:History: Kotan was born to a Saiyan warrior and a human woman. When he was born, his father decided to stay on earth, as he was more sympathetic to humans and not as hot headed as most saiyans. Like some Hybrids, Kotan was born with a tail. For the first ten years of his life, he showed himself to be a very kind and considerate person, the saiyans natural aggression having appeared to have been lost in his genes.
When he turned eleven, Kotan began to train with his dad. His power level had always been high, around 120 by the time he was eleven. He showed a versatility with his training, seemingly picking up on techniques fast. However he still needed a lot of time to learn more advanced techniques. Within five years, he had learned how to fly with his ki and fired the kamehameha wave. As well as this, he had made his own technique, where he fired a beam of ki similar to fire. He now continues to train, his power level at 650. He has developed his own fighting style, combining martial arts with his own personalised fighting techniques.His father had taught him the Kamehameha wave, as he had learned it from a sensei that had taught him for a few months. He also generally keeps his tail around his waist, as well as wearing GI's as well as normal clothes.

- Bukujutsu: The ability to fly with ones Ki
- Kamehameha: A continuous beam of Ki fired from the hands.
- Fire wave: A continuous of beam similar to the Kamehameha. It is the same shade of red as fire, and it can burn materials when focused enough.
