Ozikai had grown bored of his usual training; he was deeply meditating about new ways he could train. Ozikai had a new idea for training. He was going to leave his house and go live out in the woods for three days. The only items he was going to take with him were his weighted clothes and his sword. He was going to have to find his own food and his own shelter to survive. He was going to have to fight creatures that he came across.
He put his weighted clothes on to add a little extra weight to him. Then he grabbed his sword and put it on his back. That was all he was allowed to take with him. Ozikai was pretty confident in himself; he believed that this challenge to him would be an easy one. He locked up his house and started exploring through the forest. After a few hours of searching through the forest he finally admitted to himself that he was lost. The entire forest looked the same to him and the only way he would be able to get out was with using his flight.
He decided to just stay where he was and camp there. But some mud on the ground would not be a good enough shelter; he would need more than that. He wasn’t going to use his flight just to add a bit more to the challenge. So he was going to have to climb up a tree and grab some large leaves to sleep on. Luckily it was still day and he still had plenty of time. He started climbing up the tree, slowly and carefully.
This was very hard to do while wearing heavy weights he had to be careful that the branches he grabbed would be able to hold the extra weight. Eventually he made it up to the leaves. He grabbed some and pulled them down. He jumped down off the tree and landed on his feet. He lay the leaves down of the ground so he didn’t get muddy. Then he pulled his sword from his back and cut down some wood. When he thought he had enough he started cutting the wood up into smaller pieces. Then he made walls out of the wood, and finally a roof. Then he used his Ki to stick them together. It was a basic house but that’s all he needed to survive.
Now that his shelter was sorted out he would now have to go look for food. But firstly he lit a branch on fire and stuck it on top of his house. He made a beacon on his house just in case he got lost, he would be able to see it in the dark. Then he continued on his search for food. He walked around a small area of his house, not wanting to go too far. Then he found a bush filled with berries. He grabbed as many handfuls as he could and carried them back to his basic house.
He had to be careful with these berries, not knowing if they were safe to eat or not. He slowly picked one of them up and ate it. It had a sweet taste to it and it seemed alright so he continued on eating. These berries had a very good taste and were gone after a few minutes. But the problem was Ozikai was still hungry. He was going to have to find something bigger. The berry bush that he found was the only one he could find.
Then outside he could hear an animal crawling around. He put his head outside and saw a bear outside. Maybe he could eat this if he could kill it. He quickly charged at it and extended his leg out to it. He kicked it in the face and it feel down. He hit the bear with so much force that he killed it. He dragged it inside his house and cooked it. This was going to do a lot better than the berries. Now it was becoming night. Ozikai grabbed some more leaves for a blanket. His first day was over, two more to go.
