The chosen environment; a frozen mountain range. The drops are staggering and the weather is potentially disabling to those without the ability to fly; the ground is slippery. Snow falls softly from the 'sky'.
Carmine and Isikel appear on two different peaks across the arena.
Have at it, children.

Carmine blinked his robot eyes as he suddenly found himself on a frozen mountain range. His visual readout assaulted him with a dozen different warnings, ranging from unimportant warnings like the temperature index, to a potentially damning warning about the ground conditions, do a big old CRITICAL WARNING about his opponent. They were on opposing peaks, some distance apart, and his power was massive - Not quite on the level with Ryota's full power, but Carmine was going to have to use Limiter Override to beat it, and not even by that much. Without the Override he'd be scrap.
Then there were the lesser, but still important warnings about the environment to worry about. Snowfall had been an issue at one point, but since joining up with the Galleon's crew he'd had Keyra help him with the icing problems. Extended exposure would be an issue, but for a fight's duration it wasn't going to be a problem. The ground conditions were another story. His footing wasn't too horrible on ice, but it certainly wasn't 100 percent, and a fall here would be potentially disastrous. He was going to have to use the Cyclone. That was going to be a bit of a complication.
He nodded. The snowy conditions reduced basic visibility and brought down the brightness of the arena. He knew that fighters couldn't naturally pick up on his energy signature - they would need mechanical assistance. He couldn't tell if Isikel was wearing a scouter or not, but he hoped intensely that he wasn't. Carmine was fairly certain that in a NORMAL ring he'd have trouble winning this fight, but in these conditions he would have serious trouble if his opponent could actually fly. He was going to have to take a more insidious approach.
He waved slightly at Isikel and dropped off of his peak on the opposite side, letting the mountain come in the way of Isikel's field of vision. Before hitting the crags below, however, he popped the Cyclone out of it's Capsule and hopped on. He kept it at as low a gear as possible, riding gravity as much as the engine as he dipped down into the crags to keep the engine's sound muffled. He pulled to a stop behind a lower, adjacent mountain and kept an eye on Isikel's power signature. He had a plan, but it involved a little game of cat and mouse.
"Come find me," he whispered to himself.

Out of nowhere, the Icer was sent to a glacier area. Somewhere his claw like feet were used to stepping on, so this made his fight against whoever this "Carmine" was easier. Just as easily as he got his foot placement, he spotted his opponent. He looked at the mid length hair having warrior, but didn't get a power reading from him.
"This'll be hard..." Isikel watched as the warrior jumped down behind the glacier he had previously been standing on. Isikel decided to attempt to end the man here and now. He started throwing mixtures of strong ki blasts, and Death Beams at the glacier.

Carmine watched as the peak he'd been on moments beforehand started to essentially collapse. He cursed silently - his opponent wasn't going to chase him. He had to change gears. He transformed his left arm into the Galleon Buster, and reached around the shorter, lower crag he was hiding behind.
He waited for the smoke from the ki blasts and Death Beams to hit it's peak, and fired one of the Buster's charged shots ((it's a KameHameHa equivalent, just so you don't have to go looking for the details)).
Before the shot could even get through the smoke, he was off, riding around amongst the peaks and valleys to make his way toward's Isikel's right, but keeping his distance and staying low. He stopped, hidden once again as the shot came out from the smoke towards his opponent.

(Sorry For the Wait)
As Isikel waited for the smoke to clear, he felt something coming towards him. Was it his opponent....? Or was it... While thinking about it, a ki wave came directly for him. With little time to react, he got an idea! He charged ki in his hand, and upper cutted the air, making a slit in the air right in front of him, hoping to stop the ki wave. After he did this, he flew upwards, about 42 feet higher.
He then began to power up some more, even though he couldn't pick up any ki signature, wherever his opponent was, it was most likely where the most smoke was. He then threw a Ki wave of his own, a strong one at that.

(No big worries, just dont make me wait another week ) Carmine watched as his opponent sent another attack into the smoke. His plan was working, but he would have to be careful if he was going to get through this. If he waited too long, he ran the risk of Isikel searching the arena by sight and finding him anyway. If he jumped the gun and went in too early, he might get scrapped. He flew his bike further around once more, taking advantage of Isikel's focus to finally take a position behind him. He slowly brought the bike higher up, still keeping a rocky outcropping between them. He reached it's edge and peeked around it, getting a visual confirmation. He briefly considered firing another Galleon Buster shot, but it was loud, and Isikel seemed to be able to detect it coming. Best to wait a few moments more for the right time, rather than give away his position. He activated his Limiter Override, and narrowed his eyes as his manufactured muscles tensed.
