:History:
Born from magical fruits that grow off of the Kaiju trees. He was raised like any other kaioshin. Trained any prepare for a position of power. However there were issues namely his arrogance and belief that he knew best. Other kaioshin often look down on him for his continual and borderline reckless meddling in mortal affairs. The council once believed this was a faculty of his youth but as time has progressed his habits have persisted and as have their warnings.
His input however has been tolerated by the Kais because for the most part good has resulted from his actions and, though time will has been unable to quell his pure hearted goals his method are somewhat more refined than they once were. often choosing a champion to represent him and carry out his will when and where he deems it necessary.
having a poor relationship with other Kais he spends his time alone on the east kaioshin world in other-world watching other the galaxy and keeping the best interest of the universe at heart.
Unlikely as it may seem he has been granted a position as east kaioshin due to a lack of viable alternatives
As a very young Kai Noburu once travelled across the universe seeking out the glorious wonders that lie amidst the stars. During these escapades he befriended many beings belonging to an endless entourage of species and cultures. Although he still has fond thoughts of many of this fellow traveller two stands out: Yusuf, a frog from who Noburu learn and perfected his telepathic skills and Volo an android Noburu met on a recent visit to earth, finding the 8ft tall metallic monster drowning his sorrows in a small bar near yunzabit heights suffering from depression and they now both resides with him upon East Kaio world.
Although Noburu has had other companions on east Kaio world, few stay more than a month reporting to Noburu that they felt deeply disturbed my images of a dark powerful frog haunting their dreams.
