Seori stood at the mouth of the forest ready to enter. He was hoping that by doing this he could get more zeni so that he might be able to purchase himself better training equipment or at least a ship so that he could travel the universe like his brother. If he did that then he'd be able to become stronger and even match up against his older brother and maybe even grow to be stronger than his father. Seori smiled. He thought back to a few hours before when he was asked to go to this forest.
Seori, previously, was walking through Saru City when he was stopped by a somewhat elderly man. The old man was quite eccentric but Seori wasn't bothered by it. The old man asked, "Hey kid, want to make some zeni? I was told that their looking for people to collect samples from animals in the forest. Y'know, like blood, skin, fur... I heard they pay a lot more for the more you get and the more various pieces you get. They wouldn't say why but they just started telling people about it. You'd better get going."
Seori didn't know if the old man had been serious or not but the forest was a good, yet dangerous, place to train on their planet. After thanking the old man, Seori readied himself and headed for the forest. Now standing at the front of the forest he noticed there were some sort of carcass on the edge of the path leading in. Seori frowned at the thought of the small but took out what looked to be a small capsule and plucked a small sample from the decaying body. Seori placed it in the capsule and then stowed it away once more until needed again.

Letuz was walking along the edge of the forest, pondering whether or not to enter. His last experience with it wasn't a very good one. Would it really be worth it to enter and have the possibility of dieing? The afterlife was shrouded in mystery, therefore Letuz was not fond of the idea. He staggered backwards now, realizing how close he actually was. He couldn't believe his cowardice! Was he really afraid of this place. Letuz looked over as a Saiyan his age was entering the forest. Letuz nearly tripped in shock as he noticed who it was.
Letuz began to sprint towards the familiar face and noticed him picking at a carcass. What was he up to? It looked rather strange but who was Letuz to judge... Letuz grinned and realized that if he joined Seori in the forest the two of them wouldn't have too much of a problem dealing with the creatures, especially with Seori plucking substances off of them like it wasn't disgusting. Letuz grinned ready to greet his friend.
"Hello! Nice seeing you again! Are you really thinking about entering this place alone? I'd be more than happy to join you! It'll be perfect for training with all of those creatures! The only way I can catch up to you since you gave me a run for my money during out last fight!" Letuz couldn't forget. They had what was nearly a draw but Letuz knew that Seori's power level exceeded Letuz's. He didn't think much of it at first but not was his chance to catch up.

Seori was caught off guard when he heard a familiar voice. "Hello! Nice seeing you again! Are you really thinking about entering this place alone? I'd be more than happy to join you! It'll be perfect for training with all of those creatures! The only way I can catch up to you since you gave me a run for my money during out last fight!" Seori turned to see his sparring partner, Letuz. By now he thought of him as a friend which seemed nearly impossible with Seori's streak of friends and enemies lately.
Seori grinned and replied, "Well, you see, I'm going to go collect samples and possibly get zeni for it. The reason I'm doing it is mostly to get either better training equipment or a ship to explore the universe with. If I get enough I can get a big enough ship for you to join me, and then we can both get stronger. I've even heard of them talking about gravity machines in those which makes your training even better! Needless to say, it sounds really nice if I can get enough zeni for this. It sure is gross enough...and you're right! Both of us going in will make it much safer so it'll be more of a success." Seori h oped that Letuz would take kindly to working together, after all, they were sparring partners and this could benefit the both of them.
Seori looked towards the forest and noticed how dark it was. He had a hard time believing people actually went in here. No wonder people hired other people to do it for them. Seori tried not to look distressed so he turned back to Letuz with a nervous laugh. He stood up so he wouldn't be right next to the rotting corpse of animal.

Letuz grinned. The two of them would stand a better chance in the forest together than alone. Seori just needed a confidence boost to get them going and Letuz knew just the thing to say. Letuz grinned and said, "Let me go first! I've been in here before, even though it wasn't very long, but there can't be too much to worry about in here, right?" Letuz laughed to himself nervously, hiding what bit of nervousness he could. He took a few slow steps toward the dark, ominous forest and turned back to Seori. "C-coming?" He grinned, trying to hide the fact that he was ready to leave right there and then. Letuz knew that this would be a once in a lifetime chance to make this a good training experience. There was no way he'd ever think of going back now. Letuz strode into the forest, hoping that his partner would follow in after him.

"Let me go first! I've been in here before, even though it wasn't very long, but there can't be too much to worry about in here, right?" Seori was taken a bit by surprise when this was said. The forest was ominous looking and by no way inviting. Was it really bad as Seori was making it? He wouldn't let it discourage him. His face looked much more determined now. He flicked his tail in eagerness before wrapping it around his waist. He decided that now was the best time to do this since the both of them were there. Seori nodded and said, "Alright, let's do this!" He then followed his partner into the forest.

(OOC: Don't sweat it. Mine are equally short...)
Letuz entered the dark forest and it was the same as it was the time he was previously in it. He grinned as he heard his teammate follow in after him. He heard some rustling and swung in the direction of the sound, his palm pointed toward it. He immediately shot a ki blast and heard a loud squeak as he hit the creature hiding in the brush. He went to see his kill and it was a small, oddly-colored rodent, now charred and blackened by the ki blast. Letuz laughed and said aloud, "You can never be too careful, right? Heh heh..." Letuz was starting to get nervous. He realized that he was being too cautious. If he kept this up, Seori would immediately think something was up and possibly even leave. Letuz couldn't let that happen...

Seori grinned as he entered the forest, hoping it would help although it did very little for his confidence. He began to shake a bit when his friend had gotten a bit spooked and ended up shooting a rodent. It was a bit nerve racking seeing the person leading them through the forest so startled although it showed that he was quick on his feet which would probably help to keep them alive in this horrid place. Seori tried to stay positive which seemed nearly impossible.
How long would it take to get enough samples before they left to get a nice amount of money. He sighed hoping that what he'd get was rare or something. He wondered why Letuz went to the trouble of coming with him? Did he really want to just train or was he doing it because he was Seori's friend? Seori really wasn't clear on the concept of friendship since he really never had a friend except for his brother so brotherly acts and friendly acts seemed to fall into the same category at the moment. He hoped that this would be a successful venture into the forest but if all else failed he was sure that at least one of them could escape alive...
