Phoenix Punch:
Jeff winds up a punch that blazes with orange-red energy, then unleashes it at his target (Usually while announcing the attack). The attack deals maximum punching damage, and burns the point of impact with searing heat energy.
Jet Dash:
Jeff explodes in a blazing aura and launches in the direction of his choosing. This attack is used to dash forward at high speed, or jump an incredible distance, a trail of fire bursting from behind him.
Burning Up!!:
Jeff's skin begins to glow red-hot as his attack power and speed are increased by 3X. Any attempts to touch Jeff will result in a nasty burn. The drawbacks to this attack can be quite costly. If used too much, the Jeff's muscles will begin to deteriorate. Also, his skin can receive painful burns when the technique is overused.

Bio:
Jeff is a dynamic fighter who specializes in high-energy physical attacks and flurrying combos. Because he focuses so much on direct attacks, he's sub-par at defense, and has very little long-range capability, though he is faster than the average fighter. His personality is very energetic and cocky, but he has been known to be a very serious person when the situation demands it.
Jeff was raised as a farm boy under an abusive father. His father took his farm work very seriously, and forced Jeff and his mother to work in the fields. One day, however, when Jeff was only 12, his father suddenly died from fatigue while working in the field. Jeff and his mother mourned the loss of their loved one, but soon moved on. They moved to Central City, where everything changed. The boy raised on the farm became a daredevil. He lived on the edge, going through every day like it was his last. He jumped motorcycles from building to building, dove off of a skyscraper to land in a 20x20 foot pool of water, as well as many other spectacles of extreme nature. One day, his work lead him out of the city to embark on a tour, pulling off his stunts in many different cities. When he returned home, Central City was destroyed, as well as his loving mother. He swore to rebuild the city and protect it from anyone who was willing to do it wrong. He then found four other young men who suffered similar fates, and recruited them to join his gang to reclaim Central City and protect it.
