Exploring the Mountains

Ryota sighed as he flew through the air around Mt.Paozu his meeting with Miles had been just a few hours ago giving Ryota a bit of time to rest up and after relaxing for a bit he decided to check out Earth a little more, it was a significantly nicer place than well... practically all of the Demon Realm. It probably helped that the inhabitants of the planet were rather... well... pathetically weak. Aside from Miles he'd not encountered a single mortal with a substantial level of power and this had been after wandering around North City for a bit hoping to find anyone comparable to himself or Miles.

After a while he'd just gave up on finding anyone in that city and decided to go for a little fly to check out the mountain range that his map identified at "Mt. Paozu" like everything else on the planet it was a very 'nice' place at least from the skies. He could see a number of secluded areas that might make for good training spots and also a number of massive beasts. Unfortunately the beasts also lacked any amount of power(though to there credit they were a bit stronger than the human populace)

Ryota decided to zip on down to one of the more secluded areas he'd spotted hoping to perhaps take a bit of time to himself to think about his situation. The ship was still in a terrible state though now thanks to Miles he knew what he would need to fix the ship. The problem was still that of how he would get the money. He could always work as Miles suggested but he knew that would take a lot of time. Perhaps this planet might have some seedier areas. While everything SEEMED nice he refused to believe that there was no corruption here. He might get lucky and find someone who needed a few efficient kills for some large sum of money. Ryota chuckled as he landed taking a quick look around to see if there was anything else around.

[Maxxie]

So far, Maxxie has been traveling everywhere he possibly can. Within the mountains were Miles lived by. Strangely landing on a cold deserted planet that one creature appeared. It was view to view different landscaping. Maxxie placed his hand over his eyes just looking. "This seems like a peaceful place to settle down at." Gives him an idea of moving here but, Maybe not anytime soon since he would still be moving around.

Streams of water flowing with a steady current. Mostly land parts were flat enough to walk on as others were like tops. Had to fly or climb them basically. Hovering a few feet in the air, Maxxie went towards the water and sat down crossed legged cupping both hands lowing them into the water bring it up to taste it before letting go. "That tastes good!" He exclaimed smiling ducking his whole head in drinking for more. Maxxie pulled his head back up grasping as he couldn't breathe. "Haha, I need to take it easy."

After that break, Maxxie got back to his feet and started hop on one of the hilltops. "Time to see how good my balance is." With that said, He started to hop on hilltops one after another. It looked easy enough as Maxxie was hopping with no difficulty. Before he would know, Someone was nearby giving off a faint power level but, Maxxie ignored for the time being thinking it of an animal.

Ryota raised an eyebrow as he felt another significant power signature enter the general area he looked around trying to get a better idea of where it was and after a few moments felt it flare up again. Grinning to himself Ryota took tot he sky once again flying in the general direction of the power signature. The signature was far off enough and likely too relaxed at the moment for Ryota to know if it was Miles once again but he had to admit it sort of hoped it wasn't Miles. He'd enjoyed meeting him but he was sort of hoping that this planet would have at least one other powerful warrior. Some form of proof that when the day came that he began conquering the mortal realm that Earth wouldn't just roll over and accept him taking them over.

After a few moments of flying Ryota finally spotted the source of the pwoer signature and from what he could see it was most definitely not Miles. His grin widening Ryota moved in a bit closer watching as the figure leapt from hilltop to hilltop. Ryota wasn't entirely sure WHY he was doing such a thing, perhaps it was some form of training or perhaps he was just incredibly bored. He decided he'd just watch the new mortal for a bit, to see if he was even aware that Ryota was watching him from above.

[Maxxie]

"Hopping like this is fun! But, It sure can make a guy hungry for something to eat." Maxxie said as his stomach started to growl and pretty loud as he hold on hand on it tapping it twice. He place on hand under his chin acting like the thinker. "Let's see...I have a choice between fish or dinosaur meat." Within a few seconds, Maxxie had made up his mind like that snapping his fingers. Jumping down on the ground with multiple front flips before landing.

Maxxie run back to the same water stream he had found earlier looking down at it seeing several fishes swimming by. "Hah!" He spotted the largest one out of all of them and jumped in after it. Grabbing the tail and tossed it out of the water onto land letting it flapping about. Soon after, Maxxie came out of the water with being soaked wet shaking his hair out and loosing up his tail shaking that to get rid of the water as well. He placed his foot on the fish's body so it would die faster. "Now, Firewood." Maxxie said as trees were surrounded. As he took his first step, He couldn't help but feeling that same power level again knowing someone somewhere was spying on him.

as he followed him from above, he was a bit surprised that the man seemed to b all but oblivious to him being there, he hadn't made any real effort to hide his presence from the man as there was no true reason to do so at the moment. The man seemed to be preparing to eat. It was rather amusing watching the man grab a large fish right out of the water for himself. Things got a bit more interesting as while the man dried himself off what had appeared to have been a belt was evidently some form of tail, something that Ryota was fairly certain was not a common trait amongst humans from what he'd seen.

Ryota smirked as the man headed off towards the trees leaving his catch a bit unguarded, masking his power as best he could Ryota sliced open a rift down to the fish. With a devilish grin Ryota formed a ball of very weak ball of energy and launched it at the fish cooking it to at the very least Ryota's preferred taste. With a few slices with his blade Ryota carved himself a snack out of the fish and taking a seat near the remainder of the fish began to eat as he waited for the tailed man to return as he hadn't gone to far and was likely to have sensed the blast that cooked the fish.

If the man didn't immediately return to check out the flickers of energy near his kill Ryota would simply continue eating the fish until there was nothing left but bone, if the tailed man took particularly long he'd end up simply catching another albeit much smaller fish which he would then put in the large fishes place before taking off into the sky with the skeletal remains of the original.
