Mediocre Battle (Yamcha VS Ethar)

The ki blasts slammed in the air between the two creating yet another cloud of dust for Yamcha to try and navigate through. “Blast it! This is not good…” Yamcha stated as he desperately rearranged his stance to try and prepare himself. As if on que two massive balls of ki emerged from the dust. Yamcha launched a ki blast that quickly dealt with one and then launched the other away with him with a quick wave of the hand. It exploded not far off creating yet another cloud of dust. Though he was starting to near his own limit meaning the end of the fight was drawing near for him. When the dust cleared he saw his opponent haggard and breathing heavily. He began to form two balls of ki in his hands and then with a final roar launched his Dragon Wave Flash attack. “This attack again? You can’t be serious.” Yamcha asked skeptically as the attack approached. His opponent was far from being in the best condition and Yamcha could only think of one thing to do.

He dropped into a crouch position with his hands cupped together. Ki began to form in his hands as he chanted, “Kaaaaa…..meeee….haaaa….meeee….”He knew he had to be quick otherwise his plan would back fire in his face. As the Dragon Wave Flash closed in Yamcha’s bloody arms shot out in front of him as he finished the name of the attack, “HAAAAAAAA!” The ki roared from his hand and slammed into the Dragon Wave Flash pushing it backwards until both powers were about the same. All Yamcha had to do at this point was outlast his opponent and based on his condition it would not be long now. “Just give up! You have no way of winning!”

Putting everything he had left into his attack, made Ethar gasped to see that Yamcha had countered his last attacks, and entered a final beam struggle with him. He would of kept up his own beam, but the pain in his chest was far too intense to keep the energy going, as his energy started to wane rapidly.

This allowed Yamcha's beam to over take Ethar's beam, as the Kamehameha slammed into Ethar, creating a large explosion as a result. The rest of his shirt was torn right off, as a sharp pain shot through Ethars body, as the force of the impact caused Ethar to fly back a considerable distance, as he came to a rest on his back on the arena floor. "Get up Ethar.....Get up!" He thought ot himself, as he tried to will his body to move, but all it did was cough up a small amount of blood, as well as feeling the pain in his chest.

Yamcha had won this match, but not by much. It was a close match, even if Ethar was only 60% of Yamchas boosted power level.

As his opponent fell to the ground Yamcha’s attack faded away. Panting heavily Yamcha fell to the ground landing on his butt. He could feel the blood running down his arms slowly creating a strange sensation. He glanced down and then hoisted himself back up on his feet and he began to laugh. At first it was slightly deranged but soon Yamcha’s laughter turned into cheering as he celebrated his victory. “Yeah! I did it! I lived up to the other’s expectations!”

Suddenly a door opened behind Yamcha. He turned and looked down the hallway and in there was only a bright light. To Ethar he would not be able to make anything out but to Yamcha it was his paradise. It was time to return to where he had been for the past one thousand years. “Ladies hold on! I am still right here!” Yamcha yelled out with a laugh as he causally jogged into the light. After a little bit his body could no longer be distinguished from the light. Then the light faded away revealing nothing but an empty hallway.
