I'm sorry, Fudo, but that comes across as markedly selfish. No-one expects everyone to come back. I certainly don't expect people who have voiced a dislike of myself to come back either. When you say 'let it die' I assume you mean the old plot, but if you mean the whole site? How ridiculous. I didn't realise I'd put the site back together either, but I decided I wanted to. I'm using the old site as a template, and I may as well pay homage to the previous events.

I apologize for sounding selfish, but it's my opinion you want, right? This is how I feel, from my own standpoint.

By "let it die", I do mean the whole site. Why is that so ridiculous? It was shut down for a reason, right? Why can't we move on?

And I know you're gonna think "if you don't want to join, you don't have to". But you have to realize how hard it is for me to actively play on another site knowing that this is going on. I WANT to move on, but dangling my old characters in front of me will make that very difficult.

If you start this site over from scratch, that's a different story. You're rebooting it, starting over and letting us join IF we want. The way I see it, there are two possible scenarios for myself:

1. WoDR starts over, and I let it go without a problem. No point in starting ANOTHER character.

2. WoDR resumes, and I have to make the hard choice of letting it go since I'm incapable of playing that many characters across multiple sites.

Do you get what I'm saying? To be thrown out of a site, then invited back isn't easy to deal with.

News for you. The site did die. I made the choice to close it down, not thinking that it was a hiatus, due to the selfish actions and lies of people I trusted. I then realised that the flaw did not lie with myself, or the site's plot or site's mechanics. I also realised I did not want this site to end and so decided to use it as a template as a reboot. Then old members requested that their story did not fade into obscurity, and know what? They have that right if nothing else.

Your characters are 500 years dead and this is essentially a new plot, so let it go.

And please, PM me or skype me and let me know what I did to offend you, for god's sake. I can't second guess everything, so tell me what I did instead of talking about me like Satan behind my back, ffs.

Once again, I'm not holding anything in the past against you for the sake of this topic. I already said that. There's no reason for me to PM you or anything. Moving on.

I don't know why you're taking my single opinion so hard. I'm telling you what I think, nothing more. Of course the other members have the right to make such a request, when did I say otherwise? I'm telling you my reasoning for being against continuing the plot. For all I know, I might suddenly find new muse and post on this site like crazy. From where I am now, though, I don't want the story to continue.

Fudo... I'm honestly not sure whether you thought through what you just said.

First of all, Option 3 isn't really helping any side win. Think about it. "Vote for the highest vote". Right now the count is 7:6 one more point and it's a tie. Two points, Option 2 wins. It simply another way of stating "I'm fine with either selection."

Secondly, we accept your opinion. WODR was brought back and we already have about 14 characters with their respective profiles. The site was never supposed to die and you can't throw all the blame on Boliko. The fact is, there are no options to make. This vote wasn't to decide whether we can play our old characters or not, it was to decide whether our story is still relevant to the forum. We have decided that the current plot takes place 500 years after the events of Suki and Geurin. Kris and Fudo are both gone forever. They're dead, just like Boliko, Rensou, Zach, Tenshu, Nam, everyone. You can still play your old characters actually and it doesn't have to be here. You could have said that Fudo or Kris fell through some kind of dimensional rift and ended up on the timeline pesented in DB Awakening. And nobody threw us out, we left. Everyone started moving to the new forums and so it was thought that this one could no longer continue forward. One mistake Boliko made is accepting it and attempting to work on Genesis rather than explore what's left of WODR. He realized his mistake, reopened it and now we're ready to move on.

We cast a vote, there were people against it, but majority wins. That's democracy. If it wasn't meant to happen then it wouldn't have.
