Ozikai was working on yet another new technique. This one he hoped would help him on namek. This would be the last technique that he would be learning in a while. Definitely no more before he went to Namek. This technique was simple yet effective against enemies. He was working on creating a beam on energy. He had a beam technique but that one took long to charge and he could only use it with one hand. This new one would be able to be done with two which meant extra power. Whenever he could get extra power he would take it.
Then he flew down to the ocean where he would start practising his new technique. He stood on the sand, it was night and he could barely see anything around him. Ozikai had a unique way of charging up his energy beam. He had seen his master use this technique before but Ozikai was going to use it in a different way. His master cupped his hands behind his back and called out “Kamehameha” but Ozikai had a different idea.
He put both his hands down to his side and charged a small ball of Ki in each hand. They were about half the size of a normal Charged Kamehameha but they were the same colour. Then he put his arms behind his back and put his hands together. Then he pushed the two balls of Ki into each other, making one larger one. He had to use quite a lot of force to merge the two Ki balls.
“Kamehameha!”
Then he threw his hands in front of him, realising a small sized Ki beam in front of him. This attack went across the water, lifting it up as it flew across. It didn’t go as far as he would hope but he could work on that. He had now mastered the basics of this new technique, now it was time to test it out. He was going to test it out on a live subject. He flew into town, looking for any thugs he could try his attack out on. Then he looked down and saw a bank robbery in process.
The robbers ran out each holding two bags of money. Ozikai flew down to stop them. When they saw him they laughed and pulled out their guns. They all fired at Ozikai, each bullet bouncing off his armour. They all looked in shock at each other then they ran to their car. They tried to drive away from him. But he was already charging up. Then they did something unexpected.
They turned the car around and started to drive at Ozikai. It was too late though, he had already finished charging up. They increased their speed, trying to scare Ozikai off. But it wasn’t going to work. He threw his hands in front of him and fired. It impacted onto the front of the car. It wasn’t strong enough to completely destroy the car but it did some damage. The robbers climbed out of the flipped over car. The police were there in a matter of minutes. They arrested the thugs and thanked Ozikai for his work.
