“We’re losing altitude!”
Sohko roared in frustration. The ship had been losing energy ever since it left Vegeta. He had run out of time. Turning off all unnecessary systems to conserve energy could only get him so far. So as they entered New Namek’s atmosphere, he had little control as the ship became engulfed in flames as it plummeted towards the planet at impossible speeds. Sohko had only a few maneuvers left in his arsenal.
“BARREL ROLL!”
Seeing an incoming ship exiting the planet, Sohko pulled a hard evasive move, creating as much separation between the too. In the copilot’s seat beside him sat Kazama, gripping the handles of his seat tightly and gritting his teeth. Sohko looked at him with a hard pressed smile.
“Alright everybody! Hold tight! The landing gear is malfunctioning and we’ve got nothing in the tank guys, we’re going down fast and we’re going down hard! I’m going to try and land it by a town I see on the radar in case we need aid.”
He clenched his teeth pulled hard at the controls, keeping the ship as steady as possible as it neared the surface of the new planet. Soon the trees became larger and larger until.
“DAAAAMN IIIIIIIT!!!!!”

As Orenji sat on the mountain top next to his village, the vision on Kiiro still fresh in his mind. He had finally felt good enough to go back to the village, as he stood up a Namekian flew up to him.
"Orenji look up at the sky there is some kind of ship falling out of the sky. Do you think it is going to hit us?" The Namekian said with a panicked look on his face
"Go back to the village now, tell everyone to get ready to leave, by the looks of it I don't think it is going to crash right here, but we don't know what or who is driving that ship." Orenji said
The Namekian left Orenji and he was once again alone, He hadn't stopped looking up at the sky waiting for the ship to land or crash whatever was going to happen first. He had fought off many people landing in ships trying to destroy his village and he would do it again even if it meant taking his own life to do so. Orenji began to get ready for a fight if one was going to happen.
"Come on land, I am right here waiting for you, you are going to have to go through me to get to my Village!"
Orenji just stood there and watched the ship fall out of the sky, he didn’t know what was going to come out of that ship, but whatever it was he was going to be there to greet it or them.

The ship was shaking violently from side to side as it began to enter the atmosphere. Soon the windows of the cockpit were engulfed in flames as Kazama began to crush the arm rests in his hands. The red majin could not help but panic a little bit. He had never been the best with flying in space ships and the last couple of them he rode in ended up crashing into planets. Last time he had counted this would no doubt be ship number six that crash landed.
"I really am starting to hate flying..." Kazama muttered under his breath as Sohko spun the ship on its side in order to get out of the way of an outgoing ship. The majin could have sworn that he had heard part of the ship come off after the move but did not put much thought into it. What had been dominating his mind was the fact that somehow he had let the drunken Saiyan decide to land the ship. He had heard of drunk driving and the effects that it could produce when someone who was inebriated got behind the wheel. Why he hadn't thought of this when they had begun their approach to New Namek.
“Alright everybody! Hold tight! The landing gear is malfunctioning and we’ve got nothing in the tank guys, we’re going down fast and we’re going down hard! I’m going to try and land it by a town I see on the radar in case we need aid.” Sohko said over the loudspeaker.
Kazama turned to the saiyan with panicked eyes. Put a giant monkey in front of him, an Icer with a bad temper or any other powerful creature and Kazama wouldn't think twice about not feeling fear. Put him in a space ship and the majin was petrified to his core.
"Next time we buy a ship I am picking it out! I am tired of crashing into planets!" Kazama yelled to Sohko.
With another bump Kazama actually launched out of his seat and bashed his head against the top of the cockpit before falling back down. A headache grew outwards from the point of impact which only added to Kazama's anxiety.

Anubis X had never flown before. His people didn’t have spaceships; they instead used transmission instead to get to the other planets. For his first time in a spaceship, he wasn’t enjoying any of it. The ship had started to lose altitude, he could tell from the falling feeling he was experiencing.
“Alright everybody! Hold tight! The landing gear is malfunctioning and we’ve got nothing in the tank guys, we’re going down fast and we’re going down hard! I’m going to try and land it by a town I see on the radar in case we need aid.”
Anubix looked over at Sohko with a look that could only be described as distaste. They were going to crash on another planet that he had no knowledge of. He looked again at this strange group that had assembled themselves together. He knew more about them now, but the culture differences were still a shock to him. He wasn’t used to all this…technology.
He looked over at Osiris now. The others referred to his lord as Drexx, he wondered if that was what Osiris preferred to be called. They also called him an android. A non-organic being. Well Anubix knew that he would be non-organic. He was a god. Gods certainly weren’t organic, they were immortal.
My lord, if you wish to use my body as a shield for impact…
Anubis X knew his duty now. He had affirmed in on Vegeta, when he had seen Osiris again for the first time in years. He would protect his lord at all costs, keep him safe from harm, even if that meant at the cost of his own life. He would give himself over to death to protect his lord. He knew that in death he would be serving his lord just as much as in life.
Drexx looked over at Anubis X, clearly confused. He was about to say something but the ship shuddered and a piece broke off. There was a loud yell, and then blackness as Anubis X was tossed from the ship.

Drexx felt more concerned for the ship then he did himself. They had been friends, and it was sad that it was finally the ships time to go. Drexx could barely hear anyone over the surging air around the ship and the turbulence. Anubis X looked up at him and said something, Drexx was about to tell his loyal friend to move, but a chunk of ship broke off tearing the alien away from them.
Anubix!
The alien went spinning away from the ship and out of Drexx’s view. Sohko was at the helm trying to get the ship back under control. All connection that Drexx had with the ship was lost. It was clearly dead now, with chucks flying off. Kazama looked like he was panicked. In the view port ahead, the ground was rushing up.
Drexx repeated the prayer that Benjin had taught him. If this was to be his death, it had been a good life. Drexx forced himself forward and rested his hand on Sohko’s shoulder. He had been told before that it was a comforting gesture, and the best he could do right now would be to comfort the flustered pilot.

For a minute he thought he was just as drunk as Sohko, but he actually wasn't, he simply didn't know that the ship was falling apart just as bad as his piece of junk space pod. When he did realized this, he wished he was drunk. He could feel the ship fall apart, and Sohko's evasive maneuver did not help. In fact he think it make it worse. If not it at least banged up Xem as was thrown to the ground or in this case crappy metal floor.
He was near Drexx when the ship began its descent toward the planet surface. He wasn't used to space travel yet, but it was similar to flying, but this time it was more like dropping. He knew this ship might rip apart before it hit the ground, and it did. However when that hole ripped open, Anubix fell from it.
"Dang it...", Said Xem as he made his way to the opening and lept from the ship, falling at a rapid rate toward Anubix as he fell. He saw that the big man was unconcious, meaning that his fall could hurt badly if it wasn't for Xem's help right now. When he was close enough he quickly grabbed his arm and slung it over his shoulder and slowed their descent until they touched down on the small island below, lying him on the soft blue grass that seemed native to this planet. Now what to do? He would have to wait until wait until the Anubix wakes up so they could search for the others.

Sohko pulled at the controls with all his strength, but it was not enough, especially when he ripped them loose from the ship. The blue trees and green grass were only a few hundred feet away now. He had tried, he really had, but in the end it just wasn’t enough. He crossed his arms over his face and braced in his chair as the ship collided. The ship struck at just the right angle and it bounced up into the air, still accelerating at incredible speed. It crashed this way several times across the uneven landscape, stripping its momentum with each abrupt strike. Jerked forward and shot back in his seat, the sauced saiyan sat braced in the pilot’s seat as the shattered glass and debris surged throughout the cockpit. With one final hit the ship struck violently and tore into the planet, leaving a long deep crater in its wake. After several miles since the first hit the tired old ship had found its final resting place. Some minutes later…
Pushing off jagged pieces of debris, Sohko made it to his feet, albeit with great care. His body was sore, a result of the crashing process. A feeling of light headedness slowed him considerably. Eventually an intelligent thought bore through it all and spoke to him.
“Take a drink! It’s delicious AND dulls the pain!”
Without even thinking about it the sauced saiyan grabs at the flask, incredibly grateful that it was reinforced with katchin, and takes a very deep sip. So deep, in fact, that he waited until the last single drop fell before stopping. Then another great thought came to him.
“Check on your friends! They may be injured AND their names are on the lease!”
A couple steps and he was back where he was started except now he focused on the co-pilot’s seat. He heard a grumble which gave him the extra strength it took to lift the good portion of the ship that had imploded upon his friend. Eventually he saw red and then Kazama came in full view, one arm holding all the debris above from crushing him, and the other gently massaging his forehead.
“Noice, you look in great shape! I was worried you’d broken something… Or do you splatter? Anyways, c’mon let’s get Drexx and blow this pop stand.”
He lent a hand pushing the once vital machinery off his red accomplice, allowing him to stand up. Swinging around on his heels, he shot his outs at his sides causing him to split into four identical versions of himself. Together they cleared everything off Drexx, who seemed to be completely functional, although he was just staring around at the ship with a mechanical frown. Combining into one, the saiyan leaned over to his friend.
“Why so blue buckaroo?”
Before the android can answer, Sohko feels a vibration in his jacket pocket. Reaching in to investigate the reasoning behind the strange motion, he finds the remote to his now abandoned space pod. After a few moments he realizes he had accidentally put it on vibrate days before. Switching it off, he wondered momentarily how his pod was contacting him given the fact that he had removed the AI from it before leaving.
“It is about time!”
A familiar mechanized voice came through the tiny speaker of the remote, and the condescending rage which tore from it was very easy to pick up. Just as Sohko goes to explain he is cut off by the voice.
“Can you comprehend the atrocity of having rested within your back pocket this ENTIRE time? First of all, you’re alcohol fueled flatulence has literally shorted several of my circuits. Second of all, can you go one day without crashing something? It is a good thing I was able to wirelessly hack into the remote from this prison you’ve placed me in. Now, sir, if you wouldn’t mind, could you please put me in your jacket pocket.”
Sohko did as he was asked; he didn’t like to argue with the computer because it was always right.
“Also, I tapped into what remains of the ship’s computer systems. The core is overheating; you have about a minute until it blows.”
“Schnikes!”
Shoving the remote back into the pocket, Sohko launches a ki blast into the unstable ceiling, making a hole big enough for someone to pass through. He pushes his two friends towards the hole but their concerned for the friend.
“Go! Don’t worry about me; I am just going to grab the two robots and the fury guy, I'll be right behind you!”
Finally they nod but Sohko doesn’t wait until they leave, running and jumping through the remnants of the once space faring vessel. After a few tight twists and turns he comes upon a horrific sight. A mess of gold plated metal lies on the floor, crushed in by a fallen wall. The hairy one and the short robot however are nowhere to be seen. A faint red glow appears partially standing doorway off in the corner room.
“Tick tock sir, thirty seconds.”
The computer states via the remote’s receiver, muffled by Sohko’s jacket. Not wanting to leave his crew Sohko ventures in to find the large hairy creature frantically working on the core. The domed dumpster of a machine stood at his side, beeping and booping in aid.
“What’s going on, the ship’s about to blow, let’s go!”
The creature lets out a horrid guttural noise but continues his work, and then the blue and white egg turns and begins to make beeping sounds in Sohko’s direction. Listening intently, he tries desperately to understand the little guy.
“What is it buddy? Little Mary Sue stuck in the well?”
There is an awkward silence as the robot and beast look to each other before returning their gazes to the saiyan.
“He said that Chewbacca, I assume that is the animal’s name, is trying to give everyone as much time to escape as he can.”
Another frightening noise from the hairy being confirms this.
“But… No… Mr. Furrystein you can’t, I was going to cast you as Cousin It in the group’s theatrical rendition of the Adam’s Family.”
Again the other two look at each other and then to him. The little one rattles of a few more sounds in response. Computer is quick to translate.
“No time to argue, he’s already tried to no avail anyways. Chewbacca won’t leave the ship no matter what.”
With a heavy sigh Sohko scoops up the little robot and with his free hand grabs the yeti’s paw and shakes it with vigor. He was very proud of the crew member he barely got to know. Unlike the yellow one, he would actually miss this one. A final nod before taking a step back, reaching up to blow another hole in the ceiling and takes off, summoning his bukujutsu in full form to surge into the sky and as far away from the ship as possible. He did not have enough time however and when the ship blew a few seconds later the explosion caught up with him, sending him hurtling to the surface as a ball of fire.
“HOT, HOT, HOT!”
A thick cloud of dirt and smoke rose from where he crashed. He looked down to see the robot beeping safely under his arm. Taking deep breaths he let go of it, letting it roll of his arm and to the ground beside him, and then rolled onto his back to stare into the glorious and beautifully untainted sky. Between heavy haggard breaths he spoke.
“I… Need… A drink…”

The ship crashed along the ground to a stop, and the next thing Drexx knew he was under a pile of rubble. Drexx looked around the ship, feeling the soul of his friend leave the vessel. He said a small prayer for the spirit. Sohko seemed to notice his sullen attitude.
“Why so blue buckaroo?”
Drexx was about to answer when Sohko was interrupted by something in his pocket. Drexx’s frown turned into a smile. He would miss the ship, but he had other friends, ones that he needed to protect. Drexx looked around the rubble to see if anything could be salvaged of his lost friend. A small computer chip lay unbroken on top of the rubble, almost as if something or someone placed it there. Drexx took it and put it in his pocket.
The next thing Drexx knew Sohko was shoving him towards the door, if it could be called a door being a hole that Sohko blasted in the side of the ship, saying something about the ship going to explode. Drexx scanned the ship’s remains and cursed himself for not sensing it before. The core was about to reach critical and then would explode. Drexx noticed Sohko returning to the ship and made to stop him. Sohko held up his hand.
“Go! Don’t worry about me; I am just going to grab the two robots and the fury guy, I'll be right behind you!”
Drexx was about to protect, but saw the adamant look in Sohko’s eyes. He nodded and flew out of the hole in the ship. Their first task would be to find the other members of their group. Drexx was shocked when he looked around the planet. It was nothing like planet Vegeta. The sky was green and the grass was blue.
“I’m certainly not in Vegeta anymore.” Drexx frowned, he felt incredibly out of place. He would need to find his friends and fast. He flew up high in the sky and tried to sense their power levels. There were multiple power levels coming from all around the planet, some high some low. Drexx sighed and landed on the ground. He decided it would be better to wait for Sohko.
After a while Drexx began to worry, surely the ship was going to explode soon. What was taking his Saiyan friend so long? Just at that moment Sohko surged out of the ship, the ship blowing up behind him. He was unable to escape the explosion and caught fire. He hurtled to the ground in a ball of flame. Drexx rushed forward to where the sauced Saiyan hit the ground.
“Sohko!”
“HOT, HOT, HOT!”
There was a thick column of smoke rising from where he hit the ground. Sohko let go of the small robot he was holding and rolled over to his back. Drexx walked over just as the Saiyan was saying something.
“I need a drink.”
Drexx smiled. His friend was fine. But where were Anubis and Xem? Drexx hoped Anubis was okay, falling out of a crashing ship would be fatal, but he hoped Xem had been able to catch the jackal-headed alien. Drexx held out his hand offering to assist the Saiyan to his feet.
You may have to hold off on the drink, we have to find everyone else and make sure they’re alive.

As Orenji stood there watching the ship plummet to the ground, Orenji was skeptical that there was even going to be any one alive after the crash. Orenji decided that it was worth going over there to see if anyone was still alive, because if there was they could be a threat to the village. Before Orenji could start to fly over there, his mentor landed right behind him.
“Orenji if you’re going to go over there I am going to go with you.” The mentor said
“I don’t think so, you are going to stay here I felt several power levels coming from that ship. So I am going to need you to stay at the village in case I can’t fail.” Orenji said hovering off of the ground
“Don’t go over there looking for a fight, there is a chance they are here for peaceful reasons. I suggest you talk to them first before you decide to do anything.” The mentor said
Orenji hovered there starring his mentor in the eyes, He knew that his mentor was right but he has made wrong decisions before by letting people talk. Orenji never wanted to put his village in danger again.
“Your too kind mentor you have no idea what f who is going to come out of that ship. We have to be ready for anything. You don’t know what the intentions of the people flying that ship are, we can’t just be sure that they are here for peaceful reasons.” Orenji said slowly flying away from his mentor
“You are a fool Orenji, all you see is fighting and destruction sometimes you are going to have to talk to people to get what you want. You aren’t going to be here forever and you know that, maybe whatever is on that ship can help you get out of here, and leave Namek.” The mentor yelled
Orenji turned back around in shock at the words he just heard come out of his mentor’s mouth. Orenji now annoyed with his mentor for what had just been said.
“Listen I know what I am doing, and I know that I am not going to be here forever. Yes whatever is on that ship maybe my way off of this planet, or maybe it will be the death of me. We aren’t going to find out unless…..”
Orenji couldn’t finish what he was saying because the ship had exploded; Orenji quickly turned around and flew straight towards the explosion. It seemed like an unorthodox thing to do but Orenji had to make sure there was nothing hostile on that ship.
“What is a ship doing way out here anyways; it is unusual for ships to be flying so far out here. Whoever was flying that ship must have had a good reason for coming all the way to Namek.”
As Orenji approached the blown up ship he noticed 5 figures on the ground. As he got closer Orenji could tell that two of them looked to be robots, two of them looked humanoid, and the last one he didn’t know what it was but the skin color was red. As Orenji landed the red skinned creature noticed him, as did one of the other two humans.
“What are you doing here on Namek? Orenji said walking towards them

Sohko sat up and patted out the singed hair on his arm. He would be lying to a serious degree if he said he wasn’t in a good deal of pain. Unnatural warmth coursed through his body and his senses felt numb and dull. A tingling sensation snaked its way across his skin. Then a familiar presence to his side made him focus and he smiled as his vision cleared from the smoke and he saw Drex unscathed.
You may have to hold off on the drink, we have to find everyone else and make sure they’re alive.
His smile drooped at the thought of his teammates in peril. The sight of Anubix being torn from the spaceship sped through his mind. Xem leapt after him, a bold move considering the speed the ship was traveling. Kazama was at his side, as was Drex, but they would need to regroup. They would need to find their friends.
“What are you doing here on Namek?”
Turning from his seated position, Sohko noticed a strange looking green man with pink muscles approaching. The new arrival didn’t look particular evil or malicious. He was firm with a solid jar and a stern face. Hard to read, but the sauced saiyan was ever the optimist. It had nothing to do with the fact that he had run out of alcohol.
“Oh hey there bub! Oh you know just taking a leisurely stroll through the void of space and we were like ‘hey look at that planet there! Looks welcoming and full of gentlemen clubs and bars,’ and I have to tell you I am real knotted up after that crash. Papa Bear could use some R&R you know what I’m saying!? So tell me Green Bean Giant, where can a guy get a burger, booze and a bitty around here? C’mon, I’ll even spot you a couple dances!”
His smile was genuine, as was the slight twitch in his eye. The man blood alcohol level was dropping and he was starting form an edge.

Anubis X woke up in the middle of a crater, the last thing he remembered was Xem jumping from the ship to grab him, and then blackness. He tried to collect his thoughts and he brushed himself off and saw Xem lying a few feet from him. They both must have been knocked out from the giant fall. Anubix was thankful for Xem leaping out and slowing them down enough to not kill either of them. He stood up slowly, his muscles aching. He hadn’t experienced something like that since his fight with Fraust those nights ago.
He was worried about the other members of the team. He knew he was alive and could sense that Xem was fine, just resting off the extreme amount of energy he had used up saving him. He didn’t worry about Osiris, since he was a god, but the other two who had been with them…the red one named Kazama and the one that reeked of a foreign substance named Sohko…he was not so sure that they would survive the plummet. He flew slightly up in the air, to get a look around. They were in the middle of the plains, with nothing in all directions. He couldn’t see the spaceship, and couldn’t sense any of the power levels.
He flew down to Xem, and shook him awake.
My friend, thank you so much for saving my life. We have a pressing issue though…I cannot sense the powers of our friends, and I have not the slightest idea in which direction they fell. Do you remember anything from the fall? Which way we fell away from the crash? This planet is unfamiliar to me, and I fear that we should probably get moving before nightfall.
He held out his hand to help his new friend and savior to his feet.

Kazama began to count down in his head as he saw the surface of the planet rapidly approaching. If he had his way after this he was going to find a quiet place to settle down and then never set foot on another space ship if possible.
Three…two…one…then everything went black. Kazama could hear the crunching of the ship’s hull as they seemed to skip across the ground. He would not open his eyes however after the second bounce some debris managed to come through the cockpit window smashing the majin in the face.
Everything seemed to spin as his squinted eyes peered open for a moment. There was no sound around him but he could see Sohko desperately pulling at the controls of the ship as he rocked back and forth. The android Drexx bounced out of his seat and into the air. The ship bounced again this time crushing the cockpit into two. The two crewmates of the doomed ship disappeared from Kazama’s view and that was when he truly blacked out.
Suddenly he was surrounded by white light. Kazama stood on an unseen surface. He stuck out like a giant red sore thumb in the middle of nowhere. The majin slowly did a three hundred sixty degree turn before he realized that he was completely alone. He could not sense a single power level around him. With a sigh Kazama prepared to sit down into a cross legged stance until he heard a voice he did not think he would again.
“Really? After all of this you think you are going to get off so easy?” An angry voice growled at the majin from behind. Kazama turned to see a blue scaly man standing there, at the sight of this man he took a quick breath in as he could not believe his eyes. Standing in front of him was Poso, with a bloody hole in the center of his chest.
“Poso…how…when…” Kazama stammered. The blue man took a deep watery breath in and then let out a sigh as his fists clenched. Poso took a step forward, as he did blood seeped from his stomach, Kazama stood there for a moment before taken a hesitant step backwards.
“Do you really think you can escape your punishment that easy?! I won’t allow you to weasel your way out of this! You have done too much!” Poso said as his voice continued to increase in volume. He continued towards Kazama as he took another step backwards.
Suddenly thousands upon thousands of Mezos appeared around him. Encircling him, there dark eyes seemingly staring into his soul, their hard shelled bodies did not move an inch as the bloody blue man approached the red majin.
“Look around! These are all the souls you snuffed out because you could not swallow your pride! You desired power for yourself!”
“No…”
“You were created to be a weapon! That is what you are!” Poso said as he stood over Kazama with blood dripping onto the majin. “Look at what you have caused! You will not escape your punishment!” Poso yelled at the top of his lungs as he seemed to grow in stature. The Mezos around Kazama also seemed to grow in stature until he was engulfed in shadow. For a brief moment there was light before Kazama’s own shadow seemed to grow into its own twisted version of himself before swallowing him whole.
Kazama opened his eyes to find himself surrounded by metal and a heated melting smell permeating the air. Kazama found that his body had reacted without any instruction to defend itself; his arm had shot out and caught a piece of metal. With a groan he lifted it up before throwing it off to the side as he did he rubbed his head with his other hand trying to get rid of the pounding headache. However something that had been bothering him grew in severity. It was a deep seeded hunger that was beginning to drive Kazama nuts.
“Noice, you look in great shape! I was worried you’d broken something… Or do you splatter? Anyways, c’mon let’s get Drexx and blow this pop stand.”
Kazama heard Sohko yell out as he turned to the saiyan. His appearance was roughed up but appeared to be perfectly fine for everything that had happened. Everything after that though, finding Drexx, leaving the ship and landing just beyond it seemed to blur together.
The red majin looked around to find that the planet consisted of nothing but islands with blue grass and trees that were perfectly circular. He could not help but feel like he did not belong on the planet. Something so peaceful did not need a majin that was only created for destruction on it.
Kazama began to aimlessly walking forward away from the wreck. He still had his hearing coming in and out but he felt the shockwave from the explosion of the ship’s drive core pass through him. The grass around him blew towards the direction he was walking as the smell of burning wreckage filled the air.
“This is the welcome we offer New Namek…” Kazama whispered to himself as he looked over into the sky as he felt a power level approaching. From a quick glance it was almost equivalent to that of Sohko but it was surprisingly powerful. The majin could sense great potential in the creature. “And that appears to be the welcoming committee…maybe he will join our merry band of misfits as well…” Kazama joked to himself as he stopped and enjoyed the peaceful planet.

Orenji looked at the man on the ground confused by what he was saying, burger, booze, bitty, Orenji had never heard what these things were. Clearly the crash had done more damage to his head than anything else. Orenji looked from the man to the red skinned creature then back to the man, neither of them had answered his question.
“Since it appears that none of you heard me the first time let me repeat myself. What are you doing here on Namek? Orenji said looking between all three visitors
Orenji looked at the red skinned creature that seemed to be enjoying the peaceful planet of Namek. It so far has seemed that these visitors aren’t here to do anything reckless. But until Orenji got an answer from them he wasn’t sure what was going to happen. Orenji looked back at the man at the ground intent on answering his question.
“I don’t know what you are talking about, but we don’t have any of those things here. If that is what you came all the way here for you are going to be disappointed.” Orenji said looking at the man on the ground.

Kazama had watched the green man land in front of Sohko, Drexx, the droid and himself out of the corner. He had pointed ears, small antennae coming out of his head, stood a good head over the majin and had pinkish spots on his body that accentuated the muscle on his arms. His power level was flaring a little bit as landed as if trying to scare them, the man did not have an idea of who stood in front of him.
Sohko spit out as he tried to get whatever little liquor was left hiding in his flask. The green man was clearly confused by the drunken Saiyan which caused Kazama to laugh to himself. Sohko had had the same effect on him when they had first met. The only difference was that Kazama put Sohko into the ground with ease.
“Since it appears that none of you heard me the first time let me repeat myself. What are you doing here on Namek?
The green man seemed to bark at the group of misfits. Even though Kazama was trying to stay out of any fights this did not sit well with him. He was done with the part of his life where he took orders from anyone, especially those that were far below his power level. But his first question was answered when the green man said that they were on Namek. Kazama assumed that the green man was a namekian. He turned casually to the side in order to face the man with a half glazed over look on his face.
“Easy there green bean…we came here simply because this was the only place the ship could take us…” Kazama started and then turned in the direction of Sohko. “Because some drunken monkey could buy a ship worth two zeni even though he took almost all of the money that was more portion of the betting.” The majin snapped at Sohko before turning back to namekian. “But you see our ship sort of…blew up and now we need to find a new one.”
As Kazama looked at the namekian the deep seated hunger within the majin roared to new heights for a brief instance he actually contemplated eating him. But he was quickly able to regain his composure and fight back the hunger pains.
“You wouldn’t happen to have any food would you?” Kazama asked as his stomach growled.

Sohko smiled genuinely at the native of the lush planet, a green man with pointy ears and antennae. A poignant look of confusion was visible even amongst his stern statuesque facial features. The alien then spoke again, with a steely voice and harsh tone which seemed to fit his overall demeanor quite well.
“Since it appears that none of you heard me the first time let me repeat myself. What are you doing here on Namek?"
He pondered momentarily of telling this native of Namek the truth, seeing as anyone unaware of the situation would probably have a hard time believing that five wayward travelers would pay an indecent amount of money for a spaceship two bolts from the scrap heap which only had one destination programmed into its navigation system. Sometimes he had a hard time believing it and he was there. The contemplation ended abruptly when a headache began to plague the waster warrior who thanks to the saiyan race’s incredible metabolism was rapidly approaching sobriety. When the man with elven ears continued, Sohko had to actively concentrate to ignore the pain and focus on his words.
“I don’t know what you are talking about, but we don’t have any of those things here. If that is what you came all the way here for you are going to be disappointed.”
At the mentioning of the absence of Sohko’s vices on this planet struck his ears time began to slow. A slight ringing in his ears developed along with a noticeable twitch in his right eyebrow. His mouth began to foam, similar to a rabid dog, and his eyes wandered skywards aimlessly. How is this possible, the thought to himself. Maybe it was the rough landing or, more likely, a result of his dropping blood alcohol level but he reassured it wasn’t possible and that this alleged native was actually lying to hium. Fueled by the combined symptoms of withdrawal and shellshock the sauced saiyan leapt to the stranger and grabbed hold of his vest and shook him wildly while shouting.
“Don’t lie to me man! You’re holding out on me aren’t you? GIVE THE GOODS MAN! C’mon. C’MON! I need a glass of deliciously healthy and completely non addictive alcohol. Say it with me bub, AL-CO-HOL! That’s A-L-C-O-H-O-L! KAI DAMN IT!”
