The earth resident Icer known as Isikel could be seen meditating in the center of the northern glaciers. He was picking up many power levels around him, and he needed a place to spread all of his happiness. The most power he sensed was at a festival, he knew this because the ki there was too active to be just some family reunion.
He flew up in the air, and charged to his destination. When he got there, he estimated around 5,000 people atleast. "Let's play a game you weaklings!" He dropped down as fast as he could, and purposely nose dived on a fat man dressed as a clown. Everyone around this cold alien quickly saw this and stood still. He would break the silence by sending out Death Beams to about six people right then and there.

Just arriving on Earth Aza'Rion sensed a great power and some smaller ones that where fading.
Aza'Rion: What is this Power, I have never felt anything like it before! It seems to be coming from that direction.
Aza'Rion heads towards the energy he sensed, after a short time he came to a carnival of sorts. He noticed one guy different from the rest that was toying with the others.
Aza'Rion: Hey there, Why are you attacking them?

Isikel looked around him to see this exactly where the voice came from. He noticed the monkey like tail, "That should be obvious, monkey, this planet is boring!" He sensed the ki of the foreigner in front of him. "By the sense of things, you're not even strong enough to be in my way right now, maggot!"
Isikel loved talking trash to people, it made him feel as if he was the greatest thing in the world. He then started throwing more ki blast around him in barrages at the very weak beings. The pleasant screams filled his ears with the most joy he ever felt in a long time.

Aza'Rion done his best to deflect the ki blasts away from the "weak beings" the best he could, but due to Isikel strength he began to feel the drain on his own powers. Aza'Rion done the best he could to fight off Isikel. Due to the shear strength of Isikel Aza'Rion could not stand up to him.
Aza'Rion: Isikel, You will not get away with this. The next time we meet I will be stronger and I will stop you!
Aza'Rion left the scene so he could live to fight another day!

True but, You didn't had to face him. You could of done your own waiting for a admin but, This works too.
