Kiara's father was an old but powerful Makaioshin ruling over his sector of Hell with an iron fist. However, he knew eventually his vitality and his powers would start to fail soon so he consulted with the wizards of hell and their dark magics to see if he do something about it. They told him if he had a son, who was half human he would be able to over power the human side of his physiology with the help of their magic and tonics as a imperfect type of immortality. This caused Kiara's father Rayne to set off for the human world where he chose the perfect female to have his son. She found Kiara's mother a powerful warrior in her own right as such she could easily live on the Saiyan's planet of Vegeta without gravity disadvantages.

Upon Kiara's birth, her father couldn't believe that she was not a he as he had tricked her mother into take several tonics that should have assured such a thing. He took off back to the depths of hell without an warning not only leaving her mother heartbroken but leaving Kiara without a father. Growing up with the Saiyans was supposed to be hard, but thanks to her heritage she had a much easier time adjusting then her mother did. She trained alongside her mother daily whenever she was finished with schooling for the day. The only thing was, thanks to her other heritage her anger was something she had little control over. While she wasn't a Saiyan so she wouldn't turn into the great ape at those times her power would temporarily spike to greater levels then she would have been able to choose normally.

Ki Sword: This sword was forged and tempered with the best metals and supplies found on Vegeta. While indued by great concentrations of ki throughout it's whole creation process making the sound reactive to Ki. Ki can be channeled through and emitted from this blade, as such the blade holds a certain level of ki within it already.

Flight counts as a technique, and you thus have four techniques. You can only start with three.

Ki sword - this seems alright, except for the 'draining opponent's power' aspect. That could be made into a technique, but as an inherent ability for an equivalent to a 'basic' sword? Nah.

No disrespect if I'm wrong but she is also a Makaioshin and in the guide it says they get four starting techniques? And the draining opponents power affect is removed.
