:Techniques:

• Healing- The ability to heal any wound, scar, disability, or ailment that a person has.
  
  
• Age Manipulation - The ability is only semi controlled. Her ability started at age 15 and seemed too have stopped at age 30 or so. the user swaps places with a past or future version of themselves in their life time. (Only effects Mesa)
  
  
• Graviton- The user has zero fighting ability, but the only reason she can hold her own in battle is due to the fact when she is in danger she can form a gravity field 100 yard around her. The closer one gets to the user the stronger the gravity become. Gravity starts at x1 and with in inch of Mesa the gravity is x50. The field has no effect on energy attacks. The Gravity field does not hurt the user physically by gravity but the user becomes weakened and exhaled after continuous use. (This can not be used for weight training)

Mesa at a young age was gifted in speaking and persuading people to trust and follow her in all her endeavors. At the age of nine she talked her Father into running for a High rank position in the government. He did so as she had persuaded him to. If it was not for her he would have lost badly. The young nine year old girl walked up to the microphone in front of million on world wide television, she spoke to the world about what was to come what had happened and what the Willow name could do for this world. Her words left her lips leaving everyone in shock. This little girl spoke with such beauty and composer. It was though she was a well off women in her late 40s. Her voice was still that of a nine year old but her words were well beyond her years.

Her Father started to become famous and slowly moved up the government ranks with her daughters backing. Living a life of promise her father was placed as the second to the Prime Minister. If the Minister did anything it when through her father and if it came from her father he had be talked into it by his little girl. A year ago The Minister and her father went out to speak to his people. Both were killed and the question that came to everyone mind was who would take the Prime Ministers place.

A quick tear rolled down her cheek when she heard the new. She then set up an open interview to whoever wished to come. In the interview she spoke for an hour telling everyone what she felt was the right thing to do and that the world would be a better place if everyone looked into their thoughts and hearts. The truth is right in front of you. She then named off three people who should rightfully take the place of the Prime Minister. Without knowing so she had place all eye on her. She then turned around and walked off. It seemed as though someone felt she was out for the title he quickly pulled out a gun aiming for her head. Quickly she activated her graviton ability everyone feel to the floor and the bullet placed a whole in the ground right behind her feet. Mesa then waved at the cameras. She then spoke one final sentence before walking off the stage.

“ I fear what this world will become!”

Mesa was sure that everyone would fear her after the display of her power. In fact it was the opposite people started to shout and chant her name saying she was the chosen one for the position of the Prime Minister. She did not really want the role only to see the world follow down the proper path. If she was allowed the rank of Prime Minister she would gladly take the seat and do her best in the role, if not she would continue to set the world back into the proper order and stop the spiral of corruption that filled it now.

I am assuming this is still in progress since the history is empty.

Some notes though. I see she's plainly meant to be a support character rather then combat. Healing I'm fine with.

Resurrection I'm iffy. I would add the stipulations that she needs the corpse of the person to resurrect and can only do it once a year, otherwise who needs the dragon balls. Right? Also, if youre not in combat, what use is power level to you, so the cost should be applied to the person being revived. Drop that to 20%.

The Graviton technique is interesting but I would also add a stipulation there and a note, the note being that it obviously would have no effect on ranged attacks, even my support character Royd is vulnerable if someone really wants to hurt him. The stipulation being that she can't maintain the gravity field indefinitely and that it cannot be used by friends for training purposes.

Other then those items and filling in her history I see no problems. I see she’s wearing a Goa’uld ribbon device on her right hand.

I quite like the idea of what this character's about, but can you explain to me a little bit more where these weird powers come from? If you wanna PM me them that's fine if they're plot-important.

Not Plot related at all her powers are pretty much granted to her by that Arm peace she wears. As she grew older the abilities became her own. On her 31st birthday her powers will no longer work.

Oh the ability only works on her noone else, this is also the reason why she seems wise beyond her years growing up as a child. This is not a ability that will be effective in anyway in a battle, more or less its a cheap polar trick.

I'm interested, can you tell me more about your age manipulation? This practically makes you immortal in the sense that you can just make yourself young again. But by changing yourself with a future or past version, wouldn't your personality change as well? I mean, even though it's you, another version in time, it still isn't YOU, it's someone else. It's like killing the present you for another. Am I right?

Also, did you make those images, or you got them from the internet somewhere?

PersonShe can only jump between ages 15 to 29 which means she can't be imortal. Something happens to her. Not tryin to reveal what just yet. As for her personality yes it changes. The oder she get the more out spoken she is, her 15 year self is the shyer of the group. Other than that not to much difference. I only will be using her age ability before a post starts anyhow. And you ask me that same question everytime I create a character.
