[Modifications: 10x Gravity] [Time-line: One week after Boliko Koregutsu attained the throne.] [For roleplaying purposes, the battle takes place in a gravity chamber located within Castle Saru's fortified walls. For grading purposes, it technically takes place in Boliko's ship at ten times normal gravity.] [/b] It had come to be that the newly crowned King of the Planet Vegeta, Boliko Koregutsu, wished to test the capability of the strongest Saiyan native to his birthplace. Whilst many elite warriors would arise to claim that title, the calculations of Boliko's rational staff had found that the right belonged to a ruffian known as Rensou Hiruen, a murderer and a thief according to the rich, criminal men whom ruled over the poorer districts of the capitol, but they dared not directly insult the former gladiator champion. The warrior had been summoned, and he was never one to turn away from a challenge – to fight his king was a privilege, and an honor. Rensou held the man in high regard, for it was he that would awaken this planet and propel it to galactic greatness once again. With that in mind, Rensou had answered the call to battle with a smile and a nod when the messenger had arrived to bear such spectacular news. Upon arrival the last Hiruen had been admitted through heavily guarded gate, though he was under watchful eye as his own blackened orbs drank in the grandeur of Saru Castle,a veritable fortress that had been the home of King Vegeta and King Bardock after him, but then it had fallen into the hands of political men whom bore not the fighting spirit or love of his race that was within the beating heart of Boliko Koregutsu! Rensou had never seen the castle, but he would be unable to indulge himself in the Saiyan relics and literature that certainly rested within the walls. Nay, quickly and efficiently the warrior was ushered towards the Royal training facilities, where devices he could not identify were laid out for the simple purpose of providing the elite with means to further themselves and solidify their positions as superiors to the remainder of their race. Rensou lusted to use these facilities for himself, but he knew not if the new King would allow equality on the level of the late Bardock. The escort halted before a grandiose building at the very least several hundred yards tall and wide, with a length much akin to the aforementioned. With quick taps of his practiced fingertips, the hydraulics sounded out and the doorway slid into a hollowed section of the wall, and the guard beckoned Rensou onward. Walls, floors, and ceilings were of whitened tile scarred in spots by impacts of past sessions and burns from energy blasts that missed their mark. With a glance to his right, Rensou noted a single screen behind a pane of thick, clear glass. Gravitational Intensification : 0x [/i] “ King Koregutsu will arrive momentarily. . .gladiator,” the escort informed, a hint of hostility evident in his voice in his obvious jealously that he had not been chosen to pit his strengths against his new liege. Rensou smirked into the man's face, somewhat annoyed with his tone, “ Very well,” and with that the escort took his leave, and Rensou Hiruen began to stretch his muscles in anticipation for the greatest warrior he would undoubtedly ever face.

Boliko broods as data flashes across the screen. The threat of the WTO was becoming increasingly urgent as each day creeps steadily to what will probably be a brutal conclusion for both sides of the conflict, with heavy losses and damage on both sides.
As such, the king of all Saiyans was searching through the newly resurrected military infrastructure (one of king Boliko's newest policies was to restore Saiyan technology to it's former glory, including a massive for data on strange alien activity, past and present - for instance, he learned of the base of the previous World Trade Organization, Icer - in which a 'Frieza' operated out of. This Frieza was presumably the head of the organization - and, after the mysterious sixty-odd year blip between 737 and 801 Ages all mentions of Frieza were destroyed. It should also be noted that no Saiyans had viewed the records of before this time - certainly an odd occurrence, but that mystery was less immediate than the current threat facing the newly-resurrected Saiyan Solar Empire.
"Sire, your soldier is waiting for you."
The voice called from the speakers fitted throughout the palace. Boliko nods, and taps the screen. The data fades to a black screen. He would resume his research at a later date - now was the time for the hardest training he had ever done, and maybe - ever do. For you see, he could not allow the World Trade Organization any more advantages than it already currently had.
The Saiyans would be the victors of this war; that, for certain, was already decided in the mind of the king. But the length of time? That was an uncertain component to his stratagem. They needed to be dealt with, and swiftly - for only then could his plans for his new empire come to fruition.
The king sweeps out of the room. He was not wearing any armour; merely a dark black jumpsuit and boots. He had fitted the heavy weighted wristbands around his hands; he could only imagine their weight under a gravity exemplified to 10x what he was currently used to. The thought of the strain makes him smile - for through strain and struggle came strength, oh yes.
The walk through the palace was a quick one - he had no care for his current lodgings, only utilising them to fulfil his status quo, his position of power cemented by his furnished mansion. Perhaps at a later opportunity he would care more for it, when he spread the seed of Koregutsu - his family would need a home, for sure. But not now. He couldn't bare to start a family in these hard times.
The stroll to the training facilities is but a short one - the birds in the sky are tweeting a sweet song - Boliko takes this as a good omen. He offers a prayer to his own personal god of war as he increases the pace of his brisk walk. He was looking forward to meeting Rensou on a more personal basis; perhaps the only Saiyan he may ever call his equal.
The facility was certainly grand in appearance; however, most of the training equipment were in varying states of disrepair. Indeed, the gravity machine was only recently fixed - he still planned on having the personal simulator fixed up. That would be the last of the personal expenditure Boliko was planning for himself. Afterwards, the main aim was to expand training facilities for the general populace - even the lowest Saiyans could become useful with the right training and equipment usage.
Hell, Rensou was a gladiator, wasn't he?
Ah, the gravity facility. Certainly it looked bland - again that could be fixed once the simulators were restored - perhaps something like the simulated arenas within the deep-space Arena? The door slides open and the king strides in. He offers Rensou a gruff smile and a wink, before speaking clearly; "Gravitronic Manipulator Times Ten."
The room instantly is illuminated with a thin veil of red light, as the air seems to become heavier. Thank god he wasn't wearing his armour - it could have crushed a weaker organism, and would have been at least slightly dis-comfortable for the king of all Saiyans.
"So, Rensou Hiruen - my favourite gladiator-turned-conqueror. Let us begin a battle that may go down in the records as being the most enjoyable, brutal fights once could witness, eh?" The king laughs, a grin exploding on his face. Current theme: Song kinda sets the tone for this post, especially the starting riff.

A nod of greeting was returned to the smile and wink of the King, a tilted grin illuminating Rensou's face with the lighting of the room and the whitened tile that seemed to reflect it so brilliantly. Coal slits surveyed the opponent for a moment, identifying the weighted clothing adorning Boliko and suddenly Rensou was glad to be wearing his own. The bangles had become a part of him at this point, and though still a hindrance they were no longer a distraction. To think, the former gladiator had thought not to bring them, but the final decision had arrived to him as he remembered Boliko could be using the exact same methods to increase his own prowess.
In an instant, the relatively comfortable room became a thing attempting to press his body into the tiles as the voice recognition of the chamber amplified the gravitational forces upon the shoulders of both men. Rensou staggered under the increase that had arrived too quickly for his musculature to properly adjust, but shortly after the Saiyan returned to his full height and his half smile increased to reveal the whole of his whitened incisor and canine.
This would surely be the most intense session of combat for Rensou thus far, he had certainly fought powerful warriors in the stadium located in the lowliest district of the capitol, but they mattered not. The man before him had defeated countless elites and held enough power within himself to make the politicians quiver as if they were mere children. It was from those facts that Rensou derived his respect for Boliko, and it was the exact same reasoning that caused his adrenaline to surge through his veins at this very moment in anticipation at the prospect of a fight. For now, Rensou was content to talk and allow the King to set the pace of their battle.
“Certainly, King Koregutsu,” the last Hiruen affirmed as his body began to move in a slow, wide circle around the larger man. In stature, Rensou found himself comparable, but the mass of Boliko was overwhelming in comparison to his own physique. Those fists of his were poised, his legs ever prepared to spring into action, defensively or offensively. “Tell me, why did they exile you? The streets of Saru are filled with rumors, but I would prefer to hear from the exiled himself.”

Boliko continues to grin as the Saiyan gladiator begins to circle his form. The gravity is certainly uncomfortable - it feels as if his ribs are malevolently crushing his lungs. He hoped that feeling would fade, for he surely needed to use this gravity machine for the best benefits. He finds himself forming his initial battle position; twisting to face Rensou right-side on, his knees crouched and his right hand raised, his left down by his stomach.
"Why I was exiled... a combination of factors. My parents were active denouncers of the state of Saiyan society as it was twenty so years ago, and with my birth came hope for them - for you see, my power level on registry appeared as ten thousand - no Saiyan has been born with that level of power for over a thousand years. Seen as a threat to the already dying king, my parents managed to jettison me into space before I was killed... but somehow, I can remember how they d-died."
The saiyan king shakes his head slightly, as if waving away an annoying insect, his eyes closed, before he re-opens them, a flame of passion burning brightly in his cold eyes.
"Enough talk, for now. Let us start!" He cries, before rushing towards the Saiyan gladiator. Slightly slower than usual due to the combination of gravity and weighted clothing, he still shoots off a respectably fast right hook towards Rensou's jawline; his fists would be taking no prisoners today.

“Ten. . .thousand!?” exclaimed the champion before the new king changed the situation from one of conversation to combat in but an instant. Rensou had been vigilant of the posture of Boliko's massive frame, and had considered himself prepared. Those notions were shattered as with splendid speed the larger Saiyan bounded forward, his arm cocked and fingers tucked into his palm to form a fist that would certainly be as crushing as any the last Hiruen had ever faced.
Fact was, Rensou Hiruen had been prepared for this moment his entire life, finally, the truest challenge on nearly equal grounds. It was time to prove himself, a warrior born with a battle power of but 123, as capable of standing toe to toe with Saiyan of more fortunate breeding! The moment the muscles of Boliko had begun to switch from stationary to strained Rensou had performed movements not unlike his own.
In fact, the pair mirrored each other in all but appearance as thigh and calf worked in tandem to hurtle the powerful, lean build of Rensou across sparkling white tiles with his own right arm tensed and his fist clenched. The last Hiruen had meant to catch his new superior off guard with a powerful strike seemingly out of no where, for it was possible Boliko knew of his usually stubborn will to engage with a full offense.
Thus, in the very same instant two warriors with so much in common came together in the center of the facility. The gathered powers here would clash until one man could take no more punishment, for that was the way of a Saiyan. Neither would give up. They would continue until their senses betrayed their competitive wills in the eternal hunger for battle, for strife, but above all. . .
. . .For the glory of Planet Vegeta!

The saiyan king's eyes widen as the gladiator does exactly as he does, not on purpose but in mirror. The two slugs connect with the other's face, and a blast of pain releases a jagged darkness across the legendary saiyan's vision as he is thrown backwards by the intensity of the throw. The air whistles slightly as his frame is bounced to the opposite end of the room, and then his mass crashes into the wall. The white tiles shatter under the intensity, forming a cracked ring of impact.
Boliko Koregutsu manages to push himself away from the wall, holding his chin. "I think we'd both agree that those were good throws." The saiyan king grins, a purple bruise already blossoming on the hit. Perhaps, due to his slightly greater physical girth, his own punch had done slightly more to disorientate Rensou - but maybe the gladiator was truly resilient.
However, Boliko knew that to win this fight he would have to change his combat strategy. It wouldn't work out that well if he and Rensou just mirrored each other the whole time, after all. So, how could the Saiyan King adapt to Rensou's fighting style?
He'd seen that the smaller saiyan appeared to work by using strong, but slow attacks - just like Boliko usually did. Perhaps Boliko could gain the upper hand by focusing n speedier attack? But there was the problem of the enhanced gravity he'd need to overcome - so perhaps energy techniques? Yes, maybe - but those could potentially end the fight early. They needed to get some good fighting in first, or else what was the point of training?!
So, he'd attempt to go for the swift attack route.
Moving with a speed his girth should not have been able to move at under these gravitational conditions, he crossed the room to Rensou's position within seconds. His muscles bulging slightly, he rallied off two swift chops towards the gladiator's chest with both fight, before ducking downwards and slicing around with his right leg - followed by a downwards punch, in an attempt to push the gladiator to the floor.
How would Rensou react?

Two powerful blows sped forward, products of a duo of great Saiyan that the fates had chosen to be born into an age where destiny had caused this fateful collision. With majesty they had come together in this single moment and simplified a relationship they would certainly share for as long as they both drew breath. Rensou Hiruen and Boliko Koregutsu existed for the purpose of pushing the other to greater things.
Rensou felt the colossal fist of his king crash into his cheekbone, despite the fact it had been aimed for his jaw. Still, the accuracy was incredible and the strength behind the blow : of legend. To think, only moments before Boliko had stared at him with surprised eyes at the sudden realization that yes, Koregutsu, there is a warrior among those of this planet that could indeed rival you. Strike you, bruise that face and make you rethink how seriously Rensou was to be taken. It had been Rensou's chance to return the wink from earlier, and he relished in it before he was hurtled into the wall opposite of that which his own strike had flung Boliko into.
The impact resounded throughout the room as the pair crashed into the wall, blemishing the surfaces with cracks and chips. Rensou was imbedded into the pale tile, but his senses were gathered enough to command his body to push free of the wreckage with a quick combination of his strength and an expulsion of his inner ki. Boots that matched the general scheme of the tremendous chamber clicked against the hard floor, and then repeated themselves as Rensou stumbled. The face of the gladiator was marred with scars, and Boliko had struck well enough to open the tissue. A steady flow of red stained the face of the last Hiruen.
“I've never been hit so hard. . .” There was no time for Rensou Hiruen to finish the speech, but his next thought finished the point in three words and continued onward to the next pressing matter. In my life, I've never seen someone recover so quickly, and Boliko surely had. The gargantuan was heading for him now, gliding over the surface at an unbelievable rate. Rensou was too disoriented to evade the charging king, and he lifted his fists defensively as. . .
The first pummeling jab struck him square, and his head rebounded back slightly. Even with a jab, Boliko's strikes were something to be avoided entirely. Rensou would resolve himself in the future to never again allow his commander such a brawling flurry, but for now he was caught directly in his storming onslaught.
The second straight punch pushed him backward, and his feet reflexively struggled to remain under him. At last, distance, or so Rensou had thought before his back crashed into the shattered wall he had just seconds ago liberated himself of! Though, that combative mind of his had returned, reawakened by the newest pains. Boliko lowered himself to sweep Rensou's legs beneath him, but that former champion was not so easily to be taken off his feet.
At least, not unless it was by his own devices. There was no time to tense his legs and load his joints, but his feet and Bukujutsu managed to clear the slashing shin and simultaneously propel him forward. The behemoth Saiyan was loading up another looping hand that Rensou could not afford to receive, and thus he twisted and twirled his body, contorting and compensating in midair. Rensou spun sideways, and the overhand punch thundered harmlessly by.
The advantage switched hands, but Rensou chose not to indulge. To reengage the larger Saiyan so close to the wall he had just been trapped and pummeled against was a poor decision. An open area was a much better way to further determine Boliko's skills and calculate when to strike, and Rensou immediately shot sideways back to the middle of the chamber. His tattooed arms hurtled bolts of energy as he soared to the point he wished this fight to continue, in hope that he would take a certain amount of strength from Boliko's stride. The first ball shimmered outwards whilst Boliko was still regaining his composure after throwing that punch, and it had the most hope of connecting. The second, third, and fourth would probably be a bit easier to deal with. The shots were fired with little powder behind them, each would be akin to one of Rensou's own jabs. Perhaps he could pay Boliko back with a taste of his own treatment.
“Can't let a man finish talking?” Rensou laughed, his stance now assumed in the middle of the room where he hoped to fight as he truly excelled; to play the defense until he discovered a lapse in concentration or technique in his opponent. It was at the point that Rensou Hiruen would strike like the fighting Saiyan he was. . .and always had been!

Boliko smiles as his first blow connects, a savage happiness searing through his mind, his soul - the soul of a natural hunter, one of the jungle world - one of both a saiyan and a lion. He has to repress a growl from building in his throat as the second blow also reaches its target - his heart beats rapidly against his chest, and he wonders if it can be heard all across the city; it certainly feels that way.
However, he wasn't surprised that the gladiator was able to dodge his next attacks in the improvised combination - he hadn't stood out of the crowd due to sheer boldness alone, he was a skilled fighter, and Boliko noted that with a lurid sense of pride - that some Saiyans were still like the warriors of old, knights of honor and pride that fought with the spirit of eagles and bears, a noble comparison and certainly not misplaced in this stage.
Being caught off-guard by Rensou's swift dodge, Boliko onlyhas time to swivel around before the first crackling blast impacts on his chest. Feeling the blunt, warm impact he is forced back slightly, his boots scraping across the tiles. So, he can adapt to different fighting styles, too - he is indeed strong.
However, the Saiyan king needed to find a way past the next blasts - if all of the attacks managed to hit he'd be disorientated, open to another combo. Thinking on his feet, the saiyan leaps into the air - his muscles becioming used, by now, to the intensified gravity and weighted clothing. He punches forwards as the next blast, and a wave of projected Kiai launches, dispersing the wave.
Twisting his body in mid-air, his feet touch the ceiling - he then bends his knees and twists his right hand into a fist, his knuckles straining against flesh. Boliko then pushes himself from the ceiling, blasting towards Rensou. He deflected one blast away with his left, slapping it into the floor; and the next he swiftly evades, circling it with the agility of a leopard.
He was right on Rensou, now. He punches forward with his right hand, and using the momentum gained aimed for the gladiator's gut. If he couldn't dodge this blow, he would be winded - or worse.
Can't waste valuable breath.

The flurry of his energy had afforded Rensou valuable time, and set the score at one significant blow apiece and two stiff punches from Boliko, whilst the last Hiruen could only claim a single, simple ki blast. A primeval growl stifled up from his throat as the larger Saiyan skillfully maneuvered agilely to thwart his offensive measures, disintegrating one with a blast of pressure. The Saiyan King had taken a place upside down upon the ceiling, and rocketed towards Rensou with an application of leg strength and Bukujutsu.
The next bolt of energy was struck violently free of his path, and Rensou smiled. Boliko had judged the strength of the ki perfectly simply from assessing the fighting power of Rensou and the short gathering phase of the bolt, impressing the gladiator. The next and final blast was dangerously close to making a connection, but the behemoth circled around it and continued his mad charge. This was an opportunity for a counterstrike, and Rensou set his violent mind to the task.
The last son of the Koregutsu and the last son of the Hiruen came together in another instant, with the former exploiting his reach and the latter attempting to negate it through fighting inside, if only but for a moment. The last thing Rensou wished to do was engage Boliko in a wrestling match, and thus as the punch began he worked his powerful legs in opposing directions. It hurtled his body into another acrobatic spin, twirling him to Boliko's right side.
Rensou Hiruen misjudged the speed of the man, but only by a fraction. The fist impacted his midsection, but it were but a glancing blow! Rensou felt his breath escape him for a moment, even with a glancing strike Boliko had enough momentum and power to damage. It served not to subtract from the spin, it only strengthened his resolve to accurately deliver another of those elbows he was famous for flaying flesh with.
The revolution to Boliko's outside provided ample momentum to slash the face of his king, and with the timing and movement it was certainly intended to lacerate rather than puncture. Rensou Hiruen wanted to spill his blood, for his own already stained the white tiles of this training facility that had quickly become just another arena.
Regardless of connection, Rensou would halt his spin a few meters behind Boliko and would unveil a weapon within his small but mighty arsenal. With quick focus, two spheres relative to the size of his fists shimmered to life and provided a pearl contrast to an aqua aura that rippled and shivered around him. Upon closer inspection it would be obvious those bright baubles were not of physical nature, they were a pair of glittering and shimmering balls of ki. A large sum of his energy was invested in the twins, and condensed to a form where one would be hard pressed to destroy them.
Boliko Koregutsu would now be faced with six striking points from Rensou Hiruen, whom could only hope he was prepared to up the stakes of their already intense match.

Boliko grunts as his blow only manages to lightly damage the opposing Saiyan. Of course, he had calculated that this would probably happen - the attack was a long shot, and he'd gambled. He'd hoped that the ferocity, relentlessness of his attack would cause his opponent to falter - an idiotic gesture, in hindsight. He was right where the gladiator wanted him, and if he were to avoid critical damage he would have to act swiftly.
Boliko was caught in a tough position - without expending a large amount of energy he wouldn't be able to move fast enough to dodge the blow... no. He'd have to take one for the team; but he could lessen the damage. He pulls away from Rensou slightly, and the elbow slices past his cheek; blood spills down the side of his face as his tissue is torn. How could an elbow act as a blade? Boliko smiled. What a unique style.
However, Boliko did succeed in his attempt at damage limitation - the wound was shallow, if long. It would quickly heal. However, the pain was certainly intense. He couldn't let Rensou use that elbow trick again - he stores that technique in his memory, as it could serve well for any future spars - or, indeed, real fights.
The king of saiyans floats to the right, and witnesses as the gladiator summons up his energy scarily fast. What to do next? He wouldn't be able to take much more if that attack successfully hit, either - so several options presented themselves. Attempt to dodge, block, or counter. Hm. This was a difficult choice, as he didn't know the nature of the attack - and time was running out. Fine, split-second choice.
Boliko slams both of his open hands together, adjacent, to his front. Although not as fast as Rensou, he was tapping into some deeper energy - almost as if a small hole had appeared within a giant flood-gate. A yellow aura bursts up around him... no, he mustn't turn. Tapping in to that latent energy was too risky. Not in a friendly spar - it would give away too much.
Shaking his head, he focuses on the energy ball building in his hand. He begins to growl, before his muscles tense, strain - veins and muscles pop in a organic cacophony of pressure. His fingers bend and twist, closing around the ball of energy, before he pushes forwards in one swinging motion, aiming to counter whatever attack was coming his way...
"Burst Cannon!" The saiyan king roars, and a streaming white wave of energy rips from his open digits, screaming through the heavy air.

The strike that had lacerated Boliko's face had been the grinding point of that joint right in the midst of Rensou's hand and shoulder, nothing less, nothing more. With the movement provided by the spin, it had given the sharpest tool available to his melee arsenal the necessary drag and impact to tear. The effect had worked, but not to Rensou's satisfaction. Perhaps the Saiyan King was that mighty, perhaps he could not be stricken down. . .
. . .but still, Rensou had made him bleed, and the scoreboard was immediately even within his mind. Coal orbs traced the drops of red to the floor as his own visage simultaneously shed his own life-force. This was wondrous, simple Saiyan brotherhood in the most phenomenal form possible. The mightiest pitted against the mightiest in the ultimate test of skill, and it seemed neither would hold back from this point onward.
Rensou had manifested those twin orbs of the Hiruen family, the Tsurunoha, but his sudden confidence was smashed away as Boliko gritted his teeth and became a Saiyan flame of gathering power. The behemoth was charging an answer to Rensou's display of ability, and the spheres were hardly an answer to what would occur next in this beautiful confrontation.
“Burst Cannon!” roared the Saiyan titan as his rippling arms tore the charging ball through existence to unleash it upon Rensou in an effort to solidify his authority as the stronger fighter. Rensou would be hard pressed to answer such a mighty thing in the short time he had available to him. In that moment in time, the last Hiruen cursed his decision to put distance between himself and his king. To compound things, he had unveiled a weapon ideal for shorter ranges.
But. . .
Despite his poor decision making, the Tsurunoha spheres were very viable ammunition for the only option Rensou Hiruen had for a beam that was coming too quickly to clear the blast radius in adequate time. The gladiator was breathing too heavily, the weight upon his tired legs much too powerful to enable such evasion. The answer was to continue the current trend of the fight, both fighters were taking what they had been forced too in dampened forms of different sorts, and Boliko's Burst Cannon would be no different.
“Chou. . .” it only took Rensou a fraction of a second to utter the words and widen his stance, an effort to control the vast power he was about to unleash. The aura of the gladiator shuddered as his left arm drew back and bent at the joint and the right palm became a mirror for the other. Those twin spheres shuddered with unwilling response, but they would be melded to the whim of their master.
“Tsu. . .Ru. . .” the Burst Cannon was thundering across the distance now, and if the beam were not completed soon, Rensou would lose the fight in the next few seconds. A grin spread across his strained features as he visibly shook under the violent effects of his strained attempt to face Boliko's power. Never had he forced so much energy into an attack that was normally so quickly used.
The white energy was nearly upon Rensou as the two condensed balls of energy forgot their reservations and became one in the center of his cradling hands, a gorgeous white light that utterly dominated the Saiyan's vision. He answered the attack of Boliko, he could afford to wait no longer.
“HAAAAA!” bellowed his struggling lungs as he lunged both arms out before him, the green and blue coloration of his Chou Tsuruha rushing out to meet Boliko's wave and impacting against it with the force of two armageddons vying for supremacy. At the collision, the tiles of the floor were split asunder and the room literally shook as it struggled to contain the powers unveiled. Pieces of ceiling broke free, falling like exaggerated drops of rain and fully conveying what was occurring. This fight had become a typhoon of destruction, and one Saiyan might not leave with his body intact.
Boliko would find his Burst Cannon pushed back between he and Rensou as the gladiator bravely loaded all of the ki he had left in an attempt to overwhelm his king. A dangerous decision had been made, he would either overwhelm Boliko if he shied away from the beam struggle, or falter if Boliko caught the bluff.
Rensou's facilities were frighteningly low on fuel.

The king's eyes narrow as the gladiator starts his own incantation. So, this was to become a tremendous battle of pure, potentially lethal energy; and so be it. His large Burst Cannon wave churns through the tiled floor, propelling the tiles high into the air in the process. The spar was becoming a much more dangerous game and when Rensou's own multicoloured Chou Tsuroha blast slammed into his own, he realised he had to make a quick decision...
Could he expend more energy into winning this struggle or save it and take the hit? For once, Boliko found himself unable to judge the power of the attack. His time was running out, however, as his own Burst Cannon was swiftly pushed back, the tip struggling in vain against the (currently) overwhelming Tsuroha.
Split seconds.
Boliko roars, and pushes his arms further forwards, using up a lot more energy. His beam shudders and visibly largens - the screaming energy battle is defeaning, and the wind generated by the two opposing forces is blinding. Boliko's hair whips around his face despite the increase gravity - an indicator of their opposing strengths.
The Tsuroha wave halts in it's advance, before slowly starting to move backwards. Then more momentum as Boliko's Burst Cannon expands again - sweat rolls down his head as the attack expends even more energy, but the result appears to be worth it, with his attack taking advantage in the struggle. With a ferocious velocity it speeds towards Rensou, threatening to engulf the Saiyan - although Boliko had taken precautions, that it would just act as a blunt attack and not disintegrate if hit.
That would have been a waste of the fiery soul the gladiator held.

The inspiring might had reached the climax, and Koregutsu held the advantage. Inches became feet and feet turned to yards, with every portion gained his wave increased as it overtook the Chou Tsuruha. Rubble and dust swirled into the tornado of energy as at last, Boliko won the day.
Not before Rensou made a final, desperate attempt at the challenge only one of his own kind could have risen against, standing against it and the knowledge that his fall was imminent. With his muscles rippling, his roar cut the air with Boliko's own, reminiscenct of a duo of proud lions.
The final, futile attempt halted the furious advance for but a moment, the mix of blue and green rippling from him a tiny beacon in the sea of Boliko's strength. At last, nothing remained.
The Burst Cannon washed the final grains of sand away that was the Chou Tsuruha and battered into Rensou, whom could only brace his arms between he and the beam. Where ki had been adequate, his physical ability proved without worth. Feet slid back for a millisecond before guard was broken and Rensou was flung crashing into the wall.
Rensou was unsure if Boliko had stopped his powerful display or he could maintain the effort no longer. What he did know was that the attempt to push himself back to his feet to continue this epic encounter was impossible.
He laughed through the agonizing pain and drowning exhaustion. "Hail to the King, baby," he murmured, though it was audible. Boliko Koregutsu had defeated Rensou Hiruen, and gained a devoted and powerful ally.

So it was done, then. He had overcome the gladiator. The high-pitched whine of his energy wave dies away as the bright white light fades from the room. Boliko's arms fall limp to his side and he staggers slightly; god, that was exhausting. He felt almost out of energy, in both a physical and combative sense; his breath escapes from his lungs in ragged gasps. He blinks...
Then laughs; not a malicious one, a kind, gentle one. He was battered and torn: his incised cheek still burning, a fresh reminder of Rensou's battle style, the other bruised from the initial trade in powerful blows. He was more exhausted than he had ever been before in his entire existence; his early life on the jungle world only scraped a close second.
His exhausted wheezing begins to level off, and he murmurs something only faintly audible; "Gravitronic Manipulator, Off."
The red light dims instantly and the great weight is lifted from the two warriors, alleviating many, if not all of the difficulties of the environment. Boliko feels his shoulders slump with relief, much tension leaving his body as it relaxes. Several of his muscles ache from that intense bout.
He giggles again, and his shoulders slump forward slightly. He slaps his right hand on the juxtaposed thigh. "Oh Rensou, always a wise-cracker..." he murmurs, his voice light yet powerful.
"We must do this again some time..." he grins, before twisting his head to one of the cracked mirrors.
"I'm not sure if Rensou Hiruen, general of the grand Saiyan Solar Army, requires any medical assistance - or at least assistance in getting to a bed. However if he requests for it, do be kind and help him up."
He then turns back to his brutal young soldier. He raises his left hand, and offers the gladiator a grin and a thumbs up. Swaying slightly on his feet, the king of all Saiyans then turns to leave the room - he pushes through the doors without a backwards glance. If one were to follow his progress we would end up back in his bedroom, the warrior crumpled up, still fully dressed, on his bed.
He was a Saiyan, after all. (Boliko exits, and if Ren doesn't wish to post then the thread has finished!) (Mine and Ren's PL Modifiers for this battle - 2.45 (Grav+Weights+Sparring gains)

(I'll post an exit as to Rensou's state, but this thread is ready for grading.)
