"So? I was six years old once, and my father would smash my head against a rock if I whinned like you do." Satin smiled slightly before crossing her arms and relaxing on an oak tree found behind her. 'At least he's lucky I'm not his mother.' she thought before taking a deep sigh.
She turned her attention back to him after he mentioned learning some fighting moves. It was amusing to see him with his foot in the air, and then falling on his backside. Satin giggled then looked back at the sky, she still had some time left before night fall and besides how hard would it be to teach him basic ki control.
"First tell me what you know about punching and kicking." She said seriously.

So would a drunk thought Tensai after Satin explained to the young boy that her father would smash her skull against a rock if she whined. He of course wouldn't say something like that out loud though since he felt that anybody would get pissed if someone were to do something like insulting their parents, which was the main reason why Tensai got defensive whenever Satin called his parents a moron. However, he couldn't understand why someone would want a six year old to toughen up since it was an age of innocence where children believed that people like Santa Clause were real. As someone who was raised not to believe those kind of things, Tensai was able to make those kind of observations when he was with other children.
After falling on his back, he noticed Satin giggling at his failed attempt at a kick before looking up to the sky to see ho much time was left before night fall. She would then ask the young boy what he knew of punching and ticking in a serious tone and Tensai replied as he got up "Punching is when you attack with your fist and kicking is when you attack with your feet"

Satin shook her head silently. Punching and kicking was more than just using your hands and feet. "Yes and No. When you kick you must also use confidence and accuracy. While punching is the same, you must use all of you force in order to make it affective when you have such a weak body. she said somewhat trying to insult his size.
"I want you to punch me in the stomach, that way I'll be able to see what your doing wrong." She said smirking as she waited for him to attack, it wouldn't hurt her too much considering the obvious difference in strength.

"Put I will become strong once I learn how to control my power, right?" asked Tensai as he tried to find a silver lining when Satin mentioned that his body was weak. However, he didn't pick up on the clue that she was trying to insult his size. After all, size isn't everything when it comes down to power, which is why there are many stories that are similar to David vs Goliath. Satin would then tell Tensai to punch her in the stomach, so Tensai walked up to her and like before he incorrectly made a fist by placing his thumb within the 4 curled down fingers. He would then throw a jab at her stomach that was quite fast, but lack all jabs, it lacked power.

"Why of course you will, the more power you have the stronger one becomes. For example, my figure is skinny and looks pretty weak, however my ki blast makes up for it. Howqever if I can make you both musculer and powerful then immagin how usefull you'll be when you go into battle." She said smiling.
Satin didn't move when the punch landed. She was paying attention to the fact that he was doing it all wrong, and how weak he was when he did. "First of all, your thumb should be outside your fingers, and second you should try to do a straighter punch so it can add a little more power." She advised still smirking.

"Look, I have no intention of going into some kind of fierce battle or anything like that. I'm just here so that I can learn how to control my power so that I won't accidentally kill anybody. Besides, people who just fight all day don't have steady incomes and there's a very good chance that they won't be financially secure when they retire" explained Tensai after Satin told him to imagine how useful he'll be when he gets into battle. The young child really didn't see the point or excitement of fighting unless he's it's part of a storyline of some form of entertainment. Plus it didn't fit in with what he pictured as his future which involved going to college, getting a steady high paying job, getting married, have a couple of kids and retiring with enough money to live a in semi luxury lifestyle.
Satin would then tell Tensai that he was making a fist incorrectly and that he needed to punch straighter.
"You mean like this?" asked Tensai as he made a first correctly and threw a jab at her stomach that was straighter than the one he threw before. Like most people who just started learning how to jab, Tensai needed to pay attention to the movements of his arm so that he could do it correctly.

Satin listened to him for a moment before disregarding everything he said to her as moron speak. "Well well, since when do children know anything about life? I turned out just fine the way I've lived for the last twenty years or so." Satin paused, wondering how old she really was. somewhere between nineteen and twenty-three perhaps... She didn't need to know age the way she had lived. "Besides, what will you do if someone needs your help? Are you just going to stand by and watch, or jump in and take a risk?" She asked as she prepared herself for the next punch.
As soon as he actually hit her, she noticed that it was better than before. However Satin was a perfectionist and good wasn't good enough. "Good for a child at least. However I would expect more from a saiyan monkey, perhaps paying attention to the way I punch would be best... But enough of punching... show me your kicking style then we'll work on combinations before I test out your chi." She said slightly rambling her thoughts.

"But your still young, you need to think about your life in the long term. I mean, when I become old enough to start working, I plan on putting away money for retirement" said Tensai after Satin asked when did children know anything about life. Despite his actual age and somewhat childish nature, Tensai was rather mature and intelligent for his age and a byproduct of the modern world. As such, he sometimes has a different viewpoint on life compared to Satin. After throwing the second punch, Satin told him that it was good for a child at least and that he should pay attention to how she punches before ordering him to show her his kicking style.
Oh okay then, a kick shouldn't be too bad thought Tensai before throwing a kick high into the air with his left leg. As the leg remained in the air, Tensai suddenly lost balanced and fell on his back.

Satin smiled when Tensai fell down. "Amusing, I've never had this much fun training before." She said changing her mind about the kicking part. "I'm a little bit impatient, so I think you'll just have to test your basic moves when you train solo. Right now we need to learn how to control your chi so that way you can make Ki blasts." She looked around for a second before returning to him, the reason she had choosen the island landscape was so that way they could burn stuff and cause explosions with out gawkers.
"Everyone has energy, and you've demonstrated your's on the subconsious level. Try to feel that energy, and focus it." She said trying to be as simple as she could. Satin wasn't the best mother figure, but hopefully he was smarter than an average six year old child. 'I really hope he gets this on the first try, then again he could barely do a kick without falling down.... I dont care as long as he doesn't hit me with his first blast.'
0oc: I understand. Life sucks.
