged. As the smoke cleared, Touketsuki Yakedo had yet to even blink at the suicidal blast that had engulfed the two. Like a slingshot to Kevlar armor, the attack had not even fazed him. Much like the saiyan king, who found it equally amusing.
"Frankly its the smartest thing he has done in years"
Suki replied jokingly, a light hearted response to break the ice of their obviously fatal meeting. One of these warriors would likely die before the day was out, and the longer Suki stood, watching the man, feeling the burning in his chest from the prior attack, and sensing the apprehension from both of them, it became clear that neither one was in a particularly good situation. The young cocky king that Suki had met at the tournament was no longer the man who he saw today. This was a tortured soul, one whom had failed his people, and one whom had failed himself. Suki could only relate, knowing that his actions had brought him to this point. The mistakes of their youth filled the air, a pungent mix of disappointment, frustration, and even confusion.
Perhaps Boliko had not wanted to kill the Icer. While he had hate for him, and that was obvious, if he had truly wanted to end his life, why had a simple treaty stopped him. Why had he left Vegeta those many years ago, and made his general face Suki. Why had he allowed the human Zach to distract him, and not simply ignored the weaker being to attack Suki.
The fact was that neither warrior had the particular blood lust to see the other's life end. But fate had concocted this meeting of giants, and now powers far greater than there own demanded blood. They demanded an end to this 7 year conflict. Either the tyrant icer would yet again take down a saiyan in his prime, or the saiyans seemingly futile efforts would finally be realized. One would need to happen now, or the conflict would forever continue its spiral downwards, until both nations were crumbled in despair.
The King announced the begining of their fight. An energy of Gold and sharp dazling light appeared on his forearm, stretching up into the palm of his hand. He proclaimed himself the government of his people, and would now cast judgement on the Icer.
"As you say"
His deep tone echoed over the mountainous region. His powerlevel jumping as he spoke. By the time he had finished, he to was glowing over his arms. A defensive measure of Purple shielding Ki danced over the front of his arm, and even down the base of his tail. This armor of Ki would only protect him so far, and reasonably serve as a blunt weapon in future attacks. But Boliko was no novice fighter, his Ki was spectacular, and still above Suki's by a considerable length. So he would need to start off with a quick attack, leaving the King open to further excursion.
Throwing both hands in front of his body, and marking the attack with a distinct and bitter frown, the Icer began the fight with a simple release of Ki. It was a basic strike, but powered by the Icer's hefty reserves. The moment it was Released, he would jettison backwards with a Buukujutsu the likes of which he had never seen, throwing snow and slush in all directions as his body was propelled backwards. Floating on his back, and yet doing so at reasonably quick speeds, the Icer waited for Boliko's response, one that would no doubt be a painful reminder of the power level difference they shared.

(I thought your armour was limited to only one limb?) The saiyan king notices Yakedo's construct forming. One of his techniques could disable it with ease, but he did not believe he would need to use it at this point - he would need to maintain his ki reserves, and Boliko's raw strength alone would be capable of overpowering the shield without so much of a difficulty... even disregarding the years of training and skill the saiyan king had acquired. Even as the Icer was preparing his next attack, the king was calculating. It would only require a small exertion of ki if the Icer did not transform soon to win the battle.
A purple ki wave rushes screaming through the air towards him. Boliko remains stout, drawing a small amount of ki from his reserve... and unleashing a powerful battle roar, shockwaves emanating from his mouth, a Kiai amplified by Super Saiyan energy. The purple ki is dispersed with a minimum of applied effort. The energy and power of Touketsuki's secondary form would just not cut it. While it would have done more than Glaecer's explosion, the power level margin meant that Boliko could have swatted it away.
Snow billows away from the saiyan, who promptly vanishes from sight. Whilst Touketsuki might be flying away with all of the power he could muster, it still wasn't to the level that could challenge the speed of the super warrior. With only a half-hearted Burst Speed, Boliko flies at a relaxed pace alongside his foe, arms folded. "No games. You need more POWER!" He roars, slamming across the distance in a charged burst of speed that Touketsuki couldn't hope to fully dodge or block. A giant fist, aimed to catch Touketsuki's head.
The hit would most likely connect, a powerful blow that would knock the Icer away, but whether or not it did was mostly irrelevant to Boliko's next move. He would halt and fold his arms. He would not allow the Icer to toy around in his lower forms. If the Icer was planning on continuing on his current tirade... then his demise would be quicker than he had intended for this fight. Boliko's next planned attack could so swiftly be upon Touketsuki's vitals, and with his current power he would face no resistance.
Don't play me for a fool, now. I know you're more than a match for me in your final forms. He sends the telepathic message to his foe, forming a basic battle stance in the air as he waits...

The angered King made direct contact with the side of Suki's helmeted head. For what seemed like the first time, his armored second form was being thoroughly punished. The momentum of his flight, mixed with the impact caused the icer to make a ninety degree drop into the ice caped mountains and glacier in the surrounding area. The hard sheet of Icer breaking instantly under the stress of the heavy icer, and the momentum of his drop. It would lead down, striking the glacier at its very top, and literally cracking it down the middle, all the way down to the water depths that it sat on. Entering the rigid water would be no issue for the Icer, his body was more than capable of dealing with the Kold climate. From the water, Suki was posed with a rather difficult choice. Either continue a futile distraction effort against the King, giving his forces further time to escape, or actually try to win the fight. His decision may have been more difficult to make, if he had not immediately caught wind of two very familiar power levels.
Blaze? But he was off world....who is...
Hiruen!
Of course that was the other power. He had sensed the saiyan earlier, but it had not fully connected that his arrival would be a dangerous one. If Blaze was facing off against Rensou by himself, the Icer would surely die. The death of Blaze could not be weighed on the Lords conscious. The decision had become increasingly easy as his head grew, from a small, and bruised appendage, to a long, and healed monstrousity. Spikes shooting out of the Icer's back, and his tail growing even longer than it already was. His body had expanded from the brutish tank he once was, to an agile freakish creature.
How he loathed this form.
But it was necessary. The power that this level provided would be enough to go toe to toe with Boliko, and hopefully if the King slipped up, he would be able to defeat him in it.
While Suki was willing to accept his consequence, he would not allow his warriors to do the same.
Looking up from the massive hole he had made in the icy ridges above, the figure was there. Boliko Koregutsu had no sooner been located, than the man spoke, his voice heard even passed the distance between them, clearly telepathy.
Don't play me for a fool, now. I know you're more than a match for me in your final forms
The King had no idea just how accurate that statement was. Suki would not allow others to pay for his Mistake, and so Boliko would need to be dealt with. Raising both hands upwards over his head, a purple energy formed in his hand, it was the Punisher spread. The spread would fire continuous blasts once charged.
Pulling his arms apart, creating a five foot floating mass of Ki, the Icer spoke, his words lost as a mumble in the water, but the bubbles that rose from his lips had uttered the words.
"Punisher spread"
Surely the Saiyan would have time to react, not only was the distance great, but the attack was not entirely accurate. While the blasts would be aimed at the warrior, and the explosive diameter would be a few feet around, his movement would be enough to avoid the attack, unless Suki prevented him from doing so. Faster than the blasts themselves, the Icer rocketed forward, breaking out of the icy waters, and towards the Saiyan. The image would be unforgettable, the Icer being immediately followed by a legion of Ki volleys.
"Fine then, lets do this!"
The time for pleasantries and respect was over, the two were warriors out to kill each other. As the Icer brought himself forward, his fist would be balled and ready to make contact with the Saiyan's face, ready to return the earlier punishing strike.
The battle was finally on, Suki having the inspiration to fight, and Boliko getting the challenge he had always wanted.

Boliko's icer foe transforms again, his relatively clean secondary form twisting grotesquely into the hideous, xenomorphic monster form. Along with the elongation of his skull and the flattening of his face, the World Trade leader's power increased in a great bound; still not quite at Boliko's level, but enough to be truly challenging for the first time. Boliko would have to act in his full capacity to stay on top.
Still, he wasn't worried, even as the Icer performed his maneouvres - all he was doing was wearing down his energy supplies. Boliko knew about the quirk of Icer anatomy, that with their transformations they healed all physical damage; the same trait was not extended to a replenishment of the finite chi supply almost every being abided to. Of course, Boliko didn't expect Touketsuki to tire by now; still, he was expending energy at a faster rate than the saiyan king, who's energy claws were still activated, but could in an instant be dissolved and returned to his body so long as they weren't expelled as a projectile.
So. All Boliko had to do was maintain a high level of energy and little damage until he forced his opponent to transform again. Easier said than done with a warrior of Touketsuki's skill... but Boliko was prepared.
Boliko had several things to his favour to counter Touketsuki's latest attack. He still had the energy razors prepared. The energy within his body was also prepared and almost screaming for violent expulsion. His body roars for the death of the monster shooting towards him, but the wave of blasts behind Touketsuki complicated that wish.
Still, despite the sight before him, the super saiya-jin keeps his calm. A flaw in Touketsuki's stratagem stands out to the saiyan king. Having placed himself between his own attack and the Boliko... yes. He had a plan.
The saiyan rushes in, looking as if he was about to crash into the elongated monstrosity. His speed was still greater than Touketsuki's by a considerable fraction, although the two were now comparable; still, using his increased speed, the saiyan king intends to grab his foe, moving to wrap his right hand around his foe's adjacent arm, the fist aimed at his face, and the other a slice at Touketsuki's tail, with the intention of cutting it away. This would be to prevent two types of counter-counter strikes; a tail jab or a punch. Hopefully Touketsuki would be too overwhelmed by the sudden pressure placed upon him.
Boliko intended to use his foe as a shield against his own ki volley. He still hadn't used much of his own energy. Still, despite Boliko being slightly faster, Touketsuki could be able to escape if he acted really, realllly fast. So long as Boliko's grip remained, Touketsuki couldn't afterimage away, as that required movement. It might also be difficult to focus enough for an Instant Transmission.
I'm gonna turn you into a Touket-sandwich. (That joke was not my own. It was 'Volo's'.)

(Wrote this up on Friday...but when I posted it Chrome froze up and the post was removed. This one is a little shorter much due to frustration of having to rewrite it, but says the same thing.) This entire fight was based on assumptions. For starters, Suki had assumed that by starting at a weaker form, he could widdle away at Boliko's excessively burning energy. He had also assumed that by staling him in his active form, he could perhaps bring the Saiyan down a few notches. That had not yet happened, and the likely hood that it would before Suki was forced into a tougher form was looking bleaker.
Luckily for him, Boliko too was operating on false assumptions. The first being that Suki's Instant transmission was out of the question. Perhaps the King had been unaware of the Icer's ability to instantaneously move from place to place, but if that were the case he would soon be introduced to the trump card in the attack at hand.
The punch was heading on cue and just it was about to make contact -either with Boliko's face, or with his hand preparing a grapple- the Icer would disappear, making the entire physical confrontation a spectacle of the past. The purple Ki that had been tailing immediately behind him would replace the physical form that Yakedo had removed from battle, only to have it reappear several feet behind the aggressive saiyan.
Perhaps Boliko's plan had backfired. He was of course flying quickly into the flurries, rather than dodging them when he had a reasonable range of distance between himself and the cluster of highly explosive Ki. Purple light irradiated from the Ki blasts as they began to explode. Certainly Boliko would not accept the attack arms open wide, and it is even possible that he would begin the process of moving out of the way. The explosions would happen one after another on Boliko's location, each eruption of Ki rocking the sky with a display of dark matter. The Spread, still producing Ki would continue to lunge at Boliko for a few more moments. The last time that Suki used the Punisher spread he had nearly killed Zach and Gurin, and the time before that he had destroyed the valiant Rensou Hiruen. It was no simple Ki volley.
The difference in power was there, but with the right planning victory was finally seeming possible. From his location behind boliko -relatively speaking as he was also slightly above the saiyan, and well beyond a few feet- The Icer prepared himself, raising his fists into the air in preparation for a counter measure, even if one would not immediately arrive due to the oncoming attack.
His Ki kicked up once more swirling below his feet, and up around his mid section, capping off at the tip of his elongated head. Suki was ready to combat the saiyan. The burning in his face and stomach had finally subsided from Boliko's direct strikes in his previous forms, however the pain's memory lasted.
It was time to return the favor.

Of course. It was bound to happen eventually, that technique. The changeling warrior disappears just as the saiyan king descends upon him, leaving the king open to the wave of explosive energy that would be upon him any moment. The king growls, his anger bubbling to the surface. He considered the move a cheap tactic, but it was one that Touketsuki would be unable to abuse; the king had preparations against it in an offensive context, and Touketsuki could only appear in the area surrounding Boliko due to the energy-seeking requirement of the technique.
Still, Koregutsu had more immediate worries than that technique; the Punisher Spread. If he didn't act in this split second, the technique would act out it's namesake and punish the saiyan king; while he could surely take it, it would be wise to negate or dull the damage. Boliko was faster, stronger than this energy; the only trouble was he was still sailing right for it, at a faster rate than it was coming for him. His mind was in over-drive; he had less than five seconds.
His energy reverses direction, his body instantly slowing, golden hair thrown forward as if in whiplash. His face, drawn into a hateful sneer at Touketsuki's treachery, draws taut with the opening of Boliko's mouth. A rapid exhalation, and expenditure of every single atom of gas within his lungs, including the two weeks worth of extra capacity he had stored with his highly useful Atmos technique, causes one of the most powerful basic Kiai waves; the air appears to literally ripple with the powerful release. However, while the release did slow down the impending ki waves, they did not falter from their path; no, that was just an added bonus. Instead, Boliko was now speeding in the path of Touketsuki, faster than ever before.
His mind was a seething pot of hate. Touketsuki would probably not be expecting such a sudden revival in Boliko's efforts, nor such a reversal in Boliko's motion. Boliko would be on his opponent in mere seconds, but not with a fist; no. Instead the king intended to use his own opponent's current anatomy against him; initially shooting past his opponent... but grappling the large extension of Touketsuki's skull in his monster form. Boliko's arm buckles from the strain of his own velocity, but the grip holds strong and he swings around, twisting in his descent... a knee poignantly aimed for the Icer's back. He wants to hear the WTO lord's spine crunch.
The punisher spread still incoming at the two warriors.
If Boliko's tactic worked, he would still be hurt, but so would Touketsuki; the Icer would, in fact, suffer the brunt of the assault.
"They fear you, my son."
This, of course, all depended on if Touketsuki was not expecting another sudden reversal; still, then, Boliko's velocity would be so that he could outpace the punisher spread blasts until he figured out a way to neutralise them.

The fight was happening within seconds. Each warrior acting as inconceivable blurs across the Kold sky. Even though the actions seemed so slow to the two of them, it was in fact faster than any combat they had previously engaged in. The entire conflict had only been a few minutes long, however their travel had taken much longer. The fact was that a lot had happened since the initial impact of the saiyan's assault, and now it appeared that the entire battle had changed.
That power level, it was unmistakeable...it was...Serori
"No"
Fear, for the first time in his entire life the Icer felt a legitimate sense of true fear. Perhaps the video had not made it to her in time, or perhaps she was just overcome with to much grief to follow the orders presented to her. Regardless she was here, there was no doubt about that. Her Ki was a sweet scent of power and glamour. It brought an inherent warmth to his body, only that was now replaced with dread. Serori was not strong enough to fight Rensou, Suki had barely beaten him in their last encounter, and Serori was no where near his combat ability. She was not a fighter, no matter how strong she was or how determined, Serori was a leader, and a lover.
She was his lover.
All sense of reality left the Icer as his focus became entirely on Serori's survival. Boliko, justice, honor, none of it was important, none of it mattered. Perhaps if Blaze had been there he would have calmed the Icer, and administered another dose of medication, but nobody was here...Nobody but Boliko Koregutsu.
The Saiyan's quick turn around was not expected as much as logically assumed. Suki had already been in a position to defend himself, but it was time to accomplish more than that. His powerlevel rose one last time, and again the Icer disappeared. Perhaps Boliko would be put off once more at his foe's repetitive attacks, but Suki was no longer concerned with the saiyan king. His dismissive attitude brought him to disappear, and instantaniously appear by his own energy output, the spread. The spread had been creating energy since his release, however with the simple touch of Touketsuki, the blast would discharge sending a tower of water into the air.
To Boliko it would seem as though the Icer had simply moved out of the way to avoid damage or pain, and with the few blasts behind Boliko still flying towards him he would need to take care of those himself. But the Spread had concluded its continual output of energy, and floating out of the water, his head dripping with the icy H2O and staring plainly at the water.
His time in the water had accomplished something else, his body was no longer massive, or for that matter strangely contorted. He was smooth, his body finally in his form of perfection. The only two beings to witness this form had been Nam, and Rensou, both of which had been defeated by it, and now Boliko had the opportunity to see it.
"I'm done saiyan, good fight"
He said quietly. The distance would be impossible for Boliko to hear if they had not been in such perfect mental sync. Just as Boliko had spoken to him telepathically, Suki was returning the gesture. Peering up into the sky for a moment, his face a mix of anxiety and confusion, he continued.
"If you have to kill me to satisfy your justice, you will need to wait a bit longer. My priorities lay elsewhere"
Looking first to his left, and then his right the Icer shrugged, continuing his now mentally unstable analysis of the situation.
"Your earlier threat...that if we did not fight my empire would fall...have at it"
This of course was a callous response, however as Boliko would no doubt know by now, the Icer had evacuated the planet, and with hours having passed there would be few, if any citizens still on the planet. As a matter of fact the only ones who were still present were those who refused to leave, or were fighting off the saiyans themselves...Like Serori.
"Follow me if that is what you need to do"
With a burst of energy swelled beneath his small figure, the Icer took off towards the location they came from. Instant Transmission was out of the question because of the distance, and the fact that they were in mid atmosphere. Suki would need to get closer before he would be able to sync onto their signatures. That, and Boliko Koregutsu was likely not going to accept this as the completion of their short lived fight. Suki's relocation would likely be met with opposition.
But Boliko did not outclass the Icer in any manner any more, so his tactics would need to change if he was going to continue the pointless battle he had traveled so far to start.

The Icer once again evaded his strikes, Boliko sailing through the air at such heigh velocities. He curses, twisting around and releasing several basic ki blasts of low-power. On impact with the Icer lord's punisher spreads, the culmination of chi's detonated, purple explosions across the skies, snow whipping in every direction. Purple smoke billows out, but the saiyan shoots out unharmed, the actual blast radius not touching him. Not a scratch and only a little of his energy expended, the fight was going smoothly.
His foe had ended the attack. And with that came a message, one that brought Boliko's rage all to swiftly the surface. Hie foe was giving up and the fight hadn't even truly started. His foe had transformed, again, and this time to one of the forms that would equal Boliko Koregutsu, but he was ending it. Trying to end it, anyway. The saiyan's face darkens, his lip rising into a hateful sneer and a growl emanating from his throat. He hadn't come all this way to let the worm escape without pain and humiliation. Touketsuki Yakedo would not leave this fight the same as he was when he walked in. He would learn fear, fear of Boliko Koregutsu.
And then, something odd happens.
The rage, the boiling frustration within Boliko Koregutsu, it overwhelms him. His body locks up in the air, and the super saiyan plummets to the ground. His foe would notice the weather steadily becoming more violent, a strange green hue surrounding the plummeting figure, and the lack of an immediate pursuit. Would he notice something strange? Probably. Would that stop him from going to Serori? Most probably no, he'd take it as a blessing.
The smart option would have been to try and finish Boliko in that one instant. Still, something about the energy that was currently rising about him... it was impermeable.
I'd rather die, than give you control.
His body strains and struggles, a writhing beast. What is happening to me? He gasps, as he feels one of his muscles expand viciously, his right pectoral. The saiyan king looks lopsided now, as his left hand gropes at this unwanted expansion. Beneath the massive rage and pain at Touketsuki, a fear was growing. His emotions had triggered something else... like his original venom at Zach, caused by the escape of the tyrant who had now REJECTED him...
Yes. The eternal worm had rejected the idea that Boliko was his goal, and that impudence had truly sent him over the edge. To Boliko, that was the most antagonistic that Touketsuki could be; his whole drive for more than five years. He was truly outraged, even as he was clutching his hideously mutating form. His entire right side was massive, now, his arm double... no, more than that, the size it had been before. His left leg also begins to expand, muscles tearing and bruising before a strange energy heals the blood bursts from under the skin. His body was now a painful mess, unaccustomed to such a sudden surge of energy and strength; whereas the Super Saiyan form had come naturally to his cells, this variant was mutated and disfiguring.
But the power. It was so much more intense than his original form. He lets out a laugh, going to move into the air once again; but he cannot. Why?
Something feral hisses in the back of his mind.
I am Oozaru, and you are nothing.
The voice was familiar.
It was the one in his nightmare. And the one he had thought he had locked away in that fateful training session based on his neuro-patterns. Even Mato had said it had receded... (and that is the first half completed. Second will take place on arrival home. Have a fun week, Suki, I will be seeing you shortly ICly )

"Come, child of pain. Succumb to my embrace."
The darkness hisses through the saiyan's mind, his body locked in the catacomb that he had generated unconsciously. Panic bubbles to the sane Koregutsu; pleasure to the insane.
"I can give you power, boy; the power to live and the power to win..."
To live. Boliko had promised the love of his life that he would come back from this. He manages to cock his head, hues almost chloroplast in intensity seeking the trophy he had been given to protect, the necklace where the the crowning decoration positively buzzed with the light his body was giving off. To ensure his promise to Amaranth Rixoir... The legendary super Saiyan would give in to this strange dark calling from within his secret heart, the soul of every being that held all of the secret truths and knowledge. His secret heart resided in darkness, despite the super saiyan's yearning for light, and this Oozaru was manifest.
He closes his eyes as Boliko Koregutsu the king.
They open as Koregutsu the beast, his pupils vanished and leaving a bright white void, the instinctive animal that had survived for many years alone on a hostile jungle world. He had been the super alpha, the animals and natives on the planet had bent to his will like a lion in a zoo. He dominated. They jumped through hoops. The animal had soon died after Boliko had taken the throne, nothing but a remnant of his past, a figment of his imagination, a guilty secret he carried in his secret heart. He had cannibalised a Saiyan village. None had survived the onslaught. He had taken his clothes from the dead. He had tamed a monstrous beast in one foul trek across the mutant forests on his home world, felled the creature with his own animalistic ferocity.
Touketsuki would face a man changed, evolved beyond recognition if not for the armour and insignia it bore; the shield dissolves, as the final moments of the transformation concede. The flesh on his face rips and tears, cheeks bursting, as new flesh erupts from underneath the old; such was the nature of the legendary super Saiyan transformation, as if discarding a previous persona or being.
The already large Saiyan grew taller, worthy of the Oozaru name that this personality, if you could call it such, had bestowed upon itself in mock of the Saiyan king's pride. He had never been able to ascend to the Oozaru state, a freak of genetics; instead, it seemed, the king had this form, afforded to him by his darkest recesses of reptilian instinct.
Kill. Survive. This was the cold-blooded creature who had once arrived on Vegeta, with revenge for his parent's deaths on his mind. Boliko had always been a vengeful being. It was his only childhood goal, to avenge. He was raised on pain and suffering. That was another reason he despised Touketsuki; the man had lived in comfort his entire life and had chose to bring pain to others when he had never felt it himself. He had, perhaps, never felt love, but that did not excuse his actions up unto this point.
Now he had love. But Oozaru wanted to see it stripped away, that comfortable existence torn away in a flash. It was time that Touketsuki learned true humility and hardship.
Boliko's musculature was charged with unspent rage and insanity. His energy had expanded further than he would have ever previously dreamed, and it felt ceaseless. He had ascended, again, past Rensou's forced transformation. Were there limits to Saiyan strength? If so, Boliko had not yet found it.
His golden hair had massively increased in mass and was now tinged with a green, as with his aura, which was now a raging beast double the size of his normal super Saiyan beast. Blank eyes venomously looked at Touketsuki in silence as his enemy sped further away.
The distance between the two closed rapidly, now; Boliko's speed having greatly increased yet again. Oozaru eyed Suki as prey. [LSSJ approved~ - Rensou]
