Satin had jumped to her feet after she had connected with Diane's body, but her leg was now broken. She bent her head back as a swift jolt of severe pain made her uneasy and restless. She wanted to call out, or at least scream, but she knew that would one of the dumbest moves she could have ever done in this state. Satin's leg gave out from under her, causing her to go down on her knees.
She looked up dully at Diane, she forgot about the possibility of a counter attack... and worse now she couldn't dodge it. 'I have to find some way to dodge this, some way to- I got it!' Satin smiled, the thing she was about to do would cause her no discomfort and better yet it might just save her life. She placed her hands in front of her face, then relaxed herself as she shut her eyes. "Taiyoken!" She screamed out desperately as she had gathered all of her energy and had turned it into light energy, she dispelled it. Her main goal was to blind Diane in order to lessen the chances of another attack.
Satin then waited, she gathered up all her remaining strength and tensed up her body to make the impact bearable. Thoughts swirled up in her mind, Diane was indeed a worthy adversary and better yet... she was stronger. 'If I live through this, I'm going to that dojo... If I can last this long with someone that skilled, it might be worth my time to learn. I've lost, she has won. That is certian.' She curled up in order to avoid any further injury to her leg, she couldn't have it worse than it was.

As Diane was attacking, she realized that Satin was more injured than she had let on. The girl had collapsed on the ground, apparently unable to support her weight with her legs. Diane immediately felt bad, worried she might cause more extreme pain on her opponent. Why didn't I see that she was hurting? Diane wondered, dissappointed with herself. Her kamehameha was unfortunately already out and couldn't be stopped, but Diane was able to cut the energy that was fueling. This made it much less powerful than it could have been.
Just as Diane stopped the energy flow, a blinding flash of light filled her vision. Crying out in surprise and pain, she raised her hands to her eyes. Her eyes were in agony, feeling as if they were on fire. She couldn'te remember ever feeling such excruciating pain. She felt a dull thud against her body, but it was barely noticeable. Apparently she had fallen to the ground. Diane didn't know how long the blindness lasted, but when she was finally able to see she saw that she was lying next to her opponent, who was in fetal position trying to protect her legs. "Are you alright?" Diane croaked, spots dancing in front of her eyes. Even though she was half blinded by Satin's attack, she didn't wan't to see the girl in pain.

Satin smiled at Diane, the attack had scorched her back but that would heal in time. She stood up, her leg was limp but she could still manage. She walked over to Diane, a superior smirk plastered on her face. "I'm just fine, strangely enough that attack worked better than I expected... I should have used it first before I broke my leg on your abdomen." She offered her hand at an attempt at peace.
‘She’s kind, and worse she's more like Akita than I realized. She weakened her own attack just because I gave the indication of being in pain, she should be more suspicious. I wonder about her past, what could make her this caring and pathedic?' Satin smiled warmly, her mind filling with images of her mother, and the past experiences she had before this. "Now... about that school you were talking about before?" She asked half-heartedly.

Diane wasn't sure if it was her messed-up vision or if it was true, but it seemed her opponent was offering her hand in truce. Returning her smile, Diane took the hand and used it to lift herself up. Satin's personality had apparently changed back to being nice, but Diane wasn't buying it. The vibe she had gotten when she first met the girl had been confirmed right before the fight. Whoever this strange person was, she wasn't innocent. Despite that, Diane couldn't ignore the fact that she had broken her leg during the battle.
"The school?" Diane asked, "Yeah that would be Victory School. It's a great place to learn martial arts and um... recover. If you want." Diane added that last part with an awkward gesture at Satin's back. "If you wan't I can lead you there." She then offered her own hand towards her opponent, planning to half carry the injured fighter over her shoulder.

Satin waved her hand as a solemn gesture that she could manage on her own, she smirked at Diane it was obvious that she couldn't play the part of being weak in front of the girl. "Not meaning to sound rude, but I decline your offer. My back will heal by itself in a couple of days, my leg will take awhile but... I'm pretty sure it wont distract me again." She said smiling, before thinking that maybe she should explain a little.
'Perhaps it wouldn't be a good idea to reveal too much, but the school would be quite nice for another time.' Satin looked down at her leg, it wasn’t as bad as she had thought however it was still broken. "I might like to be taught how to fight, after all I haven’t trained for over a month." she stated smiling as she crossed her arms and returned to her dark demeanor, she gave Diane a simple grin. "...But for now, I'll see you on the battlefield!" With that she gathered up enough energy to fly, she sure wasn't going to be caught in Mt. Paozu again until she was ready to enjoy the spiols she would gain from the victory school. Satin shot herself westwards trying to get herself as far away from Diane, and that place as fast as she could.

Diane didn't like the idea of his injured girl fending for herself while her wounds healed. Then again the girl had proven she could handle it, and she admittedly had more survival experience than Diane did. Diane shrugged, knowing she wouldn't be able to change Satin's mind. "If you insist," she conceded, "But be careful alright?" She turned away, planning to return to Victory School for some rest. Looking over her shoulder, she regarded her rival with a final smile. "See ya soon!" she promised. With that, she launched into the sky. The darkness of he impending night along with the opaque fog soon clouded her from sight.
