The ability to fly using one's Ki.

Kaioshin Telepathy
The user extends their antennae creates a telepathic link to anyone they have met personally. The user can then exchange thoughts with the target, allowing them both to speak freely. If someone is touching the user, they too can communicate with the target.

Kaioshin Instant Transmission
The user is able to instantly teleport to any known location. Because the user is a Kaioshin, however, they can only teleport to the mortal world if the universe is in danger.

Spirit Bomb
An extremely powerful attack in which the user raises their hands up and begins collecting energy from all living things around them. Plants, animals, people, anything that has a life force. The energy is then condensed into a high-powered orb that varies in size depending on the amount of energy collected, ranging from the size of a baseball to the size of a baseball field. The user then throws the ball at the enemy, creating an insanely powerful explosion. The downside to this attack is that it takes a very long time to prepare depending on how much energy is put into it. In order to use this technique, the user must be pure of heart. Either pure good or pure evil.

True Kaioken
An enhanced version of the basic Kaioken. The user glows with a bright red aura and their power and speed increase by 8x. Hiroyuki can teach the basic 3x Kaioken, which drains the user's energy at an alarming rate.

Bio:
Hiroyuki, like all other Shin-Jin, was born from the mystical Kaiju fruit soon about 200 years after the defeat of Majin Buu. He was raised by his tutors in basic martial arts, as well as academic subjects. As a Shin-Jin, Hiroyuki was expected to learn much about the universe. Hiroyuki was a free spirit, however, and shirked his responsibilities. He would often be found pranking an unsuspecting Shin-Jin scholar, or making fun of other young students. He made many names for himself, including trouble-maker, prankster, simple-minded and more. News spread one day, that the universe was in need of a new North Kai. The population of the Supreme Kaio's Planet (Which was only around 80) gathered to draw lots, deciding who would be the new North Kai. Hiroyuki didn't really want to... After all, who wants the boring job of being North Kai, anyways? Regardless, he was forced to draw a number... Every Shin-Jin (Including Hiroyuki) gasped in both shock and horror as Hiroyuki draw the winning number. Great, now the universe's highest ranking juvenile delinquent was going to be in charge of an entire galaxy. Hiroyuki was unwillingly dragged off to begin his training to fulfill the role of the North Kai.

Personality Notes:
Hiroyuki desires nothing but fun and games, often trying to come up with funny jokes or a new prank. He can often be found in his house playing the latest video games. He may be troublesome, but he has been known to become serious in certain situations.

I like him, hes like a young king kai however you might want to lower his age as as it stands he would have lived through the events of dbz. This is fine but you might want to edit your history to reflect this.

Everything looks good too go, the Instant Transmission however will not be usable to go to the Mortal World without Admin permission(as per the 'universe in danger' style) otherwise it's totally fine for use in going wherever there are power signatures within anywhere in otherworld(Except the Demon Realm as it's not really apart of Otherworld per-se and also Kai's avoid it when possible, also I think HFIL is off limits too but just ask Boliko about it)

In addition to those techniques you also receive the Spirit Bomb(it's up to you to decide if Hiroyuki is 'pure' enough to use it properly, otherwise he simply knows how to teach it) and the 'True Kaioken' a x8 pseudo-transformation like the average Kaioken. Considering you are the 'master' of the Kaioken you don't really have a limit to how long you can use it, just don't go overboard.

Just do me a favor and add Spirit Bomb and True Kaioken to your list of techniques.

Note - you teach the True Kaioken, not the 'normal' Kaioken - but when in the mortal plane, it only lasts for a slightly longer time than the normal Kaioken.
