Well, seems my brother is being pretty damn lazy since he still hasn't posted here that it was sorted, but yes it got worked out. (though I guess I do keep stealing his computer to do my maya assignment)
His character is going to be set out like a normal Icer. So forget all the android stuff and whatever else.
ICly he won't be able to transform, so he's stuck in his 'first' form (30-31k).
His full release attack will give him access to his true forms (4th form) power. (so pl x10, but only for that attack) which sorts the issue about him being 5th form.
((He also won't bother I guess with actually draining that power when he uses it, since the drain was meant to be a trade off for getting 5th form early, which he's now not getting. 'Flavour'-wise I assume he'll still mention it though))
Since ICly he can't transform I don't see much point in actually listing his second and third forms on his profile thing, though if it appeals to someones sense of OCD or something then you can still list them anyway I guess.
If you are happy to not list them though, then I think one more change would also be a good idea:
Rename his '4th Form' to 'Life Force', since ICly thats what it's meant to represent.
((The renaming (and removing of forms) was met with some confusion before, but it's exactly the same as the various Kaioken clones have different names (like Virion's 'bio resonance'), or how each alien has a different name for their x4 transformation, so hopefully it's explained more understandably now?))
