:Name: Citar
:Race: Namekian
:Gender: Male
:Age: 70
:Aura color: Citar's aura flares a pale green, with obviously mixing of yellows sporadically flashing.
:Appearance:
:Techniques: Citar is a powerful warrior in his own right, and while capable of melee combat, his hand to hand skill is average for his fighting power. He particularly excels in energy based attacks.
:Starting Planet: Namek.
:History: Citar is the culmination of Param's inner warrior and healer brought into the world in a single Namekian manifestation. Though the Guru is a young one in comparison to some of those from the past, he has still managed to bring many more Namekians into the world. Citar is the first, and his greatest creation. From the moment of his arrival into the world of the living, Citar has been groomed to serve as a shining beacon for the planet Namek. During his younger days, Citar was trained by the former guardian of Param and the Guru before him before he was sent out amongst the galaxies to better understand what it meant to protect and take life.
For fifty years the young Namekian sought to comprehend the forces at work within the universe, growing wise beyond his years and losing his youth all to fast. When the Namek first arrived upon a world in peril, he at first tried to reason with the oppressors using the weaker as slaves to their own ends. When the evil beings of that world heard his reasoning, they beat the future guardian down to nothing and sent him into the stars, comatose, but the inner consciousness of the young warrior managed to heal him, slowly, but in the end, he was alive and well. Citar had been in a coma for over a year in his craft, and he set his sights upon the planet once again.
When he arrived, Citar was greeted with an empty world stripped of everything that had once made it beautiful and full of life. The native race had perished with such diminished resources, and the invaders had set out to pirate once again. Upon the bones of that race the young warrior of Namek resolved himself to never again attempt to reason with the force of evil. In the years that came, his travels and learning continued, and he held true to that promise he had made to a destroyed people.
Evil deserves no quarter.
Now, Citar returns to his home and finds it under the repeating threat of a galactic tyrant known as Touketsuki Yakedo. The old guardian whom taught him the ways of the warrior stepped down, realizing that Citar was the Namekian whom might be able to protect his people utterly and completely from such threats in the future. The Namekian spacepod he travels in unraveled in his return, for it had traveled far and hard, but it mattered not to Citar – he was home, and ready to pledge his life to defend those that cannot defend themselves.

:Techniques: Citar is a powerful warrior in his own right, and while capable of melee combat, his hand to hand skill is average for his fighting power. He particularly excels in energy based attacks.
- Cibukujutsu : By pushing a tiny amount of ki energy from his being, Citar is able to propel himself in any direction, like any user of typical techniques that allow flight. Citar's finely tuned ki control and reservoir is so great, however, that he is able to move at rates and with the maneuvering of someone slightly more powerful than himself.
- Ichiyu : Roughly translating to “healing” in the Namekian language, Citar is a Namek capable of funneling his own ki to completely heal the most minor of bruises and lacerations by repairing damaged or torn tissues. Through intense concentration and exertion, he is able to undo broken bones and repair organs several times before he succumbs to exhaustion. Menial tasks can be completed with the utmost of ease, while more serious injuries take considerable time for the Ichiyu to be completely effective.
- Obarodo : With Citar's attuned energy control and focus, it is an obvious thing that his energy attacks strike with power beyond his strength. However, few warriors ever touch upon the mastery of super charging their techniques with such force and efficiency. In essense, the Obarodo is the overloading of energy into an assault and can be applied to any of his ki based attacks, instantly intensifying the strength of whichever attack he chooses appropriate for the situation.
