Dragon Gate: This is a Power Up Technique similar to Tien’s Power Up Skill, and Kaio-Ken. It focuses ones Aura into ones Muscles and Releases a field of raw power that Boosts ones Strength, Defenses, and power level by 3X. While it drains ones Ki at a Rapid rate. While he is using this the Users eyes glow with an Auric Fire. The Drawback being is when it’s shut down the user has trouble controlling energy attacks for 2 posts.
Shape Shifting:
Shape Shifting allows one to alter ones shape and form. This allows Krin to alter what he Looks like at any given moment. It also allows him to look like things such as Rocks, Fly Swatters, Animals, Random objs. and the like. He learned it from an Alien who went to Earth’s Shapeshifting Academy.
Psychic Absorption:
This is an Icer Bio-Android Tech. were if a Technique is used against them they can use it if they survive it, or if it’s used against them in a fight. While a Passive Icer, Bio-Android power, it has the drawback that the Technique must be used on them for them to learn it, and only works on Ki based Techniques. This by passes the need to Physically Absorb a Creature to learn it’s powers, but lacks the ability to recharge Ki that Energy Absorption has.
It is basically a version of Mimicry that uses Altered Energy Absorption Cells to take it in and copy it.

An Icer Scientist named Dr. Dots made a Time Machine after the Rise of Burdock as King of the Sayjin Race. Hearing Stories about the Legendary Cell and how it almost defeated all the Earth’s Warriors he was given funding by the Icer’s New King, King Gelid. As a way to bring back the Icer Race to the level of power they once had. They watched the Z Warriors fight their battles, and saw the defeat of all the Icer’s who came across the Earthlings. Mostly the Sayjin Race.
But their hope was risen when they saw Cell. Cell containing the Cells of Freeza, and all of the Z Warriors. Their hope was risen when it killed Goku, and was almost success full. Using their time machine they stole the DNA of Freeza while stranded in Space after Goku’s victory, Meta-Cooler, and his Android Drones as well as their Zenkai ability. After stealing the DNA from Earth’s Shapeshifter Academy, they took the DNA of Legendary Icer Heroes under the guise of Cloning Super Icers. This made them more Icer than the other Races, but also kept the best of the other Races.
After several Failed Droids that went Homicidal due to them removing empathy and emotional parts of the brain. They decided to make them as normal as possible with the need for Combat. As an additional Bonus all Icer Bio-Androids were given two important abilities beyond normal Bio-Androids. The Ability to Shapeshift so they could infiltrate Planets they were going to enter and destroy. As well as a Strong Psychic ability so they could perform a version of Mimicry where they could learn techniques that they survived from, or was used in fights against them.
Of these new Icer Bio-Androids, only 3 Were made. Krin, Ninja, and Megedagik These were the going to be Monuments to the greatests of the Icer Race and the power of their Scientists. The Weapons that would bring them from the brink of obscurity to their rightful place in the Universe.
Krin’s Past:
While his brother and sister lived up to the Icer’s brutal lifestyle. Krin had no interest in Slavery, but in the glory of Battle. His first planet was a Planet Yardrat, where Goku learned Instant Transmission. During his infiltration and watching of them, he developed a sense of Empathy for these Alien Beings and after spending Decades there decided to prevent the Races destruction. Finding another Planet for them he staged their Destruction so that no one would hunt them.
With this race saved, he went into hiding, stating to his Icer creators that he was looking for more challenging Races. During this time he Spent time hiding among the Namekians. Learning from the Nameks who made Dragon Balls, as well as Mystics. While there he learned many Spiritually Advanced powers and things that the Icer race had no idea about.
It was while here that he learned about how the Dragon Balls worked and their history. It was during this time that he developed what would become the beginning ground works for Shenryuki Style Martial Arts. Mostly the Vampire and Dragon Aura style Techniques. Most notably Voldemaru he made from Reverse Engineering the Spirit Bomb technique, and his Regenerative Healing Technique. After several decades he went to Earth were he learned the rare Technique Kaio-Ken. It was during this time period that all his Centuries of Training and gathering Psychic Powers fell into place.
Going into his Voldemaru rejuvenative trance state he figured out how to make the Dragon Gate, a more purer form of Kaio-ken he learned from having it used against him as well as Spirit Burst and Various Power Up Techniques. At the same time discovering the Energy ShenRyuki, which is a mixture of Psychic, Physical, Ki, and Environmental / Universal Energy.
After he discovery he formed a School to teach his Techniques, as well as hold Battles were he could fight against the strongest in the Universe and learn new Techniques to further his Schools move list and skills. With Psychic Absorption which was formed from Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, Goku, and Vegeta’s Cells from the Cell DNA, and Altered Absorption Cells that Bio-Androids Possessed. Thus instead of Restricting the from having to Absorb the Organic Matter / Androids they wished to copy Powers and Abilities from. They had the choice to use external Converters to copy the Technique if used against them as long as they could survive the attack.
With this he passed the Centuries inbetween using Voldemaru to go back into a younger age or heal from near fatal injuries. Although using prevented him from doing anything past that Technique. And so it has continued onto the Present.
Present:
Over the Centuries he has lived two lives. One as the Wise Teacher in his School, where he is disguised as a Nemekian – Human Hybrid whom only a very select few have seen his true form. And with the Icers he was known as a Ruthless Warrior who massacred entire planets populations. As well as brought a decent income for the Planet Trade Federation. Ironically he never truly killed the populations but teleported them to new locations seconds before razing the planet and any proof that he didn’t in fact murder every living creature.
After having traded many Planets in the Fringes of the Universe and a vast Income from Centuries of his School doing rather desent business. He’s decided to head back to his Home Planet, and from their head off to Namek to see if he can’t build up his School in the Known Universe. Rather than the Fringes.
Seeing that his Siblings are growing stronger by the Centuries using a Regeneration Chamber made from the Icer Scientists rather than his more Potent way. And to ready the Races from any Horrors that may come their Way. With a large wallet and money to spend he can hopefully do it in time.
