Cryogenic Wave: blue white energy forms in the palms of the hands. Hands held out to the side with palms facing the opponent. When orbs form hands are thrown forward releasing a tidal wave like energy wave. High chance of freezing lower level enemies and slowing higher level enemies while dealing high amounts of energy damage.
Bukujutsu: The ability to fly with one's own ki.
Cryo-dragon Barage: This attack is formed by concentrateing all Ki into the body. When charged, user vanishes in a burst of super speed and appears an inch infront of opponent. Right or left hand in a fist slams into the opponents mid section to momentarily stun them. Energy is then released after user moves back afew steps and upon calling out the name of the move a wall of Ice forms behind opponenet as the user is covered with super cold ice and fires the attack. When the attack is fired the supercooled ki forms a large blue and black energy dragon that fires Five large spears of ice at the opponent drilling them into the wall of ice dealing massive damage to the body.

Cryos has always been an odd one. Growing up with the arrogance that would rival or surpass the once powerful Freeza. He grew up fighting and training. Moving from place to place seeking more power. Never staying in one place for long because of his personality issues. Along his life of fighting and training he had developed a rough personality that often makes things worse.
His appearance is ice blue with gray white. He strives to be the best so that one day he can become the ruler over all lesser beings. It is rare for him to show true fairness or kindness to anyone. But if he does it means you have shown yourself to be a great warrior and worthy friend or opponent. This doesn't happen often and very few ever get to see this.
Cryos's personality is strong, arrogant, cruel, and dedicated. He is unwilling to relenquish a task until it is completed unless he has no choice. His actions often can change depending on the circumstances which can be either evil, good, or uncaring. This rough personality comes from his own choices due to the lifestyle he has forced himself to live. He usually stays out of things that doesn't involve himself unless he sees a need for it. He does have a strong sense of fairness and loyalty that he rarely shows to anyone that he isn't fond of or knows well.
Upon first sight the casual observer would say that Cryos looks like he is prepared to do one of three things. He has an evil air that makes him ready to kill or severely injure you. He looks as though he has a peaceful nature ready to lend aid to any in need, at a price of course. He often looks one way or another and it often leads to many problems. No matter what he looks like to the casual observer one thing always remains the same his eyes. The haunting arrogance and power driven evil that swim beneath the surface.
When Cryos resorts to his evil nature their is no mistake that he is indeed evil. He does what he wants when he wants and to whomever he wants. Often this way he will gain what he wants and needs no matter who or what is damaged, killed or changed. The main reason for this is simple. He desires to be the strongest fighter ever known. Greater even than the once powerful Freeza of legend.
He can however be persuaded to fight for the right price for some situations. Unless the situation is one that is so dire and he feels that his aid should help and is greatly needed, only then he will agree to do so for free. He doesn't have many, if any friends left alive and makes them even less as a result of his actions and nature. He is often alone drifting from place to place trying to find what drives him on. Great battles and more power.
