Lepiands are very close looking to Saiyans and earthlings. Their hair is usually a dark blue and clear eye. Ozikai is very well built and is 6.7ft and 220 pounds (of Muscle).

Basic Ki use: - this, generally, means using weak energy blasts and the basic version of an invisible Kiai push.
Energy sensing: - the ability to sense the power of people. Generally you get better at this as you become stronger, but its your choice whether or not you start with it.
Minor variations of certain techniques are also allowed, for instance being able to fire an energy wave technique one or two-handed.
Slot techniques:
Barrier: This purely defensive technique forms a Ki-shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. There are two forms of this manoeuvre. One is a spherical shield that surrounds the body; the other is more of a coating of the body.
Bakurikimaha: A one-handed blast, holding your wrist to aim steadily
Bukujutsu: The ability to fly with one's Ki.

Renzoku Energy Dan:
The user of this technique can shoot Ki bolts continuously from their hands, Resulting in somewhat of a "machine-gun ki blast" effect.
Ki burst:
The user's aura flares up around them and gives them the ability to dash at high speeds for 15ft in any direction.
Energy Wave (Kamehameha):
Perhaps the most famous type of ki-attack in the series, this blast is a continuous beam fired from a part of the body. Most famous is the Kamehameha, a powerful technique that is iconic for its mesmerising blue beam and power.
Ki no Zoka (3X transformation)
This is a technique that Ozikai learnt from a Namekian during his stay on Namek. It increases your power elvel by 3, but if over used it can become dangerous. this technique will rapidly drain your life force. while using this technique your aura becomes white with slight electrical sparks.
Ki No Tsurugi:
A Ki beam that shoots out somewhat as an extention of the hand and can be swung and stabbed to cut or pierce enemies.
Spirit cannon:
basically my own variant of death ball and ignition star.
Power Level Control:
Ozikai can lower his power level down to a tenth of his maximum.
Kikoho:
You put the tips of your fingers of both hands together, forming kind of an "O" between his fingers and his thumbs. Then you shoot a very powerful Ki blast through the "O" at his opponent; however, in response it drains your life force, and overuse can lead to death.
Ki force:
Ozikai can create Three Balls of Ki from his body (One new one for every 10K PL gained) which he can then control with his mind as if it was one of his own limbs.
Starting Planet: Earth
Bio:
Ozikai was born on a planet far away from earth. So how did he end up there? When Ozikai was born his race held a special ceremony. They would decide wither the child was good enough to live. When Ozikai was born he was deemed not worthy to live. He was thrown into a pit of jagged rocks. He was saved by one of the planets natural animals.
He was dragged to safety and lived with the animal’s family. He was raised by the creature until he was old enough to make his own decisions. When he turned into a teenager (in their race a teen was around 25) he decided that he would get back at his race for the pain they caused him.
He took equipment from a near-by camp that he would need. He found a warriors sword that he would use, some battle armour and he also took some scrolls with his language that he studied until he could speak it fluently. He attacked with full force. He was a strong fighter for his race but was overwhelmed. He quickly ran to cover. He found a pod in the docking bay and left. He had randomly hit buttons; not wanting his enemy’s a chance to catch up. He had landed on Earth. Now his journey would begin.

Rage - 4x (from start)
This is rage. It increases your PL by 4.
Rage looks similar to kia-ken; it has a larger aura though. When Ozikai uses rage his mind is gone and he is uncontrollable. This form is like an un-mastered oozaru without the power drawback.
Hidden power - 13x (at 120k)
Hidden power increases your Muscle size by 1.5. And your hair will change colour to green. It makes your speed rise more than your power. When Ozikai uses hidden power his hair grows down to his back and his aura becomes blue. This form however comes at a price. When he uses this form it drains his energy rapidly resulting in near death if not stopped. However this weakness can be trained out at 150k.
Full power- 21x (at 250k)
Full power increases your muscle size 2x and your hair will stick up black with tints of red. This will make your power increase. When Ozikai uses full power his aura will turn black with red tints highlighted throughout his hair. And when Ozikai reaches this form if they have not all ready trained the weakness out of hidden power it will happen now.
Ultamite power - 32x (at 300k)
In this form oziaki body grows 3 times normal size and his strengh becomes remarkabley high. His hair turns to the sise of a super saiyan 3 and his aura turns to blue. In this form form his reaction time becomes perfect.
