The ability to fly with one's ki.
-Surging Kaiser Storm:
Rolling his body inward, Meishi charges up an immense amount of power in his gut. This power takes the form of a crimson-violet aura with sparking pink flares that radiate outward, and when Meishi thrusts his limbs out, the energy is exerted into the area around himself dealing serious energy burns-and possible stunning-those unfortunate enough to be in the area around the attack. The size of the attack is reflected on the amount of energy used and Meishi's power level.
-Malefic Kaiser Blaster:
By taking a step forward and curling his hands into fists, pulling his arms back incredibly similar to the "horse stance", Meishi charges Ki into his palms. Then, leaning forward, he extends his arms and releases he fingers, sending a wave of energy forward much like the popular "Kamehame-ha" technique. There is a "super" form, but it's just a larger variation.

An extremely fast, thin beam fired from the finger that pierces most things.
-Kiaioh:
A sudden burst of invisible energy that is usually used to knock things back.

Bio: Meishi is an odd Majin. Unlike his counterpart, Majin Buu, Majin Meishi has floated aimlessly in space for decades after being discarded by Bobidi. You see, before Bobidi tried to awaken Buu, he created Meishi as an experiment. Meishi was born shortly after, once the evil wizard figured out how to create such a demon it came naturally to him, and Bobidi was pleased...well kind of. Meishi was almost completely mute, although that trait is common amongst his short-stacked race, Meishi was the prime example. He never talked or made any kind of noise when spoken to, besides the occasional grunt or click, and a wide variety of facial expressions.
Meishi seemed to have a natural data-bank of fighting knowledge, although a lot of it was picked up by watching the fighters that Bobidi summoned to test him. Each fight enhanced his knowledge just that much, until he was a force to be reckoned with, and Bobidi decided to possibly forget about Buu if Meishi turned out to be worth it. So, they traveled across the galaxy for a decade, but no matter where they stopped, Meishi was like a brain-dead horse. It's not that he just didn't listen, he didn't move. GO! DESTROY THEM! Bobidi would usually say, but Meishi just stared into the nothingness like he was long since dead inside. This made Bobidi reconsider Buu, so he drained Meishi's power one day and implanted it into Buu's cocoon. This awoke Buu...in his "plumper" state. But it would have to do, to get rid of Meishi. He sent Buu to attack the failed experiment and a battle instantly broke out.
However, even with his power drained, Meishi just kept fighting...and fighting...and fighting. It was not inhuman-it was inorganic. Nothing alive could ever fight this maliciously for so long-besides Buu, whom fought just as valiantly and hard. About four hours in, Bobidi forced the two to separate. They where both huffing-puffing mounds of beaten pink flesh, it was almost comical, really. But the two had done serious damage to the area around them(this pleased Bobidi with Buu's abilities), and resealed Buu after wiping his mind. Then, turning his attention to Meishi, created a different seal for him. This seal was more like a space pod, with a window and everything, and blasted him off into the vacuum of space.
For a millennium, Meishi expanded and traveled far and wide across the stars. His path eventually led him into the milky way galaxy, where he spun out of control and violently crashed onto Planet Earth. The small pod was not made for such roughness, and added with the years spent entrapped in it, Meishi's latch was released and he was allowed to exit his confinement. However, the pod was wrecked to hell-there was no way it was getting off the ground again. So, this is the story of how this quiet powerhouse made it to earth-but whatever he may decide to do next is completely unknown...
