Another uneventful day on Earth. The sun was shining, the clouds were traveling west at a regular pace, and Mr. Takahashi found himself out in the middle of nowhere on routine business. His new job had given him an abundance of jobs in seemingly abandoned areas and, as a result, gave him an abundance of free time. A part of him wondered whether his employer was above board. Of course, if he had time to question his bosses, he had time to make money for them or, failing that, to attend to his own personal matters.
And so, he did what he often did when there was no more paycheck to earn. He resolved to stretch his muscles and make sure time at a desk had not dulled his fighting edge. He found a quiet spot, just a little bit removed from anywhere a person could come along and spot him, unless they were looking, of course, and took a stance. He scowled and focused, letting his power level jump to its upper-most limit in a flash of blue light and wind until, just as suddenly, he reverted to a basic human level. He stretched out his arms, legs and back. "All right. A bit of light exercise before heading back home is in order..."

"Ahaha, woooo!" Maxxie was flying through the skies acting childish as he was having some fun time. Not training or battling no one just going for a breeze. Within his time, Earth was pleasant to him in every way he could think of as he trailed behind purple color aura. He did wonder about his brother, Blaze. He haven't seen him for ages not. Thinking he might be a well grown strong fighter at his age. He wouldn't know from haven't seeing him since he was on Vegeta that is.
As been soaring for quite some time, He couldn't help but sense a power level that spiked up before losing it's hype. "Huh? What was that?" Maxxie wondered who could of done that. Being curious that he was, He went to towards the last he felt the Power level into a no where place. He landed on his feet with dust brushing from under. "Hello!" Maxxie shouted waving and smiling at the man who was alone. "Was he the one who had his power spiked like that?" He thought in his head while standing idle.

Mr. Takahashi flinched, turning his head towards the sky even before he knew he was supposed to. Some purple streak of energy was headed in his direction. He clenched his fists and assumed a battle stance as the strange warrior landed. It was not until Mr. Takahashi had a moment to look at the stranger, smiling and waving at him, that he considered the possibility he was not under attack. It had happened more often than he had thought possible; apparently strong fighters had the ability to sense each other. Which explained why martial artists always seemed to show up when he was training.
Mr. Takahashi rolled his shoulders. "Hello to you too, stranger," he said, with a sort of detached business-like air. "I suppose you aren't here because the view is nice." He flexed his muscles again, letting his power level spike back to its regular level, hang there for a moment, and then return to a basic level as he relaxed his muscles. "As for me, I'm here for... I guess you could call it training. What about you?"

From the way this guy looked, Maxxie could identify that he was a human being. Unless he was something else as a cover up but, Nonetheless he didn't care. "Nice hat. It looks spiffy on you." Maxxie looked at the thing on his head as it could tell it was a hat. H haven't seen anything like that before except in the cities. From just looking at this man, He could tell he was the one that had that much power flowing within him.
Seeing a hint of blue aura around his body. "Yeah the view was nice especially when your high up in the sky like how I was. It was great!" Boasting how nice earth came be. The way this man's body was well builded. If he wasn't opened minded, His body could of fooled Maxxie on being weak. Maxxie's excitement risen up when the man talked about training. "Oh boy! Can I tag along?!" Maxxie was acting childish as usual. He like training himself it was part of who he was. He looked around the area that was opened with not much to see.
Maxxie gain his composure talking. "Say, I'm sorry if I come off like that but, Why would you be alone out here? I know you could take care of yourself just from your power." He didn't know what was the man's reason for being except maybe training which he could understand himself as he had done that before around North City. Within distance, Maxxie let his tail loose swinging it side to side playing with it.

Mr. Takahashi blinked. Just how old was this person? He was talking to a complete stranger like they were old friends, he was completely unfazed by Mr. Takahashi's power up and... and... was that a tail? Mr. Takahashi thought back. Wasn't there somebody that acted just like this? He could have sworn, in all those history lessons, there was something about a boy with a tail...
He shook his head. That would have been so long ago that it would be irrelevant. Even if this person was related, emulating, or simply a coincidence, it made no difference to the here and now. Mr. Takahashi nodded. As I thought; you can see power. The mark of a martial artist." He decided to dodge the stranger's question with a challenge. "You wish to train with me, stranger? I find that punching at air can only teach one so much before it begins to grow stale."
He flexed his muscles, taking a battle stance. "Are you ready? I'm not going all out, but I'm not going easy on you either. I imagine you can take it." He began to run, slowly at first (compared to some of the speeds fighters reach, a regular human jog is slow in comparison), but then his power level spiked. He kicked off the ground at full speed, hoping to open the fight with a palm strike to the chest while the opponent was off guard.
