The trip to Kanassa was a bit rough with flying the route himself, but he had managed to keep everything under control. Looking out the window of the cockpit he saw their destination and let out a satisfied grunt, this would be the first step for him as Lieutenant-General. He wouldn't be able to screw this up otherwise he wouldn't be able to call himself a warrior. Searching the controls carefully, he needed to make sure that he alerted Tsuken since the young saiyan had been assigned to come with him. Finding the switches for the internal communications, he activated it bringing the speakers to life.
"Tsuken, we've arrived at Kanassa, get ready to meet with the inhabitants," his tone holding more authority now than it did before, as he tried to get into the role of his position. Though, it just seemed weird for him to give orders and it was something he likely wouldn't get used to either.
As the Durandal approached the atmosphere of the planet, he opened a communications to planet side. This would be tricky to pull off with it just being him and Tsuken, but there wasn't much choice to the matter.
"Members of the Kanassa rebel forces and member of the World Trade Organization, my name is Yuumaru Mori from the Saiyan Solar Empire," he introduced himself first, which would hopefully not get things aimed at them. It was a risk, but he needed to take one to make sure he could pull this off in just the right way. If all worked well, then maybe they wouldn't need to spend that much time here. It was a toss up really, and they would need to be careful of both sides to make sure that there weren't any surprises.
"I am here to bring this planet officially under the SSE's banner through peaceful negotiations. I request that the leaders of both factions meet me at either my ship or perhaps neutral ground of choosing to discuss this further," he wouldn't keep anything hidden from them. He announced that he was here to take care of things peacefully, so maybe they would reciprocate with similar actions. If they attacked him though, he would have to take care of the threats to make sure that nothing happened to Tsuken either. Rensou had left him in charge of keeping his son safe, and Yuumaru had no intentions of going back on that promise.
"Reply as soon as possible with your decision," with that said, he flicked off the communications and would let the leaders contact him instead. For now it was time to land the ship and keep an eye out for any signs of aggression that were aimed their way.

Perhaps it was the waning moon over head, but this night was a particularly kind one. Indeed all of the men who were able were gathered around a single fire. No more than fifty or so, each one with a power level of one thousand or below. They were brave and good men, and all with one very important thing in common. It wasn't their race. Actually what was interesting about them was that each one hailed from a different planet. It certainly was not their god awful taste in liquor as the moonshine was only outshined by the intensity of the tobacco. No what brought them all together was the banner of the World Trade Organization. The banner had been contested, there was no doubt about that. The death of their emperori had plunged the entire organization into chaos and it didn't help that the ones whom had taken control were the sworn enemy of their late Lord. Never the less planets were all in an uproar of civil unrest. For the most part it was kept peaceful, some riots breaking out among them, yet one planet seemed the most ill favored.
Kanassa had been the most violently taken planet in the WTO's time. The Tore squad consisting of Zilo, Aice, Serori, Glaecer, and Boki had all been here at one point, fighting rebels, killing traitors, and waving the banner. After all of that bloodshed it seemed the light at the end of the long dark tunnel was that it was all over. The death and the carnage had meant something. The survivors had been granted amnesty, and the WTO had left it to continue political gain as it had in the past, the only difference being a new found taxation, and in return a protection. It was no surprise at all that this protection was contested the moment that Touketsuki died. With Serori's most colorful message on display for all the universe to see, each planet was forced to make a tough decision regarding their allegience, and Kanassa was the most ill fated of them all.
Perhaps King Boliko Koregutsu had known this, thus being the reason that Kanassa was first to be hit. Or maybe there was no planning behind it at all. Whatever the reason, the day had finally come that these fifty or so men would be put to the test, and leading them faithfully was a single man.
"Ya hear that gentlemen. This lad wansta make peace he does!"
The thick Irish accent was unmistakable, and the men laughed along side him as they raised their glasses one final time, knowing that it was more than possible that one again would see the moonlight shine upon their brew. With a solemn cheer and a final drink the leader walked over to the console, one that was now begining to replay the generals message. However instead a new one would be played. It would have no voice, and hardly any information at all. The message that would be sent back to the saiyan envoy was simply this.
~Tomorrow morning; 8am. 30.2669° N, 97.7428° W
Yuumaru would find the conversation he did seek at that very location. For as the sun rose on the hue of the brush, and the dew rose from the grass revealing a shiny tint over the blades, they would have battle. Of course Boki was not a man to start an unwarranted fight, but he was not naive to their situation. The general they sent no doubt would attempt to take Kanassa, and Boki simply couldn't let that happen.
"Alright boys its done with. We git to meet em tomorrow mornin!"
With another deep cheer the men took to their tents. None of them truly sleeping, but rather contemplating the days events. No doubt the Saiyans had brought a challenge, but with any luck at all, and a little faith, victory would follow their cause. Or so they would hope.

Tippy toes. That was what everyone had called them, anyway, Tsuken recalled. Upon the very ten the boy balanced, struggling to see over the edge of the keys Yuumaru pressed so expertly as he deployed his message for the people of Kanassa to hear. The father of the child, Rensou, had told him to stay near Yuumaru at all times –Tsuken had been sent to hone his combat skills against the rebels whom would not fall under the banner of the Empire, but the father realized he would need an adult present and a powerful one at that to make sure he remained safe. Yuumaru had been the man chosen for the task.
The smallest Hiruen looked up at the much larger Saiyan, nodding his head enthusiastically as Yuumaru told him to get ready to meet the people of the first planet they had been charged with bringing into the Empire. The boy listened intently as Yuumaru went over the basic diplomatic measures, eternally impressed by his confidence and his resolve. Yuumaru had grown much stronger in a few days, and Tsuken was thoroughly impressed.
Therefore, when the reply from the Kanassan rebels announced that the meeting was to take place on the morning of the morrow, Tsuken was ecstatic. The child was going to use his gravity chamber to grow in strength as best he could so that Yuumaru would be just as impressed with his own budding power.
“Yuumawu, s'okay if'I use ya gwavity chambuh?” he asked, brown eyes full of hope.

It was a strange feeling coming to a planet like this to bring the natives under the banner of the Saiyan Solar Empire, the first time he had done such a task. Would they welcome the change with the opportunity to join the ranks of several other planets all that had the benefits of joining with them. One where all the races of the planets held within could stand together as a united front, and Yuumaru would do his best to protect the planets and their people. This was the first step to the dream of everyone in the universe being united as a single force, to stop all threats together. He couldn’t fail that was already out of the question, although he didn’t really feel an anxiety or fear, all he had right now was a perpetual calmness.
Turning his head slightly he could see that Tsuken was looking over his shoulder to examine what he was doing, and so moved so the young Saiyan could see better. Later down the line Tsuken himself would be doing this kind of thing as well, so the more he learned about it now the better prepared he would be.
“What do you think?” he asked, wondering what Tsuken’s thoughts were on both his speech to the people and what he thought their reaction would be. He had his own expectations but those might have been a little presumptuous of him as well, all he could do was be hopeful right now. Depending on Tsuken’s feelings he might need to prepare for the worst of things, but for the time being he would keep everything on the back burners. That was right as the message for the meeting being set to 8am tomorrow morning was received, but there was no voice along with it.
When the child asked him to use the gravity chamber, he chuckled and ruffled Tsuken’s hair, “Sure, knock yourself out. While you’re with me feel free to make use of anything the Durandal has, alright?” No point in forcing him to ask permission, they were likely to be together for at least the time they were here. He did want to return to Nor after this to gather supplies and maybe see about working on some things for the ship. He looked over the control panel, especially towards the weapons system that was onboard, he’d have to test this out eventually as well.
“You go train, I’m gonna set the course and then get a little shut eye, flying the whole way is exhausting,” he figured letting Tsuken know what the plan was between now and then would give him ample time to prepare. With that he typed a response to whoever was on the other end of that message, it would be a simple response as well.
See you there.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Having set the alarm for an hour before the meeting was supposed to take place, he’d managed to get a couple of hours of sleep. It was enough to wash away any fatigue he had from the flight as he stretched his arms well over his head, his muscles and sinew winding together to extend his reach. When they reached the furthest they could go a small chorus of popping sounds left his body, taking with them any tension that had built up. It was a shame that he had forgotten to install a coffee machine into this thing, otherwise he’d have had a cup to make sure he was fully awake.
“Well, we’ll be a bit early, but last I checked there were no crimes against that,” he joked to himself, punching in the coordinates that had been sent to the ship. With a small, high-pitched wind up the engines were soon roaring with life as he lifted the ship into the air, the ship earning its name rather well as it cut swiftly through the air. It was almost as if no time had passed when they reached their destination, the Durandal drifting down to land near their meeting point. He made sure to keep close as well, in case there was anything unexpected planned for them, he might be able to make sure that Tsuken could escape.
As a warrior he was one to make sure preparations were in place for the event of his demise, and if that happened here, the Durandal’s computers were set to accepted Tsuken’s voice commands. This way all he had to do was speak where he wanted to go and the ship would take him there automatically. Err on the side of caution, that was what he was doing here and it was all to make sure Tsuken’s demise would not happen.
Walking through the Durandal’s hull, he approached the lift that would let them outside, “Come on, Tsuken. It’s time to go meet the locals!” Waiting for his partner for these missions to join him, he lowered the lift and walked to the exact coordinates that had been sent to him.

"No boys thats the way it has ta be now. Calm yer selves and be ready for the turbulence ahead!"
Two, the saiyans had sent only two and that was troubling. To conquer an entire planet you would think an army would be required, yet Touketsuki Yakedo could take a planet like Epoch by himself. Kanassa took only a month to fully capture with the Tore squad, and Marvok had been taken without any fighting at all. So the confidence that only two beings could take the planet was not unheard of. But if it was true, then the other brave warriors here would be out matched. Truly these men fought as hard as they could, but even so they were far too weak to be of any service to Boki. He tasked them to keeping the cities under check. Riots were breaking out over whether or not to just accept the saiyans arrival, and ultimately that would not be their decision.
When Yuumaru would arrive at the desired location he would find himself looking on at Boki, the remaining loyal follower to Touketsuki Yakedo. It was possible that the young saiyan had already been briefed on the alien. Boki was after all a member of the late Tore squad and Suki's right hand. If however they had not met even in dossier, the dark alien would be floating cross legged on the ground, a small tornado like wind just underneath him, and the ground he was a foot off from. Sitting on this wind helped him to focus, and bring peace of mind to the situation. This was obviously not a peaceful situation. All Boki could do was wait.

Tsuken had thought that Yuumaru handled his ship with the skill of a professional and the ease of a more experienced pilot, and with that joyful expression smeared across his face as it oft-was, he informed him of such. “Pwetty good, Yuumawu,” he nodded, his brown eyes flicking back and forth while the controls were worked by the deft hands of the gloved Saiyan and his speech was delivered. It was then that the boy had noted the newly attained fighting level of his elder and set his mind towards the gravity chamber of the Durandal, and ask Yuumaru for the use of those very facilities.
The youngster had been shy in his request, but Yuumaru kindly responded that he was to feel free to use any of the available amenities as he saw fit while he was a guest aboard his bright and shining ship, fresh off the line of assembly. Tsuken had bounded into the air, an excited cry bubbling up from his lungs whilst his little fist shot upwards in his excitement.
“Danks, Yuumawu! Tsuken'll see'ya in'da maw'nin'!”” He informed, but Tsuken never went to the gravity chamber –Yuumaru had given him free reign of anything within the ship, and the boy had attacked the cookies rather than the physical activity.
-------------------- When he awoke the next morning, Tsuken had dressed as he had from the moment he could walk. Though he was not yet a warrior by Saiyan standards, he still wore the garb and did his best to present himself as such. The boy had followed Yuumaru Mori to the coordinates of the meeting place, but only a single alien could be found. Tsuken stared at the strange creature for a moment, never having seen such a being in his short span of four years, but a quick scan of his scouter made that fact his last worry. The boy reached up and pinched Yuumaru's pants, tugging at them to gain his attention. “ He's vewy stwong, Yuumawu,” he informed, suddenly regretting his decision to eat all of Mori's cookies and assorted sweets rather than entering the gravity chamber, as he had originally planned.[/blockquote]

They had arrived at the place for the meeting expecting, well, expecting more than just one person to be waiting for them. The message had been pretty clear, he’d addressed the members of the WTO and the natives of Kanassa, yet there was only one person. Then again maybe it was just naïve of him to expect the members of the WTO to settle things peacefully, considering all that had occurred. Ah well, he supposed there wasn’t a whole lot that he could do about the situation except continue on as he originally intended. It wasn’t like he was going to be letting things get out of hand, not if he could help it anyways.
“Well, it seems like you’re the only one here right now, I guess I’ll have to meet with the native leaders of the planet later,” he wasn’t going to be letting anything impede his mission. This was something that he’d determined himself to since he’d received the orders for the planets he was to bring under the SSE banner. There was nothing except a calm confidence to be found from the blue-haired Saiyan, regardless of the situation right now he was not worried in the slightest. He’d noticed this about himself as well, it had started ever since he finished the training session before taking off for this mission.
When Tsuken tugged on his pants, he turned his attention to the young Saiyan hearing his comment, “It’s alright, Tsuken.” He could tell that the person in front of them was strong, but that didn’t matter to the Saiyan, he was here for a purpose. If this person didn’t want to cooperate, Yuumaru would simply deal with the native leaders of the planet and discuss things with them. That had been his original intent anyways, but first thing was to figure out just what this person’s intentions actually were.
“So, since you replied to my message, I assume you want to handle things peacefully as well?” that was the intent of the message after all. If he had other ideas then Yuumaru would leave him to his own devices, and focus his attention elsewhere on the planet. There were more important things to be done and if he was wasting time here then he no longer had a reason to be at this location. Tsuken was probably worried for him, understandable in the situation really, but something inside him was telling him he had nothing to worry about. Some primal instinct within him was keeping everything within check, and let him remain as calm as he was right now. A strange sensation to feel that was for sure, but he was grateful to it as well.
