Clone: Due to studying the various techniques of the Shin-jin arts, Tanis has discovered how to maintain clones of himself for a short length of time. He can make one clone of himself that can hit and take hits like the real thing. However, he must divide his power level into two different sets for this. The division can be as he chooses. For example, He can have 20,000 pl, and the clone 10,000 if he has 30,000 pl and so on.
Ki No Tsurugi: A Ki beam that shoots out somewhat as an extension of the hand and can be swung and stabbed to cut or pierce enemies.
Starting Planet: Supreme Kaio's planet.
Bio: Tanis the Pure was a Shin-jin who was born from the holy and revered Golden Kaiju fruit. Ever since he finished his training as a scholar, Tanis began studying martial arts full time. Of course, he retained the knowledge he had learned from studying, but now he simply focuses on fighting. He has known Hiroyuki since he was born and has helped him throughout his life. Where Hiro is juvenile and loves to play around, Tanis tries to be calm, collected, and the serious one of the two. However, some of Hiroyuki's antic nature has rubbed off on Tanis over the years, and he happens to have a healthy sense of humor.
Tanis always thought that he was going to be chosen as King Kai, but he was happy for Hiroyuki when he received the high honor. Of course, lesser beings would have felt envy, jealousy, and even perhaps a sense of anger towards the young Kai, but Tanis was no lesser being. He simply wished Hiroyuki well, and tries to help him out as much as possible.
Although he always tells himself otherwise, he sometimes thinks that the universe will never be in true danger. The last time it was, it was during the time where Majin Buu was a present threat. He was sadly too late for that party, but he heard that it was a great time, with all of the fighting to be had. Tanis has been waiting for the day he could save the universe and bring glory to the Kai race.
