Suki's ship landed on a nearby Plateau. His expectation was to strike hard, killing all in their path, however this was not what happened.
Suki's door slowly opened, revealing his WTO in their full glory. Gurin on Suki's right, Aice to his left, and of course Suki standing proudly in the middle. With his most recent training Suki was confident that he would not need to transform. On earth it was a fluke, he had been careless against zach and it caused him to reveal his true power, but not this time. No this time he would be prepared for anything. However as his tournament showed him, Namek did not have the fighting power to resist. Suki had been tempted to let Gurin handle the enter planet, however on his advisers word he was here, apparently a deal had been struck, one that he would need to be there for.
Two Namekians stood at the entrance of the ship, and invited Suki to their planet. Their disdain was evident. Who wouldnt be disapproving of Suki's arrival? However they were led from the plateau into the nearby fortress. Suki had not expected such friendly resolve, however he was prepared for any retaliation that was necessary.
They made it up a flight of stairs, and finally made it to a large room, one that if Suki wasnt so sure this was a poor planet, would assume that it was a royal palace, one that even had the throne for their leader. This is where Suki would meet him.
The Guru of Name Param.

The ship finally came, landing on a plateau not far from the Elder's Fortress. A massive building, set atop of the largest mountain in Namek. An awe to anyone of as primitive senses as the Namekians.
The doors opened revealing Suki and his posse. Gurin on his right, and an unknown female on his left. It was evident that they were on edge, probably expecting resistance. However the Guru in his great wisdom saw that such an attempt would be hopeless and against Suki would only cost the lives of innocent men, and children. Men, and children who guru's duty was to take care of.
So he ordered his personal guard to escort Suki and his entourage to the Elder Fortress. However, only Suki would be permitted inside the throne room. If they would be kind enough to oblige the Guru of Namek.
As they approached the Elder's Fortress, a namek named Liam would speak.
"Welcome to Namek, Touketsuki Yakedo. We've been expecting your arrival. When we arrive at the elder's fortress. The Guru has requested that he speak to you, and only you. He requests that your entourage wait peacefully outside the fortress, where they will be treated with Namekian Hospitality. I'm sure you'll find us all very... accommodating." The last word reaked with regret. As if this man loathed the idea of the Guru giving his gift to this... monster.
"On a secondary note. Guru requests that this visit be kept hospitipal. Our people will not attack you for any reason, we've been ordered not to even defend ourselves against you. In return, he asks that you repay this kindness by remaining non-aggressive as well. He says that whatever harm falls upon the Namekian people today will effect the negotiations between he and yourself. Which I think means that he won't release your potential if you harm any of us." The guide said as they reached the fortress.
Should Suki respect Guru's wishes, he'd be led into a room where Guru sat in front of an tea table with a variety of spices, tea leaves, and a large pitcher of hot purified water. All the spices were pleasing to the senses, both smell and taste. Nothing was poisoned.
"Please, come in. Touketsuki Yakedo. May I call you Suki for short?" The Guru said politely showing Suki to a chair in front of him. The two would be at eye level, neither one a head higher than the other. This was both a sign that the Guru didn't view himself as a lesser being to his visitor, but also that he didn't see himself as superior. They were simply business men at this point, enjoying a nice cup of tea over a nice pleasant talk.
As for the others, they'd be led to a grand chamber with a huge ring-like table where they would be sat down at the head seats and witness Namekian entertainment while being treated to the finest Namekian cuisine. Grilled Spiced Namekian Salmon, with freshly stir fried Nemekian greens tossed in a spiced curry. It would be pleasing to the senses, both smell and taste.
"My people call me Guru. However, as I am not your leader, you may call me by my given name Param." Param said calmly. His outward appearance was composed, and content. Not a hint of fear or jubilation in any degree.

Suki nodded at the guard, and then looked to gurin, followed by Aice, they would back down at his order, and Suki would make his way up to the Guru's throne room. It was indeed a room of lovely decorum, however Suki had very little time to admire the scents and pleasantries, he was after all a galactic totalitarian, he would without hesitation destroy anything that got in his way including this peaceful race of Namekians.
"Suki will be satisfactory, never was a fan of my full name, sounds a bit to....official"
He said taking a seat In the chair that he was invited to. The tea was there, however suki was in no mood for drink, he was ready to get this over with. If it were any different he would not have even set foot on this planet, but rather allowed Gurin to destroy it like planned, however he was here now, and wasnt leaving without one of two things. This "Power" that Gurin mentioned, or a shiny new planet for his organization.
"I do not need anything special, lets get straight to business"
Suki said this pushing his cup of tea further into the center of the table. He crossed one leg over the other and began speaking to Param as a gentlemen, Suki was no brute, he could have a reasonable conversation and was willing to negotiate for peace between the two, although his requirements were high, he would be willing to discuss them. Hell his presence was a form of haggling.
"Param, Your planet is in some serious danger, I dont intend to leave without being appeased. You see I will soon be ruler of the Universe, and I demand tribute. My normal rate is 4000 Zenni, however my adviser informs me that you have something of equal or even greater value in mind, and I am willing to consider this"
Suki was looking forward to seeing this Guru's powers in action. He would be disappointed if it turned out to be a fluke.

"I should let you know now, that my powers are directly linked to the people of Namek. If you kill them, I won't be able to unlock your potential, or create or maintain the dragon balls." Param said in an honest fashion.
"Now what exactly do you want of me?" Param said going directly to the point. His demeanor would not change, and he showed no outward sign of fear.
As for Gurin and Aice, they would most likely not be finished eating their meal, as salmon on Namek are as big as men.

Suki was less than pleased with this warning, not because he was incapable of achieving it, but rather because it was the third time of him hearing it.
"Param, If I was going to kill you and your little friends I would have done so by now."
Suki was however intrigued by the Namekian's words, he had not actually been informed of what hidden powers this guru had, but now it appeared that there was much to be done.
"Unlocking Potential..."
He thought out loud, he was not sure what a dragon ball was, or why the scrotum of a reptile would be of any use to him, however he was interested in hearing more about this potential, for all intent and purpose it sounded like a boost in power, and that was something that Suki could really get behind.
"Tell me more, and speak quickly, because I am only peaceful so long as this arrangement suits my needs"
Suki was being truthful, he was not often so peaceful when it came to negotiations, and now would be no different, as soon as Param was no longer willing to perform these actions, the entire planet would go under for it.

"It's a one time permanent boost to ones power level. Most entities triple in power from it." Param spoke plainly, taking a sip of tea.
"There are conditions however. The person must be of pure heart, and pure mind. If they don't I simply won't be able to help them. Also, I'm incapable of releasing a person's potential once they reach a certain peak of power. At the moment I am only able to unlock one person's potential a month. However, if your acquaintances meet the requirements, than it shouldn't be a problem. If not, than they may need to train or do a service for Namek in order to meet the requirements."
"Though to be honest, this boost is negligent compared to the benifits you could reap from using the dragon balls. I mean what's a measly power boost when your immortal." Param said offhandedly.
The knowledge Param gained from becoming Guru told him that there was only one thing an Icer couldn't live without, and that was Power. And there is no greater power than the power to live forever.

[shadow=red,left,300]Immortal!?[/shadow]
Everything that Param had been saying was now insignificant. As the word Immortal left his lips Suki was determined to get what ever it was he had to offer. His eyes were visibly intreagued by the mention of this powerful anomaly.
"Immortality, well that will certainly serve as a worthy replacement for tribute, I may even be willing to avoid this planet for several years with that Offer on the table"
A couple of years, hell suki would forget Namek was in existance if he was immortal. Truth was he didnt care for this planet much, and so that having been said he would easily be willing to ignore this planet when it came to demanding tribute or wealth, Immortal life was worth all of the money in the world.
"Please go one"
He said taking the cup of tea, now finally in the mood for a nice cup of warm tea. His mind was racing with the possibilities that had been placed before him. Tripling in power was one thing, but becoming immortal was something far more invaluable.
Taking a sip Suki listened to the Guru, perhaps there would be peace after all

"Yes Immortality." Param said taking a sip of tea, as calm as a ever.
"You see the dragon balls are a set of 7 magical spheres which when gathered will grant it's summoner 3 wishes. It has rules, and laws just like any great magic. However the important thing is that with it, you can become immortal." He said looking at Suki kindly.
"Unfortunately at the moment that is irrelevant as I am not at the required power level to create them. And I am the only being who is capable of creating them. However, with the proper backing, perhaps from a powerful business man like yourself, I'm sure I would reach the level required for that sort of power relatively quickly." Param finished speaking taking a sip of tea while looking at Suki. During the conversation his demeanor never changed, and neither did it now even though he knew he had Suki.
For once you own a man's price, you own the man. Suki's price was immortality, something which Param had the power to give him.

Suki raised an eyebrow at this. He had never expected to be haggled under the table, but it was clear what the Guru wanted, not only training, but security as well for his planet.
Suki thought long about this proposition. It was a difficult choice to make, he had no guarantee that the Guru would keep his word, or that he even had the ability to do what he spoke of. But if this was the price, it would clearly be non negotiable. If the man wasnt strong enough, killing his people wasnt going to make him any stronger.
"Alright then..."
Suki said rising from the table and setting down his tea cup. It was as though he had made a decision and was rising from the table now.
"You can unlock potential and clearly my team is outside of that realm as we are none pure as you speak"
Suki began to walk out of the room before continuing on.
"You need more time, well Param you have bought yourself time. I will check in each month to make sure you are growing in power, but you had better have something for me in the near future. Train, learn, grow, but do so quickly. You can only buy me off with fantasy for so long"
Suki already felt as though he was being Duped, however the Guru was a man of great honor, who likely would not lie to Suki.

Param nodded in appreciation, and Suki and his two team members would be escorted back to their ship.
Nothing would be said by their escort, and when they went into their ships they anxiously waited to see what would happen.
When the ship left the atmosphere the entire world would cheer in jubilation. However Guru's job wasn't done yet. He needed to train and think of a way to both give Suki what he wanted in the end, without dooming the universe to an eternal tyranny. Once they were gone he would present himself to the world of Namek.
"People of Namek, you are safe. Suki has agreed to leave you, in return for the creation of the Dragon Balls. So I must train in order to be able to create them to the specifications they need to be." Param said loudly. "As for you, I want all Namekians of working age to contribute to the growth of their villages. I want you to grow together as a race and community. We are one voice, and let no sound over power our unity. For a single stick can easily be broken, but when together they become impossible to crack."
The Namekians had their new orders, grow. In their growth they will become stronger, both as a race and community. As for Param, he would retreat back into his fortress to begin his training.
