The power being exerted was Suki's. Nearly 50,000 PL could be sensed having suddenly spiked, and should anyone choose to look out a window they would clearly see the WTO ship orbiting vegeta, just as the Galleon was leaving it.
(Thought I would give you guys a chance to have a fun plot thread that doesnt necessarily involve fighting....Unless your compassionate side brings you down to the planet to help....Haha no but really enjoy)
