Bio:
The birth of this Bio Android goes back many years, or more so the development of him. Cytochondria was named by mixing "cytoplasm" with "mitochondria". His creator's intentions were never know to him, as his creator had died before Cytochondria fully developed. From documents Cytochondria has found, he had learned that he was made from various races in an attempt to recreate things that the Red Ribbon Army had done many many years ago. The main thing that sparked this was to test how powerful the great Hercule was when he "defeated" Cell. The real intention of this was unclear but it took many years for his creator to gather all the necessary cells. It took many favors, a large amount of zeni, and a lot of information gathering.
Cytochondria's development was originally done by a team until they began giving up on it, leaving his "creator" (the man who originally decided to do this) to finish him. Cytochondria was meant to be a super weapon and mostly just a vacuum cleaner designed to absorb and take out any androids that were still around so that chaos would not be caused. This would all be in vain when the developer of Cyto died, not getting to finish his creation who would later be bent on becoming a fully developed being.
After his creator's death, Cyto developed into an egg-like state where he later hatched and went into his pupal stage where he burrow underground only to wake half a decade later in his current form. Upon waking he began to try to find out why he existed so he began to gather information on his creator. This was due to a lack in programming that had been done when Cyto was being created. Cyto then gathered enough information to learn how to become a "perfect" being. It angered him though that his existence had been based off of a previous being who had ultimately failed. Taking this into account, Cyto would make an attempt to be less arrogant and more conscientious.
Due to an incomplete program, Cyto won't harm those that he sees as "innocent" but he will absorb those who act arrogant or those whose information he might find useful in finding things about his existence or possibly shortening the gap between his current for and his final form. This program results in a 'Neutral' alignment. Predicting that Cyto might end up like the Red Ribbon Army's "Cell", his creator put in a "conscience function" which would help in making decisions. This function doesn't take into account things that might be possible, it just uses information previously collected about a species.
