Part I, Post I Miles wakes up, yawning loudly. He had slept in at his parent's farm due to exhaustion from training with Maxxie the prior day. It was a good rest, he was rejuvenated now. After getting properly dressed and doing basic needs like brushing his teeth, he glanced over to the kitchen and took a deep breath of the passing smoke. It smelled like they were making breakfast, and from what he could smell it was going to be great. Miles walked in, yawning. "Mornin'." he said, pulling out the closest chair and taking a set amongst the round table. "Well well, it looks like lazy Belphegor finally woke up." a familiar female voice said, Miles glanced over and saw his sister. "Nice to know you missed me, sis." he said smiling, waving his hand and ignoring the fact he was being called lazy. "I'm sorry, what? I don't miss you! From what I can tell, I'm the only person in this entire universe who could bare through your incessant schedule and your obnoxious attitude!" at this point, Miles just stared at her with the best poker face he could manage. Miles' mother just stood nearby, sighing at the two and choosing not to say anything. After his sister calmed down, Miles decided it was his turn to speak "Riiight, so, where did Maxxie go? He leave after dinner?" he asked, his sister walked away and is mother stayed silent for a few moments before responding "You mean your friend with the tail? He's been gone since sunrise." she answered, remaining mostly focused on the food. "He was a friend of yours? I'm surprised that you know someone so.. fancy." Miles' sister blurted out, which caused Miles to glance over at her oddly. "Don't tell me you think of him what I'm thinking you think of him." he said, face palming. She turned back at him, starting to go back to arguing again. "And so what if I do!? It's not like you've gone through the effort to get a gi-" Miles cut her off with a simple statement: "Not having this conversation now." he said, effectively cutting her rant short, but that only made her more annoyed. "I don't care! Each time I get a friend, or you get a chance at one, you scare them off with your. . .Your. . ." she takes a good look at him, before just coming up with a seemingly poorly thought insult "Red. . .ness." she concluded, crossing her arms. "You're running out of insults, aren't you?" he asked, "So you noticed." she replied. "In any case, I could totally get a girlfriend if I wanted to." he replied, putting his legs on the table lazily "Good to know that's working." she said, shoving his legs off the table. Belphegor sighed, standing up "On second thought, I can't stay for breakfast, I've got to go work." he said, his mother turning back to him. "You can't stay? Oh fine, just be home by dinner, you're not around as much as you used to be.""Well, that figures! He can never stick around!" "Obviously it matters to you because no matter how much of a front you put up that you hate me, you know I'm an awesome brother."". . .I hate you, I really do.""Of course you do, anyway, be seeing you." he said, leaving the room, the door was heard closing as he left, followed by the sound of an expansion of Ki as he blasted off into flight, the scarlet aura he emits engulfing him.

Part I, Post II As Miles rocketed through the air with insane speed using his Bukujutsu Technique, another spike of power caught his eye. This one was different from Maxxie, no that it was stronger, not near that, but it was enough to catch his eye. He saw a shadowy figure on the ground below him, he could tell that whatever it was had been staring straight at him, his sixth sense never failed him. When the figure realized Miles caught notice of it, it ran into the cave it was standing next to. Miles decided that it would be best to check it out, whatever it was. Miles landed a couple feet from the caves entrance, he heard what sounded like growling. He wondered if it was even safe to enter, as he could tell whatever that thing was, it was strong enough to catch him off guard and potentially bring him harm. He figured he'd be able to avoid that, and stepped into the den carefully. "Hello? I know you're in here, I saw you run in." he said, glancing around in an attempt to find out where the figure went, and where it was now. In front of him, he could see two piercing red eyes that glowed in the darkness, it was enough to even inspire a bit of fear in Miles. "What the-" the figure jumped out like an animal, Miles couldn't react quick enough and was tackled onto the floor. It drooled all over him, bearing his teeth and nails like some sort of predator in an attempt to claw into Miles chest and neck. As a gut reaction, Miles blasted whatever it was in the chest with a point-blank sphere of energy, panting heavily after ward. It wasn't exhausting, it was just extremely surprising. "W. . .What was that?!" he wondered, looking out and noticing what exactly the beast was. It almost looked Human, but it wasn't, there was no way. It had black blood, glowing red eyes, and animal-like characteristics. One thing was for sure, though, Miles got a closer look to inspect it and realized that the blast seemingly killed it, whatever it was it wasn't very powerful, that or it was just weakened as it was. It was wearing a rather simple outfit, a black vest and jeans, but they were torn and ragged from some sort of fight. He wasn't sure what happened to this guy, was he born like this or did something happen to him? "Maybe this will answer my questions." he said, reaching over and grabbing a small silver sphere nearby. He inspected it, and it wasn't like any construct or technology he had ever seen. Miles turned, the beast seemingly reanimating itself with a ferocious roar. He had no choice but to blast it with another ball of energy, this one focused and with far more force. It blew a hole straight through the center of the things chest, causing it to fall over and the glow in it's eyes to cease. "Alright, let's see what this thing has. . ." he pressed a single, blood-stained colorless switch on the sphere, which caused it to grow brightly and open, it didn't have any items in it but it seemed like it had some sort of voice recording. It sounded human, in every detail, but there's no way a human could have done this. Perhaps it was an Alien of some sort, maybe a Saiyan like Maxxie was, he couldn't possibly be sure. Miles decided to stand there for the moment, listening to voice recording. What was recorded was disturbing, extremely disturbing. "Empty. Many of the worlds were empty now. Our people gone. A few of the lesser or unwilling to leave species remained behind. We ventured out into the depths of space. We touched the end of our galaxy. Traversed the next. We found a man floating in space, frozen. He was alive. We brought him on board.
That would turn out to be a mistake. As he thawed we ventured further out.. The captain acted strangely and said we must repopulate our old worlds. He gathered beings from the worlds we came across. We repopulated our worlds. I went to check on the man we found.. He was gone. I left to inform the captain.
He knew. The man was there. Controlling him..my mind raced, I ran. I am hunted on this ship. I record my last thoughts on this device. I will throw it out of the ship if it costs me my life. Someone must know. What he did. That man...
He's doomed us, corrupted us. The captain is a monster now. The others are changing. I am losing my senses..or he's making me think that. I don't know how much longer I have. May this reach someone and warn them. He's coming. He'll kill you. He's.. My master.." And then there was only static.. Miles stepped back a couple of steps, clearly freaked out, he shot a ball of Ki at the device, destroying it in case it had been some kind of tracking device. Not once did it cross his mind it was a prank, it couldn't have been, not with this strange beast guarding this mysterious piece of technology ". . .I should go find help." he concluded, running out of the cave. The same scarlet aura enveloped him as he blasted off in the direction of the nearest help he could find.

Part I, Post III It didn't take long until Miles was at his job, the headquarters of a large organization. It didn't seem to have a name, but inside the small farming town, the skyscraper of a building was apparent as it's centerpiece. Miles phone rang and he picked it up, "Hey- Yeah, I'm here now. Boss, I've got a bit of news, perhaps a mission." there was someone speaking over the phone, it could be heard by those close by but the words couldn't be distinguished except by Miles himself. At that moment, Miles just sighed "Yeah, alright, I'll report it to you so I can get a decent team, I suppose. Never understood why you made me follow protocol, you know for a fact I work best solo." he said, there was some more speaking over the phone and then a click noise as the person on the other line hung up. Miles put the phone back into his pocket calmly, walking into the building, which seemed to scan him as the doors opened automatically shortly afterward. The skyscraper was eerily empty, it seemed to be completely computer-run, from what could be seen by the naked eye. However, Belphegor felt surges of power from all across the building, the structure of the building disrupting those from sensing these powers from the outside. "Welcome, Agent Belphegor" a robotic voice said, booming throughout the entire first floor of the building. Miles never got used to the random automated welcome for him and the others, he always felt it would be better if somebody went ahead and actually greeted him in person "Yeah, yeah. Whatever."Miles pressed a button on the nearby wall, which caused it to split open and reveal a hidden elevator. Inside, there was a formal black suit and a metal suitcase; Miles grabbed the suitcase but disregarded the black suit itself "I'd rather wear my own clothes, thanks." he said, waiting as the elevator started to go higher and higher, eventually reaching the highest floor of the building. It opened up into a wide office, with an amazing view of the entire city. "Boss, when am I going to get an awesome office like this one?" he asked, there was someone seated in the chair, which was facing away from Miles and toward the glass "When you start providing better results on your missions, you may get them done but you never follow orders." "Would you rather I follow orders and fail? Even if I'm a rebel to your little rules I'm one of the best agents you've got remember?""Enough talk, Belphegor. That information you're here to tell me about, start talking."Miles lazily scratched the back of his head, trying to think back on exactly what the transmission said. "Well, long story short, I found some sort of mysterious device guarded by some mutant. It seems crazy, I know, but with the missions you've sent people on I'm sure this is kind of common for you. The device held a message, a warning about someone. They could already be here, or be on their way over. I'm not all that sure." he said. There was an awkward silence in the room for about five seconds, before they replied. "And do you have any evidence to prove what you saw?" the shadowed person asked, to which Miles put on another expressionless face, clearly the fact there was no evidence was completely his fault. "Uh. . .About that, I kind of. . .Blew up the device, it could of been a tracker." he admitted, sighing. "So you mean to tell me you have an insane story, and expect me to believe it and give you help even though you blew up the only possible piece of evidence to support it.""Yep.""Get out of my office." the figure said directly, their voice didn't seem to have any regret in it. "Figures, you were never a fan for helping me out anyways." he replied, turning and getting back into the elevator. "Maybe I can find Maxxie to help me out. . .Nah, it's better I do something like this myself, I figure someone like him would get a bit too caught up in something like this." he concluded as the elevator took him to the bottom floor of the private building. Miles stepped out, leaving the suitcase in the elevator and exiting the building. He figured he didn't need it, especially when he wasn't on any official business; he'll have to do this by himself. Miles power spiked one last time, the scarlet aura engulfing him as he blasted off into the air, figuring it'd be better to find clues from there. It's how he found the first odd figure, after all. Part I COMPLETED
