Bukujutsu: The ability to fly with one's ki.
Power Control: Boliko can lower his power output down to a minimum of 10% of his true power.
Burst Cannon: You power up the blast like the Kamehameha, but when you release the blast, your hands are both palm-forward. His body is surrounded by lightning-like purple chi while charging and firing.
Ignition Star: Boliko's equivalent to a Death Ball, the Ignition Star is a medium-size red energy ball used to destroy his enemies. Can be used in a variety of ways, with the strongest variant capable of decimating cities.
Bakuhatsuha: By raising two fingers, the user of this attack can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area or the ground under an opponent.
Eye Beams: Two thin beams similar to Death Beams fired from the eyes.
Shield: Boliko summons up energy and forms a shield. The amount of energy required depends on the intensity of the attack it is used to block.
---- 強烈なオーラ (Intense Aura): A massive wave of energy erupts from around the Super Saiya-jin; Boliko can choose to harness a little or all of his energy, for an explosive wave of varying power depending on how much energy input.
Energy Razors: Looking like an energy Wolverine, Boliko forms several 'claws' on each hand that act as blades. Fairly powerful, they can rip through many types of metal, although the limits have not been discovered yet.
---- Energy Daggers: The already-formed blades are detached and propelled from Boliko's hands, acting as a cuttingly lethal variant of an energy blast which can impale and tear.
Burst Speed: Original creation, acts as a variant of the After-Image technique and allows massive speed. Can't be used too much, however, as drains ki fairly quick if used for duration of more than a minute (most uses only take 1 second, however, due to the intense speed gained).
---- Burst Strike: An enhancement of Boliko's Burst Speed, Burst Strike allows for rapid-fire combination attacks which don't lose any power. It drains energy doubly as fast as Burst Speed, however, meaning it shouldn't be used for periods longer than five seconds unless he wishes to risk serious energy losses.
---- Burst Shock: Identical to Burst Speed, but without the energy spikes to dictate it's usage. Instead, the energy is released once the technique is ceased. Uses more energy in the long term that it's more obvious counterpart, however.
Shatterstrike: Only accessible in Origin Form and above, Shatterstrike allows Boliko to home in on a fighter's weak spot or previously weakened areas and chain together a deadly combo. Can be used to great effect with other combination techniques, however keep in mind that the drain would be great.
Starblasts: Boliko's version of a rapid-fire energy attack, Starblasts are powerful balls of crackling energy that can target certain parts of the body so long as the target is either large enough or slow enough - otherwise acts just as bulk decimation technique.
Telepathy: Boliko can create a direct mental link with someone, allowing for a conversation in silence.
---- Advanced: Conversations can be held with an individual on the other side of the galaxy, on the condition that the king has met them.
---- Memory Flood: A unique enhancement of telepathy, Boliko may send memories and emotions instead of mere thoughts. He can also receive them if the recipient allows him to see them.
---- Mass Telepathy: Boliko can link his mind with many individuals on a single planet, rendering him capable of speeches or orders to his friends.
Galactic Energy Sensing: Can sense large enough energies across the galaxy, with smaller energy signatures noticeable on proximity to a planet.
Amazon Spirit: A three-times technique developed to reduce the unnecessary use of the Super Saiyan transformation. Appearance wise little changes, bar a silver aura and tinge appearing when activated.
Palm Techniques:
---- Construct Destruction: Boliko utilises his own energy to send a debilitating pulse through his foe. It has no obvious effects, however, it disrupts ones ability to 'regain' energy in a ki construct, such as a generated sword or orbs. The foe will just lose massive energy if he continues to use said weapons, for three posts. If unprepared, the techniques will be cancelled immediately.
---- World Inversion: Strange energy gathers in the palm of Boliko Koregutsu. On contact with a foe's body, the energy is dispersed in much the same manner as his Construct Destruction Palm. This time, however, the energy released influences bodily perceptions received from sensory neurones. The information is scrambled at each node of Ranvier, leading to a jumbled mess of perception when it reaches the brain. Up is down and left is right. The effects of the attack last for around five minutes, but may be partially ignored depending on the ability of the foe to sense ki, and to what degree they can overcome their sudden disorientation. The energy is equivalent to a Big Bang Attack for Boliko's expenditure.
Big Bang Attack: A special, royal technique that Boliko had learned from ancient tomes, from the days of King Vegeta. The attack is very powerful for the short amount of time it takes to charge - while it can't reach the potential of Boliko's Ignition Star in terms of destruction, it is much better in close combat for charge time and unpredictability, as well as being iconic and threatening. It also has room for a large amount of variants should it be developed further.
---- False Big Bang Strike: Boliko fires off two Big Bangs - the first holds next-to-no power, the second holding all of it. The first acts as a distraction, while the second is a lot faster and stronger, intended to catch opponent mid-dodge.
---- Big Bang Burp: A variant of the Big Bang Attack, this is a slightly more powerful version released from the mouth. As it is stronger, though, it requires slightly longer to charge and is more noticeable.
Atmos: Using his SSj power, Boliko liquefies oxygen in his lungs for slow dispersal. This can allow him to survive in space or other oxygen-less environs, provided the other conditions are tolerable.
Planet Starting: Vegeta
Bio:
Boliko was born on the planet Vegeta - and much to everyone's fears, his birth powerlevel was above ten thousand, a feat which not even the royal family had managed. He was quickly cast out into space, his parents killed mercilessly. He lay floating in a space pod for many days before, by chance or fate, he was pulled into the gravitational field of a passing moon; more fortunately it was a moon with much life on it, with great forests and oceans covering it's face.
The pod crashed down on the planet, impacting with a great force. The door slid open and the boy crawled out. He was a born survivor. None of the hostile wildlife on the moon would approach him; they sensed his awesome potential and knew not to approach. Despite being a newborn he managed to hunt, small prey at first but gradually larger as he aged.
His natural saiyan programming was intact - he was a cold-hearted killer. He slaughtered families of animals guiltlessly from an early age. His programmed memory recalled his father's words... "They are afraid of you, my son."
He had several experiences of near-death, his body recovering quickly with each one - unknowingly growing even stronger, he felt the time would soon be right to return to his home world. The years passed without much event, as he proclaimed himself the ruler of the jungle moon orbiting the planet Vegeta. Now, he punches in the pod controls for one final journey, back to his true home - Vegeta.
