Ozikai was out on yet another adventure exploring the vast planet known as Namek. Ozikai was fascinated with this planet and he loved to explore it and find new things about it. There was always a new plant to find or a new animal to discover. He was walking through the Namekian forest; it was filled with all sorts of wildlife. Ozikai loved exploring and this forest was a great place to explore. He was wondering through, slightly bored with the lack of creatures. When he had come here during previous visits there were lots of animals around him, yet today he felt as if he was alone.
He was beginning to think that something had happened to the animals overnight. He keep exploring through the forest until he eventually found an opening. There was a small opening through some trees into front of him and he jumped through. He was on a apart of Namek that he had never been on. It looked pretty much the same as the rest on Namek except for one detail. There was no wildlife in site. Usually Ozikai could find all sorts of animals around on Namek but around here it looked as if the landscape had been sucked dry.
He wondered possible causes for this problem. Of the top of his head he could think of any but he was going to find out. In the distance he could just make out a small village of Namekians. The best chance he had at discovering what happened would be to ask someone that lived there. He flew over there, not wanting to waste time. He hadn’t brought his weights so his flight speed was slightly increased. He had not expected any combat so he didn’t bother. He stopped outside their village and descended to the ground.
The Namekians only looked slightly surprised by the new visitor, as if he was not the first they had seen. Ozikai looked around for the elder’s house. He figured that the most knowledgeable person in the village would be the elder. He approached the elder’s house but just as he expected there were guardians of the elder. Someone as important as an elder would have such protection. Seems that the Namekians wanted to have a word with Ozikai. "What do you want with us and our elder?” The Namekian did not sound pleased with his tone. “Well I just needed to have a word with him, is that aloud?” the Namekian thought for a moment. “If you can make it past us, then we shall let you speak to our elder.”
Then one of the Namekians stood forward. He started doing some stretches in front of Ozikai. He figured that this was going to be his opponent. Ozikai gave his opponent a smile. He didn’t look much different from any other Namekian. He didn’t seem to have anything that made him stand apart from any other Namekian. Ozikai was hopping that his fighting ability would set him apart. Ozikai took a defensive stance, signalling that the Namekian would begin the battle.
The Namekian started by charging his Ki to its fullest extent, then firing several yellow Ki beams from his hands. Then after that he charged down Ozikai, extending his leg for a drop kick. The Ki beams were easy to dodge, firing so many drastically drained the amount of power they had. However the kick was more unexpected and he managed to land it. The Namekian’s foot landed directly on Ozikai’s nose. While the Namekian was landing off Ozikai’s face he mange to fire several of his own Ki beams. With the Namekian being so close there was no way of dodging it and they all hit. Ozikai was about to follow up on his assault until he noticed a figure appeared behind him.
Ozikai looked behind him and saw the elder of the village and he did not look happy. “Why are you attacking my people?” Ozikai didn’t know what to say to this. “They said defeating their fighters was the only way I could talk to you.” The elder had a think for a second then he answered. “Very well, if you need to speak to me then follow me into my house.” Ozikai followed the elder back into his resting place. “Now what is it that you need to talk to me about?” Ozikai took some time to think about his answer. “Well you see I was wondering through the forest and I noticed that all the living creatures were gone, I figured that since you were an elder hen you might know what happened.” Then the elder spoke. “You see a few weeks ago some people came and started taking away our creature and selling them.” Ozikai listened to the elder speak. “When we tried to stop them they enslaved our village and now we must work for them.”
Ozikai felt sorry for the defenceless Namekians. He told the elder that he would protect their village. Ozikai did not have to wait very long for them to come back. After the second sun had fallen they showed up at the village. As Ozikai promised he would protect the villagers. He approached the tyrants and didn’t bother speaking. He went straight to work on the attack.
He decided to take them one-on-one. He started with the smaller one of the two. He was a small guy, probably around 4ft. he was lightly red coloured with small horns breaking through his forehead skin. Ozikai rushed him, extending his left arm. He threw a punch at him, aiming for his nose. The little guy wasn’t expecting an attack like that and it took him off-guard. He flew across the grass that they were fighting on, landing onto the wall of a near-by Namekian house.
Next was the big guy. After seeing what happened to his comrade this guy was now prepared. This time the attacker was not Ozikai. The next guy looked around about the same as the first however this guy was more around 6ft. the guy threw out his leg, throwing Ozikai off balance causing him to fall over. While he was on the ground he was met by several stomps to his lower abdomen. He spat up some blood and rolled to his side. The guy picked him back up. Ozikai punched his gut and got out of his grip. Ozikai tried to make an escape from him but his speed was un-match able. He grabbed him by the throat and started to squeeze the life out of Ozikai. Ozikai was running out of breathe; he would not last much longer like this. He willed his arm up and gave the man an elbow to the stomach. He bent down in pain, While he was bent over Ozikai put his hands to his face and fired a beam of Ki, erasing his head from existence.
The Namekians were happy that Ozikai had gotten rid of those people. “I wish I had something I could re-pay you with.” Ozikai didn’t need a reward. “Thank you but its ok.” Then the elder remembered something. He told Ozikai to follow him into his house. When they were inside the elder showed Ozikai what he had found. It was a sack. Ozikai opened it up and found it to be filled with Zeni. “We have no use for these coins so you can have them.” Ozikai thanked the man for his gift and left.
(Topic concluded Zeni please)
