Name:[/size]Fennel Varsalles.
Race:Saiyan.
Gender:Male.
Age:Nineteen.
Aura color:Ash Grey.
Appearance:
Techniques:
- Senshō - Harpe Javelin is a destructive technique initiated by gathering energy in a single hand. Rather than discharging it as a beam, the energy is literally thrown as the name would imply. Due to the energy taking the shape of a lance, it flies through the air at a rather fast pace and explodes upon impact for moderate damage.
- Nenshō Sei - Burning Spirit is a supplementary technique that grants the user enough offensive capability to multiply their battle power three-fold. To initiate it, energy is channeled around the user's body until it cackles visibly in a white outline that is comparable to lightning. While covered in this vibrating energy, the user is capable of sustaining higher levels of damage than usual while their physical assaults are gifted with increased agility, higher penetration capability, and the ability to scorch bare skin with a touch. The downside to this technique is the high level of energy it takes to sustain.
- Galick Gun - Short for Galactic Gunfire, Galick Gun is a blast similar to the Kamehameha, but slightly more aggressive in energy gathering and approach. Once the energy had been gathered within the user's drawn back hads, it is released with both hands palm-forward instead of cupped.
Starting Planet:Vegeta
History:The story begins with the conception and birth of the boy on the planet 'Vegeta,' the Saiyan home world known for breeding beings capable of becoming the most destructive warmongers in the universe. The only oddity on the child was a reddish tint to his other-wise raven colored hair, which was actually unnoticeable in both the dark room he was born in and the awful tank he was incubated in while undergoing the tests any other newborn on the planet would. His upbringing left him surprisingly less susceptible to such aspirations, in spite of being the product of a love affair between an elite and a low-class.
Given the circumstances of his birth, Fennel's existence wasn't meant to be pleasant. Not for him, at least. In spite of being born with a higher power level than his peers, Fennel wasn't strong enough to be claimed by his father. In fact, his mother ended up training and raising him by herself for his early life. This lead to a bitterness in the youth that he would carry with him even to this day. From the moment he understood the concept of pride, Fennel trained solely for the sake of becoming recognized by others.
His goals would seem to have been cut short at the age of fifteen, where he was sent on a mission with his small squad to claim what was believed to have been a deserted planet. Of course, nothing is as easy as it seemed and beings much stronger than your average extraterrestrial appeared. Drug underground in an ambush during the night, Fennel's squad was kept as prisoners of war in a sense that the beings that held them captive were planning a retaliation against Planet Vegeta.
After enduring months of merciless beatings, Fennel would find himself to be the only surviving member of his team. In spite of being a captive for such a long time, the constant beatings to the verge of death had served to harden his mind, sharpen his senses and gradually increase his battle power. Zenkai, as some called, allowed him to continuously grow in strength just from being in a state close to death for so long. Realizing that he was the last to survive gave him the extra drive he needed to finally break out.
It was simple, really. The guards underestimated him, expecting him to be wholesomely incapable of any retaliation given his battered state. However, their theory was proven wrong when two swift strikes rendered them unconscious. Fennel could've left them to survive, but he felt much more justified in crushing their windpipes with his feet. The next part of his plan then set in-- A desperate climb up the walls of his prison. There was an opening kept so that the inhabitants could breathe underground, but their holding cells were oddly kept far enough away that no one in his squad held any hopes of catching a glimpse of the moon-- Which the planet had three of.
By the time Fennel had reached the hole, he found himself shot down from the ceiling and landing abruptly in the center of his captors. However, he had already gotten what he wanted and needed from the endeavor. His Oozaru state had been triggered by a feint glance he had caught of the moon and it was too late to stop the transformation. In mere seconds, his body violently jerked up in its transformed state as he broke through the ceiling of the underground civilization. The resulting cave in killed his captors, but Fennel had to contribute furious waves of blasts to vent his resentment. After this event, Fennel was left to roam the wilderness for several more months.
Fending for himself and living off of the creatures that roamed the surface, Fennel would finally find himself rescued from the awful planet by a second squadron sent to check on their status. He was found sitting on a log and feasting on a roasted corpse in a bestial state-- Eyes flaring with hatred towards living things and his Saiyan armor tattered beyond relief. As primitive as Saiyans were known to be, Fennel could be compared to their ancestors before acquiring the technology of the Tuffles. The only words he gave to his escorts before being returned to Vegeta was a cold "Mission accomplished."
Upon returning to Vegeta, Fennel would find his mother welcoming him back in tears and discover that his father had died from wounds he sustained protecting her in the Vegetan civil war since the Elites had turned on him for showing weakness in both mating with a low-class while also displaying a personal attachment to his mate and son that was beyond what was expected. Fennel couldn't return any sentiment, however, as he was consumed with resentment. Not towards her, but towards all existence. Eradicating the race that held him captive gave him a primal sense of satisfaction-- Awakening a raw sense of bloodlust. He had settled to control himself, however, until he was strong enough to satiate his rage with the blood of all Elites. He would avenge his father with the very techniques his father had passed down to him.
